The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mother's characteristics, mediated by disciplinary methods and young children's emotional regulation, on young children's aggression. Subjects of this study consisted of 342 young children drawn from seven preschools in Cheongju city. The pilot study was used to examine the applicability of survey instrument. Data were analyzed by the method of frequency, percentage, Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, T-test. F-test, and Duncan post-hoc test using SPSSWIN program. The test of model was done with analysis of correlational matrix in LISREL VII package using a maximum likehood estimation. The results of this research were as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences in mother's characteristics consisting of neurosis symptom and extroversions, disciplinary methods consisting of coercive-punishment and indifferent-irresponsibility, young children's emotional regulation, and young children's aggression consisting of relation and overtness according to some socio-demographic variables. Girls had the higher emotional regulation than boys. Second, the direct effects of disciplinary methods and emotional regulation on boys' aggression were different in between relational and overt aggression. Third, the variables predicting boys' emotional regulation directly were the same in both relational and overt aggression. Forth, the direct effect of mother's characteristics on disciplinary methods was different in between coercive-punishment and indifferent-irresponsibility. Fifth, the indirect effects of mother's characteristics, mediated by disciplinary methods and young children's emotional regulation, on young children's aggression were partly supported in this study. Sixth, the theoretical model of the impact of mother's characteristics, disciplinary methods, and young children's emotional regulation on young children's aggression was different according to gender.

Many researchers have recently studied multi-level formulation strategies to solve the MDO problems and they basically distributed the coupling compatibilities across all disciplines, while single-level formulations concentrate all the controls at the system-level. In addition, approximation techniques became remedies for computationally expensive analyses and simulations. This paper studies comparisons of the MDO methods with respect to computing performance considering both conventional sequential and modem distributed/parallel processing environments. The comparisons show Individual Disciplinary Feasible (IDF) formulation is the most efficient for sequential processing and IDF with approximation (IDFa) is the most efficient for parallel processing. Results incorporating to popular design examples show this finding. The author suggests design engineers should firstly choose IDF formulation to solve MDO problems because of its simplicity of implementation and not-bad performance. A single drawback of IDF is requiring more memory for local design variables and coupling variables. Adding cheap memories can save engineers valuable time and effort for complicated multi-level formulations and let them free out of no solution headache of Multi-Disciplinary Analysis (MDA) of the Multi-Disciplinary Feasible (MDF) formulation.
Marine accidents and legal violations result from mistakes and negligences of ship officers, deck officers and engine officers, during the ship navigation and lay days. Due to these accidents and violations, these officers are subjected to disciplinary actions for certification. The disciplinary action, namely certificate punishment is carried out by right rules, processes and equity. However, it is revealed that present situations are different from the principles. For the purpose of finding current states relating to certificate punishment, this study examines and analyses 737 punishment cases, accomplished in 'B' regional office of oceans & fisheries for 5 years from 2014 to 2018. The contents to be analyzed are reprimand agencies, certificate kinds, officers ranks at that time, disciplinary level, violated acts, annual reprimand state, punishment rule and it process, and disciplinary reduction levels. From such valuations various problems, such as disciplinary level deviations among laws, insufficient punishments rules, disciplinary certificate deviation, insufficient reprimand reduction rules, and lack function of crew administrative disciplinary council, are identified. Finally, methods to alleviate the problems identified will be proposed. This study, for the first time analyses the actual administrative disciplinary cases for ship officers'certificates and proposes improvement plans for its incorporation in Korea, This analysis will be useful in the examination of the study for the ship officers and making a plan for them.
History of the Sensibility Ergonomics is explained. Concepts, definition, and research methods on the human sensibility are proposed for systematic applications of human sensibility studies to product and environment developments. Sensibility Ergonomics was born in socio-technological environments where consumers required aesthetic and satisfactory products in addition to useful and usable ones, and manufactures were trying to develop consumer-oriented, user-friendly products. Sensibility Ergonomics is defined as "multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary processes for developing products and environment as usable, comfortable and satisfactory with the information on human sensibility." Human sensibility is functionally defined as "feelings generated when perceived sensory and information stimuli are reflected from memory which has been accumulated through personal experiences." Human sensibility is affected by at least three factors: personal, social, and cultural. Consumers evaluate products in three aspects : functional, sensorial, and cultural sensibilities. Human sensibility is personal, dynamic, and ambiguous. It is generated reflectively and intuitively against external stimuli. No Physiological responses are accompanied, and one cannot control his/her sensibility. However, the sensibility affects the decision making or behavior of the person. To understand the human sensibility many inter-disciplinary methods should be used instead of one-variable approach. Micro-scopic studies such as Questionnaire, interview, behavioral analysis, and psychophysiological experiments can be performed. In addition, social and cultural studies are essential to understand an individual's sensibility. Results of sensibility studies can be applied to setup new interactions between human and machine through sensible(or affective) human-machine (computer) interfaces. Human-oriented and user-friendly products can be made with the information on human sensibility.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare differences in perception and knowledge of child abuse and child disciplinary practices according to the history of child abuse victimization. Methods: A questionnaire survey on child abuse was conducted with 491 adults raising children. We compared the perception and knowledge of child abuse and child disciplinary practices between two groups of adults with and without a history of childhood abuse victimization. Results: The group with a history of childhood abuse had lower levels of knowledge of child abuse (F=6.990, p<0.01) and engaged in more negative disciplinary practices (F=5.974, p<0.05) than those without. However, no differences in the perception of child abuse were observed between the two groups. Conclusion: The results suggest that adults with a history of childhood abuse have lower levels of knowledge of child abuse and use more negative disciplinary practices in raising their children. This highlights the need to administer not only educational but also more direct hands-on interventions to vulnerable parents in order to foster healthy parenting and disciplinary practices.
In an attempt to develop comprehensive evidence-based methods for evaluation of the R&D performance of cross-disciplinary projects, a joint bibliometric analysis of patents and publications was performed for two industry-university-government collaborative projects aimed at commercialization: Hokkaido University Research & Business Park Project (2003-2007; 63 inventors; 176 patents; 853 papers), and Matching Program for Innovations in Future Drug Discovery and Medical Care - phase I (2006-2010; 46 inventors; 235 patents; 733 papers). Besides the simple output indicators (for five years period), and citations (from the publication date to the end of 2012), science maps based on the network analysis of words and co-authorship relations were generated to identify the prominent research themes and teams. Our joint analysis of publications and patents yields objective and mutually complementing information, which provides better insights on research and commercialization performance of the large-scale projects. Hence, such analysis has potential for use in the industry-university project's performance evaluation.
The purpose of this study is to find the difference between the parents generation and that of the children in the disciplinary methods by means of parental social population variation. With these purpose in mind, the problems have been suggested like following: 1) what are the general differences of between the two generations of parents and children in disciplinary method? 2)What are the general differences of the views between those two generations according to sex? 3) What are the general differences between the parents generation and the child generation according to age? 4) What are the general differences between the parents generation and the child generation according to education level? 5) What are the general differences between the parents generation and the child generation according to income level? In order to solve these problems, questionnaries were distributed on this appendix 374parents (father: 177, mother: 197) who have the children. Questionnaires were compose on "Parents Inventory" of Radke were employs, classfied five measures. To test and verifying the above hypothes, the following five measures. were used. 1) Philosophy of authority (authoritarian vs. democratic) 2) Parental restrition (strict and stubbon vs. democratic) 3) Severity of punishment (severity vs. mildness) 4) Parent-child rapport 9desirable vs. undesirable) 5) Relative responsibility of father and mothehr towards child disciplinary (equal vs. differ) The result of this study is like follows: 1) In general comparison of two generations, tends to be more democratic in the philosophy of authority, more relaxed and easygoing in the parental restroction, more severe in the severity of punishment, and good rapport in the parent-child rapport than grandparents generation and the responsibility of father don't change but that of mother tends to augment in child disciplinary 2) In comparison of two generation according to sex, the mother showed more democratic in the philosophy of authority and closely perceive her parents in the parent-child rapport as compared with the father. 3) In comparison of two generation according to age, the younger parents showed more relaxed attitudes towards the child disciplinary, the perception better relations of their parents in the parent-child rapport. 4) In the comparison of two generations according to education level the more educated parents showed the more relaxed and easygoing attitude towards in the parental restriction. 5) In comparison of two generation according to income, as the parents of large income generally (not always) showed easygoing than their previous generation in the parental restriction, and they perceive that they have a good one in parent-child rapport. This study caused by the some difficult problem required futher investigation on the result of two generations the problems happened in the inner unitary of items. And, it proposed some problems which constitutes the problems of the proper interpretation of the results between two generations brought about discordance of items between tow generations

Large-scale Multi-disciplinary Systems(LMS) such as transportation, aerospace, defense etc. are complex systems in which there are many subsystems, interfaces, functions and demanding performance requirements. Because many contractors participate in the development, it is necessary to apply methods of sharing common objectives and communicating design status effectively among all of the stakeholders. The processes and methods of systems engineering which includes system requirement analysis; functional analysis; architecting; system analysis; interface control; and system specification development provide a success-oriented disciplined approach to the project. This paper shows not only the methodology and the results of model-based systems engineering to Automated Guided Transit(AGT) system as one of LMS systems, but also propose the extension of the model-based tool to help manage a project by linking WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), work organization, and PBS (Product Breakdown Structure). In performing the model-based functional analysis, the focus was on the operation concept of an example rail system at the top-level and the propulsion/braking function, a key function of the modern automated rail system. The model-based behavior analysis approach that applies a discrete-event simulation method facilitates the system functional definition and the test and verification activities. The first application of computer-aided tool, RDD-100, in the railway industry demonstrates the capability to model product design knowledge and decisions concerning key issues such as the rationale for architecting the top-level system. The model-based product design knowledge will be essential in integrating the follow-on life-cycle phase activities. production through operation and support, over the life of the AGT system. Additionally, when a new generation train system is required, the reuse of the model-based database can increase the system design productivity and effectiveness significantly.
Although juvenile delinquency has been continually decreasing, property and traffic crimes have been increasing. The age of delinquents or adolescent criminals are getting younger, and the number of female involved in delinquency or crimes has been increasing. The most frequently researched topic has been factors of causal effects on juvenile delinquency and development of counseling programs for the delinquents. Other studies have been investigating descriptive data, analyzing differences by sex, or categorizing delinquency behaviors by type, and suggesting political alternatives for restoration of juvenile delinquency. There have been several academic issues on the conceptual definition of delinquency, shift in research topics, and research methods. There have been further discussions on the imminent values of making relevant policies based on the results of multi-disciplinary research, developing the preventive and therapeutic programs and career counseling programs, and working with the experts from local communities.
This article aims to investigate the trends of Education Welfare researches in Korea. For this study, a content analysis was employed in relation to topics, targets and methods of 596 articles, masters and doctoral thesis published from 2003 to 2012. The results reveal that the papers have expanded to adjacent fields. The analysis of the topics shows that institutionalization papers have decreased, on the other hand, researches on the role of the social worker showed an increase. Middle school students were the most common target and quantitative methods were the most used. In future, multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary researches presenting a wide diversity of topics and targets should be considered.
