This paper introduces waiting time based periodic packet discard policy for frame based scheduler. This policy can be used with conventional packet discard policy or buffer management schemes, such as drop-tail or random early detection. Proposed discard policy discards packets, which are stayed in the buffer longer than threshold, at every period of scheduling. This decision of discard is based on waiting time of packet. In this paper, mathematical analysis is performed with situation of network congestion. Also, the simulation is performed to evaluate the performance of proposed discard policy. In the result, proposed discard policy can limit queuing delay by threshold. Also, if the packet discard is performed before scheduling and threshold is set with smaller value than frame length, it can limit the throughput of traffic.

In an Unity engine for multi-player online games, the main thread processing game logic must be separated from the network thread that is responsible for network packet communication. Packet communication between the network threads needs to drop packets that overlap in order to improve the rendering speed. In this paper, the packet discard policy of network thread is proposed for an Unity engine for multi-player online games. The proposed method is the hybrid method of both Partial Packet Discard and Periodic Packet Discard methods to improve the rendering speed by periodically discarding overlapped network packets managed by the queue. The rendering speed of the proposed method is analyzed and its effectiveness is verified by various packet generating simulations of the Unity engine for multi-player online games.

Defense industry as 'a new dynamics of economic growth' policy implies driving policy of defense products' export. The purpose of this study is to suggest suitable strategies to meet with such policy in terms of region and individual nation. The strategies towards advanced region are joint sale strategy for the third countries, extension strategy of trade-off and development strategy of products to exploit niche markets. The strategies towards non-advanced regions are package strategy including exchange of economic development know-how, strengthening strategy of relationships to leading groups in national decision-making processes, exploit strategy of sales market through transfer discard and surplus equipments to other nations, government to government sale strategy towards countries holding low leveled equipment maintaining and management abilities. Finally, successive strategies require leaders' will, active sales diplomacy and active international cooperations of defense industry.

Multicultural education is not about learning about a specific ethnic group, but rather developing the ability to cross the border of one's own culture and have conversations with people of other cultures. I think the purpose is to promote empathy and consideration. This study emphasizes the importance of developing multi-dimensional educational programs for all members of society for multicultural social integration, and it is necessary to lead personal, social and civic action movements to create a fair society through media-based multicultural literacy education. said that In order to achieve harmony and integration in a multicultural society, it is the most important to acknowledge cultural diversity and to discard cultural prejudices and inequalities for symbiosis between the mainstream culture and the minority culture. In particular, the United States and Germany, which have successfully led multicultural social integration, are comprehensive in all areas, including interculturalism based on peaceful coexistence and respect, labor market issues, vocational education issues, housing and health issues, and communication issues through media literacy. He led a multicultural national integration system with approaches and methods. Therefore, our multicultural education policy should also pursue a new paradigm that presupposes a change in the public's awareness of a multicultural society.

In this paper, we proposed new buffer management and cell scheduling scheme of GFR service for improving fairness of TCP/IP traffic in ATM networks. The proposed algorithm used untagged cell, which came to ATM switch, to decide the policy for discard of frame and what kind of VC cell it would serve. Performance analysis through the simulation present that proposed scheme can meet fairness 2 (MCR Plus equal share), which are not met by conventional scheduling mechanism such as WRR. Also, proposed scheme is superior to WRR about 30% in throughput and more efficiency in fairness criteria.

The purpose of this study is to construct the nursing-policy and nursing-theory of Korean style by understanding the type of recognition and attitude immanent in Korean people through of Korean people to the Shamanism(巫敎). And this paper is using Q methodology by operant definition. Because individual recognition and attitude to Shammanism is very subjective and individualistic and many-sided. Q statements in this paper are ultimately 38 statements divided into 5 regions, which are abstracted from 285 Q samples. 38 persons in all are objects of P-population. The results of analyses on the characters of each type are as follows. The men who belong to type I is positive to the Shamanism in recognition and attitude at the same time. The men who belong to type II are negative the analysis of the recognition and attitude to Shamanism in recognition, but positive to Shamanism in practical attitude. The men who belong to type III are evidently negative to Shamanism in recognition and attitude at the same time. The men who belong to type IV are positive to Shamanism, but negative or reservative to it in attitude. In conclusion, we could affirm that shamanic care-act which modern medicine discard as only superstition is very deeply rooted in the Korean people'need. In short, Korean people is already and always related to Shamnism, whether positively or negatively. I dare to think this paper might contribute the other disciplines of sciences as basic data.

Growing worldwide interest in software and spread awareness of the need for education. A software-driven society realization strategy will achieve mandatory training on software. This policy will be applied from middle school students in 2015. Students who are interested in computers, like many positive responses, student learning may seem hard to have a negative reaction. Thus, the present obligation as simple in practice education only and discarded before actually lost interest awarded a systematic education does not work properly, but rather that education could happen to entirely discard turn our attention. Accordingly, what you need is to have a systematic training from the basics that I need to worry about software that can recognize easy and fun. In this paper, we propose a hardware and basic software that allows you to proceed software training more easy and efficient as it can be modified and applied to the program in the production unit to learn programming tools and programming languages.

Gifford(1992, 1993, 1997, 1998)는 제한적 주의력(limited attention)의 관점에서 벤처경영자, R&D 관리자, 혁신자, 벤처 캐피탈의 의사결정을 연구하였다. 창업경영자 (entrepreneurs)는 기술 개발, 제품디자인 개발, 원자재 확보, 제품 생산, 유통채널 확보, 가격정책 결정, 판매촉진 및 마케팅정책 결정 등의 다양한 경영활동을 수행하고 끊임없이 창업기회(entrepreneurial opportunities)를 추구하는 사람이다. Gifford 는 벤처 경영자를 창업기회와 다양한 경영활동의 포트폴리오(portfolio)를 수행하고 관리하는 대리인으로 간주한 '마술사 모형(Juggler model)' 을 제시하고 이익극대화의 관점에서 대리인의 의사결정을 분석하였다. 그녀는 모형을 통하여 특정시점을 지난 기존 메뉴를 포기 하고 새로운 창업기회를 평가하는 '포기정책(discard policy)' 과 아울러 기존 메뉴를 관리한 이후 새로운 창업기회를 평가하는 '연령검사(age inspection)' 를 동시에 사용한다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 논문은 Gifford의 마술사 모형(Juggler model)을 수정, 발전시켜 창업경영자의 의사결정을 분석하였다. Gifford의 모형은 성장하지 않는 창업기회의 포트폴리오 결정에 대한 모형이기 때문에 창업기회의 성장성이 벤처경영자의 의사결정에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 논의가 전혀 없었다. 본 논문에서는 창업경영자를 기업가적 활동을 수행하는 사람으로 정의하고 벤처경영자의 의사결정을 분석하였다. 성장률이 큰 기업에서 기업가적 활동을 수행할 때 창업경영자가 창출하는 기업의 현재가치는 크게 증가하게 되는 반면 성장률이 떨어지는 기업에서 기업가적 활동을 수행할때 창업경영자가 창출하는 기업의 현재가치는 크게 감소하게 된다. 또, 창업경영자는 성장률이 큰기업을 선택하면 관리횟수가 줄어들게 되고 이익의 감소 없이 빠르게 수확할 수가 있다. 국가의 정책과 제도가 창업경영자를 보다 성 장률이 높은 기업에서 기업가활동을 하게 한다면 국가경제의 성장속도는 빨라지게 될 것이다.

This study attempted to discover the problems related to the increasing book disposal trend within academic libraries by analyzing the disposal status over ten years and interviews with the librarians. The analysis utilized Korea Education and Research Information Service provided disposal information from 2010 to 2019. The academic libraries with more than 2 million books had disposed of the most number of books. This trend led to a distinctive decrease in the books' duplicate copies in terms of the collection composition. The librarians from the organizations, which conducted disposal more than three times and one massive removal within ten years, revealed in the interviews that they discarded many valuable duplicate books. They discussed the importance of digitizing high-value resources and also the limitation imposed by the copyright law. In conclusion, this study pointed out that book disposal can cause changes in the collection composition in the long run and suggested that academic libraries pay attention to these changes. The study also suggested evaluating the discarded books' values to guide the digitization efforts and count the number of books to include digital book use rights.

1. Generally speaking, our people have been carrying out the government policy of using grains other than rice comparatively well. But it is desirable that the government heirs the whole nation as well as the farmers to understand better the scientific meaning of using foods made from the flour of various grains. This will greatly improve the nation's eating habits, for it will make people discard the habit of eating only boiled-rice, which will not only improve our national health but will also increase the national income. 2. For the purpose of improving health and developing intellectual faculties of our mind, we had better, if possible, get much protein from plants(especially beans) which we can obtain more readily than from animals. However if we must use animal protein, we should dependonly on livestock. Pregnant women and new-born children must not be in ill health because of malnutrition caused by following groundless superstitions about foods: for example, some religions forbid the use very healthful foods or some traditional conventions do the blend of certain foods together with other victuals. 3. It is good that we conquer the difficulty of living in the season of spring poverty by having other substitute for regular victuals. But it requires us to pay a careful attention to the food and to do research on many foods problems such as food pollution. Farmers should cooperate with each other and help those who have very little arable land, or even those who have no place for cultivating, to grow miscellaneous cereals on the land which other farmers don't use that year. 4. On the whole, farmers have a good appetite for any, food, whatever it is. Neverthless, because they aren't econmically well-off, they generally eat hot meals only for breakfast and supper in the busy faming season. They eat a tepid lunch which, they think saves time and cooking fuel. In conclution, I feel sorry that many village farmers still steeped in conventional thought and superstition are inclined to have an unbalanced diet of boiled-rice and that they continue not to use the floor from other grains all the year round. when these unscientific dieting customs mentioned above are discarded, we will be able to enjoy good health, better knowledge or intellegence, and higher income. Then we will ba able to make our present lives more self-reliant and self-supporting.
