연구목적: 본 연구는 커뮤니티맵핑 어플리케이션을 통한 초 중생 안전역량 제고를 위한 교육 프로그램 제안을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 커뮤니티맵핑 어플리케이션을 개발, 활용하여 초 중생 약 425명이 참여한 후 설문조사를 통해 안전역량 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 커뮤니티맵핑 활동을 통해 초 중생의 실제 생활주변 위험요소를 도출할 수 있었고 활동 전 후 설문조사를 통해 참가자의 안전역량이 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 참여형 맵핑 툴과 유사한 기능을 포함하며 사용자의 편의성, 접근성, 확장성이 있는 커뮤니티맵핑 어플리케이션의 개발을 통해 어린이 안전교육의 하나의 콘텐츠로 활용하여 등록된 정보를 활용하고 초 중생의 안전역량 제고를 기대한다.

Firefighters receive extreme stress and suffer from PTSD in disaster. But we have not been paid attention to them. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of previous PTSD education programs in fire academy and to present the practical educational programs for firefighters to use in the disaster field. In the empirical analysis of this practical educational programs(EFT program), this program is more effective than existing theory-focused education training program.

인적 재난은 체계적인 예방과 지속적인 점검을 통해 피해를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 재난이므로 시설을 이용하는 시민의 안전의식도 중요하지만 시설안전을 관리하는 경비원의 안전의식이 더욱 중요하게 고려된다. 즉, 경비원의 안전의식과 전문성 함양은 인적 재난을 포함한 사회적 재난의 피해규모를 축소시키고 효과적 안전관리를 가능하게 한다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설경비원의 재난안전의식을 향상시키기 위한 영향요인으로 교육훈련 및 조직 안전분위기를 변수로 선정하여 분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 연구결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 교육훈련 중 교육내용과 교육환경은 재난안전의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 조직 안전분위기는 재난안전의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 즉, 교육훈련의 개선과 조직적 차원에서의 안전문화형성은 재난안전의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 효과적인 안전관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

As the quality of the rising the desire for safety life and the need of safety education to prevent disasters or big safety accident have been shown. Therefore the superintendent of education for safety experience carry out a policy for set up. However, it is unclear the appropriateness of safety education program and safety standard of facilities of introductions in the safety experience center. therefore, in the result of this study will be the basic information for the realities of experience in the place of safety experience education and propose the reform measure.

Smoke is one of the most critical factor when escaping from the fire since it reduces visibility and interrupts finding emergency exit lights. Therefore, it is recommended that an evacuation simulation program should incorporate the smoke factor. In addition, it is suggested that the program should include not only the unilateral damage by the smoke but also the detour evacuation by risk communication. In this study, MAS (Multi Agent System)-based simulation program which incorporates the reduced walking speed by smoke and adopts the dispersion evacuation logic during escaping from the fire. To make comparison, a commercial evacuation program, Pathfinder was used. It was found that the simulation results of MAS (Multi Agent System)-based program is better than Pathfinder in terms of safe evacuation. It means that evacuation simulation need a additional evaluation categories that include not only quick evacuation time but also safe evacuee number.

국민안전처에서 수행하고 있는 소방안전 연구개발사업 주요 내역사업으로는, 화재예방 및 경계기술개발, 특수재난 진압 대응 기술개발, 인명 구조 구급 및 현장대응요원 안전확보 기술개발 등 세개 내역사업으로 구성되어 2007년부터 수행하고 있다. 주요 성과지표로는 (1) 국내외 특허, 실용신안, 디자인(의장) 등 산업재산권 출원/등록 건수 (2) 현장실험, 상용화를 위한 성능기준 확보, 시제품 개발, 소프트웨어 등록, 기술료 발생건수 (3) 수행과제와 관련하여 국내외 학술지에 게재된 연구논문 및 수행과제 결과물을 이용한 정책활용 건수 (4) 연구과제 수행기간 동안 발생된 고용창출 및 인력양성 실적 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 2012년부터 2014년까지 수행한 소방안전분야 연구개발사업의 특허 성과, 논문 성과, 소프트웨어 등록 성과에 대해 조사 분석하였다.

In school safety education, it was difficult to apply how to link the safety education according to grades year, and student's interest was reduced due to the repetition of existing safety education contents and the absence of new teaching methods and tools. In this study, as a new type of safety education, a performance forms fire safety education program was developed. This program aims to increase students' interest and satisfaction in safety education, and to this end, it was connect with korean elementary science curriculum and combined various engineering teaching materials or tools and methods. Developed program was applied to 2,231 students, 25 schools in 10 regions of Gyeonggi-do and surveyed 476 fifth and sixth grade students program satisfaction and 3 factors of interest in fire safety education who could respond to the survey. As a result of applying the program, more than 90% of students responded more than 'satisfied' in all areas. and statistical test(independent t-test and non-parametric test) indicates over-all satisfaction and interest factors in the program are high regardless of gender and grade, so the effectiveness can be guessed indirectly and there is a universal applicability also. Moreover, examining the influence of student interest level in the satisfaction of the fire safety program, it was found that in order to increase the satisfaction of fire safety education, students should have more fun with the content and feel interest in the teacher's teaching method or explanation.

A large number of Computer-based fire growth and Evacuation model have been developed for various purpose and many of these are widely used for research and engineering. And Most of Egress simulation program are ordinary case only related to human behavior But Egress safety Evaluation is very closed to smog movement. It is well known that the Egress simulation program made by Tokyo Fire Department are related to smog movement. So It is the aim of this study to investigate on the Development of Egress Simulation for Evacuation Safety Evaluation of Tokyo Fire Dept. Department in Japan.

A*algorithm is highly useful to search the shortest route to the destination in the evacuation simulation. For this reason, A*algorithm is used to evaluate the evacuation experiment by the computer simulation. However there are some problems to analyze the outcome in relation to the reality. Because all the people in the building are not well-informed of the shortest route to the exit. And they will not move to the disaster spot though it is shortest route to the exit. Therefore, evacuation simulation program based on A*algorithm raise a problem of bottleneck phenomenon and dangerous result by damage surrounding the disaster spot. The purpose of this research is to prove the necessity for dispersion evacuation simulation by Multi agent system to solve the problems of the existing evacuation simulation program based on A*algorithm.

본 연구에서는 초 중고등학교에서 학교안전사고와 관련된 비극적인 일이 일어나기 전에 미연에 예방하고자 하는데 그 목적 있다. 하지만 현재 실상에서 이루어지는 것은 예방이 아니라 사고 후 대처에 중점을 두고 해결해 나가고 있어 인식의 변화와 학교안전에 대한 실천 프로그램이 시급하다. 따라서 학교안전사고 예방을 위한 기초 프로그램으로 안전사고에 대한 매뉴얼 개발 보다 전문적이고 실질적인 안전교육을 위하여 교사의 학교안전교육 이수의 의무화, 학생들에게 흥미를 줄 수 있는 시청각 교육의 활용, 교사가 기술 및 지식을 습득하기 어려운 화재경보기, 전기 안전점검, 건강이상 유무판단의 검진 등의 전담 민간 기관의 활용 및 안전교육활성화, 자격제도 도입을 통한 전문가 배출을 통하여 학교안전사고를 미연에 방지 할 수 있다.
