수준 분해 일정계획 문제에 대한 최적 알고리듬 (An Exact Algorithm for Two-Level Disassembly Scheduling)

  • Disassembly scheduling is the problem of determining the quantity and timing of disassembling used or end-of-life products while satisfying the demand of their parts or components over a given planning horizon. This paper considers the two-level disassembly structure that describes a direct relationship between the used product and its parts or components. To formulate the problem mathematically, we first suggest an integer programming model, and then reformulate it to a dynamic programming model after characterizing properties of optimal solutions. Based on the dynamic programming model, we develop a polynomial exact algorithm and illustrate it with an example problem.

  • Due to increasing awareness on the treatment of end-of-use/life products, disassembly has been a fast-growing research area of interest for many researchers over recent decades. This paper introduces a novel lot-sizing problem that has not been studied in the literature, which is the service-parts lot-sizing with disassembly option. The disassembly option implies that the demands of service parts can be fulfilled by newly manufactured parts, but also by disassembled parts. The disassembled parts are the ones recovered after the disassembly of end-of-use/life products. The objective of the considered problem is to maximize the total profit, i.e., the revenue of selling the service parts minus the total cost of the fixed setup, production, disassembly, inventory holding, and disposal over a planning horizon. This paper proves that the single-period version of the considered problem is NP-hard and suggests a heuristic by combining a simulated annealing algorithm and a linear-programming relaxation. Computational experiment results show that the heuristic generates near-optimal solutions within reasonable computation time, which implies that the heuristic is a viable optimization tool for the service parts inventory management. In addition, sensitivity analyses indicate that deciding an appropriate price of disassembled parts and an appropriate collection amount of EOLs are very important for sustainable service parts systems.

  • Today, due to the development of the industrial society, the need for sustainable research and development for energy depletion and environmental protection is increasing. Among sustainable research, remanufacturing is an ideal way to meet environmental and economic aspects. In this paper, we investigated the End-of-Life Vehicle(ELV) in order to find the recovery method of the core which is the preceding stage of remanufacturing. The number of End-of-Life Vehicle is increasing year by year, but the core recovery rate from ELV is still low. Therefore, a methodology to determine the disassembly priority of each part is proposed to increase the core recovery rate. Based on the analysis Table through the disassembly process, the decision rule was selected and the weighted score evaluation Table was completed to complete the disassembly priority system. Finally, evaluation was made on gasoline vehicles to determine priorities.

  • The recycling cell formation problem means that disposal products are classified into recycling part families using group technology in their end of life phase. Disposal products have the uncertainties of product status by usage influences during product use phase and recycling cells are formed design, process and usage attributes. In order to treat the uncertainties, fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic-based neural network model are applied to recycling cell formation problem for disposal products. In this paper, a heuristic approach for fuzzy ART neural network is suggested. The modified Fuzzy ART neural network is shown that it has a great efficiency and give an extension for systematically generating alternative solutions in the recycling cell formation problem. We present the results of this approach applied to disposal refrigerators and the comparison of performances between other algorithms. This paper introduced a procedure which integrates economic and environmental factors into the disassembly of disposal products for recycling in recycling cells. A qualitative method of disassembly analysis is developed and its aim is to improve the efficiency of the disassembly and to generated an optimal disassembly which maximize profits and minimize environmental impact. Three criteria established to reduce the search space and facilitate recycling opportunities.

  • The world faces a legacy of serious environmental problems such as exhaustion of natural resources and lack of landfill sites. To address these problems, recycling of materials and products has been proposed, but at present, it is realized only within a few fields. This is because most industrial products consist of various components made of different materials and their recycling are based on the assumption that they can be separated and classified easily, the actual situation however cannot satisfy this assumption. The issue in recycling the components and wastes of used cars, in turn, gives rise to emphasis on the disassembly process. For the efficient disassembly, the component materials and their easy separation as well as the recyclability must be taken into account as early as in the design process. It should be developed an almost perfect design catalogue with existing technologies by analyzing design characteristics, manufacturing, assembly and disassembly processes for major parts and components of automobiles in terms of existing and newly proposed recycling technologies. Also it is essential to provide more technical know-how and application methods that may be helpful to utilize different components and component groups.

  • Modernity which is superficial phenomenon set off the mass scale for mass consumption and provide uniformly artificial environment. But natural destruction, environment pollution, resources exhaustion and so on has been caused by this and now ecology is threatened by destruction and damage beyond the limitation and human beings survival is even threatened. Accordingly furniture development for environment preservation considered environment problem is the urgent real situation. Recent paradigm is the concept of Eco-design which is the green design possible to live together in symbiosis, and new types of alternative furniture are needed in Korea as well. 'Furniture for disassembly' is presented as new method for alternative furniture.

Moreover the save of resources and the recycling for the environmental preservation are the essential theme. On this the necessary information for the product development increases enormously. For the right use of the information the design process should be supported by the proper design tool. For this the 'design catalogue system for recycling' is suggested here. This system consists of four parts, that is, 'the existing automobile system database', 'working principle database', 'assessment system of the ease of disassembly' and 'one's own product development database'. By the use of this system the product development period could be reduced about $30\%$ drastically.

  • This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.

  • This paper is concerned with proving a conjecture that the two stage assembly system is reversible in deterministic makespan scheduling context. The reversibility means that a job sequence in the assembly system has the same makespan as that of its reverse sequence in the disassembly system which is the reversal of the assembly system. The proposed conjecture shows that the reversibility of serial flowshops can be extended to non-serial and synchronized shops.
