전자 패키징 Interconnect 소재로의 카본 나노튜브의 활용 (Utilization of Carbon Nanotubes for New Interconnect Materials in Electronic Packaging)

  • Carbon nanotube(CNT)s have been considered as one of the most unique materials due to the their superior mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Therefore, numerous studies have been performed for the utilization of CNTs. This review article focuses on the recent research trends on the utilization of CNTs for new interconnect materials in electronics packaging. Major contents mentioned are the direct interconnection technology using CNTs and the main properties of polymer/CNTs composite materials. This article is aimed at the reviewing of important results from the recent studies and providing the straightforward understanding of the results through the mutual analysis and a industrial viewpoint.

당뇨병 질환자의 의료이용 및 직접의료비 연구 (The study of Health Care Utilization and Direct Medical Cost in the Diabetes Mellitus Client)

  • 본 연구는 당뇨병 질환자의 의료이용 및 의료비를 통하여 직접의료비를 조사하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 2012년 한국의료패널 총 5,434가구, 15,872명을 이용하여 만19세 이상 당뇨병 질환자는 812명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 응급의료이용, 입원의료이용, 외래의료이용에 대한 평균 의료비와 직접의료비(환자본인부담의료비+공단부담금+비급여본인부담금)를 구하였고, 년간총직접비용은 직접의료비에 당뇨병유병율(N)을 곱하여 산출하였다. 연구결과, 당뇨병 질환자의 100명당 평균 응급의료이용횟수는 1.98회 의료비, 총직접비용, 년간총직접비용은 85,942원, 447,359원, 363,255,508원이었고, 입원의료이용횟수는 5.6회 의료비, 총직접비용, 년간총직접비용은 772,240원, 4,061,982원 3,298,329,384원 이였으며, 외래의료이용횟수는 10회 의료비, 총직접비용, 년간총직접비용은 11,978원, 26,020원, 21,128,240원 이였다. 이상과 같은 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 당뇨병의 발생은 의료비증가와 직접의료비 증가에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 이는 가구 및 환자에 있어 큰 부담이며 삶의 질도 낮아질 것이다. 당뇨병 질환의 감소를 위한 식생활. 운동 혈당, 혈압 등의 조기진단과 예방을 위한 관리가 중요하다.

일부지역 노인의 구강진료 이용행태와 관련요인 (A study on the aspects of utilization of the dental services for the old and their related factors)

  • Objectives : This study aimed at examining the aspects of utilization of the dental services in some regions and analyzing the related factors with a view to helping the old solve the dental problems and overcome the difficulties. Methods : This investigation was intended for 422 old people living in Jeon-ju city and Jang-su county from July 18, 2006 to August 25 by direct interviewing posing questions. The survey data sets were analyzed by chi-square, correlation, multiple regression and logistic regression. Results : 1. The average number of the existing teeth per an old person was 13.6 and the 28.8% of the old who didn't use denture called for dentures. 2. The annual coefficient of utilization in dental services for an old person was 52.3% and the annual average visits to dental clinics were 3.12 days while 38.6% of the old experienced illegal dental treatments. 3. The affecting factors on the dental utilization for treatment were as follows: family income, dental clinics available, the number of existing teeth, the days of dental trouble, the recognition of the prevention of the dental disease, the knowledge for the dental treatment and the oral health judged by himself. 4. The major variables influencing the utilization of dental services were spouse presence, form of family, income, having a regular dental care, denture presence and the experience of inconvenience in living. Conclusions : To conclude, the following suggestions could be made. First, It was necessary that enforcement practice of free dental prosthesis service and application to the national health insurance in old people's prosthetic therapy for government support because the economic factor was barrier to utilization of the dental services. Second, Dental clinic was required to the health center because availability of common dental services was big impact in utilization of the dental services.

Utilization improvement of PDMS and fluoropolymers by mutual application

  • We investigated about the utilization improvement of the PDMS and fluoropolymers by mutual application in environmental analysis. We were conducted the direct fluorination with mild condition on the PDMS films and analyzed its surfaces before and after fluorination. The results of FTIR and SEM analysis on the PDMS films showed that the film surfaces were fluorinated without irreversible deformation by the fluorination. During the fluorination, the measured contact angles of water and several alcohols on the PDMS films decreased with time and that of most alcohols decreased to 0 after 30 minutes. The surface energy of fluorinated PDMS films has increased by 2 times. Also, we investigated the influence factors on the change of permeation rate of water through PDMS tubes with time. It was observed that the change of permeation rate of water through PDMS tube was affected by temperature, water phase and spatial distribution of water. From these results, we could verify the principal causes of the decrease of permeation rate of water through PDMS tube with time and proposed a new experimental setup for reducing the variation of permeation rate of water less than 2%.

공분산구조분석을 이용한 자체충족률 모형 검증 (Formulating Regional Relevance Index through Covariance Structure Modeling)

  • Hypotheses In health services research are becoming increasingly more complex and specific. As a result, health services research studies often include multiple independent, intervening, and dependent variables in a single hypothesis. Nevertheless, the statistical models adopted by health services researchers have failed to keep pace with the increasing complexity and specificity of hypotheses and research designs. This article introduces a statistical model well suited for complex and specific hypotheses tests in health services research studies. The covariance structure modeling(CSM) methodology is especially applied to regional relevance indices(RIs) to assess the impact of health resources and healthcare utilization. Data on secondary statistics and health insurance claims were collected by each catchment area. The model for RI was justified by direct and indirect effects of three latent variables measured by seven observed variables, using ten structural equations. The resulting structural model revealed significant direct effects of the structure of health resources but indirect effects of the quantity on RIs, and explained 82% of correlation matrix of measurement variables. Two variables, the number of beds and the portion of specialists among medical doctors, became to have significant effects on RIs by being analyzed using the CSM methodology, while they were insignificant in the regression model. Recommendations for the CSM methodology on health service research data are provided.

재난안전로봇의 교육적 활용을 위한 시나리오 개발 및 그 활용의 효과분석 (Development of Scenario for Utilization in Education of Disaster Response Robots and Effective Analysis of its Application)

  • 본 연구에서는 화재, 붕괴, 특수사고, 산불 등의 4개의 재난·재해 중 화재현장에서 활용 가능한 재난안전로봇의 교육적 활용을 위한 시나리오를 개발하고 이 시나리오를 바탕으로 로봇 활용 교육에 따른 효과분석을 목표로 한다. 시나리오는 현직 소방대원을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 통해 방향성, 현실성 및 합리성 내용을 중심으로 시나리오를 개발하였다. 또한 재난안전로봇의 활용 교육 및 훈련의 효과를 확인하기 위해 로봇 개발연구진, 현직소방대원, 대학생들을 대상으로 반복적인 로봇 조종 훈련을 통하여 분석하였다. 로봇조종은 직접조정, 모니터조종, 시뮬레이터조종으로 구분하여 테스트를 5회 실시하여 하였다. 로봇조정 테스트분석결과 각 그룹별로 소요된 평균시간은 대학생이 28초로 가장 빨랐으며 연구개발팀(30초), 소방대원(38초) 순으로 나타났다. 개인별 분석결과를 보면 직접조정의 경우에는 소방대원이 (최대 35초), 모니터 조정에는 연구개발팀이 (최대 14초), 시뮬레이터 조종에서는 소방대원 (최대 22초)의 조종시간 단축의 효과를 나타냈다. 이는 재난·재해 현장에서 로봇을 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 반복적인 로봇 조종 교육 및 훈련이 필요함을 입증했다.

이상 유동에서의 유체-구조 연성해석을 위한 Direct Forcing/Ficititious Domain-Level Set Method (Direct forcing/fictitious domain-Level set method for two-phase flow-structure interaction)

  • In the present paper, a direct forcing/fictitious domain (DF/FD) level set method is proposed to simulate the FSI (fluid-solid interaction) in two-phase flow. The main idea is to combine the direct-forcing/fictitious domain (DF/FD) method with the level set method in the Cartesian coordinates. The DF/FD method is a non-Lagrange-multiplier version of a distributed Lagrange multiplier/fictitious domain (DLM/FD) method. This method does not sacrifice the accuracy and robustness by employing a discrete ${\delta}$ (Dirac delta) function to transfer quantities between the Eulerian nodes and Lagrangian points explicitly as the immersed boundary method. The advantages of this approach are the simple concept, easy implementation, and utilization of the original governing equation without modification. Simulations of various water-entry problems have been conducted to validate the capability and accuracy of the present method in solving the FSI in two-phase flow. Consequently, the present results are found to be in good agreement with those of previous studies.

전원동기를 이용한 스펙트럼 확산 전원선 통신장치의 구성 (Construction of Spread Spectrum Power Line Communication Equipment Using Power Line Synchronization)

  • Direct Sequence 스펙트럼 확산방식에서 전원동기를 이용한 전원선 통신장치의 구성을 제안한 것이다. 전원선은 주파수대역폭이 일반적으로 10KHz~450KHz로 제한되어 있고, 특히 동기회로가 복잡해져서 제작가격이 높아지며 또한 시스템 규모가 커지며 다중통신하기가 어렵다. 동기회로를 이루기 위해서 교류전원에 동기하는 전원동기 Clock 발생회로를 제안하고 어드레스 설정기를 두어서 다중통신을 가능하게 하였다.

직접분사 성층연소방식에서 수소 첨가에 의한 미연 탄화수소의 저감 (The Reduction of Unburned Hydrocarbons on the Direct-Injection Stratified-Charge Combustion Method by Hydrogen Addition)

  • The direct injection stratified charge(DISC) engine enhances the fuel tolerance and the antiknock tendency. This enhanc3d antiknock tendency allows use of a higher compression ratio which results in higher thermal efficiency. But its actual utilization is prevented by high emission combustion time and wall quenching will be the main causes of increasing unburned hydrocarbons in DISC system. In order to solve this problem, small aount of hydrogen was added to the charging air or injected fuel. The effects of hydrogen addition were examined experimentally by radial fuel injection using a pancake-type constant volume bomb. In case of the hydrogen addition to the charge of air, the combustion the amount of hydrogen. In case of the hydrogen addition to the fuel, the combustion pressure was significantly increased.
