The purpose of this study is to examine and assess the major characteristics and changes of politics, economy, and diplomacy in Thailand in 2016. Specifically, it reviewed the New Constitution that was passed in 2016, the confrontation between different political forces and the trend of military regime around the New Constitution, and the political instability caused by the accession of the new king to the throne. This study also set out to figure out changes to the economy and foreign relations of the country, including its relations with South Korea, under the military regime and make predictions for the impact and future prospects of King Bhumibol Adulyadej's death on the politics and economy of the country. In 2016, the politics of Thailand took a step further toward the transfer of power to civil government and established a foundation for an authoritarian system. The draft of the New Constitution, which does not seem to be democratic, was approved by a referendum and enabled the military authorities to continue their political interventions, even after the general election. The New Constitution, in particular, reduces the power of political parties itself in addition to simply keeping the Thaksin's party in check; thus, anticipating ongoing conflicts between the military authorities and political parties. In this situation, the absence of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who used to play a decisive role in promoting the political stability of the country, and the accession of the new king to the throne raise concerns about the acceleration of political instability, which has continued after the coup and influenced the diplomatic relations of the country. Today, Thailand is distancing itself from Western nations that do not recognize the current military regime including the U.S.A. and EU member states and instead maintains a rapidly friendly and close relation with China. In 2016, the economy of Thailand made a gradual recovery rather than high growth. The death of King Bhumibol Adulyadej has exerted limited direct economic impacts only on individual consumption and tourism and is not likely to cause a recession. An economic crisis will, however, be unavoidable if the political confrontations escalate before the general election to transfer power to the civil government.

The convergence tendency accelerates the realization of the ubiquitous healthcare (u-Healthcare) between the technology including the power generaation and IT-BT-NT of the ubiquitous computing technology. By rapidly analyzing a large amount of collected from the sensor network with processing and delivering to the medical team an u-Healthcare can provide a patient for an inappropriate regardless of the time and place. As to the existing u-Healthcare, since the sensor node all transmitted collected data by using with the Zigbee protocol the processing burden of the base node was big and there was many communication frequency of the sensor node. In this paper, the u-Healthcare system in which it can efficiently apply to mobile apparatuses it provided the transfer rate in which it is superior to the bio-signal delivery where there are the life and direct relation which by using the Bluetooth instead of the Zigbee protocol and in which it is variously used in the ubiquitous environment was designed. Moreover, by applying the EEF(Embedded Event Filtering) technique in which data in which it includes in the event defined in advance selected and it transmits with the base node, the communication frequency and were reduced. We confirmed to be the system in which it is efficient through the simulation result than the existing Electrocardiogram Measurement system.

Bluetooth technology is a publicly available specification proposed for Radio Frequency (RF) communication for short-range :1nd point-to-multipoint voice and data transfer. It operates in the 2.4㎓ ISM(Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band and offers the potential for low-cost, broadband wireless access for various mobile and portable devices at range of about 10 meters. In this paper, we describe the structure and the test results of the bluetooth baseband module with direct memory access method we have developed. This module consists of three blocks; link controller, UART interface, and audio CODEC. This module has a bus interface for data communication between this module and main processor and a RF interface for the transmission of bit-stream between this module and RF module. The bus interface includes DMA interface. Compared with the link controller with FIFOs, The module with DMA has a wide difference in size of module and speed of data processing. The small size module supplies lorr cost and various applications. In addition, this supports a firmware upgrade capability through UART. An FPGA and an ASIC implementation of this module, designed as soft If, are tested for file and bit-stream transfers between PCs.
This paper discusses the role of money in the process of capital accumulation where financial markets are impeded by contract enforcement problems in the context of overlapping generations framework. In particular, in less developed countries (LDCs) creditors may know little about the repayment capability of potential debtors due to incomplete information so that financial instruments other than money may not acceptable to them. In this paper the impediments to the operation of the private finanical markets are explicitly modelled. We argue that creditors cannot observe actual investment decisions made by the potential borrowers, and as a result, loan contracts may not be fully enforceable. Therefore, a laissez-faire regime may fail to provide the economy with the appropriate financial instruments. Under these circumstances, we introduce a government operated discount window (DW) that acts as an open market buyer of private debt. This theoretical structure represents the practice of governments of many LDCs to provide loans (typically at subsidized interest rates) to preferred borrowers either directly or indirectly through the commercial banking system. It is shown that the DW can substantially overcome impediments to trade which are caused by the credit market failure. An appropriate supply of the DW loan enables producers to purchase the resources they cannot obtain through direct transactions in the credit market. This result obtains even if the DW is subject to the same enforcement constraint that is responsible for the market failure. Thus, the DW intervention implies higher investment and output. However, the operation of the DW may cause inflation. Furthermore, the provision of cheap loans through the DW results in a worse income distribution. Therefore, there is room for welfare enhancing schemes that utilize the higher output to develop. We demonstrate that adequate lump sum taxes-cum-transfers along with the operation of the DW can support an allocation that is Pareto superior to the laissez-faire equilibrium allocation.

Boron doping on an n-type Si wafer is requisite process for IBC (Interdigitated Back Contact) solar cells. Fiber laser annealing is one of boron doping methods. For the boron doping, uniformly coated or deposited film is highly required. Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method provides a uniform dopant film or layer which can facilitate doping. Because amorphous silicon layer absorption range for the wavelength of fiber laser does not match well for the direct annealing. In this study, to enhance thermal affection on the existing p-a-Si:H layer, a ${\mu}c$-Si:H intrinsic layer was deposited on the p-a-Si:H layer additionally by PECVD. To improve heat transfer rate to the amorphous silicon layer, and as heating both sides and protecting boron eliminating from the amorphous silicon layer. For p-a-Si:H layer with the ratio of $SiH_4$ : $B_2H_6$ : $H_2$ = 30 : 30 : 120, at $200^{\circ}C$, 50 W, 0.2 Torr for 30 minutes, and for ${\mu}c$-Si:H intrinsic layer, $SiH_4$ : $H_2$ = 10 : 300, at $200^{\circ}C$, 30 W, 0.5 Torr for 60 minutes, 2 cm $\times$ 2 cm size wafers were used. In consequence of comparing the results of lifetime measurement and sheet resistance relation, the laser condition set of 20 ~ 27 % of power, 150 ~ 160 kHz, 20 ~ 50 mm/s of marking speed, and $10\;{\sim}\;50 {\mu}m$ spacing with continuous wave mode of scanner lens showed the correlation between lifetime and sheet resistance as $100\;{\Omega}/sq$ and $11.8\;{\mu}s$ vs. $17\;{\Omega}/sq$ and $8.2\;{\mu}s$. Comparing to the singly deposited p-a-Si:H layer case, the additional ${\mu}c$-Si:H layer for doping resulted in no trade-offs, but showed slight improvement of both lifetime and sheet resistance, however sheet resistance might be confined by the additional intrinsic layer. This might come from the ineffective crystallization of amorphous silicon layer. For the additional layer case, lifetime and sheet resistance were measured as $84.8\;{\Omega}/sq$ and $11.09\;{\mu}s$ vs. $79.8\;{\Omega}/sq$ and $11.93\;{\mu}s$. The co-existence of $n^+$layeronthesamesurfaceandeliminating the laser damage should be taken into account for an IBC solar cell structure. Heavily doped uniform boron layer by fiber laser brings not only basic and essential conditions for the beginning step of IBC solar cell fabrication processes, but also the controllable doping concentration and depth that can be established according to the deposition conditions of layers.
Previous studies have indicated that immunological factor is responsible for the infertility. We have detected sperm antibodies in ZIFT patients which grouped as fertilization failure (A; n=18) and low fertilization rate (${\leq}50%$)(B; n=20). Patients, however, had normal oocytes and sperms. We collected serum from wives and semen from husbands and donors (fertile sperm), if it was needed. We examined class, binding patterns and amounts of antisperm antibodies(ASA) by direct and indirect immunobead binding assay. In group A, 11 husbands were ASA positive showing 62.2% and 61.1% binding with IgA and IgG, respectively, and two wives were ASA positive showing 70.0% and 71.0% binding with IgA and IgG, respectively. Binding sites were mainly at the head of sperms (84%). In group B, 8 husbands were ASA positive showing 37.5% and 40.0% binding with IgA and IgG, respectively, and two wives were ASA positive showing 41.3% and 42.0% binding with IgA and IgG, respectively. Binding sites were also mainly at the head of sperms (78%). For the treatment of ZIFT patients who had fertilization failure at the first trial, we used albumin fractionation method and dilution method with 30% fetal cord serum (FCS) to reduce the titer of ASA. We used partial zona dissection (P.Z.D.) method for wives who have antisperm antibodies in their serum. According to represented method, we could inhance the fertilization rate to 60.0% by albumin fractionation and 20.0% by P.Z.D., respectively. We concluded that the use of micromanipulation like P.Z.D. or the other sperm processing methods is required to increase a chance of fertilization. This result suggested that it should be a prerequisite to test antisperm antibodies prior to entering assisted reproductive technologies (ART) programs.
In this study, the flexural test for reinforced high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composites (R/HPFRCC) members has been conducted in order to investigate the flexural behavior including the effect of an ordinary tensile reinforcing bar. Through the test, it was observed that the flexural strength increased due to the stable tensile stress transfer of HPFRCC, even up to the ultimate state. In addition, no localized crack appeared until the yielding of the reinforcement. From the layered section analysis of the tested members, it was found that the analysis with the tensile model obtained from the tension stiffening test showed better agreement with the flexural test results, whereas the analysis with direct tension test results overestimated the flexural capacity. Through the experimental and analytical studies, two flexural failure modes have been defined in this paper; concrete crushing at the top compression layer or tensile failure at the bottom tensile layer of the beam section. Based on these two flexural failure modes, a simple formula that estimates the ultimate flexural strength of the member has been proposed in this paper. The proposed equations can be useful in a design and an analysis of R/HPFRCC members.

LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) carried out to estimate carbon footprint and to establish of LCI (Life Cycle Inventory) database of rice production system. The results of collecting data for establishing LCI D/B showed that organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer input to 4.29E-01 kg $kg^{-1}$ rice and 2.30E-01 kg $kg^{-1}$ rice for rice cultivation. It was the highest value among input for rice cultivation. And direct field emission was 3.23E-02 kg $kg^{-1}$ during rice cropping. The results of LCI analysis focussed on greenhouse gas (GHG) was showed that carbon footprint was 8.70E-01 kg $CO_2$-eq. $kg^{-1}$ rice. Especially for 80% of $CO_2$ in the GHG and 7.02E-01 kg of its $CO_2$-eq. $kg^{-1}$ rice. Of the GHG emission $CH_4$, and $N_2O$ were estimated to be 13% and 5%, respectively. With LCIA (Life Cycle Impact Assessment) for rice cultivation system, it was observed that fertilizer process might be contributed to approximately 80% of GWP (global warming potential).

Raman spectra exhibit differences in intensity depending on the measuring equipment and environmental conditions even for the same material. This restricts the pattern recognition approach of Raman spectroscopy and is an issue that must be solved for the sake of its practical application, so as to enable the reusability of the Raman database and interoperability between Raman devices. To this end, previous studies assumed the existence of a transfer function between the measurement devices to obtain a direct spectral correction. However, this method cannot cope with other conditions that cause various intensity distortions. Therefore, we propose a classification method using linear intensity calibration which can deal with various measurement conditions more flexibly. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, a Raman library containing 14033 chemical substances was used for identification. Ten kinds of chemical Raman spectra measured using three different Raman spectroscopes were used as the experimental data. The experimental results show that the proposed method achieves 100% discrimination performance against the intensity-distorted spectra and shows a high correlation score for the identified material, thus making it a useful tool for the identification of chemical substances.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Environment, the emission of sewage sludge is increased by 7~9% yearly. In the future, it will be increased continuously because of extension of sewage disposal plants, high class treatment for removing nitrogen and phosphorus. Until now, we have depended on reclamation for lots of quantity and some part has been treated by ocean emission. But, direct reclamation of organic waste will be prohibited and even ocean emission will be prohibited now, so the treatment of sludge is put on emergency alert. Bio-gas can be produced by applying anaerobic digestion method for the recycling or refuse derived fuel can be conducted by applying carbonization method. However, the process is difficult, causes bad smell and makes it the second waste, so it cannot be practical method in fact. This study applied a fluidized bed combustor for sewage sludge treatment technologies that can actually take advantage of key technologies in order to verify its purpose is to demonstrate selected. If applying the fluidized bed combustor, it can be easily utilized as the replaced resource of energy(fuel) in the countries whose energy resources are insufficient, like our country. Especially, if applying only original strengths of the fluidized bed combustor sufficiently, the sewage sludge can be treated simply, eco-friendly, sanitarily and economically. Particularly, it is verified as the energy technology suitable for government's green growth policy.
