영아 및 소아에서의 대동맥궁의 형성부전을 포함한 대동맥 교약증의 수술요법 -21년간의 수술 경험- (Repair of Aortic Coarctation and Arch Hypoplasia in Infants and Children)

  • 1973년 3월부터 1994년 12월까지 수술을 시행한 영아 및 소아 연령의 대동맥 교약증 157례를분석하 였다. 남아가 93명 여아가 64명 이 었고 연령은 1개 월부터 15세까지로 평균 23.8 $\pm$ 41.6개월이 었다. 영아 기의 주증상은 심부전이 었고(781113) 그 이상의 연령 에서 무증상이 빈번하였다(15/44). 단독 대동맥 교약증은 31례의 환아에서 있었고, 9례의 환아에서 심방중격결손이 있었으며(I군), 73명 의 환아에서 심실중격결손이 동반됐고(ll군), 44명의 환아에서 복잡 심기형이 있었다(III군).대동맥궁 의 형 성 부전은 17례의 환아에서 발견되었다. 수술은 71례의 환아에서 쇄골하동맥 편 성형술이 시행됐고, 단순 단단문합술이 32례, 조직편 대동맥 성형술이 26례, 확장 단단문합술이 27례, 기타 1례가 있었다, 전체 수술사망률은 17.2% (27/157)이었고, 재 협착률은 18.0% (28/157)이 었다. 수술합병증은 영아기에 서는 호흡기질환이, 그 이상의 연령 에서는 고혈압이 가장 많았다.

간호력(Nursing History)을 통해 본 내과 입원환자의 간호요구 (A Study of the Nursing Needs of Hospitalized medical Patients by Means of Nursing History Form)

  • Personalized Patient centered nursing care is increasingly difficult to achieve despite the fact that it remains one of our consistent goals. So, we must find away to individualized nursing care. One means, to achieve this is by use of the nursing history form, which has been developed to help the nurse make maximum use of her limited time with the patient, by obtaining systematically the information needed to plan his nursing care. The nursing history form can be used to collect data about individual nursing needs but also it lends itself to the collection of epidemiological data relevant to the needs of patient population. So this study was undertaken in an attempt to describe the general characteristics of the population studied, to find out their perceptions and expectations related to their illness and hospitalization, to find out specific basic needs and to examine the relationship between the patients nursing needs and demographic characteristics through the responses to the nursing history questions. The study population defined and selected was all the patients (70) who were admitted to Yonsei University Hospital from October 1 - 15, 1975. The direct interview method was used and the data were categorized by the investigator, according to the nature of responses to each question and were subjected to the percentile and the chi- square tests. The findings can be summarized as follows 11. General characteristics of the study population ; The population was made up mainly of urban patients who were highly educated. The age was equally distributed. 2. Patients, perceptions and expectations related to illness and hospitalization ; 88.6% of the patients knew about the reason for hospitalization but 64. 5% could state symptoms only. 37.5% recognized the cause of illness. Approximately three fourth of the patients expressed on expectation for early recovery. 60.0% of the patient responses indicated, that they expected less than 10 days of hospitalization. Of the total responses regarding hospitalization, 45.7% were negative about the post -hospitalization expectation, 45.7% expected to return to work. As a result of these findings, we can see that there is a great educational need, a psychological need and environmental need for adaptation to the hospital and a socio- economic need for the post - hospitalization period. 3. Specific basic needs : The physical needs include the problem of getting sufficient sleep (50.0%), difficulty in food intake(47.1%), problems with hospital diet (47.0%), abnormal condition of the skin(44.3%), problems with bowel elimination(35.7%), assistance with bathing(35.7%), pain(30.0%), difficulty in walking(30.0%) , difficulty in seeing(30.0%) problems in urinary elimination(20.0%) , and difficulty in hearing(10.0%), 4. Nursing needs and epidemiological characteristics ; Age distribution was related to the rendition of the mouth but no significant differences were observed statistically with the patients responses to the other nursing history questions according to the epidemiological variables of age, sex, education and residence.

LED 조명용 반투명 유리 광확산판에 있어서 성형 및 냉각온도가 유백특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of forming and cooling temperature on the opaque properties of translucent opal glass for the glass diffuser of LED lighting)

  • LED 조명등의 내구성 문제를 개선할 목적으로 광 확산판에 사용되는 폴리카보네이트 소재를 대체하기 위하여 반투명 유백유리를 제조하였다. 유백유리의 유백제로서 인산칼슘을 사용하였고, $1550^{\circ}C$ 전기로에서 2시간 용융하였다. 유백유리는 용융유리가 성형된 후 냉각 열처리 과정에서 상분리 및 유백입자의 성장에 의해 만들어진다. 따라서 성형 및 냉각온도를 상온, $850^{\circ}C$, $1100^{\circ}C$$1200^{\circ}C$ 로 변화시키면서 유백특성의 영향을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 가장 고온인 $1200^{\circ}C$에서 성형 및 냉각을 한 샘플에서 가장 양호한 특성을 갖는 유백유리가 얻어졌다. 이 유리는 82 % 이상의 높은 Haze 값과 10 % 미만의 낮은 평행광 투과도에 의해 직사광 투과에 의한 눈부심이 없이 LED 조명용 광확산판으로서 우수한 광특성을 나타내었다. 또한 열적특성으로서 $6.309{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$의 열팽창 계수와 $839^{\circ}C$의 연화점을 나타내었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 전력량계 집중장치와 검침서버간에 사용할 수 있는 개방형 프로토콜을 제안하고 성능을 분석하였다. 기존의 집중장치는 DLMS/COSEM 표준프로토콜 기반에서 스마트 전력량계에 대한 연결설정 및 데이터 수집절차를 수행한다. 하지만 수집된 자료를 전달할 때 필요한 집중장치와 검침서버간에는 표준화된 프로토콜이 없어 제품마다 다양한 방식으로 구현되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 집중장치와 검침서버간의 프로토콜로 기존의 DLMS/COSEM 표준프로토콜을 확장한 개방형 프로토콜인 Smart Meter Concentrator Control Protocol(SMCCP)를 제안하였다. 이것은 집중장치로 하여금 검침서버를 대신하여 검침자료를 수집할 수 있는 프록시모드 뿐만 아니라 검침서버와 전력량계간의 직접 통신이 가능한 릴레이모드도 설정하고 자료를 수집할 수 있는 기능을 제공하도록 설계된 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이의 동작을 실증할 수 있는 에뮬레이터 및 프로토콜 분석도구를 구현하였다. 또한 각 모드에 대한 동작과 성능을 평가하기 위하여 OMNET++기반의 시뮬레이터를 구현하여 모드별 평균세션유지시간 및 통신링크 점유율을 측정하고 비교하였다.

무요소법을 이용한 균열진전 문제의 형상 최적설계 (Shape Design Optimization of Crack Propagation Problems Using Meshfree Methods)

  • 본 논문에서는 재생 커널 기법을 사용하여 혼합모드 균열진전 문제에 대한 연속체 기반의 형상 설계민감도 해석을 수행하였다. 재생 커널 기법은 기존의 유한요소법과 달리 요소망을 재구성할 필요가 없어, 커널 함수의 연속성을 증가시켰을 때 높은 정밀도의 형상함수를 얻을 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 균열선단 주변에서 J-적분을 수행하기 위해 선형탄성 조건이 고려되었다. 변위장과 응력 확대 계수의 설계변수에 대한 감도해석을 위하여 물질도함수를 도입하였으며 직접 미분법보다 효율적인 애조인 방법을 사용하여 설계민감도를 유도하였다. 수치 예제들을 통해서 재생 커널 기법을 이용한 균열진전 해석결과의 타당성을 확인하였으며 애조인 방법을 이용한 형상 설계민감도 해석 결과를 유한차분법과 비교하여 매우 정확하고 효율적인 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 간단한 모델에 대하여 형상 최적설계를 수행하여 균열이 발생될 수 있는 구조물에 대해서 균열에 의한 피해를 최소화할 수 있도록 균열을 제어할 수 있는 최적의 형상을 도출하였다.

비중첩 영역 분할기법 기반 병렬해석의 정확도 분석 (Accuracy Analysis of Parallel Method based on Non-overlapping Domain Decomposition Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 비중첩 영역 분할 기법을 바탕으로 한 병렬해석의 정확도 분석이 수행된다. Tak 등(2013)에 의해 제안된 이 방법에서 분할된 하위도메인들은 서로 중첩되지 않으며 계면요소(interfacial element)라 불리는 가상연결유한요소를 통해 서로 간의 관계가 결정된다. 이 접근법의 주요 장점은 영역 분할시 floating 도메인에서 발생할 수 있는 특이강성행렬(singular stiffness matrix)을 계면요소의 결합을 이용하여 가역행렬(invertible matrix)로 변환할 수 있다는 것과 기존의 FETI법에 비하여 해석시간과 스토리지(storage) 사용을 줄일 수 있다는 것이다. 반면에 3개 이상의 하위도메인들이 한 점에서 연결되는 경우를 의미하는 cross point에서는 해석의 정확도가 저하되는 경향이 나타났다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 비중첩 영역 분할기법에 대해 다양한 영역분할의 경우에 따라 발생하는 하나의 cross point에 접촉하는 하위도메인의 개수에 따른 정확도 분석이 수행되고 정확도가 저하되는 원인분석 및 대책이 논의된다.

공동주택의 음식물 생쓰레기 분리배출과 지렁이퇴비화를 이용한 음식물쓰레기 감량 및 자원화 모델 연구 (Research on Reduction and Recycling of Food Waste by Separating Raw Food Waste and Earth Worm Composting in the Apartment)

  • In this research, food waste source reduction model for apartment was investigated. In spite of prohibition of direct landfill of food waste and continuous efforts made by government and local government, food waste production increases steadily. Recycling ratio of the food waste increases every year, but its products have many problems like low quality, stability, salt, odor etc. Household occupies 63.3% of whole food waste production and this is subject to be a key factor to control food waste. We surveyed S apartment in Kwangju city as a model case, in which administrative office and women's association adopted clean plate eating, separation of raw food waste and earth worm composting as a series of method for source reduction and recycling inside the apartment. With the help of residents' participation and practice, food waste production decreased 15.6% from 0.31 g/capita/day in 2007 to 0.26 g/capita/day in 2009 (domestic average 0.30 g/capita/day). Separation of raw food waste and its composting using earth worm were very effective, and were subject to resolve the problems of present food waste treatment technologies. And earth worm composting was very useful in environmental, economical, societal and educational aspects. Instead of economical incentive, educational programs about food value, environmental problem and critical method for food waste separation were more effective for promotion of source reduction. From the analyses on the process and success factors in this model, we could conclude that leader's role was one of the key factors for the settlement of source reduction, and that was to understand the seriousness of the food waste and to seek solution, to test techniques, and to practice by oneself. Furthermore, networking and collaboration among residents, local government, NGO and local press promoted residents' participation, and it was through various education and investigation. Finally, source reduction and self recycling model of food waste in the apartment, that applies separating raw food waste and earth worm composting based on the collaboration among residents, local government, NGO, and local press, should be disseminated, and environmental policy also should be changed to make it possible.

이암풍화토의 횡방향압밀 및 투수특성 (A Study on the Horizontal Consolidation and Permeability Characteristics of Decomposed Mudstone Soil in Pohang)

  • 압밀과 투수는 흙의 중요한 공학적 특성중 하나이다. 일반적으로 점토에 대한 압밀 및 투수계수는 표준압밀시험을 통한 간접적인 방법에 의해 구해지고 있다. 그러나 표준압밀시험은 시료의 포화문제, 간극수압의 측정이 용이하지 않을 뿐 아니라, 횡방향 압밀시험을 수행 할 수 없어 그나마 정확한 횡방향 압밀계수를 산정할 수 없다. 그리고 압밀계수를 구하는데 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 해석방법인 Taylor방법과 Casagrande 방법은 2차압밀이 불분명하고 초기 직선부분을 찾을 수 없는 경우에 대해서는 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 실험상의 단점을 보완할 수 있게 제작된 Rowecell을 이용하여 포항지역의 이암풍화토를 이방성 및 시료의 크기를 고려해 횡방향압밀시험을 실시하고 이 결과를 4가지 해석방법$(Taylor,\; Casagrande,\; Hyperbolic,\; \delta/t-logt)$으로 비교 분석하여 해석방법에 따른 압밀계수의 차이점을 파악하였다. 또한 투수계수(k)와 간극비(e)의 관계를 규정할 수 있는 투수상수를 해석방법에 따라 구하였으며, 압밀시험에서 계산된 간접투수계수의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 Rowecell을 이용한 직접투수시험을 실시하고 그 결과를 비교하였다.

Developing improvement technology in pre-etching process for the Shadow Mask quality of flat color TV

  • Recently CRT is getting flatted, As change of CRT trend from normal type to Flat type, the material of Shadow Mask was also changed from AK(Aluminum Killed) to Invar(Fe-Ni alloy) materials Until now we have used just AK(Aluminum Killed) for normal type TV(not flat type), but main raw material of shadow mask component was changed. . However recently Invar(Fe-Ni alloy) materials, which has advantage of Low Thermal Expansion and High Strength, has been developed as well as applying in mass production as CRT's trend has become more flat and fine pitch. As main raw material of shadow mask component was changed, conditions of process were changed. One of them, the importance of pre-etching process (assistant process for developing & etching) is improved because there are so many particles in the pre-etching bath because of Ni compounds. Since the solubility of Ni in pre-etching solvent is very low related to Fe's, so the compounds of Ni happen to make particles.(the solubility of Fe is twenty times Ni's) that particles happen to make process troubles and NG productions so to clear the particles we had to established high cost filtering system, but it is useless. As time goes by the quantity of particles (Ni compounds) was increased because of the capability of filtering system was not enough, the particles was produced continuous in bath, and it make quality problems. Hence we tried to develop the new pre-etching solution to remove the particles (Ni compounds) and to cost down the filtering system's running cost. But in improving the solution we discovered the new pre-etching solution made the PR developing better. In former solution there were three kinds of chemistry (COOH)2 , H2O2 , H2S04 .first the function of (COOH)2 is drilling the surface of Invar, during this mechanism Ni compounds occurred. Second the function of H202 is removing the PR fringe (half UV exposure zone on PR(PVA)), Third the function of H2S04 is the catalysis of (COOH)2 In those, (COOH)2 was the main reason to make the Ni compounds. So to improve the solutions we had to change (COOH)2 to the other material. the chemistry we improved was a complex chemistry based on H2S04 . after using this chemistry the particles problem was disappeared and there was another advantage cut down the PR fringe. The New solution made the function of H202 better so the PR developing improved. To be direct the catalyst of the new solution helped the H202. anyway First thing after change the solution the quality of shadow Mask for flat color TV was improved & the yield also improved. But the more important thing is how to control the new solution. So we accepted the new concept which was the degree of freshness. The degree of freshness is based on non-reacted solution which was 100% ( the degree of freshness) and calculated the melted Ni quantity as time goes by. So we made the gauging liner plot. In conclusion, many companies tried to make fine pitched Shadow Mask ,generally to make quality jump up it needed a lot of cost & persons .in this case the shift of core material made it possible.

대구.경북지역 산업간호사의 배치현황 및 제공실태에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Distribution of Industrial Nurses and Performance of Industrial Nursing Services in Taegue and Kyungpook area)

  • This study was attempted to find out the distribution of industrial nurses, analyze job performance by function and utilization state of medical dispensary among workers. The subjects for this study were 32 nurses working at industry located in Kyungpook and Taegu area. The data was collected through questionaire during the period of August 5-31, 1986, and analysed by the method of frequency and percentage. The following is the main findings of the study; 1. 72.2% of respondents was engaged in manufacturing industry, 33.3% in workplace whose regular workers was more than 2,000 workers. 67.7% in occupational health physicians was part-time system. 2. 93.1% of respondents was 20-29 years age group, 93.1% was graduates of junior nursing college, 96.6% was unmarried. 448% had 1-4 years of total working experiences. 3. For the motives which made them becomes industrial health nurse, 'good employment condition' was 62.1%. For the job satisfaction, 'moderate' was 586%. For the interest about the industrial health, 'moderate' was most frequent (58.6%). In the inservice education, 86.2% of the subjects was received education. 4. For the attitude of the dispensary and industrial nursing of employer, 'necessary' was most frequent (72.4%, 62.6%). 5. All establishment had dispensary facilities, 65.5% of them had independent dispensary. 6. In duty shift, 93.1% of respondents was working in one shift system. 41.4% of respondents was received from 250,000 won to 290,000 Won and 41.4% was belong to personnel section and 24.1% was direct controlled by general business section chief. 7. In the main health problem of their factories, 48.3% of respondents was work-environmental state, 24.1% was health education. 8. In the Dispensary budget, 60% of respondents was under 3,000 won per worker. 9. In the job performance rate by function, nursing service 73.1%, industrial health and nursing management 63.7%, environmental hygiene and safety management 54.5%, medical insurance 44.9%, welfare 38.4%. 10. Main health complaints among workers utilizing medical dispensary was 35.9% of respiratory system, 21.5% of gastro-intestinal system, 11.0% of skeletomuscular system.
