부품단종관리 방안 및 유도무기 시범적용을 통한 비용분석 (A study on the Diminishing Manufacturing Source and Material Shortages Management and Cost Analysis based on Pilot Application of the Guided Weapons)

  • 부품단종(DMSMS) 문제는 품목, 원자재 또는 소프트웨어 제조업체 또는 공급 업체의 손실 또는 임박한 손실을 말한다. 해당 제조업체 또는 공급업체가 필요한 부품, 원자재 또는 소프트웨어의 생산 및 지원을 중단하거나, 원자재의 공급이 더 이상 가능하지 않을때, 부품단종 문제를 겪게 된다. 전통적으로 부품단종 문제는 전자부품에 국한되는 것으로 생각할 수도있다. 하지만 소프트웨어 및 비 전자 부품(MaSME, 원자재, 구조물, 기계 및 전기부품)을 포함하여 시스템 내의 모든 부품에서 부품단종 문제가 발생할 수 있다는 사실을 인식하는 것이 중요하다. 부품단종 문제는 적은 시장 수요, 새롭거나 빠르게 진화하는 과학과 기술의 발전, 독성/화학 물질의 검출 한계 및 관련 규제와 같은 여러 가지 요인으로 인해 발생될 수 있다. 이는 공급망 및 산업 기반에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 첨단 전자부품의 집약체인 유도무기에서 이는 더욱 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며 본연구에서는 부품단종 문제를 해소하기 위해, 선진국의 부품단종 프로세스를 조사/분석하였다. 또한 이를 시범 적용하여 위험도 평가, 운용영향성 분석 및 대응방안 수립 등 부품단종관리의 적합성을 입증하였다. 더불어 유도·수중무기의 부품단종에 대해 사전관리와 사후관리. 미 관리를 수행할 경우 발생하게 되는 비용을 추정하였고, 부품단종관리를 수행할 할 경우 경제적 효과가 있음을 제시하였다.

노년기여성의 배면만곡도 감소효과를 위한 의복디자인 연구 (A Study on the Cloth Design for Elderly Women to Mask Their Dorsal Curvature)

  • The author has studied the effect of clothes design to mask the dorsal curvature that is one of the commonest changes in elderly women. Body measurements including the body type and the status of dorsal curvature were perfor-med on 153 women of over 60 years of age, and then a body form to fit to the mean measure-ments was made to evaluate the effects of various designs to it. With 31 pattern designs modified by changing in their slash lines and gathers using darts, the diminishing effect of the rounded back were evaluated by means of sensory test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: I . Results from the body measurements 1) The mean body type in elderly women was that of obesity. 2) With the advancement of age, the angle to indicate the degree of dorsal curvature as well as the angle to indicate the posture are increased. II . Concerning to the clothes design to diminish the shape of dorsal curvature 1) Among the designs by the position of darts, the basic pattern (Fig. 5-1-(1)) showed the best effect to mask the shape of dorsal curvature. 2) Out of the applied designs of princess lines, that in which the slash line is pointing toward the shoulder point (Fig. 5-2-(1)) seemed to be most effective. 3) What has angled princess line (Fig. 5-3-(1)) had the most diminishing effect among the waist darts and armhole princess lines. 4) Among the V-shaped designs, the slashed at the shoulder point (Fig. 5-4-(1)) had the best effect to lessen the shape of the dorsal cuuature. 5) Wider angle yoke had better effect to the narrow angle one among the designs with straight yoke, and that with downward direction (Fig. 5-5-(1)) showed the best effect. 6) Between straight wide angle yoke and curved yoke, that of curved one with downward direction (Fig. 5-6-(1)) had better effect as far as the masking effect of dorsal curvature is concerned. 7) Gathers around the neck showed better effect to those around the shoulder, and the more amount of gathers (Fig. 5-7-(1)), there was better effect. 8) The design with midline gathers at the level of horizontal slash line of armhole (Fig. 5-8-(1)) showed better effect to that with seperated gathers. 9) In case of design with gathers at the horizontal line of armhole, it showed the better effect with less amount of gathers in midline ones, but with more amount in the side ones. 10) Considering all 7 different designs with better effect in covering the shape of dorsal curvature, it was evident that the design with gathers was far better than the design with application of slash lines.

Phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate의 합성(合成)과 그 살균효과(殺菌效果)에 대하여 (Studies on the synthesis of phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate and its fungicidal effect)

  • Fusarium 균류(菌類)에 의한 식물병해(植物病害)에 대하여 효과(效果)가 크고 또한 식물(植物)의 기공(氣孔)을 축소(縮少)시켜 수분증산량(水分蒸散量)을 감소(減少)시킨다고 알려진 8-hydroxyquinolinesulfate와 새로운 화합물(化合物)인 phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate를 합성(合成)하여 이들의 살균효과(殺菌效果) 및 증산작용억제(蒸散作用抑制) 여부에 대하여 실험(實驗)하였으며 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1) Skraup 합성법(合成法)에 의하여 m.p. $74{\sim}75^{\circ}C$의 침상결정(針狀結晶)인 8-hydroxyquinoline을 합성(合成)하였다. 2) 8-Hydroxyquinoline 과 phenylmercuricacetate를 반응(反應)시켜 m.p. $159{\sim}160^{\circ}C$의 황갈색 침상결정(針狀結晶)인 phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate를 합성(合成)하였다. 3) Phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate의 살균효과(殺菌效果)의 크기순서는 다음과 같다. a) Cochliobolus miyabeanus에 대하여 P.M.A. P.M.A. 4) Phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate 용액(溶液)을 양(陽)이온 교환수지(交換樹脂)인 Amberolite IR-120의 원통(圖筒)에 전개(展開)유출(流出)시킨 결과(結果) 수은(水銀)이온부(部)가 완전히 흡착(吸着)되었다. 5) 국화엽(菊花葉)에다 수분증산억제시험(水分蒸散抑制試驗)을 실험(實驗)한 결과(結果) phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate 20ppm에서 가장 증산억제효과(蒸散抑制效果)가 컸다. 6) 이상의 결과(結果)로서 phenylmercuric 8-oxyquinolinate는 우수한 살균효과(殺菌效果)와 동시(同時)에 植街에 대한 증산억제효과(蒸散抑制效果)를 가지고 있다는 것을 알수 있다.

전침 자극과 전기 자극의 적용이 근육압좌손상이 유발된 흰쥐의 골격근 내 혈관내피성장인자 발현에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Electroacupuncture and Electrical Stimulation on VEGF Expression After Muscle Crush Injury in Rats)

  • Skeletal muscle injury occurs frequently in sports medicine and is the most general form of injury followed by physical impact. There are growth factors which conduct proliferation, differentiation, and synthesis of myogenic prodromal cells and regulate vascular generation for the continued survival of myocytes. The purpose of the present study was to confirm the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) and electrical stimulation (ES) on muscle recovery processes according to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. Eighteen Sprague-Dawley rats were separated into 2 experimental groups and a controlled group. All animals had suffered from crush damage in the extensor digitorum longus for 30 seconds and were killed 1, 3, and 7 days after injury. 30 Hz and 1 mA impulsion for 15 minutes was applied to the EA experimental groups Zusanli (ST36) and Taichong (LR3) using electroacupuncture and the same stimulation was applied to the ES group using an electrical node. Hematoxyline-Eosin staining and VEGF immunohistochemistry were used to ascertain the resulting muscle recovery. There were few morphological differences between the EA and ES groups, and both groups were observed to have tendencies to decrease atrophy as time passed. In the controlled group, gradually diminishing atrophy could be observed, but their forms were mostly disheveled. There were few differences in VEGF expression between the EA and ES groups, and tendencies to have an increased quantity of VEGF with the lapse of time were observed in both groups. In the controlled group, a little VEGF expression could be observed merely 7 days after injury. In conclusion, EA and ES contributed to muscle recovery processes and could be used for the treatment of muscle injury.

저항운동 프로그램이 류마티스 관절염 환자의 기능장애, 생화학적 지수, 자기효능감 및 가족지지도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Resistance Exercise Program on the Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient's Functional Disability, Biochemical Parameters, Self-Efficacy and Family Support)

  • This Research is an attempt to find out what effects the resistance exercise program has on the rheumatoid arthritis patient's functional disability and biochemical parameters. The research took place from June to November 1996, and the target included an experimental group of 25 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and a control group of 26 cases of rheumatoid arthritis taken from the Anam Medical Center at Korea University. The resistance exercise program was executed on these patients five times a week during a period of eight weeks. Before and after the experiments, measurements of functional disability score, ESR, CRP, self-efficacy, and family support were taken and closely analysed. The results of this analysis are as follows : 1. After the experiment, the experimental group had less functional disabilities compared to the control group(t=9.11, P=0.0017). 2. After the experiment, the ESR of both the experimental and the control groups decrease, but there was not notable difference between the two groups(t=0.07, P=0.9546). 3. After the experiment, the CRP of both the experimental and the control groups decreased, with no significant different between them(t=0.53, P=0.6022). 4. After the experiment, the self-efficacy of the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group(t=3.15, P=0.0042), but the self-efficacy had no effect on the actual practice of the program. 5. After the experiment, the family support of the experimental group was higher than of the control group(t=6.33, P=0.0013), but again the family support had no effect on the actual practice of the program. Judging from the results of these experiments, the resistance exercise program not only diminishes rheumatoid arthritis patients' functional disabilities, but also has a great influence on increasing their self-efficacy and family support. Concluding, in diminishing the functional disabilities of rheumatoid arthritis, the resistance exercise program would be appropriate nursing intervention.

PKC 활성 조절을 통한 두시 하태독법의 항염증작용이 Mite 항원 유도 아토피유사피부염 발병 조절에 미치는 효과 (Anti-inflammatory Effects of Hataedock with Douchi in Atopic Dermatitis-like Skin Lesions in House Dust Mite-Induced NC/Nga Mice)

  • Objectives Hataedock (HTD) is an oral Korean herbal medical oral treatment that removes fetal toxic heat and meconium from new born babies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether Hataedock treatment of Duchi extracts has anti-inflammation effects in atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions in House Dust Mite-Induced NC/Nga Mice. Methods The mice were divided into 3 groups (n=10 per group) as follows: the control group (Ctrl group), AD-induced group (AE group), AD-induced with HTD treatment group (DT group). 3-week-old NC/Nga mice were introduced to Hataedock treatment, made of Duchi extract. After 4 weeks, House Dust Mite-Induced application was used six times per week for 3 weeks to induce the first atopic dermatitis, and second AD in 7 weeks after. To examine skin injuries and anti-inflammatory effect, PKC, MMP-9, iNOS immunohistochemistry were used. Results The alleviate effect of the skin damage and angiogenesis was observed in DT group. The damage of stratum corneum, hyperplasia, edema, infiltration of lymphocytes and distribution of capillary were decreased in DT group. Also, the study results suggested that Hataedock treatment made of Duchi extracts in DT group remarkably decreased skin damages by 51% (p < 0.001), as well as PKC by 91%, MMP-9 by 48% (p < 0.001), iNOS by 51% (p < 0.001). Conclusions Based on the study results, we observed that Hataedock treatment of Duchi extracts alleviates AD by diminishing various inflammatory cytokines, initial steps of AD development, in the skin lesions. Potential applications for prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis are expected.

비교 정태·동태 분석을 이용한 수산물 비용변화의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Impact of Cost Changes in Fishery Using Comparative Static and Dynamic Approach)

  • 본 연구는 수산물에 있어서 어획노력비용의 변화가 어획노력, 어획량, 자원들에 실질적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 Conrad 모델(명목 어획노력)을 기초로 이론적 접근을 시도하였고, 모의실험을 통하여 실증적인 비용계수의 변화에 따른 정태적 동태적 균형과 생물경제학적 최적(순현재가치)을 도출하였다. 또한 분석의 다양화를 위하여 동일한 방법으로 Cunningham의 모형에서 제시된 체감 어획노력을 이용하여 비용변화에 따른 효과추정을 Conrad의 결과와 비교하여 설명하였다. 어획노력의 단위당 비용의 상승은 수산자원을 증가시킬 수 있지만, "동태적 자유입어" 하에서는 어획노력의 단위당 비용이 감소한다면 수산자원의 고갈을 일으킬 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 결론적으로 주어진 조건과 파라메타들을 사용하여 우리는 대상자원에 대한 최적 균형점을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그에 따른 수산자원의 효율적인 관리에 이용할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

  • 단일 중합체 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지가 가지는 분자량 특성과 유변 특성이, 회분식 가교 발포 공정을 통해 생산된 발포체 구조 변화에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 또한, 전자선 조사 가교가 PP 발포체에 미치는 영향도 연구하였다. 분자량 증가에 따른 저장 모듈러스(G'), 손실 모듈러스(G"), 제로 전단 점도($\eta_O$) 및 완화시간($\lambda$) 등의 유변 물성 값은 증가하였고, 이러한 유변 물성의 증가는 발포체 구조의 안정성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 전자선 조사량에 따른 PP의 겔분율은 3.2 Mrad의 전자선 조사량에서 크게 증가하며, 발포체의 안정성을 크게 향상시켰고, 그 이상의 전자선 조사량에서는 겔분율은 다시 감소하였고, 발포체 구조 또한 불안정해졌다.정해졌다.

Effects of quantitative trait loci determining testicular weight in DDD/Sgn inbred mice are strongly influenced by circulating testosterone levels

  • Objective: Testicular growth and development are strongly influenced by androgen. Although both testis weight and plasma testosterone level are inherited traits, the interrelationship between them is not fully established. Males of DDD/Sgn (DDD) mice are known to have extremely heavy testes and very high plasma testosterone level among inbred mouse strains. We dissected the genetic basis of testis weight and analyzed the potential influence of plasma testosterone level in DDD mice. Methods: Quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping of testis weight was performed with or without considering the influence of plasma testosterone level in reciprocal $F_2$ intercross populations between DDD and C57BL/6J (B6) mice, thereby assessing the influence of testosterone on the effect of testis weight QTL. Candidate genes for testis weight QTL were investigated by next-generation sequencing analysis. Results: Four significant QTL were identified on chromosomes 1, 8, 14, and 17. The DDDderived allele was associated with increased testis weight. The $F_2$ mice were then divided into two groups according to the plasma testosterone level ($F_2$ mice with relatively "low" and "high" testosterone levels), and QTL scans were again performed. Although QTL on chromosome 1 was shared in both $F_2$ mice, QTL on chromosomes 8 and 17 were identified specifically in $F_2$ mice with relatively high testosterone levels. By whole-exome sequencing analysis, we identified one DDD-specific missense mutation Pro29Ser in alpha tubulin acetyltransferase 1 (Atat1). Conclusion: Most of the testis weight QTL expressed stronger phenotypic effect when they were placed on circumstance with high testosterone level. High testosterone influenced the QTL by enhancing the effect of DDD-derived allele and diminishing the effects of B6-derived allele. Since Pro29Ser was not identified in other inbred mouse strains, and since Pro29 in Atat1 has been strongly conserved among mammalian species, Atat1 is a plausible candidate for testis weight QTL on chromosome 17.

원유가상승이 근해어업의 경영수지에 미치는 파급효과 분석 (Analysis of the Spillover Effects on the Management Profits of Offshore Fishery by the Fluctuations in the Crude Oil Prices)

  • The study, using the input-output analysis of 402 industrial sectors by Bank of Korea(BOK) and the resulting outcomes of price model, aims to evaluate the spillover effects the international fluctuations in crude oil prices have on the commodities prices and consequently, analyse the management and profitability of the offshore fisheries in Korea. At present, the fisher men are provided with tax-free oils for their fishing operations as specified under the Special Tax Treatment Control Law. However, the exhaustion of marine resources and new international fisheries agreements, which resulted in the loss of fishing grounds, made the stable catch even more unpredictable and the hike in the price of the international crude oil would have adverse effects on the fishing industry. The study revealed that the increasing rise in the price of crude oil would exert sweeping spillover effects on other industry sectors in general and accordingly, lead to a poorer performance by fisheries. The price spillover coefficients for the diesel oil was 0.6026, which would translate into the 42.6% increase in the prices of oil when the increase ratio of 73.3% for the base crude oil was applied based on the calculation methods employed in the study. This in turn increased the ratio of diesel oil required in the offshore fisheries from 23.3% to 16.6%, diminishing the ratio of current net profits to minus 2.0% from 4.2% otherwise. By fishing type, the Pair Trawl suffered current net profits loss most by ratio of minus 9.4% and other fisheries such as Coastal Stow Nets, Coastal Angling, Danish Sein also suffered ratio of 7% and more in the loss of current net profits. With the deteriorating fishing performance, coupled with the increasing international crude oil prices, it is urgently required that the authorities concerned deliberate in depth on such schemes as follows in efforts to secure stable fishing production. First, provision of large-scale storage facilities for oil is needed to timely adapt to the fluctuations in international crude oil prices. Secondly, in line with the stabilization of tax-free oil prices, duty levied on oils for fishing and tax collected from the refineries need to be tax-exempt. Thirdly, the beneficiaries from the provision of tax-free oil should be broadened, not limited to special fishing operation only. Fourth, investment in stabilization of the oil prices should be encouraged, possibly through funding from the formation of fisheries development funds underway.
