The binder polymers for digital textile printing(DTP) pigment inks were prepared using miniemulsion polymerization with various monomer compositions to study effects of monomer compositions on particle size distribution, average molecular weight, Tg, and color strength and rubbing fastness of the dyed fabrics with the prepared binder based pigment ink. The monomers used were MMA(Methyl methacrylate), BA(Butyl acrylate), MAA(Methacrylic acid), NMA(N-methylol acrylamide), NEA(N-ethylol acrylamide) and the ratios of the monomers were changed. The particle size was the smallest with 136nm when the MMA to BA weight ratio was 4:16 and the largest with 290nm when the MMA, BA, MAA, NEA ratio was 2.5:17:0.25:0.25. However, the glass transition temperature was lowest with $-41.90^{\circ}C$ and the color strength and rubbing fastness of the resulting sample were the best when the MMA, BA, MAA, NEA ratio was used. This suggested that the introduction of the NEA monomer to the binder polymer for the pigment ink could be an efficient way to enhance the rubbing fastness of the DTP pigment inks present.

The purpose of this study was to review and establish the two concepts of art film and artistic expression in Prada fashion films, through a literature review of domestic and international case studies, as a form of luxury branded content, Prada fashion films are considered to artistic film genre. For the study, aesthetic expression in art films as discussed in the previous research was divided into four types. The study method was to review fashion / art films from the founding of YouTube, specially, works that used digital images from Thunder Perfect Mind, which was introduced in Prada in 2005, to Nylon Farm in 2018, stylistic features were searched by film. In addition, for this study, fashion film was analyzed based on the typology of art films. The following conclusions regarding artistic expression were drawn from this study : First, the Prada fashion films represent a transition to advanced art through a conceptual approach. Second, the causal relationships personality psychology can be cited through the disturbed and fragmented narrative lines. Third, the films help people identity Prada's aesthetics by humanizing the luxury brand. Fourth, the films are a feature of serialization.

본 연구는 게임콘텐츠 관련 전문가들이 지능정보시대에 콘텐츠산업의 변화를 어떻게 인식하고 있고, 콘텐츠산업 정책 중에서 어떤 평가요인에 우선순위를 두고 있는가에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 계층분석과정을 이용하여 콘텐츠산업 정책 평가요인들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과, '콘텐츠 기술역량 강화', '콘텐츠 전문인력 양성', '콘텐츠관련 제도개선', '콘텐츠 이용 및 소비자 안전강화'의 순으로 평가되었으며, 하위항목 분석에서는 '콘텐츠 R&D 체계구축 강화'가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 전문가집단별 분석에서는 산업계와 정책기관이 '콘텐츠기술역량 강화'를, 학계에서는 '콘텐츠 전문인력 양성'을 중요하게 평가하였다.

This research is an attempt to understand the economic and social consequences that are occurring in Indonesia due to the spread of COVID-19. Indonesia, which has maintained solid economic growth since the inauguration of President Jokowi's government, is also experiencing difficulties to deal with unexpected COVID-19 pandemic as the global economic turmoil has had a very significant impact on its economy. The economic impact of COVID-19 can be felt, starting from the phenomenon of panic buying, the free fall of the stock price index, the depreciation of the Rupiah against the Dollar, sluggish activities in the processing industry, and ultimately it has an impact on slowing economic growth. Various policies and measures have been taken by the Indonesian government to minimize the negative impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy. One such area is electronic commerce business or e-commerce that witnessed a vast increase of online and non-cash transaction amid rising voices that the country needs to prepare for the advent of a new economic system, the so-called New Normal era. The Covid-19 pandemic will temporarily slow economic growth and delay some development projects and policy initiatives as the Indonesian government diverts capital from infrastructure development to help respond to the crisis. However, the Jokowi administration's efforts for continuous reform are expected to accelerate the transition to the digital economy.

Today's world is experiencing rapid technological advancement like never before. The ever-changing technology space has overwhelmed citizens with a substantial load of information, which has made it difficult for them to keep up with the technology awareness. This review paper is written to provide information about the Internet of Things in a way that technical along with nontechnical individuals can understand the definition, historical evolution, components, and scope of IoT technology. Relevant literature published between January 2009 and February 2023 was included in this paper. The applications of the Internet of Things in healthcare have been a special focus of this paper as IoT has massive potential in this field and healthcare professionals often face significant issues in keeping their technology knowledge up to date. Moreover, some of the most common issues associated with IoT introduction in healthcare are also discussed in the paper along with some suitable recommendations. Although, IoT can significantly transform our lives and can introduce convenience and efficiency, particularly in the healthcare sector. However, its adoption in healthcare is still a major task due to various challenges presented by the health workforce. Thus, in-depth empirical research is suggested to assist the IoT technology transition.

In this paper, we would like to share our ongoing research on global population and demographic shifts and the corresponding need for diverse responses. As population growth varies worldwide, the pressing issue is the current global housing shortage. The USA alone lacks 4 million homes, underlining the urgency for new construction and renewal of existing. Our focus is primarily on new building processes, which must also incorporate elements of renewal for future sustainability. Our research addresses several key questions: How will roles for construction professionals change? What should be the primary goal of the design process? What types of technologies are currently available, and which aspects of the process can be enhanced with AI? A significant part of our study is exploring sustainable building methods that reduce embodied carbon and increase speed of construction. Our goal is to extend the transition from smart homes to cities, analyzing the evolution towards smart communities and cities. A critical aspect of our research is the 'kit of parts concept, involving prefabrication and modular construction. This approach is essential for both rebuilding and new projects, potentially lowering costs in manufacturing and design for long term. Lastly, we present a detailed comparison of the construction industry with manufacturing.

웹툰의 영화화가 한국 영화의 주요 트렌드로 자리 잡고 있는 시점에서 웹툰을 원작으로 한 영화의 장 단점 및 대중 예술 작품으로서의 예술성을 분석하는 것은 현 한국 영화산업의 모습에 대한 분석임과 동시에 미래 발전방향에 대한 지표가 될 것이다. 현 대중문화가 본능적 감성에만 집중, 소모적인 콘텐츠들을 쏟아내고 있으며, 과거 문학, 미술, 역사, 민중의식 등의 반영 등으로 소수고급예술을 전승했던 대중문화예술에 대한 경험과 지식이 없는 젊은 세대는 무조건적으로 답습, 추종으로 일관하고 있는 것이 안타까운 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 영화 '신과 함께'를 중심사례로 웹툰의 구조 및 산업 분석, 영화 포맷으로의 전환과정에서 장, 단점 분석을 통해 이상적인 웹툰의 영화화 과정에 대한 방법론을 고찰할 것이다. 미디어와 테크놀로지의 빠른 변화에도 관객과 소통하고자 하는 본질은 불변할 것이며 그 본질의 설정과 표현에 있어 앞서 언급한 인문학적인 진정성에 입각한 고찰, 이상을 추구하는 작가의 전위적인 내적 필연성, 관습과 충돌함으로써 새로움을 창조하는 고급문화의 독창적인 성격의 반영 등이 대중문화에 있어 예술성을 함유시킬 수 있는 명제라고 할 수 있다.

세계적으로 아날로그 방송에서 디지털 방송으로의 전환이 마무리되고 있는 가운데, 앞으로 다가올 UHDTV 등 실감의 대용량 방송 및 방송 통신 융합 환경에 대비하기 위한 새로운 차기 방송 표준에 관한 연구의 필요성이 날로 높아져 가고 있다. 특히, 저해상도 서비스에 머물러 있던 모바일 방송에서는 기존 HD급의 서비스 제공이 가능한 모바일 실감방송으로 진화하기 때문에 고정/이동 방송 서비스가 동시에 가능한 고효율 전송 원천 기술 개발이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 이에 최근 지상파 단일 채널을 통해 4K UHD (거치형) & HD (모바일) 방송 서비스를 동시에 제공하는 융합방송 시스템 개발에 대해서 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최신의 디지털 방송 전송 기법 및 영상 압축 기술에 대해서 소개하고, 지상파 단일 채널을 통해 4K & HD 융합방송 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서비스 모델 및 전송 요구 사항들에 대해서 분석한다. 이 후 최신의 방송 전송 기법 및 영상 압축 기술을 적용하였을 때, 6MHz & 8MHz 대역폭에서 지상파 4K UHD & HD 융합방송을 전송하기 위해 필요한 최적의 전송 파라메터를 도출하고 이를 이용해 AWGN 및 TU-6 채널에서의 융합방송 수신 성능을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 6MHz 대역폭에서의 원활한 HD 모바일 데이터의 수신이 140 Km/h 수신기 속도까지는 가능하나, 그 이상에서는 대역폭의 한계로 인해 원활한 수신이 이루어지지 않음을 확인하였다. 그리고 대역폭을 8 MHz로 확장할 경우, 매우 빠른 다중경로 페이딩 채널에서도 4K UHD 및 HD 계층 데이터의 수신이 원활히 이루어지는 것을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 축구 동영상에서 스포츠 중계방송의 구조적 특성을 이용하여 자동적으로 하이라이트(Highlight)를 추출하는 새로운 방법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 그 유용성을 증명한다. 일반적으로 스포츠 중계 방송에서는 중요한 이벤트(골, 반칙)가 발생하면, 그 장면을 다시 느린 속도의 리플레이(Replay) 화면으로 보여주고, 리플레이가 시작되고 끝날 때 Wipe와 같은 점진적인 화면 전환 기법을 사용하는 구조적 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스포츠 중계방송의 구조적 특징을 이용하여 축구동 상의 중요한 이벤트만을 추출하여 하이라이트를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 비디오의 슬라이스 이미지(Slice Image)를 이용하여 Wipe효과 장면과 줌인/아웃 장면을 검출하고, 검출된 Wipe 효과 지점을 기준으로 하여 리플레이 장면을 검출한다. 이때 이런 기본 알고리즘에 새로이 Sub-Sampling방법과 Two-Pass 방법을 더하여 보다 빠르고 정확한 Wipe검출을 하였고, 비디오의 모션 정보 및 Wipe지점의 시간간격을 이용하여 보다 정화한 리플레이 장면을 검출하였으며, 샷의 녹색영역 비율을 측정하여 보다 정화한 줌인/아웃 장면을 검출하였다. 이렇게 최종적으로 검출된 리플레이 장면과 줌인/아웃 장면을 토대로 이벤트 샷(Shot)과 선수 샷으로 구성된 하이라이트 장면을 추출하게 된다. 이러한 방법은 자동적으로 축구 중계방송을 요약해줌으로써 축구와 관련된 웹서비스나 방송용 하이라이트 제작에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the status of the Journal of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JKACAP) and propose measures for its growth and development. Methods: The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey targeting members of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The six key elements analyzed were Access to the journal, Convenience following conversion to English, Recognition as an international journal and institutional achievements, Author perspectives on manuscript submission, Transition to an online-only journal, and Content and identity of the journal. Results: The survey revealed that email notification was highly effective for Journal Accessibility, with the website and search engines also frequently being used by members. Conversion to English in 2018 initially impacted readability and submission rates, but these concerns have decreased over time. However, the Recognition of JKACAP as an international academic journal was still not on par with SCIE journals, highlighting the need for further efforts towards SCIE inclusion. Despite these challenges and limited research opportunities, there was an active intention among members to submit manuscripts. Respondents showed a notable preference for the Transition to an online-only journal. Regarding content and identity of the JKACAP, members predominantly favored review articles and perceived the journal as a research and communication platform for Korean child and adolescent psychiatrists. Conclusion: The results indicate the need for JKACAP to enhance its digital accessibility, provide more support for domestic and international authors, and actively seek SCIE indexing. Addressing the varied content preferences of its members, improving the submission process, and transitioning to an online-only format could further its growth and solidify its position as an internationally recognized academic journal in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.
