The Study on Park Designing for Users of Common Residential Room (공동주거 공간의 이용자 중심형 공원계획에 대한 연구)

  • Common residential environment is synthetic forms promote with organic organization of varied cultures and images. Users perceive and classify about these environments of feeling and atmosphere of each elements through their experiences and memories, not fixed point of view. In Korea, park designing of common residential room is in operation monotonously attach importance to economical efficiency without aesthetic structures, varied tries of materials, multiplicity, congruity of surrounding, and user-oriented plan. Recently, in policy of park designing has elements that obstruct to characteristic of environment because of applied to wrong guidelines which are end in investigation to model of an advanced countries'. In conclusion, this investigation shows improve on quality of park planning with the pivot of the matter is for users of common residential room. and park planning needs to multidimensional achieve.

The Study on the Effect of ISP(Information Strategic Planning) at the Institutional Sites

  • Understanding what lies beneath the relationship between ISP and its implementation is an significant area of inquiry in the ISP research. Through an empirical analysis and complementary case examples the current study examines this relationship at six different university sites which undergone both of these processes years from 1995 to 2001. The face-to-face, in-depth interviews were conducted to those participated in both of these processes. A questionnaire survey was also conducted to same participants to elevate the quality of the validity and reliability of the measures. Due to the limitation of the access to the data, it was not possible to compare how similar the final implementation outcomes are from what was originally planned in ISP to some sites. However the study finds that such organizational factors as management support, communication, and organizational culture at the ISP play an important role in the implementation process. This paper proposes that these organizational factors although little they seem to directly affect each individual elements in the implementation process, its latent impact is critical as a whole.

  • Now we using purpose area rule of city planning code in city planning areas for efficient, economical use of land and increasement of common welfare. Architectural code restrict building purpose after each division of area and this aimed for making more comfortable and convenient living atmosphere in city environment. Through this research we extracted conclusion about purpose area distinction system and restriction of building purpose after examined changes and tendencies of these rules. And the conclusion is the changes of purpose area distinction system issued from 32 kinds of distinctions in 1978, 28, 30, 32 kinds of distinctions in 1992 to 21kinds of distinctions in 1999 are caused by demand of enabling different purposes of programs can exist within one building possible.

  • Preservation of geometrical context of terrains in a digitized format is useful in handling and making modification to the data. Digitization of three-dimensional terrain still proves a great challenge due to heavy load of context required to retain details of topological and geometrical information. Methods of simplification, restoration and multi-level terrain generation are often employed to transform the original data into a compressed digital format. However, reduction of the stored data size comes at an expense of loss of details in the original data set. This article reports on an alternative scheme for simplification and restoration of terrain data. The algorithm utilizes the fact that the terrain formation and patterns can be predicted and modeled through the fractal algorithm. This method was used to generate multi-level terrain model based on NGIS digital maps with preserving geometrical context of terrains.

Real-time collision-free landing path planning for drone deliveries in urban environments

  • This study presents a novel safe landing algorithm for urban drone deliveries. The rapid advancement of drone technology has given rise to various delivery services for everyday necessities and emergency relief efforts. However, the reliability of drone delivery technology is still insufficient for application in urban environments. The proposed approach uses the "landing angle control" method to allow the drone to land vertically and a rapidly exploring random tree-based collision avoidance algorithm to generate safe and efficient vertical landing paths for drones while avoiding common urban obstacles like trees, street lights, utility poles, and wires; these methods allow for precise and reliable urban drone delivery. We verified the approach within a Gazebo simulation operated through ROS using a six-degree-of-freedom drone model and sensors with similar specifications to actual models. The performance of the algorithms was tested in various scenarios by comparing it with that of stateof-the-art 3D path planning algorithms.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the case of leading company in digital contents to promote industrial competitiveness of Korea. Analysis of this case study focuses on function and roles of leading company in digital contents industry. The main results of the paper are as follows: First, the government should prepare, main, and improve required technological and legal infrastructure for digital contents as quickly as possible. Second, the diffusion of the new digital contents companies can be promoted by ensuring fare competition and reliable market. For the inducing of this results, brainstorming methodology of related expert and survey research with leading company were applied to this paper.

  • The objective of this study is to develop the prototype of valuation systems for digital contents. The valuation system developed in this study can be used to evaluate the qualitative and economic value of digital contents for planning stage, development stage, and commercialization stage of contents. Based on this valuation system, decision makers related to the commercialization of digital contents can evaluate the value of digital contents more systematically and concisely.

  • National Geography Institute(NGI, National mapping agency) has been producing national basemap in automated process since middle of 1980's toward the systematic and efficient management of national land. In 1995, Korean government initiated a full-scale implementation of the National Geographic Information System(NGIS) Development Plan. Under the NGIS Development Plan, NGI began to produce digital maps in the scales of 1:1,000, 1:5,000, 1:25,000. However, digital maps of 1:250,000 or less scale, which are currently used for national land planning, were not included in NGIS Development Plan. Also, the existing laws and specifications related to digital maps of 1:250,000 or less scale are not clearly defined. Therefore this study proposed a feature classification system, which defines features that should be represented in digital map of 1:250,000 or less scale.

  • 디지털 및 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 전력계통 안정화를 위한 전력계통 운영의 제반 환경에 혁명적인 변화를 예고하고 있다. 이미 선진국에서는 이러한 디지털 및 정보통신 기술에 기반하여 IED 및 변전 시스템을 개발 설치 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 현재 전력자동화시스템 및 변전시스템을 살펴보고, 차세대 전력자동화시스템을 구축하기 위해 필요한 SCC 운영시스템, 변전시스템, IED의 개발 및 구축 방향에 대해 고찰한다.
