This research aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of digital literacy, economic literacy, and entrepreneurial skills on the performance of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in garment clusters in the Bulak tourism industry Depok. Carrying out quantitative research with survey methods, data collection is using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, via saturation sampling. This research data analysis uses SPSS software version 25.0. Path analysis is used to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed digital literacy, economic literacy, and entrepreneurial skills significantly and positively affect the performance of small- and medium-sized enterprises. The main finding in this study is that digital literacy has the greatest influence on the performance of SME entrepreneurs, both directly and indirectly. The results of the study provide input on performance development strategies for SME entrepreneurs through digital literacy, including digital business relationships, online facilities, and networks. The findings are also complementary to the factors shaping the performance of SME entrepreneurs in the digital age. The research results show that digital literacy has the greatest direct and indirect influence on the performance of SME entrepreneurs; this shows the essential contribution of digital literacy in developing business and marketing networks.

The study investigated digital literacy skills and utilization of online platforms for teaching by LIS educators in universities in Rivers State, Nigeria. The study was undertaken as a descriptive survey design. Three research questions and three hypotheses guided this study. The population of the study was twenty-six Lecturers from the three universities in Rivers State where library and information science are offered. The twenty-six constitute the sample size. Census sampling technique was adopted for the study. The instrument titled Digital Literacy Skills and Utilization of Online Platform for Teaching Questionnaire (DLSOPUQ) was used to elicit information from the respondents. Twenty-six copies of the questionnaire were administered and retrieved. Mean (${\bar{x}}$) was used to analyze the research questions and the null hypotheses was tested with t-test at 0.05 level of significance. The study revealed that there is no significant difference between digital literacy and utilization of online platforms for teaching by LIS educators in universities in Rivers State. Further findings revealed that LIS educators do not have the necessary skills to navigate the online environment for teaching without assistance. In conclusion LIS educators should be innovative and update their skills to meet up with global practice. It was recommended among others that LIS educators should be trained and retrained by the university management to cope with online teaching and provision of the right infrastructure by governments for effectives teaching and learning process.

복잡한 문제를 효과적으로 해결하고 기술을 개발할 수 있는 능력은 21세기의 새롭고 필수적인 리터러시 기술이다. 디지털 리터러시는 거의 모든 학문과 직업을 뒷받침하는 필수 도구이다. 우리나라는 2015개정교육과정에서 소프트웨어 교육을 통해 다양한 문제를 창의적이고 효율적으로 해결하는 컴퓨팅 사고력을 함양하고 협업적 문제해결 과정을 통해 의사소통능력, 공동체 의식을 함양하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 2015개정 교육과정이 디지털 리터러시 능력을 함양할 수 있는지에 대해 소프트웨어 교육과정의 교육내용을 통해 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 미디어정보 리터러시 개념을 규정하고 교육내용을 개발하는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 분석과 현장 전문가 대상 인터뷰, 사서교사 대상 설문조사가 수행되었다. 분석 결과, 현장 전문가들은 미디어를 정보를 활용하는 도구로 인식하였으며 정보문제해결능력과 독해능력, 미디어의 기능, 사례 활동, 정의적 영역을 미디어정보 리터러시의 교육의 영역으로 인식하였다. 사서교사들은 미디어정보 리터러시의 역량과 교육내용에 있어서 정보 리터러시와 미디어 리터러시의 역량과 교육내용을 디지털 리터러시의 역량과 교육내용에 비해 중요하게 인식하고 있었다. 연구 결과로 미디어정보 리터러시의 개념을 리터러시와 미디어 리터러시, 정보 리터러시, 디지털 리터러시가 중복된 영역으로 지식, 기능, 태도가 포함된 개념으로 정의하였다. 그리고 민주사회에 참여, 미디어 도구와 콘텐츠의 종류, 인간의 기본권, 기능, 디지털 도구 조작, 정보 문제 해결 과정이 맥락에 따라 결합되어 응용될 수 있도록 미디어정보 리터러시의 교육내용을 개발하였다.

The study investigated the contributions of digital and media literacies to knowledge sharing among school library personnel in Nigeria. The survey research design was adopted for the study while a questionnaire was used to collect data from the 190 respondents that constitute the sample size for the study. Findings from the study revealed a high level of digital and media literacy skills possessed by the school library personnel surveyed. Producing information, evaluating digital information, and finding digital were major media and digital information literacy skills that significantly contributed to knowledge sharing among the school library personnel. The study recommended that adequate attention should be given to the development of digital and media literacies of school library personnel in Nigeria to ensure effective and efficient knowledge sharing.

기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 리터러시의 개념이 기능과 도구 활용 중심에서 사회, 문화적 맥락에서 의사소통과 참여의 범위까지 확장되고 있다. 특히 코로나19와 같은 원격학습환경에서 학습자의 디지털 리터러시 역량은 더욱 중요하고 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교과서에 나타난 디지털 리터러시에 대한 분석과 점검을 통해 디지털 리터러시 교육 개선 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 디지털 리터러시를 구성하는 기초적 지식, 기술 및 역량으로 구성된 준거를 통해서 분석하였다. 연구 결과 초등학교 교과서의 디지털 리터러시 교육 내용은 기능과 도구 중심으로 제시되고, 특정 영역 등에 편중되어 있고 체계성, 연계성 등에서 부족한 부분이 발견되었다. 이에 초등 정보교과 독립을 통한 디지털 리터러시의 교과 체계 구성과 교육과정의 구체적인 구성 방안 및 예비교사의 실천 역량 강화를 위한 방안에 대해 제시하였다.

본 연구는 대학의 온라인 수업을 수강하는 학습자의 디지털 리터러시 능력이 학습몰입과 학업적 자기 효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 충남에 위치한 4년제 N 대학교의 사이버 강의를 수강한 228명이며, 분석방법으로는 SPSS 29.0을 활용하여 기술통계량, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 본 연구결과로는 사이버 강의를 수강하는 대학생들의 디지털 리터러시 능력은 온라인 수업에 대한 학습몰입과 학업적 자기효능감에 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 비대면 수업의 문제점이 갖고 있는 학습몰입과 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하며, 온라인 수업의 질적 확보를 위하여 디지털 리터러시 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 다양한 연구 및 프로그램 등의 교육기회가 확대되기를 기대하고자 한다.

Since developing digital technology requires new skills in digital literacy, digital competence also has become a keystone in English classes. This study explores three aspects of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners' digital confidence: information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, and digital content creation, based on the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp). The participants were 150 Korean college students enrolled in two general English classes, and their English proficiency levels were from basic to advanced; each level consisted of 30 participants. In order to assess their digital confidence, I designed a Google survey form and collected data during two semesters. The survey results revealed that the participants had highest digital confidence in information and data literacy and overall, the female participants showed higher digital confidence than their male counterparts. It also showed that the learners' English proficiency and computer skills are important factors.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 후 이 프로그램이 근거기반실무 역량(근거기반실무 지식, 태도, 기술)과 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시도되었다. 간호대학 2학년 학생 72명을 대상으로 한 단일군 전후설계 연구이다. 실험중재는 간호대학생에게 6회(총 8시간)의 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램이 제공되었다. 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램을 실시한 결과 간호대학생들의 근거기반실무 역량(근거기반실무 지식, 태도, 기술)과 문제해결능력이 실험전보다 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 간호대학에서 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램을 활용하여 이들의 근거기반실무 역량 및 문제해결능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.
