With the development of digital instrumentation and control (I&C) devices, cyber security at nuclear power plants (NPPs) has become a hot issue. The Stuxnet, which destroyed Iran's uranium enrichment facility in 2010, suggests that NPPs could even lead to an accident involving the release of radioactive materials cyber-attacks. However, cyber security research on industrial control systems (ICSs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems is relatively inadequate compared to information technology (IT) and further it is difficult to study cyber-attack taxonomy for NPPs considering the characteristics of ICSs. The advanced research of cyber-attack taxonomy does not reflect the architectural and inherent characteristics of NPPs and lacks a systematic countermeasure strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to more systematically check the consistency of operators and regulators related to cyber security, as in regulatory guide 5.71 (RG.5.71) and regulatory standard 015 (RS.015). For this reason, this paper attempts to suggest a template for cyber-attack taxonomy based on the characteristics of NPPs and exemplifies a specific cyber-attack case in the template. In addition, this paper proposes a systematic countermeasure strategy by matching the countermeasure with critical digital assets (CDAs). The cyber-attack cases investigated using the proposed cyber-attack taxonomy can be used as data for evaluation and validation of cyber security conformance for digital devices to be applied, and as effective prevention and mitigation for cyber-attacks of NPPs.

미국, 영국, 일본 등 선진국을 중심으로 디지털 매체의 발달을 교육에 접목하려는 움직임이 꾸준히 증가하였고 이는 디지털 교육 디바이스의 발전을 가져왔다. 국가적 차원에서 발전을 하고 있는 일본과 교육 분야에 막대한 국가 예산을 사용해 디지털 교육의 선진국으로 자리 잡고 있는 영국 그리고 복지국가의 기반 위에 적극적인 디지털 교육을 이끌고 있는 스웨덴이 디지털 교육 매체분야의 선진국이다. 특히 영국과 스웨덴은 디지털 교과서 등 디지털 교육 매체시장이 포화상태이며 시장의 경쟁으로 양보다는 질을 추구하는 시점에 이르렀다. 즉 빠르게 발전을 추구하는 과정을 지나 디자인적인 질을 중요시하면서 디지털 교육 매체를 선별 적용하고 있다. 국내에서는 2007년 초등학교 5학년 수학 디지털 교과서를 시작으로 국내 디지털 교과서의 시장이 열렸고 IT 선진국답게 짧은 시간 안에 과학, 영어 등 다양한 분야에 적용하는 등 커다란 발전을 보여줬다. 이에 디지털 교육 매체 분야의 디자인 적용의 빠르고 효율적인 가이드 설립을 위하여 디지털 교육 선진국의 디지털 교육매체 및 설문을 기반으로 한 적용 사례 분석을 통해 한국디지털 교육 매체 디자인의 나아갈 방향 잡는 기초 자료가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 LG 유럽 디자인 센터를 중심으로 디지털 교육 매체의 선진국인 영국과 복지사회 기반의 탄탄한 교육 정책을 보여주는 스웨덴을 사례 연구 대상국가로 선정하며 4개 학교의 전교생을 대상으로 설문, 휴리스틱 분석, KJ법을 통해 분석한다. 분석결과 양적인 증가뿐만아니라 디지털 소셜라이징 안에서 보다 현실적이고 다양한 시뮬레이션 경험을 추구하는 등 콘텐츠의 질 향상을 원하고 있으며, 아날로그의 단점을 보완하면서 상호 보완적으로 언제 어디서든 편하게 접할 수 있는 환경 및 편한 GUI 디자인이 요구되고 있었다. 이에 향후 교육 플랫폼과 교육 관리 시스템, 커뮤니케이션 시스템간의 유기적이고 상호 보완적인 통합 솔루션디자인을 중심으로 질 높은 교육 시뮬레이션 및 GUI 디자인을 기획해야하며 이는 교육 주체뿐만 아니라 교육 환경을 포함한 분야를 통합한 사전 조사 및 설문 분석을 통해 모든 교육 특성을 고려하여 디지털 교육 매체 의 디자인의 질을 높인 기획을 해야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 디지털 교육 해외 선진국의 발전 된 현황을 파악하여 국내 디지털 교육산업의 디자인 기획시 기초 자료로 활용하는데 의의가 있다.

The PLL(Phase-Locked Loop) techniques re employed to make the switching frequency of a resonant inverter follow the resonant frequency which may vary due to the load variations during operation. The conventional design guide of PLL is not suitable in these case since the inverter characteristics are not considered. In this paper the phase characteristics of a resonant inverter is analysed and added to the closed loop. And the design of PLL with digital phase detector is illustrated for the output frequency to track the resonant frequency of the inverter.

여러 표준이 존재하는 디지털 방송 환경에서 각 표준별로 Electronic Program Guide(EPG)를 얻기 위한 Program Event에 대한 정보를 포함하는 Table 파싱 기법이 다르다. 이를 해결하고 통합 디지털 방송 환경을 만들기 위해서 XML 파일을 이용한 테이블 통합 파싱 기법을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 인터랙티브 미디어 작품 제작에 적용 가능한 개념을 제안하고 개념이 적용된 미디어 아트작품에 대한 사용자 경험과 그것에 대한 결과물을 통해 개념의 타당성과 그 가능성을 시험해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 사용자 인터랙션 흔적을 아날로그와 디지털 형태로 남기도록 하는 '에이디-트레이스(AD-Trace)'라는 개념을 세우고, 이를 적용한 다양한 인터랙티브 미디어 아트 작품 창작을 시도하였다. 에이디-트레이스는 디자인 요소로서 '아날로그 흔적(Analogue Trace)', '디지털 흔적(Digital Trace)', 그리고 두 요소를 연결하면서 사용자의 인터랙션을 유도하여 보다 의미 있는 흔적을 남길 수 있도록 지원하는 '인터랙션 메타포(Interaction Metaphor)'를 갖는다. 이 세 가지 요소는 본 연구자의 세 개 작품인 '에이디-피디(AD-PD)', '에이디-스타(AD-Star)', 그리고 '에이디-맵(AD-Map)'에서 각 작품의 콘셉트에 맞게 디자인 되었으며, 사용자 참여 후 얻어진 결과물을 통해 에이디-트레이스가 가질 수 있는 특성을 분석하였다.

According to the ROK 2010 census, representatives living arrangement are changing from 4 people per household to 2 people. Increasing number of elderly household and single household, the variety of lifestyles there has been a type of family structure. In this study, 1) through a precedent study review and case analysis to deduct representative group of lifestyle of Korean household. 2) Proposing spatial configuration according to the preferred lifestyle. 3) Deducting residential U-services from which specified from "Ubiquitous City Construction Project Operation Guide (2009)" of the korean Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. 4) Deduct highly expected U-service by each of lifestyle. As a result, spatial configuration and U-Services are proposed by changes of lifestyle which is based on ROK 2010 census.

We examined the accuracy and efficiency of phantom by applying the designed phantom in order to check daily quality assurance easily by objective criteria and to confirm daily quality assurance of linear accelerator, simulator, and CT-simulator. The results of 10 weeks of linear accelerator output dose using American Association of Physicists in Medicine(AAPM) daily quality assurance guide were measured within ${\pm}1%$ of error. Mechanical check of laser alignment, optical distance indicator(ODI), CT scanner laser and alignment of gantry lasers with the center of imaging plane were measured within ${\pm}1mm$. Daily average working time for daily quality assurance of radiation therapy equipments was 38 minutes. The designed phantom was easy to install and daily quality assurance was possible with only one installation. The aspects reproducibility and efficiency as well as accuracy of quality assurance were excellent.

High energy electron beams were to concentrically dose inside a tumor and more energy is a shape decreased of dose. Therefore, it is useful to radiation therapy of a tumor. Also high energy electron beams ionized into collision with a atom in structure material of tissue and it has big changes to dose distribution by multiple scattering. The study had to establish characteristic of electron beams from interaction of electron beams and materials. Experiment method was to measure dependence of electron beam central axis for depth dose curve, field flatness and symmetry and field size dependence. The results were able to evaluate data for a datum pint of electron beam. Also radiotherapy has to be considered for not only energy pencil of lines but characteristic, electron guide and isodose curves distribution.

5G-based HMD technology grew rapidly in the context of the environment change of convergence technology media and mobile networks in the fourth industrial era. It has also grown into a core technology that transforms our digital visual system. However, there is no research or system that can understand and verify radical visual system changes. Therefore, it is necessary to have an engineering understanding and verification of the diffusion of HMD media imaging devices. Beyond the distinction between virtual and real, research is urgently needed on the new three-dimensional interface of the 21st century through viewer participation. For this reason, research on the algorithm structure of interactive video media using L-System is an essential process and will be a guide to understanding the virtual reality interactive environment.

This study is suggest the test system for BIM(Building Information Modeling) qualification. And this study is the field-based BIM educational program with the acquisition of the qualifying certificates. Since field-based BIM and Curriculum(of University and Junior College) are highly linked to the actual practical affairs, the learning connected to the practical affairs out of the teaching focused on BIM modeling would satisfy students, and it would make the acquisition of the certificates which determinate the capability of the practical affairs. Thus teachers should guide students to get the certificates thoroughly, make them understand the importance of the acquisition of the certificates.
