In this digital environment, license contracting and technical protection measure are being used by copyright holders as a means to restrict the rights of information users. The study reviewed the conflicting relationship between the copyright law and the contract law for digital resources the use of which is based on license contracting, and investigated the legal interpretations of the conflicting relationship between the two. And then based on the analysis of IF LA's position on copyright in the digital environment, the study suggested the expected role of librarians to cope with the technological overrides of copyright rules and to expand the rights of information users.

To promote the production of information and knowledge in information user and to raise national competitiveness in digital network environment, the cooperative utilization of digital information by digital republication and transmission between library and library is indispensable. The policy for cooperative utilization of digital information by digital republication and transmission between library and library is influenced by the regulation of library exemption in copyright law. First of all, this study analyzes limitations and exceptions of copyright in international norm (Berne Convention. Agreement on TRIPs and WCT), Copyright Law of the United States of America and EU Directive. And then this study analyzes and examines the regulation of library exemption in the revised Copyright Act of Korea in 2003, library remuneration system, technical measures for protection of copyright, etc. Also this paper points out related problems. As a results of the legal analysis. this study suggests necessary measures and the corresponding plans to the revised Copyright Act of Korea in 2003 to promote the cooperative utilization of digital information by digital republication and transmission between library and library

Digital content is difficult to distinguish between the original and the replica due to its nature. For this reason, NFT technology using blockchain technology is attracting attention because it can guarantee the proof and scarcity of the original digital content. However, the NFT buyer does not own the copyright to the digital content, but the ownership. In particular, since the minting process of issuing NFTs is possible for anyone, there is a copyright threat to the copyright holder. In this study, we propose a verification protocol based on DID for the process of issuing and transacting NFTs for copyright protection of copyright holders' digital contents. As a research method, the problems of research cases related to digital contents were analyzed and the safety was comparatively analyzed. NFT issuance can only be issued by copyright holders whose identity has been verified through DID, and only users who have completed authentication can participate in the transaction to prevent indiscriminate theft and use of digital content and form a safe and transparent transaction market.

Digital copyright protection is important in the protective side of effort to have leaned to in property right and it which are intelligent of an author and is very important for development of digital contents industry. It is the misgovernment that a reproduction is easy as for the digital contents. and the original and a copy have the same characteristic, and it is so, and is experiencing what is hard for protection of copyright and large quantity illegal copy and illegal distribution prevention. CDN needs a copyright protective plan about the digital contents that digital contents providers were written jointly. The paper used a non-repudiation multi-technique for copyright protection about the digital contents which were written jointly. The Non-repudiation multi-technique proved efficiency about this.

In this paper, the author focused on the establishment of structural equation model for cyber copyright ethics based upon literature reviews. And to draw a factors influencing cyber copyright ethics reception, author are applied a human-technology-contents-culture (HTCoC) perspectives. The basic idea is that copyright ethics is one of the most significant solutions to protect copyrighted materials. Among solutions like technology, institution and legal framework, ethics may be the most powerful alternatives to face with copyright infringement. Among variables, copyright culture is appeared that can mediate the other factors in cyberspace. Concluding remarks is that more sound and sustainable cyber copyright ethics is needed to cope with unexpected negative use of information technology in digital convergence era.

The rapidly increasing use of the Internet and advancement of the communication network, the explosive growth of digital contents from personal home pages to professional information service the emerging file exchange service and the development of hacking techniques . these are some of the trends contributing to the spread of illegal reproduction and distribution of digital contents, thus threatening the exclusive copyrights of the creative works that should be legally protected Accordingly, there is urgent need for a digital copyright management system designed to provide centralized management while playing the role of bridge between the copyright owners and users for smooth trading of the rights to digital contents, reliable billing, security measures, and monitoring of illegal use. Therefore, in this study, I examined the requirements of laws and systems for the introduction of the centralized management system to support smooth distribution of digital contents, and also researched on the current status of domestic and international centralized management system for copyrights. Furthermore, 1 tried to provide basic materials for the standardization of digital contents copyright management information through the examination of the essential elements of the centralized digital contents management such as the system for unique identification the standardization for data elements, and the digital rights management (DHM) .

The purpose of this study is to suggest concrete approaches of copyright application among various map price policies to establish the system of a digital map market, to revitalize its market, and to give the public better map services. To do this, we analyzed copyright law in Korea and the copyright protection of digital map in foreign countries firstly, investigated the applicability of copyright to the map market in Korea, analyzed the effect on this market, and suggested an direction of the revision for the Surveying law and the National Geographic Information (NGlS) law lastly. We drew several conclusions. Firstly, the protection of the rights of database makers is the best approach to protect digital maps in korea. Secondly, we need to adopt copyright to the Surveying law and the National Geographic Information Systems (NGlS) law. Lastly, establishing a copyright trust organization to improve the quality of digital maps and to manage various affairs is needed.

High-quality digital broadcasting contents are susceptible to illegal copy and unauthorized redistribution, which makes broadcasters difficult to protect valuable media assets. So, broadcasters and content providers need the technology for copyright protection of professional digital content. Digital watermarking technology is one of the most actively developed solutions for the copyright protection. This paper suggests the requirements of watermarking technology in DTV(Digital TV) environment for copyright protection and shows the developed real-time watermark embedding/detecting system for HD(High Definition)/SD(Standard Definition) video and experimental results of the system against watermark attack tests. Our watermarking system meets the watermarking requirements of invisibility, robustness and security of DTV environment.

The role of digital content identification system is being considered as a useful solution for the content management system and service system. Integrated Copyright Number(ICN), only one domestic identifier to the managing of copyright, can provide the service model in the copyright industry, because it include the information of copyright between the creator and the service provider on the digital work. Universal Content Identifier(UCI), has developed on the focus of digital content service, is somewhat lacking on the copyright management, but it is expected that systematical management and distribution system for copyright and digital work to be able to build as that make up for disadvantage with each identifier's advantage by UCI associate with ICN. In this context, This article can suggest the efficiency integrated structure and the service scenario. Therefore it is contribute to the efficient using and the effective running in the digital identification system.
