  • Digital technologies in the regional sector of public administration are the basis for its reform and a potential example for the whole country on how to use the benefits of the "digital" world. The synergistic potential of social, mobile, "cloud" technologies, as well as data analysis technologies and the "Internet of Things" can collectively lead to transformational changes in public administration and in general, that is, make the use of digital technologies for the economic development of the region in the system of digitalization of public administration effective, reactive and valuable. Thus, the purpose of the study is to identify modern prospects and realities of the development of digital technologies for the economic development of the region in the system of digitalization of public administration. As a result of the study, the main mechanisms and systems of digital technologies for the economic development of the region in the system of digitalization of public administration were analyzed.

  • After the outbreak of COVID-19, the demand for home-enjoyable video games has surged, driven by extended pandemic conditions and resulting in rapid graphic technology advancements. Consequently, games with diverse expression techniques have emerged, captivating players. Virtual Reality (VR) environments predominantly feature natural landscapes, with advancing graphic technology enabling lifelike scenes. The rise in individuals seeking solace through natural elements in games has followed suit. As VR technology and metaverse interest grow, more people are exposed to digital imagery. However, evidence on the influence of graphic expression methods on emotional response to that is lacking. Our study examined user emotional responses, focusing on natural landscapes in digital graphics of games. Analyzing a group of 47 young adults as frequent digital media consumers, we studied reactions to different image styles (Realism, Semi-Realism, Stylized). In the analysis, Realism-style images were perceived the most positively, while emotional responses to natural landscapes with different graphical expressions showed no significant differences. Results suggest that recognizing digital natural landscapes may outweigh expression style impacting the evaluation of digital nature. This study's empirical analysis enhances the understanding of digital nature's application to actual situations.

고령자의 디지털금융서비스 기술수용 연구: 고령자 기술수용모형(STAM)을 중심으로 (A Study on the Acceptance of Digital Financial Services Technology for Older Adults: Focusing on the Senior Technology Acceptance Model)

  • This study aims to analyze older adults's intention to use digital financial services. To verify the purpose, the '2022 Korean Senior Technology Acceptance Panel Survey' data were used. And a shortened Senior Technology Acceptance Model(STAM) reflecting the characteristics of older adults was applied. The results of Structural Equation Model analysis are as follows. First, the lower gerontechnology anxiety, the higher control beliefs reflecting perceived ease of use, self-efficacy and facilitating conditions and the intention to use digital financial services. Second, the health factor had a positive effect on the control beliefs. Third, the higher the control beliefs, the higher the attitudinal beliefs reflecting perceived usefulness and attitude and the intention to use digital financial services. Lastly, the higher attitudinal beliefs, the higher the intention to use digital financial services. The results suggest the need for interventions that can relieve gerontechnology anxiety and strengthen positive perceptions about control beliefs and attitudinal beliefs in order to increase older adults's intention to use digital financial services.

공항 서비스 향상을 위한 지능형 연령인식 디지털 사이니지 연구 (A study on the smart digital signage using age recognition for the airport service improvement)

  • 공항의 디지털 사이니지는 탑승객에게 비행정보 및 공항정보를 효과적으로 제공하여 공항의 업무 효율을 향상시킨다. 그러나 지금의 디지털 사이니지는 한 가지 광고물을 고객이 누구이든 가리지 않고 일방적으로 정보를 표출함으로서 비효율적인 문제를 갖고 있다. 이러한 비효율성의 문제는 고객의 상황정보를 추출하여 그 고객에 적합한 맞춤형 정보를 제시하는 기능을 보유한 스마트 디지털 사이니지를 이용하여 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 여러 종류의 상황정보들 중에서 연령 정보를 인식하는 기능을 보유한 연령인식 스마트 디지털 사이니지에 대한 연구를 보고한다. 연령인식 스마트 디지털 사이니지는 전방의 고객을 실시간으로 인식하고 고객의 연령대를 추정하여 각 연령대에 맞는 광고를 송출하는 시스템이다. 지능형 디지털 사이니지는 원격지에 있는 관리서버에 의해 통제 관리된다. 또한 광고 효과 분석 소프트웨어를 개발하여 고객의 광고에 대한 집중도를 분석하여 광고 효과 향상에 활용할 수 있다. 이러한 스마트 디지털 사이니지는 고객이 감동할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하여 고객 만족도, 항공사 및 공항의 업무 효율이 향상 될 것으로 사료된다.

일반 및 디지탈 측모두부방사선 규격사진, 하드카피의 계측오차 또는 확대율 비교 (Comparison of measurement errors between conventional, digital cephalographs and hardcopies)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the measurement error between conventional films, digital cephalographs and hardcopy. The material consisted of 29 cephalographs which used image modality of Asahi CX-90SP in the Kyung Hee University Dental Hospital. One observer measured fiducial measurements at an interval of four weeks. Measurement error was tested by Dahlberg's formula. A paired t-test was used to detect it between each modality. The results are as follows; 1. The monitor-displayed digital image showed enlargement compared with the conventional image. The cephalometric measurements of the monitor-displayed digital image and conventional image were no statistically significant difference except SNB. 2. In conventional image, measurement errors of linear and angular measurements were 0.23mm, $0.36^{\circ}$, respective. In monitor-displayed digital image, measurement errors of linear and angular measurements were 0.63mm, $0.48^{\circ}$ respective. 3. The reduction ratio of hardcopy was 1.01% compared to the monitor-displayed digital image. Based on the results, it indicates that the digital cephalographs and hardcopy using storage phosphor digital radiography showed the same accuracy as the conventional films in clinical use.

AUTOMATIC 3D BUILDING INFORMATION EXTRACTION FROM A SINGLE QUICKBIRD IMAGE AND DIGITAL MAPS

  • Today's commercial high resolution satellite imagery such as that provided by IKONOS and QuickBird, offers the potential to extract useful spatial information for geographical database construction and GIS applications. Digital maps supply the most generally used GIS data probiding topography, road, and building information. Currently, the building information provided by digital maps is incompletely constructed for GIS applications due to planar position error and warped shape. We focus on extracting of the accurate building information including position, shape, and height to update the building information of the digital maps and GIS database. In this paper, we propose a new method of 3D building information extraction with a single high resolution satellite image and digital map. Co-registration between the QuickBird image and the 1:1,000 digital maps was carried out automatically using the RPC adjustment model and the building layer of the digital map was projected onto the image. The building roof boundaries were detected using the building layer from the digital map based on the satellite azimuth. The building shape could be modified using a snake algorithm. Then we measured the building height and traced the building bottom automatically using triangular vector structure (TVS) hypothesis. In order to evaluate the proposed method, we estimated accuracy of the extracted building information using LiDAR DSM.

가로손가락손바닥활을 이용한 다발성 벗겨짐 손상 손가락 재접합술 - 증례보고 - (Case Report of Avulsion Amputation of Multiple Digits: Use of Rerouting the Transverse Digital Palmar Arch)

  • Purpose: Avulsion injuries of digits have been presented for a long time as complex management problems. Despite of microsurgical advances, it is difficult to achieve good functional results and their management remains somewhat controversial. However, in a finger there are three transverse digital palmar arches. The middle and distal transverse digital palmar arches are consistently large(almost 1 mm) and may be used for arterial vessel repairs either proximally or distally, depending on the length and direction needed. 39-year-old man presented with avulsion amputation of the ulnar three digits, was operated using only arterial anastomosis with rerouting the transverse digital palmar arches. Methods: Replantation was performed using the artery-only technique. Because the digital arteries had been damaged, we did that the transverse digital palmar arches were transposed in an inverted Y to I configuration and were lengthened with rerouting them for the purpose of direct anastomosis of the digital artery. Venous drainage was provided by an external bleeding method with partial nail excision and external heparin irrigation. Results: The authors conclude that complete avulsion amputations with only soft tissue at the distal to insertion of the flexor digitorum superficialis tendon were salvageable with acceptable functional results. All three fingers survived. Conclusion: With technical advancements, the transverse digital palmar arches play an important role for finger amputation. Three digital palmar arches give us additional treatment option for the finger amputation. In this case, replantation with only-arterial anastomosis was successful and we obtained good aesthetic and functional outcome.

Building Customer Loyalty In Digital Transaction Using QR Code: Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS)

  • Purpose: Increasing advancements in the technology industry are forcing people to become more accustomed to digital financial transaction activities. The need for fast and secure payment mechanisms has birthing new idea to digital financial transaction services. Along with increasing access to technology in digital payments, new service is developed in the form of digital wallets as the successor for electronic money. Research design, data and methodology: This research aims to find out whether using QR code as digital payment tool can build customer loyalty in consumers, especially to measure the factors of satisfaction, trust and commitment of customers to do payments with QR Codes. The QR code in this study is refer to the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which was officially implemented by Bank Indonesia starting on January 1, 2020 as a means of payment for digital transactions nationally. The research method uses a quantitative approach by way of surveying questionnaires using Likert scale of 100 samples. Results: The hypothesis analysis proved that the variables of satisfaction, trust and commitment together have positive and significant influences on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research found that there are high interest in Millennials to do transaction using QRIS because it is deemed to be more easy, quick and safe. If a customer achieves a level of loyalty in the usage of digital transaction using QRIS then cashless society lifestyle can be considered successful and can be used in the future.
