Purpose : This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of herb medicine on climacteric woman with numbness of lower limbs by using Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging(DITI). Methods : The patient was 56-year-old female who was suffering from numbness, cold hypersensitivity of lower limbs and hot flush. We treated her using herb medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion. The progress of symptoms were evaluated by DITI, and then we compared DITI before treatment and after treatment. Results : After treatment, visual analog scale of numbness and cold hypersensitivity of lower limbs were decreased and frequency of hot flush was also decreased. The temperature of forehead got lower than that before treatment and the temperature of LR3 and ST32 got higher than those before treatment on DITI. Conclusion : This result suggest that DITI can be used for assessment after treatment on climacteric symptoms with numbness of lower limbs.

선진국과 달리 한국에서는 낮은 처리비용 등을 이유로 원거리에 있는 폐기물 처리시설에 의료폐기물 처리를 위탁하는 것이 가능하다. 이 과정에서 위험성 때문에 의원입법으로 개정법률안이 국회에 제출되어 있다. 본 연구는 선진국과의 비교연구를 통하여 의료폐기물 관련 문제해결을 위한 효과적인 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문헌고찰 및 법률의 비교연구를 통한 서술식 방법을 채택하였다. 외국에서는 감염성 폐기물에 대하여 발생지 인근에서 신속한 처리를 원칙으로 하면서 장거리 이동 가능성을 제한하고 다양한 기술사용을 권장하고 있는 것에서 한국과 차이를 보인다. 따라서 외국 사례와 비교하여 의료폐기물 최적의 처리방안으로 권역화 방안을 제시했다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the patients with compressive neuropathy of the radial nerve(Saturday Night Palsy), who was improved by acupuncture and Sweet Bee Venom(SBV) treatment. Methods & Results : The patients were hospitalized or outpatient in Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, traditional korean medical hospital, Sangji University from 1st, Dec. 2008 to 30th June 2009, and treated with acupuncture, SBV, electrical stimulation therapy and herbal medication therapy. To evaluate the wrist drop and numbness of fingers, coding result(Arbitrary values used to evaluate result) and digital infrared thermal image, which was well defined diagnostic tool estimating skin surface temperature difference, were used. As a result, patient symptoms were improved remarkably. Conclusions : Patients were treated during 6 weeks in average. 2 cases were excellent and 1 case was evaluated good result by the acupuncture, Sweet Bee Venom, electrical stimulation therapy.

본 연구는 레크리에이션 치료 프로그램이 치매 노인들의 인지기능과 균형감각에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상은 알츠하이머형 치매를 진단받은 노인 16명을 대상으로 6 개월 동안 레크리에이션 치료 프로그램을 제공하였으며, 실험군과 대조군 두 그룹의 프로그램 제공전과 후의 인지기능과 균형감각의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과 레크리에이션 치료 프로그램은 알츠하이머형 치매 노인의 인지기능과 균형감각을 유지시키거나 증진시키는 것으로 보고되었다. 연구 대상자 모집과 손실 및 레크리에이션 치료 프로그램 기간과 같은 변수 통제의 어려움을 제한점으로 볼 수 있으나 레크리에이션 치료와 같은 비약리적 방법의 개발과 효과성 검증의 측면에서 치매 노인의 재활치료 연구에 기여하였다고 판단된다.

In this paper, we propose the miniaturization size of wearable Range of Motion(ROM) and a system that can be connected with smart devices in real-time to measure the joint movement range dynamically. Currently, the ROM of the joint is directly measured by a person using a goniometer. Conventional methods are different depending on the measurement method and location of the measurement person, which makes it difficult to measure consistently and may cause errors. Also, it is impossible to measure the ROM of joints in real-life situations. Therefore, the wearable sensor is attached to the joint to be measured to develop a miniaturize size ROM device that can measure the range of motion of the joint in real-time. The sensor measured the resistance value changed according to the movement of the joint using a load cell. Also, the sensed analog values were converted to digital values using an Analog to Digital Converter(ADC). The converted amount can be transmitted wireless to the smart device through the wearable sensor node. As a result, the developed device can be measured more consistently than the measurement using the goniometer, communication with IoT-based smart devices, and wearable enables dynamic observation. The developed wearable sensor node will be able to monitor the dynamic state of rehabilitation patients in real-time and improve the rapid change of treatment method and customized treatment.

Major symptoms of Raynaud's Disease are pain, edema, cyanosis, and redness of hands, feet, nose, and etc. The purpose of this report is to show the curative effect of herbal medicine for Raynaud's Disease. We provided Prescription of Modified Woogyu-yeum(Yougui-yinjiaweifang ) to patient who was diagnosed with Raynaud's Disease three times a day for 22 days. We observed changes of symptoms through Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging, taking photos of both hands, and collecting the survey answered by the patient. Modified Woogyu-yeum reduced pain, edema, and redness of both hands. The frequency of cyanosis decreased after the treatment. Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging proved a rise in temperature of fingertips after the treatment. In conclusion, Modified Woogyu-yeum showed the possibility of effect on Raynaud's Disease.

In this paper, we design and implement a two-way automatic communication system using a mobile instant messenger that can provide a customized service through a real-time two-way communication using a mobile instant messaging service. Two-way automatic communication system using a mobile instant messenger can improve the quality and quantity of information in real-time update of the information through the feedback. In addition, since it is communicated by using a mobile Instant Messanger in 1:1 there is no concerns that is recognized as spam, as well as it is possible to provide customized information for each user. Two-way automatic communication system using a mobile instant messanger shows the difference of the speed according to the data input time in typing by hands in result of comparing the time to input a date and the processing speed to search a data. Therefore in category treatment, command processing and natural language processing, Category treatment way is the most excellent in aspect of data processing speed, otherwise in aspect of the total speed to combine the data input time and the processing time, the command processing way is the best method.

This study reports two cases of patients with cold hypersensitivity on hands and feet who were typed as the Soyangin. Although the two patients were experiencing the same symptom of cold hypersensitivity on hands and feet, we diagnosed one as a Soyangin Kyel-Hyung syndrome(結胸證) and the other as a Mang-eum syndrome(亡陰證). So we prescribed them Medications for Soyangin. And we used D.I.T.I.(Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging) to prove the improvement for cold hypersensitivity on hands and feet. The temperature change of D.I.T.I. after treatment showed that the main symptom After treatment, their symptoms were improved and the patients' D.I.T.I results also showed their improvement.

To be investigated and measures to reduce the medical exposure of patients to change the Epidural Injection time Fluoroscopy Pulse Rate in this study. Was conducted in 50 patients who underwent surgery Epidural Injection performed by interventional care of Konkuk University Hospital from January to April 2013. The treatment time with the change of Pulse rate, is measured in minutes fluoroscopy time, and measured the area dose (${\mu}Gym^2$) and depth dose (mGy). Using the Image J program, to measure the PSNR and SNR. The fluoroscopy time as a result surgery, there was no significance in the statistical analysis, and depth dose is 34.3 to 34.9%, was reduced from 35.8 to 38.7% the area dose. It is possible to reduce the appropriate Pulse rate, to reduce the dose without statistical analysis significance fluoroscopy time.

노인은 그 어느 연령층보다 다양한 특성을 지니고 있다. 다양한 환경과 경험에 따라 다른 성향을 지니고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 모든 노인들에게 획일적인 미술치료프로그램의 진행은 불가능하며 스스로가 치료의 필요성을 느낄 때 참여하여야만 효과적이라고 본다. 미술치료는 미술매체를 통해 내면의 감정을 표출하기 때문에 노인들의 심상에 간직된 감정을 자연스럽게 드러내는 것을 돕고, 감정의 위기를 완화시키는 역할을 한다. 미술치료에서의 치료수단은 비언어적 수단이므로 통제를 적게 받아 자기방어가 감소된다. 또한 미술매체는 감각을 사용할 기회 자체가 줄어드는 노인들의 본연의 감각을 자극하므로 매우 유용한 교육프로그램으로 평가되어진다.
