본 연구는 대학도서관 이용자를 대상으로 도서관 챗봇을 설계하고 구현하여 언택트 시대의 새로운 비대면 디지털 참고정보서비스를 모색하고자 했다. 데이터 분석을 통해 이용자 요구 및 도서관 서비스를 분석하고, 적합한 챗봇 개발 방법을 선정하여 시나리오를 설계했다. 이용자 친화적인 상호작용을 위해 챗봇의 퍼스널리티를 설계하고 이용자 인터페이스를 디자인하여 사용성을 평가했다. 또한 챗봇의 응답정확도 평가 및 성능평가를 통해 정확도를 검증하고, 이용자 만족도 조사를 통해 챗봇의 효용성을 평가했다. 챗봇 운영관리 및 서비스 품질 유지를 위해 이용자-챗봇 간의 대화를 주기적으로 모니터링하고, 이용자 피드백을 반영하여 서비스를 개선했다. 챗봇 개발 과정 및 결과를 다각도로 분석하여 도서관 챗봇 설계 및 구현을 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 했다.

In this paper, the technology of the conformance test for Broadcast Web Site Service (BWS) which is one of the data services of the T-DMB (Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) is proposed. First, the standard of the BWS Service is introduced and then the method of the conformance test of BWS bitstream and BWS receiver module is provided. A BWS bitstream analyzer is implemented for use in verifying the transmitted BWS bitstreams. To provide a means for the receiver manufactures to verify their own BWS receiver modules, a receiver test suite is developed including BWS test bitstreams and a BWS reference receiver module. The BWS bitstream analyzer includes the analysis function for the conformance test of MOT protocol, HTML, PNG, MNG, JPEG, and Ecma Script. Also, it was actually used for verifying the BWS test bitstreams. In the course of developing a HWS receiver module, 4he BWS receiver module under test can be verified by comparing the results of the BWS reference receiver module with those of the receiver module under test. when the same BWS test bitstreams are fed into the two receiver modules.

본 연구에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 지정하여 지원하고 있는 우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터를 대상으로 정보서비스 체계 전반에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석$\cdot$파악하고 이를 토대로 최신의 정보기술을 반영$\cdot$적용한 우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터의 효율적인 정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 선행연구 분석, 설문조사, 해당기관 직접방문을 통한 관련자 면담, 해당기관 홈페이지의 관련 사이트 분석, 그리고 관련 전문가로 구성된 상시협의체의 회의를 통한 Brainstorming 방범 등을 병행하여 실시하였다.

일반 가입자들에게 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 구성되는 가입자 망은ADSL, VDSL, DOCSIS 등 다양한 종류의 접속방식과 그에 따른 이기종(이기종)의 장비들로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 가입자 망은 전국적으로 분산되어 있으며, 분산된 가입자 망은 효과적이며 집중화된 형태로 관리하기 위해서는 다양한 형태의 접속방식을 지원하는 이기종 장비 및 단말들의 상위 개념으로서 추상적이며 논리적인 객체 관리모델이 필요하다. 본 논문은 통합된 계층적 망관리를 가능하게 하는 인터넷 가입자 망에 대한 모델링 구조론 RM-ODP흘 이용하여 제시하였다. 그리고 가입자 망의 예로서 UML을 이용한 객체지향 방법론을 채택하여 DOCSIS의 HFC 가입자망에 대한 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

최근 스마트 기술이 다양한 정보시스템 분야에 적용되고 있다. 특히, 기존 도서관 서비스 분야는 디지털도서관을 넘어 스마트 도서관으로 변화되었다. 이러한 변화의 환경에서 다양한 콘텐츠와 서비스 그리고 사용자와 스마트 디바이스를 지원하는 도서관 서비스 소프트웨어 플랫폼이 요구된다. 기존 도서관 서비스는 서로 다른 이기종의 도서관 시스템간의 의미적 상호운용성이 저해되는 제한점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 콘텐츠 제공과 시스템간의 상호작용 그리고 서비스의 통합에 중점을 두어 미래 도서관 시스템의 원형으로 링크드오픈데이터 기반의 스마트 라이브러리 제안한다. 링크드 오픈데이터 기반 스마트 라이브러리는 첨단 정보기술이 모여진 혁신적인 시스템이다. 우리는 링크드오픈데이터를 기반으로 스마트 라이브러리를 위한 다양한 요구사항에 따라 시스템 환경을 설계하였다. 이용자의 요구사항과 정보기술의 에코시스템을 고려하여 스마트 라이브러리 시스템의 기능적 요구사항에 대해 기술한다. 또한 기능적 요구사항을 수용하고 다양한 스마트 디바이스를 통해 사용자에게 스마트 지식 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 참조 프레임워크를 보여준다.

인터넷을 통한 교육의 열기가 올라감에 따라 여러 가지 종류의 학습방법과 교육용 컨텐츠가 개발 되어 왔으며 현재 SCORM이라는 표준안이 대두되면서 컨텐츠의 개발과 교육시스템인 CMS의 발전으로 인해 교육 컨텐츠의 재사용성과 효율적인 운용성 그리고 관리능력은 증가하였으나 실질적으로 컨텐츠를 이용하는 학습자의 경우 더욱 좋아 졌다고 할만한 서비스가 없다. 본 논문에서는 세분화된 교육컨텐츠를 학습자가 효율적으로 이용하여 학습의 효과를 증대할 수 있도록 자기 주도형 학습을 지원하기 위한 CMS를 제안하였다.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

기술 환경의 변화는 문헌정보시스템의 혁신적인 변화를 촉진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 정보 체계기술과 인터넷 정보기술을 융합된 차세대 문헌 정보 시스템의 원형으로 시맨틱 라이브러리를 정의하고, 시맨틱 라이브러리의 기능적 요구사항과 아키텍처의 참조모델을 제시하였다. 시맨틱 라이브러리는 온톨로지와 메타데이터 기반의 의미적 상호 운용성과 통합을 실현하고 정보 자원의 개방과 공유 참여와 협업을 통하여 이용자 정보서비스를 혁신하는 체제이다. 또한 시맨틱 라이브러리는 FRBR의 논리구조를 근간으로 하여 서비스 지향 아키텍처로 구현됨으로써 효과적으로 시스템을 구축을 실현할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 문헌정보 시스템의 모델로 6개 수평 계층과 3개 수직요소로 구성되는 시맨틱 라이브러리의 참조 모델을 제시하였다.

The article reports the results of an investigation on the practice of providing digital scholarship services at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This study is part of an ongoing research project entitled Developing a digital scholarship service framework for universities at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. It employed a qualitative research approach through in-depth interviews with 31 individuals who are university managers, library managers, lecturers, and postgraduate and undergraduate students from six member universities and Central Library of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. Research results show that some digital scholarship services have been provided at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. However, they have not been yet systematically implemented and have not met users' needs. Lack of needed resources such as space, technology infrastructure, human resources, finance, and stakeholder support are among major challenges in developing digital scholarship services. The management of existing digital scholarship services is fragmented without a clear policy for developing digital scholarship and supporting services. The study contributes to the existing knowledge by adding substantially to current understanding of the practice of providing digital scholarship services in Vietnam's universities in the transition period, from state control to autonomy, which has not been much addressed in previous research. Furthermore, this study can be a useful reference for higher education institutions in developing countries regarding implementation of digital scholarship services.

인터넷포털 사이트에서 제공되고 있는 지식검색 질문응답서비스의 성능을 평가하기 위하여, 이용량이 많은 상위 네 가지 사이트를 대상으로 질문응답 데이터를 체계적으로 표집하였다. 디지털 참고봉사의 평가 틀을 적용하여 질문의 수와 유형, 응답률, 적시성, 정확성, 만족도를 측정하여 분석함으로써 서비스 현황을 진단하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.
