디지털 프린터의 보안기능 시험/평가방법론 개발 (Development Testing/Evaluating Methods about Security Functions based on Digital Printer)

  • 현재 기업 및 공공기관에서 주로 사용하고 있는 디지털 프린터는 출력을 비롯하여 복사, 스캔, 팩스 등의 다양한 기능을 통합한 복합 기기로서, 최근에는 산업기술 유출 방지를 위해서 중요 데이터 유출 방지를 위한 보안기능을 구현하고 있다. 이에 일본과 미국에서는 일찍이 디지털 프린터에 대한 공통평가기준(CC, Common Criteria) 평가 인증을 진행하고 있으며, 국내에서도 최근부터 공공기관에 납품되는 제품에 대해 보안적합성 검증을 의무화하고 CC 평가 인증을 시작하고 있다. 하지만, 국내에서는 디지털 프린터에 대한 평가 지식이 부족하여 공통평가기준평가를 준비하는 개발자 및 평가자가 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 차기 평가 수요가 예측되는 디지털 프린터의 보안기능 기반기술 시험방법 및 평가요소기술에 대한 확보가 절실한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 외 주요 업체들의 디지털 프린터에 포함되어 있는 보안 기능 및 개발 동향을 분석하고, 각 보안기능별 특성을 파악하여 디지털 프린터 보안기능 평가 및 취약성 시험 방법에 대한 가이드라인을 제시한다.

  • 3D 프린터의 특허권이 만료됨에 따라 3D프린터 시장의 활성화와 미래 산업에 대한 밝은 전망 등을 다룬 언론의 기사들이 등장하고 있다. 3D 프린터가 일반 프린터처럼 대중화 되기 위해서는 무엇이 필요할까? 그 해답은 알기 위하여 일반인들을 대상으로 3D프린터의 활성화에 대한 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 일반인들은 3D프린터를 이용한 활용에 있어서 창작 출력물과 피규어를 선호하고 있으며, 출력데이터인 디지털 설계도를 직접 제작보다는 유료/무료 다운로드를 이용한 활용을 더 많이 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 일반인들의 3D프린터의 대중화와 활성화를 위하여 피규어는 영상미디어 콘텐츠들을 자주 접하는 일반인들에게 친숙한 대상이며, 더 나아가 3D프린터를 활용하고 싶다는 욕구를 갖게 하고 프린터를 구매하는 동기부여 요소를 지니고 있다고 사료된다. 피규어 콘텐츠의 디지털 설계도 보급을 위해 관련 규제와 법을 마련하고, 판매의 장인 온라인 마켓을 활성화한다면 3D 프린터의 활성화에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료되어진다.

  • A scheme for installing the digital printing devices as an additional output system of photoelectric photometry is discussed. The digital printing devices consist of counter/integrator and printer interfaces for the digital printer HP 5055A. The integration gate time could be adjusted from 1 second to 99 seconds.

치과용 3D 프린팅 기술로 제작된 가공물의 정밀성 분석 (Precision Analysis of Workpieces made with Dental 3D Printing Technology)

  • Purpose: The development of the dental technology industry has digitized the dental process. Definition of Digitalization of Dental Implantation Digitalization is the process of model making and prosthodontic processing using 3D CAD and CAM. Currently, it is becoming popular due to the spread of various devices. However, precision evaluation at this stage is an important factor in precision-based dental procedures. Therefore, in this study, we want to analyze the precision of the processed body made with digital dental machine. Methods: The accuracy of digital dental pore devices was evaluated. Specimens were fabricated with 5 types of 3D printers. The external shape was measured with the prepared specimen. The surface roughness was measured. Results: As a result, precision was excellent in order of EP2 specimen, EP1 specimen, and EA2 specimen. The precision of EP3 specimen and EA1 specimen is not excellent. And the precision of the specimen processed with polymer 3D printer is excellent. The accuracy of LCPS type polymer 3D printers is considered to be excellent. Conclusion : 1. Observation of the shape The 3D printer for LCPS system and the 3D printer for SLM $40{\mu}m$ system were found to be precisely processed. 2. Surface roughness results The LCPS system polymer 3D printer has been shown to have a precise surface.

  • In recent years the industry has utilized some of the 3D printers in the manufacturing process a trend which spread also a personal desktop 3D printer priced. The 3D printer can create the 3D object by using an ink or a laser instead of the powders, and various liquid plastic material. Properties of 3D printers are liquid, solid, powder and raw materials are also classified as varied. New ideas and processes in the form of designer furniture, becoming increasingly evolved through the development of materials and technologies. Science, art and technology combine to create a new aesthetic for the complex and free binding structure is a combination of design and materials are available in craft and the structure appears not showing. 3D scanning was not simply continue to develop as the production process by a variety of tools and content transformation. Create new mathematical tables and chairs designed by the theory fit the digital age shows a coupling structure with decoration into small pieces. It has created a new craft technique in the digital age.

  • 본 연구는 복합기 제품에 있어서의 지각된 품질 요인, 브랜드이미지, 고객충성도 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 충성고객 확보에 효과적으로 접근할 수 있는 컨설팅 영역을 알아보고자 진행하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 관련 선행연구를 근거로 연구모형과 가설을 수립한 후 산업체의 구매의사 결정자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 타당성 분석 및 신뢰도 분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복합기의 지각된 품질 구성요인이 브랜드이미지에 미치는 영향 정도는 제품품질, 판매원 서비스 속성, 서비스 품질의 순으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 복합기 제품의 브랜드이미지는 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 복합기 제품과 관련한 연구범위를 경영분야까지 확장하였다는데 의의가 있으며 복합기 제품과 유사한 사업구조를 갖는 산업에 있어서의 경영전략 수립 실무 및 경영 컨설팅에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • Developer roller of laser printer cartridge made with magnetic substance and density of magnetic flux was decreased with the elapse of a year. Owing to this reason, quality of printing was decreased with decreasing of magnetic flux. This study investigated about the elapse of a year of magnetic substance and possible about usage of recycling production.

DLP 방식의 3D 프린터로 제작된 임시 보철물의 변연 및 내면 정확도 평가 (Evaluation of marginal and internal accuracy of provisional crowns manufactured using digital light processing three-dimensional printer)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of provisional crowns manufactured using a milling machine and a digital light processing (DLP) printer. Methods: A full-contour crown was designed using computer-aided design software. Provisional crowns of this design were manufactured using a milling machine and using a DLP three-dimensional (3D) printer (N=20). The provisional crowns were digitized with an extraoral scanner, and 3D deviation analysis was applied to the scanned data to confirm their accuracy. An independent t-test was performed to detect the significant differences, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used for analysis (α=0.05). Results: No significant differences were found among the precision of marginal surface between the printed and milled crowns (p=0.181). The trueness of marginal and internal surfaces of the milled crowns were statistically higher than those of the printed crowns (p=0.024, p=0.001; respectively). Conclusion: The accuracy of provisional crowns manufactured using a milling machine and a 3D printer differed significantly except with regards to the precision of the internal surface. However, all the crowns were clinically acceptable, regardless of the manufacturing method used.

프린터 소음에 대한 감성소음 평가 시스템 개발 (Development of Sound Quality Evaluation System for a Printer Noise Based on Human Sensibility)

  • The printer sound has many aspects which define its quality because the printer has lots of components and its operation is very complicated. These sound qualities are related to the international competition in printer markets. Recordings inside anechoic chamber were analyzed and a large number of sounds were stimulated using digital signal processing technique. First subjective tests of the printer sound were conducted using semantic different method. By applying factor analysis to the subjective response, two important factors of sound quality were extracted. Second subjective tests were conducted to evaluate the quietness and the impulsiveness of the printer sounds. On the other hand, sound metrics are calculated applying psychoacoustic theories. In this paper, the nonlinear relation between subjective evaluation and sound metrics was identified using artificial neural network and the printer sound quality index was developed. Later, subjective sound quality evaluation will be estimated and evaluated using this index.

디지털 프린팅 방식 3차원 프린터의 출력 시간 및 재료 사용량 예측 방법 (Printing Time/Material Usage Estimation of 3-D Printer Using Digital Printing Method)

  • This paper describes a method of precise estimation for printing time and material consumption which are directly related to the 3D printing cost. Printing process and head motion of 3D printers using digital printing head, which is analyzed by its digitized steps, is rapidly simulated without slicing to calculate estimated printing results. Using this method, printing time and material usage of 3D printer were estimated quickly and precisely and compared to the real printing result. Applying compensation using the printing parameters, transferred from the 3D printer to the printing estimation system, even more accurate estimation is achieved. This method is used in the 3D Sprint software.
