Due to the increasing quantity of health services demand a wide range of growing medical markets and hospital through advanced, diversification can meet the needs of the patient. This hospital is having the introduction of expensive medical equipment. Because of this, hospitals are struggling to operate the hospital management. Therefore, when operating at the hospital before and after introduction of the most important factor in the interests of medical equipment through the analysis is directly related to hospital operations. CT study of the local clinics, or CR 40 where members of the medical equipment with 54 points against selected practitioners and hospital visits and interviews to investigate the expected benefits of each of the members raised an average of seven months to identify revenue performance caused by interests. Raised against the expected benefits resulting benefits to the overall average 87.43% did not meet the expected benefits. The hospital plans to introduce future when reviewing the medical equipment in consideration of the characteristics of the equipment requires a more solid plan, and whether the plan is properly implemented will be needed for the institutional verification capabilities.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the effective alternative plan of the human resource training in the new reproduction energy industry, here in Gwang-Ju area. Nowadays, we, Korea is confronted with great changing moment to reform the developmental model in social situation & economical paradigms. Based on the aspect, the study showed that how suitable place to carry out the aims in Gwangju area ; first, the good equipped natural environment for activating is apt to build the new reproduction energy industry. And next, the good skilled human resource training is to get into the newly industry. According, the various policy of educating manpower for activating new reproduction energy industry need to be driven in short and long term.

BIM and its quantity take-off widely apply to the construction projects and LCCO2 Assessment using the BIM's quantity take-off function can be tried recently. Because BIM modeling programs such as Revit and ArchiCAD do not provide adequate library for LCCO2 Assessment, quantity take-off data should be conversed and applied to Carbon Emission Coefficient using Excel program or manual work. Therefore, the purpose of this research is 1) to propose the Unit Conversion Systems for Carbon Emission Coefficient, 2) to provide basic library sets for BIM based LCCO2 Assessment method, and 3) to apply 11 material library sets on a apartment unit plan modeling to pursue the CO2 emission evaluation of the material production in the process of LCCO2 Assessment. Research results showed CO2 emission amount of 458.64kgCO2/m2 from the apartment unit plan modeling.

Media is a means for exchanging one's emotions or objective information in human society. Due to the spread of smart media due to the advent of digital media, media in modern society is not a simple means but encompasses the entire society in which humans live. It even took over the control function. Therefore, by examining the types and characteristics of media according to the service platform in which smart media is used, and building a big data hub for media based on this, new development and research directions for digital media can be explored. In this paper, we analyze various metadata generated through smart media and propose a plan for building a big data platform using it.

In order to establish the correct direction for the use of digital textbooks in the future, it is necessary to derive implications for improving the domestic digital textbook utilization policy by analyzing the actual conditions of other countries that are already using digital textbooks. Therefore, in this paper, we compared the policies of using digital textbooks in the United States, Canada, Malaysia, and China, and reviewed ways to improve Korea's digital textbook policies. First, each country's digital textbook promotion subject and strategy, scope of use, issuance system, and usage method were compared, and then the implications of each country's digital textbook policy were analyzed. And based on these implications, a plan to improve Korea's digital textbook policy was suggested. It is expected that this will be used as meaningful basic data in preparing policies for the development of digital textbooks in the future.

In this paper, we develop a prototype of the Optical SCM transmission module. This module is possible to application to electric facilities for control and measurements. Transmission channel number is two channels, namely, image and digital signal. In the image transmission, modulation method is AM, baseband signal is NTSC video signal and demodulation use PLL. Modulation of digital signal is QPSK, 1.544Mbps and demodulation use PLL. First, we calculate theoretical analysis about RF and Optical link in the transmission. This calculation is well correspond with practical system and transmission experiment is excellent, but this is only two channel model. And now, we plan to multichannel transmission to measure intermodulation, frequency assignments and optimal channel numbers et al.

The study has Proceeded through examining and analyzing related laws and articles on library exemption relating to reproduction and transmission in digital environment. First of all, the study investigates and analyzes in detail the changes and characteristics of the regulation of library exemption in WCT, EU, U.S., Japan, and Australia. After analyzing of the article 28 in current Copyright Act and amended proposal for Copyright Act in Korea, it found the regulation to be inadequate. As a result of the legal analysis, this paper is proposing a revised plan of the article 28 in the Copyright Act of Korea.

Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a digital radio transmission system for sending multimedia such as radio, TV, and data casting to mobile devices. Nowadays, DMB specifications are the major standard for digital broadcasting and have been establishing for bidirectional service using MPEG-4 system. But there has been only some simple demonstrated system for this bidirectional services. In this paper, we introduce bidirectional DMB data service system that provides the interaction between the user and DMB server without any additional equipment such as web server. The proposed bidirectional DMB system can capture and send user interaction information and response through the existing DMB transmission channel, finally update the original contents. The action event from the user is the most important thing in developing the bidirectional DMB system. Therefor, capturing the event data from the user is the first step we need to do for the bidirectional DMB service. In this paper, we propose an interaction manager module for the user events. This system will extract the user events and make a plan to update the original scene with the server's reaction information.

Precision digital data capture and spatial analysis system to cultural properties play important roles in preserving the existing properties. This study presents the acquisition oi digital data in geometrical context and spatial analysis for more effective management to cultural properties. Established in the same coordinates system, Precision 3D measurements and image analysis were peformed. In addition, geometrical analysis, and 3D monitoring to Songsanri Royals Tombs in Gongju were carried out in generating basedata for conservation plan.
