The spotlight is thrown on the ubiquitous technology these days, and diverse management technologies are proposed to efficiently manage the networks in the ubiquitous environment. Because each network has its unique management technology, the integrated management of complex networks is a very difficult challenge. In this paper, an integrated network management methodology is proposed to ensure the efficient management of different networks using ontology. Although the proposed integrated network management methodology is quite simple, the definition of this methodology is essential for the integrated network management. Using the $Prot\acute{e}g\acute{e}$ to Ontology development, the terms for the integrated network management were defined, along with the OWL and relevant rules, and several methods were implemented according to the proposed methodology. The process in this paper is considered essential for the network expansion and multiple network management.

This paper presents a new scheme of neural network controller to improve to improve the robustuous of robot manipulator using digital signal processors. Digital processors, DSPs, are micro-processors that are particularly developed for fast numerical computations involving sums and products of variables. Digital version of most advanced control algorithms can be defined as sums and producrs of measured variables, thus it can be programmed and executed through DSPs. In addition, DSPs are as fist in computation as most 32-bit micro-processors and yet at a fraction of their prices. These features make DSPs a viable computational tool in digital implementation of sophisticated controllers. During past decade it was proposed the well-established theorys for the adaptive control of linear systems, but there exits relativly little gensral theoral for the adaptive control of nonlinear systems. Perforating of the proposed controller is illustrated. This paper describes a new approach to the design of adaptive controller and implementation of real-time control for assembling robotic manipulator using digital signal processor. 디지털 통신 네트워크 기술의 발전에서 인터넷 기술과 스마트 홈 가전기기의 확산은 고속/고품질 홈 네트워크에 대한 필요성을 증가시키고 있다. 홈 네트워크에서 가전기기와 컴퓨팅 기기가 증가함에 따라 홈 네트워크의 데이터 트래픽은 증가할 것이 명백하다. 다양한 홈 네트워크 기기는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 얻기 위하여 인터넷 서버에 접속하길 원한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가정내에서 이더넷이나 유무선 기술을 사용하기 위해 네트워크에 연결된 디지털 가전기기를 위한 TLC(Telephone Line Carrier) 시스템을 소개한다. 미래의 홈 네트워크 환경에서 TLC 기반의 스마트 홈 네트워크의 주된 목적은 저가격, 쉬운 설치, 고성능, 넓은 영역을 만드는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 네트워크를 위한 전화선로 통신시스템의 채널용량을 송신전력, OFDM 반송파의 수, 채널손실, 잡음손실에 따라서 정량적으로 비교, 분석하였다.

The use of digital signage in the public and commercial communication areas has been increasing in recent years. By integrating cutting-edge information technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, digital signage continues to break apart from traditional outdoor advertising media. This study identified the problems facing the domestic digital signage industry by exploring and analyzing major issues related to digital signage and derived future development measures. Specifically, online documents were collected based on the digital signage-related keywords created over the past 12 years to conduct big data network analysis, and key topics were derived through visualization of the results. This study has great policy implications in that it excluded biased interpretations based on the viewpoints of companies or the government and, more objectively, suggested the direction of the digital signage industry's development in the domestic media market.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the problem of socio-economic development in the conditions of the digital economy. The post-industrial era is characterized by the development of the electronic environment and the transition to an information civilization. In this regard, the developed countries of the world pay considerable attention to the development of the digital economy. However, there are a significant number of problems associated with this process. The country cannot be successful in the development of the digital economy in the absence of the necessary legal framework, an economic development strategy based on digital technologies. The research methodology involves the use of several theoretical methods for analyzing and synthesizing information. As a result of the study, the key problems of socio-economic development in the digital economy were characterized.

In this paper, we present a middleware that using routing scheme that support easily for various type of network in a home network based heterogeneous network. The protocol presented in this paper, consist two layers that Network Adaptation Layer(NAL) to allow access varience networks and Network Interface Layer(NIL) to deal network dependent parts. The middleware presentedl in this paper, can easily send data to any digital appliance or receive data from any digital appliance by using our routing scheme.

차량 내부에서는 컨트롤러, 센서, 텔레매틱스 단말기, 내비게이션, 오디오 및 비디오 등 다양한 모듈들이 CAN이나 MOST와 같은 차량 네트워크를 통해 연결되어 있다. 게다가, 사용자는 이동 중에 무선 모바일 네트워크를 이용하여 ITS나 인터넷에 접속할 수도 있다. 이러한 네트워크의 다양한 활용은 데이터 해킹, 프라이버시 침해, 위치 추적 등과 같은 많은 보안 문제를 야기하게 된다. 또한, 차량 운영 데이터(센서, 제어 데이터)를 해킹함으로써 차량을 고장 내거나 사고를 유발할 수 있는 가능성도 점차 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CAN이나 MOST와 같은 차량 네트워크에 적용할 수 있는 암호화 기능을 가지는 보안 모듈을 제안한다. 이 보안 모듈은 DES, 3-DES, SEED, ECC 및 RSA와 같은 일반적인 암호화 알고리듬과 전자서명 기능을 제공하게 된다.

정보통신과 방송분야의 디지털화가 급속하게 진전되고 미디어의 전송능력이 비약적으로 광대역화, 고속화 함으로써 통신과 방송의 융합문제가 대두되고 있다. 이를 실현하기 위하여 정부에서는 광대역통합망(BcN)의 구축을 국가의 중요한 신성장동력으로 선정하였다. 이 광대역통합망은 FTTH를 기반으로 구축될 것이며 이 솔루션에 의 의하여 광대역 흠네트워크가 실현될 것이다. 통신과 방송의 융합을 목표로 구축되는 BcN형 흠네트워크는 어느정도의 전송속도와 대역폭을 요구할 것인가. 가정당 전송속도를 설정하기 위하여는 홈네트워크의 범위와 BcN의 구성방식을 명확하게 정리해야 한다. 공동주택이냐 단독주택이냐에 따라 FTTH를 구축할 때 적용할 통신과 방송의 융합기술방식이 다르고 네트워크 모형도 달라진다. 그리고 홈네트워크의 범위도 건물내부망과 홈내부망으로 정하여 구간마다 요구되는 전송속도를 제시할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 이런점을 고려하여 BcN형 흠 네트워크의 전송속도를 제시하고자 한다.

디지털도서관은 통합관리를 위해 정보기술의 표준화 모델인 아키텍처와 거버넌스를 도입하고 있으며, 도서관의 체계적인 정보기술 거버넌스는 도서관의 정보기술과 업무 부문의 효과적인 융합으로 통합적인 조직의 전략 및 목표를 개발하고, 추진하여 관리하는 조직 기능이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구의 목적은 도서관 조직내의 정보기술 및 업무 관련 사회연결망 구조를 통해 도서관의 통합적 관리 운영을 위한 전략적 연계의 사회적 자본에 대한 분석 모델을 제시하는 데 있다. 전략적 연계를 위한 사회적 자본의 분석 모형은 첫째, 인적자원의 특성을 통한 전체 사회연결망 분석으로 둘째, 1) 커뮤니케이션 2) 경쟁력 및 가치 3) 거버넌스 4) 파트너쉽 5) 범위와 아키텍처 6) 역량의 전략적 연계 요소 분석으로 셋째, 전략적 통합성 및 기능적 통합성의 전략 적 연계 분석으로 설계하였다. 이러한 세 가지 사회적 자본은 사회연결망 분석 이론의 연결성, 중심성, 관계성으로 평가된다.

네트워크 카메라 영상을 저장하는 DVR(Digital Video Recorder) 디자인 개발 연구 사례이다. 지금까지의 영상저장장치(DVR)는 아날로그 영상을 디지털 방식으로 변환 압축하여 저장하는 방식이었지만 앞으로는 네트워크 카메라를 통해 디지털 영상을 그대로 저장하는 방식으로 발전해 가고 있다. 또한 영상압축방식도 기존방식에서 고화질영상압축효율, 데이터크기 최소화, 네트워크와의 호환성, 제품의 처리속도 등을 고려한 제품들이 개발추세에 있다. 이에 따라 2012년에는 전 세계 네트워크 카메라와 영상처리장치의 판매 비율이 기존의 아날로그 방식의 제품군들을 크게 추월할 것으로 예상되며 이러한 기술 환경과 시장의 요구 변화에 있어서 기능구현, 신뢰성확보 등과 같이 품질 중심의 제품개발과 DVR의 개발 컨셉은 대형화되고 선명한 화질과 압축 기술의 향상으로 인하여 현재와는 다른 새로운 디자인을 요구하고 있으며, 제조사들은 사용자 중심의 제품디자인에 새로운 컨셉 방향으로 연구 개발하는 추세에 있다.
