국제적으로 논의되고 있는 미래 인터넷의 핵심 특징 중의 하나는 네트워크 가상화 서비스 이다. 최근 논의되고 있는 네트워크 가상화 기술에는 네트워크 기능요소의 가상화와 가상 네트워크 서비스의 두 가지 접근 방법이 있다. 미국의 GENI를 비롯한 여러 국가의 연구망을 중심으로 미래 인터넷 기술을 실험하고 있으며 그 중 가상화 서비스가 주요 이슈에 포함되어 있다. 국내 대표적인 연구망인 KREOENT에서도 미래 인터넷 서비스 도입을 위한 단계로서 미래 인터넷을 위한 핵심 네트워크 모델인 SDN/OpenFlow의 가상화 모델을 사용하여 가상 네트워크 프레임워크 구축을 추진하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 KREONET에서 가상 네트워크 서비스를 도입하기 위한 단계적 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 KREONET 사용자의 가상 네트워크 서비스 요구사항을 분석하고, 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있는 자원 관리 방안 및 가상 네트워크 구축 방안을 제시한다. 마지막으로 KREONET 가상 네트워크 모델의 타당성을 검증한다.

This paper presents rationales for a network centric organization and their impacts on organizational effectiveness. A network centric organization shows characteristics that may be used to improve organizational effectiveness and process innovations. However, some conditions are to be satisfied to build a network centric organization. This paper summarizes such pre-conditions for a network centric organization. Korea is evaluated to be a good place to build a network centric organization because of its successful adoption of IT.

지금까지 변전소나 개폐소에서 전류, 전압을 계측하는 수단으로서 주로 철심과 권선으로 구성되어진 변류기(CT), 계기용 변압기(PT, PD)가 사용되어져 왔다. 최근, 2차측의 계측기나 보호 Relay의 Digital화가 진전되어, 또한 이것을 Digital Network으로 총합한 Intelligent 변전소의 구축이 검토되어짐에 따라, Digital Network에 대응한 신형 CT, VD가 요구되어지고 있다. 상기와 같은 요구로 인해 당사에서는 CT는 검출부에 Rogowski Coil을 적용하며 그 후단에 적분기를 설치하였으며, VD는 검출부에 중간 전극을 이용해서 분압하는 방식인 Capacitive Voltage Divider를 사용하고 증폭기를 삽입하여, 각각 요구되는 전압 신호를 얻었다. 이러한 신형 CT/VD의 적용으로 종래의 CT/PT가 차지하는 공간이 필요 없게 되어 컴팩트한 GIS의 구조가 가능하게 되어 있다.

Threshold 전자 서명은 ad hoc network 등 인프라가 없는 곳에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있고, 이에 대한 연구가 최근 증가하고 있다. 현재까지 알려진 threshold 전자 서명 기법은 주로 RSA, DSA 등에 국한되어 왔다. Schnorr 서명은 계산량 및 통신량의 측면에서 매우 효율적이지만 비대화식 증명을 이용하는 구조고 인해 threshold 기법으로 응용하는데 어려움이 있다. 이 논문에서는 이를 해결하여 Schnorr의 전자 서명의 효율적인 threshold 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 threshold 전자 서명 기법은 매우 확장성이 좋으며, 선처리에 의해 실행시간의 계산량을 줄일 수 있는 구조를 가진다.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of state regulation of the banking business in the context of social and digital transformation. One of the key elements of the functioning of the economy of any country are banks that ensure the redistribution of financial resources and stimulate economic growth. However, the banking sector, like other activities, is dynamic and depends on the pace of development and forms of technological progress that affect the forms and types of information and digital technologies, as well as the globalization and remoteness of banking services. Accordingly, the need for effective implementation of the latest technologies becomes relevant, which will not only help increase consumer satisfaction with the banking product, but also ensure the development of the country's financial sector. As a result of the study, trends in the development of state regulation of the banking sector in the digital economy were identified.

This study is a theoretical account of HRs requirements in educational institutions in light of the growing influence of digital technology on human rights. It intends to reveal prominent human and civilizational values encapsulated in modern human rights regulations. It dwells on educational and societal requirements for educational inclusion in the school and university curricula in light of changes that have taken place in HRs in the digital age. Relying on the descriptive documentary research design, the study concluded that HRs are inherently moral duties and fixed values. They include the importance of tolerance, freedom, peace, justice, science, work, and equality. Because education is arguably based on human and civilized values, educational foundations require intake of awareness, systematic integration and responsibility from all academic and community institutions, including family and media institutions. The article closes on a note of how technology has impacted human rights in the digital age. It provides implications and recommendations to pedagogies accordingly.

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on digital stories to develop writing skills for students with learning difficulties. The research sample consisted of (12) students with learning difficulties in the fifth and sixth grades, who were chosen intentionally. The results showed the effectiveness of the program and the maintenance of this improvement over time as results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the two measurements, before and after, in favor of the post-measurement. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the post and follow-up measurements on the writing skills scale. This indicates the long-term impact of the program. The researchers recommend the need to expand educational programs' adoption of digital stories to develop the skills of students with learning difficulties.

본 논문에서는 단일 주파수 망(Single Frequency Network: SFN)을 통해 ATSC(Advanced Television Systems Committee) 지상과 디지털 TV 방송을 서비스하기 위해 필요한 기술적인 요구 사항에 대하여 고찰하고, 기존 디지털 동일 채널 중계기(Digital On-Channel Repeater: DOCK)가 가지는 단점을 극복한 등화형 동일 채널 중계기(Equalization Digital On-Channel Repeater: EDOCR)를 제안한다. EDOCR은 오류정정(Forward Error Correction: FEC) 복호 및 부호화부를 사용하지 않기 때문에 모호성(ambiguity) 문제가 발생하지 않아서 EDOCR의 입력 신호와 출력 신호가 동일하며, 고성능 등화기를 사용하여 주송신기와 EDOCR 사이의 전송로에 의해 야기된 잡음 및 다중경로 신호를 제거하므로 EDOCR 출력 신호의 품질이 입력 신호 보다 우수하다. 또한 낮은 안테나 격리도(isolation)로 인해 야기된 궤환(feedback) 신호를 EDOCR 등화기에서 제거할 수 있기 때문에 송신 출력을 높일 수 있다.

The introduction of digital technologies affects most socio-economic processes and activities in the economy, from agriculture to public services. Even though the world is currently only in the early stages of digital transformation, the digital economy is growing rapidly, especially in developing countries. Shortly, digital platforms will be able to replace the "invisible hand" of the market and turn it into digital. Some digital platforms have already reached global reach in some sectors of the economy. The growing value of data and artificial intelligence is reflected in the high capitalization of these enterprises. Their growing role has far-reaching consequences for the organization of economic activity and integration into the field of e-business. However, their importance and level of development in different countries differ significantly. The main purpose of this article is an assessment of the level and trends of the digital economy in the world and the identification of homogeneous groups of states following the main trends in the development of its components from among the EU countries. The methodology of the conducted research is based on the use of general scientific research methods in the analysis of secondary sources and the application of statistical methods of correlation-regression and cluster analysis. Macroeconomic indicators and components of DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index) were used for the analysis. Results. Based on the analysis established that most developed countries have a medium level of digitalization of the business environment and a high level of digitalization of socially oriented public services, while countries with lower GDP focus their policies on building digital infrastructure and training qualified personnel. The study summarizes and analyzes current trends in digital technology, analyzes the level and dynamics of integration of digital technologies of the studied EU countries, the level of development of e-business and e-commerce. The conceptualization of mechanisms of creation of added value in the digital economy is offered and the possible consequences of digitalization of the economy of developing countries are generalized.
