This research shows how the perception of digital shadow work varies depending on the user's period of use of digital services in applications, which are key areas of digital services. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the digital shadow work type changes over time. This research adopted a qualitative research method for location-based service "help application" users and examined the change in perception from the app service acceptance stage to the app service continuous use stage with two-times interviews of ten users by a longitudinal research design. This study conducted a longitudinal analysis focusing on how digital shadow work occurs in the application subscription process, exploring phenomenologically how the type changes throughout the process over time.

본고는 디지털도서관의 이론적 배경자 국내외의 구축현황을 고찰한 것이다. 디지털도서관이 출현하게 된 배경으로서, 도서관 패러다임의 변화와 디지털도서관의 개념을 기술하였고, 디지털도서관의 필요성, 디지털도서관시스템 구축 원칙, 디지털도서관 관련 기술을 설명하였다. 해외의 디지털도서관 구축 사례는 미국, 영국, 그리고 일본의 경우를 소개하였으며, 국내에서는 국립중앙도서관, 한국과학기술원, LG 상남도서관의 사례를 설명하였다.

In this paper, we propose a method for constructing terrestrial/cable PSIP converting system, so-called a PSIP converter, which is converting terrestrial PSIP into cable PSIP for a data broadcasting service in the interoperable network of terrestrial and cable, and define an interface between the PSIP converter and the OOB SI generator by using PMCP messages compliant to ATSC T3/S1. The exiting PSIP converter just converts terrestrial PSIP into cable PSIP compliant to ATSC and OCAP standard and transmits by a MPEG-2 TS format. That is to say, it is not for the digital data broadcasting but for the digital broadcasting. Say in other word, the proposed PSIP converter is designed to convert and transmit PSIP including DET information which is necessary data event information for data broadcasting service. In addition, the PSIP converter can support various types of PSIP information to the OOB SI generator by using PMCP messages defined by a hierarchical structure as per each channel, audio/video event, data event and so on.

본 연구에서는 국내 4년제 대학 도서관 중 접속 가능한 236곳의 도서관 홈페이지 분석을 통하여 디지털참고봉사의 제공 및 접근성과 이용 실태에 대해 조사하였다. 진정한 의미의 디지털 참고봉사 즉, 참고질의 응답을 제공하는 대학도서관은 236개 대학 도서관 중 $36.9\%$인 87개 기관으로 우리나라에서 전통적인 참고봉사의 부진이 디지털 환경에서도 나타나는 것으로 파악되었다. 디지털 참고봉사를 적극적으로 활용한다면 전통적인 참고봉사의 부진을 씻고 참고 봉사의 새로운 전환점이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 현 디지털 참고봉사 시스템의 현황과 문제점을 파악하고 그 발전방향을 제언하였다.

GIS systems have gradually been utilized in life information as well as special businesses such as traffic, sight-seeing, tracking, and disaster services. Most GIS services focus on showing stored information on maps, not providing a service to register and modify their preferred information. In this paper, we present a new method which reduces DXF map data into Simple Geographic Information File format using format conversion algorithms. We also present the prototype implementation of a GIS search system based on ontologies to support associated information. Our contribution is to propose a new digital map format to provide a fast map loading service and individual customized information on the map service.

본 연구는 전국 공공도서관의 정보화 현황과 2012년과 2014년의 차이점 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 조사는 2012년과 2014년 인터넷을 통한 온라인 설문조사로 진행되었다. 조사 내용은 정보화 일반현황, 소프트웨어, 디지털자료실, RFID, 디지털 콘텐츠, 모바일 서비스, 통합서비스 현황에 관한 사항이 포함되었다. 조사 결과 파악된 문제점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보화를 지역주민에 대한 전시적 효과에 치중하였다. 둘째, 정보화 담당인력이 부족하였다. 셋째, KOLAS의 문제점이 개선되지 않고 있다. 넷째, 디지털 도서관 서비스를 위한 준비가 미흡하다. 개선 방안으로 차세대 자료관리 소프트웨어의 개발, 모바일 앱과 웹 서비스 확산, 디지털 콘텐츠 확보 등을 제시하였다. 추후 연구 방향으로 이용자의 디지털 콘텐츠 및 기기 이용에 대한 연구를 제시하였다.

광고시장은 매체의 변화에 크게 영향을 받는 산업이다. 대표적인 광고 매체인 TV는 디지털방송이 정착되면서 수동적인 콘텐츠 소비 매체에서 방송프로그램뿐만 아니라 다양한 데이터서비스들을 운영할 수 있는 플랫폼으로 발전하였다. 이런 변화는 시청자가 광고를 포함한 TV 콘텐츠를 능동적으로 소비할 수 있는 환경이 조성되었음을 의미하기 때문에 방송 산업은 광고 시장과 데이터서비스를 연계한 성장 전략을 고민할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 10초 이내라는 짧은 광고 시간과 TV 화면의 1/4 미만이라는 부족한 공간의 문제를 갖고 있는 ID 광고의 부가정보를 제공하는 디지털방송 데이터서비스를 설계하였다. 구체적으로, 데이터서비스의 사용자 시나리오와 인터페이스를 설계하고, ID 광고의 유형과 유형별 부가정보를 정의하여 그 부가정보를 데이터서비스에 공급하는 국제 디지털방송 표준 DVB 기반의 방법을 개발하였다.

디지털 저작물 식별체계는 체계적인 디지털 저작물 관리와 효율적인 저작물 유통시스템에서 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 국내 유일의 저작권 관리를 위해 개발된 식별자인 저작권통합관리번호(Integrated Copyright Number)는 권리자의 보호를 위해 저작물에 대한 저작권 관계 정보를 포함하고 있어 저작권 유통환경에서 다양한 서비스 모델을 제공한다. 한편 디지털 콘텐츠에 집중하여 개발된 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)는 저작권 관리에는 다소 부족한 점이 있으나 ICN과의 연계를 통해 각 식별체계의 장점으로 단점을 보완하여 보다 체계적인 저작권 및 디지털 저작물 관리와 유통체계를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ICN의 효과적인 활용과 효율적인 운영을 위한 UCI와의 연계구조와 서비스 시나리오를 개발하여 디지털 저작권 산업분야에서 디지털 저작물의 구체적인 운영방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, RFID has emerged as the main technology in the logistic services. When the existing recognition technology based on bar codes brings about lots of problem due to its own limits. RFID becomes the center of attention to solve them. However, RFID is not without any obstacles: companies have their own operating systems, while RFID is developed regardless of each company's special features. RFID middleware system based on web service is expected to remove these obstacles. This paper shows how to operate the middleware based on web service and to lay in the DB the tag informations taken from reader system. Middle assures that companies adopting RFID system for their logistic service are given adaptability to any systems whatsoever, available by way of defining logistic information, tag information and reader information. For this purpose, we implement as the basic web service a middleware system that turns all data into XML(eXtensible Markup Language) of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), the standard data.

LBS(Location Based Service)와 GIS(Geographic Information System)는 사용자의 위치 정보를 이용하여 지리정보를 제공하는 시스템으로서 점차 다양한 플랫폼에서 서비스 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 PDA와 같은 이동 컴퓨팅 환경은 일반적인 컴퓨팅 환경에 비해 기능적인 측면에서 심각한 제약사항이 존재하기 때문에 다양한 정보를 제공하기 위한 GIS 시스템을 개발하는데 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 환경에 적합하도록 수치지도 경량화 기법과 웹 연동이 가능한 수치지도 포맷을 제안한다. 제안된 수치지도 생성결과 지도의 용량은 기존 지도보다 약 $99.34\%$ 축약되었다.
