The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has regulated the definition and requirements of the exposure index (EI). In this study, we calculated the EI of several image receptors in digital radiography system of two different manufacturers according to the method as per IEC, and evaluated the relationship with incident air kerma. To calculate the EI, w e obtained the characteristics curve of each image receptor by increasing the incident air kerma at RQA 3, 5, 7 and 9, respectively. As a result, there was no significant difference in the EI values between different image receptors of the same manufacturer, but EI values of different manufacturer was different despite the same air kerma was incident. Therefore, understanding the characteristics of the digital radiography systems is important in order to use EI as a tool for measuring and managing the radiation dose.

인구 고령화 추세와 현대인의 생활습관 악화로 인해 우리 사회는 다양한 만성질환 위험이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 사전에 예방관리히는 헬스케어가 부상하고 있는데, 특히 최근 데이터의 중요성 및 활용이 증가하면서 개인의 건강 데이터에 기반한 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스(플랫폼)가 주목받고 있다. 그러나 국내 디지털헬스케어산업은 아직까진 저조한 실적을 보이고 있다. 헬스케어 서비스의 경우 동일한 플랫폼에 대한 수요자와 공급자 양측면에서의 수용성이 중점 고려사항으로 작용하기에 본 논문에서는 계층화분석법 (AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 통해 건강관리 서비스 플랫폼 성공요인에 대한 수요자 및 공급자별 우선순위를 도출하였다. AHP는 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 구조화하고 각 요소의 상대적 중요도를 평가하여 최적의 결정을 도출하는 기법이다. 연구결과 공급자 집단에서는 데이터 분석 및 플랫폼 설계(1위), 법/제도(2위), 데이터 표준화(3위) 순으로 나타났으며, 수요자 집단에서는 시스템 안정성(1위), 법/제도(2위), 시스템 보안성(3위)로 나타나 집단간 순위 차이를 보였다. 이는 건강관리서비스플랫폼 활성화를 위해 기대격차 최소화를 위한 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

New space concept is gaining attention by the change of information and digital technology. It is called a concept of ubiquitous space which is united physical space and digital space. A united into a new space which is called ubiquitous space. It is an emerging concept of new era which is already applied in some part of our daily life the advanced. The advanced technology can help people to realize ubiquitous space including u-health care. Through analysis of characteristics of u-health care space, I am going to suggest new concept of ubiquitous space which is called u-space. It can make change of conventional health care space to vitalized new space and help people's life to be affluent.

Digital therapeutics based on software, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, games, and smartphone applications, are in the spotlight as new therapeutic alternatives in child and adolescent psychiatry. It draws attention to overcoming conventional therapeutics' limitations, such as toxicity, cost, and accessibility, and encourages patients to participate in the treatment attractively. The growth potential of the digital therapeutics market for psychiatric disorders in children and adolescents in Korea and abroad has been highlighted. Clinical studies and Food and Drug Administration approvals for digital therapeutics have increased, and cases approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety have emerged in Korea. As seen above, digital transformation in child and adolescent psychiatry will change treatment paradigms significantly. Therefore, as this new field has just begun to emerge, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness and scope of the application of digital therapeutics and consider preparing a compensation system and institutional arrangements. Accordingly, this study analyzed the development trends and application status of digital therapeutics in children and adolescents and presented limitations and development directions from the perspective of application in healthcare. Further, the study is expected to identify the utility and limitations of digital therapeutics for children and adolescents and establish effective application measures.

본 논문은 호주의 국가정신보건전략에 대한 주요 내용과 국가정신보건전략을 통한 정신보건개혁 이후의 변화들, 그리고 정신보건개혁에 대한 논의를 통해서 우리나라의 정신보건정책의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 현실적인 시사점과 융복합 정책적 함의를 찾는데 그 목적이 있다. 1992년에 발표되어 2008년에 개정된 국가정신보건정책, 1993년부터 2014년까지 네 차례에 걸쳐 수립된 국가정신보건 5개년 계획, 2006년 호주정부협의회에 의해 수립된 정신보건실행계획, 그리고 2012년 호주정부협의회에서 채택한 국가정신보건개혁을 위한 로드맵(2012-2022)을 포함한 국가정신보건전략은 지난 20년 동안 호주의 정신보건개혁의 광범위한 과정을 선도하는 대단히 중요한 정책 준거를 제공하였다. 1992년 시작된 국가정신보건전략을 통해서 정신보건재정 확충, 지역사회 중심의 치료 및 보호시스템 구축, 정신병상의 변화, NGO의 참여와 역할의 증대, 정신장애인과 가족(보호제공자)의 참여 확대 등과 같은 변화를 이루었다.

The purpose of this study is to prepare basic data that can be applied to the development of personalized programs in which chronic patients can actively participate in health care on their own, by analyzing the relationship between health literacy, level of metal health, and level of life health of patients with chronic diseases. For the study, the Korean Medical Panel's annual data(Version 2.1) was used, and 4,095 people aged 19 or older with chronic diseases and without disabilities were extracted, and frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and chi-squared goodness of fit test, etc. were performed with IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. As a result, it was found that the higher health literacy, the higher level of mental health and level of life health. In addition, the distribution between health literacy, level of mental health, and level of life health was found to be different from each other. Respondents with higher ability to health literacy tend to evaluate level of metal health and life health lower, and the rate of change in this trend was relatively higher than the rate of change in the tendency to evaluate level of mental health and life health higher in respondents with lower ability to health literacy.

세계적으로 정부 재정에 상당한 영향을 주고 있는 보건의료 비용 문제를 해결하기 위해 m-Health가 등장하였다. 그러나 최근 저조한 m-Health의 결과물들은 m-Health 서비스 개혁의 필요성으로 이어졌다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 이와 같은 일환으로 m-Health 환경에서 효율적인 생체 데이터 전송 및 보관을 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 생체 데이터를 효율적으로 전송 및 보관할 수 있는 시스템 및 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 분석 결과로 제시하는 솔루션의 효율성을 평가하기 위하여 전송되는 데이터의 압축률을 비교 평가하였다. 그 결과 본 논문의 압축률은 30.4배였다. 본 연구가 제시하는 시스템은 향후 m-Health에서 생체 정보를 모니터링 하는 시스템을 구축하도록 기여할 것으로 전망된다.

This study evaluated the apron quality management and shield efficiency in the education laboratory for radiology students. For making a proposal of effective control of lead apron, Eighteen aprons, used in 4 university laboratories of dae-gu, Kyungpook area, were analyzed regarding their uniformities, transmission doses, lead equivalent and shield efficiencies. In conclusion, the lead apron uniformity was generally good. Also, the shield efficiency corresponding to lead equivalent was high. However, the quality control of lead apron was not satisfactory. Since there is a potentially possible chance for students to be exposed to a radiation during practical radiation-training in the education laboratory, the quality-control maintenance of the lead apron should be unceasingly maintained for the radiation protection.

대학생들을 대상으로 건강신념모형을 이용하여 일부 대학생의 B형간염 예방접종 이행의도와 건강상태인식, 건강관련행위, 건강신념에 따른 B형간염 예방접종 이행여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 연구를 시도하였다. 로지스틱 희귀분석을 통한 B형 간염 예방접종 이행의도와 관련된 요인은 대학생에 있어서 B형간염 예방을 위한 예방접종 이행의도는 B형간염에 대한 감수성, 심각성을 높게 인지한 군에서 장애성을 낮게 인지한 군에서 그리고 남자보다 여자가 간염 예방접종을 이행하는 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 B형간염예방에 대한 심각성과 유익함에 대한 적절한 홍보와 함께 통합적인 보건교육중재 프로그램 개발 및 효과평가에 대한 연구가 필요함을 제안한다.
