E-Government security is crucial to the development of e-government. Due to the complexity and characteristics of e-government security, the viable current approaches for security focus on preventing the network intrusion or misusing in advanced and seldom concern of the forensics data attaining for the investigation after the network attack or fraud. We discuss the method for resolving the problem of the e-government security from the different side of view - network forensics approaches? from the thinking of the active protection or defense for the e-government security, which can also improve the ability of emergence response and incident investigation for e-government security.

This note attempts to present knowledge management strategies for the upcoming 4th elected local government. Despite the series of efforts by the central government of Korea, it seems that local governments and their affiliated organizations have been very slow even understanding the necessities of knowledge management as well as adopting any particular knowledge management system. This study analyzes the evolutionary process of knowledge management policies by the central government and presents knowledge management strategies.

The differentiation of this study is largely based on the above discussion. First, I would like to examine the main factors that affect the image of the local government's special transport agencies in terms of users and suggest strategic options for promoting the local government's special traffic. Second, a public service approach is very necessary considering the concept of new public transport such as local government special transport, individual use experience and social impact. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of local government special traffic through the five important factors of the service quality which are not capable of objectively measuring the characteristics of the service.

In industrialised countries, innovation is a key source of economic growth. Research is a key driver of technological innovation and involves the process of systematic investigation and/or experimentation to discover new knowledge. The Governments' industry innovation policy supports a business focus on Research and Development (R&D) through a range of programs in order to achieve these aims. The Innovation Statement, launched by the Australian Prime Minister in January 2001, commits an additional 53 billion over five years to encourage and support innovation. The Australian Government aims to build world competitive firms and strong research capability in industry to strengthen Australia's international competitiveness and increase national prosperity. It develops policies and programs to enhance investment in innovation. The Australian Government also undertakes analysis and comparisons of innovation policies, instruments and approaches to maintain a leading-edge National Innovation System. This includes analysis of the innovation activities of other nations, and evaluation of the impacts of innovation policies and programs on Australia's institutions and enterprises. This paper examines Australia's Innovation policies, Backing Australian Ability.

2020년 무렵 한국사회는 급속한 정보통신기술(ICT)발전에 따른 디지털 양극화의 심화문제와 함께, 100만 명에 이르는 본격적인 다문화사회가 시작될 것으로 예상되는 점에서, 본 연구는 이러한 시대도래에 적합한 정보격차를 해소하는 다문화정책에 대한 논의를 전개하였다. 따라서 이러한 새로운 패러다임 변화환경 아래에서의 한국 다문화 가족 관련 정보서비스가 확대 및 강화되는 미래전략방향을 탐색하였다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 바람직한 미래상을 시나리오플래닝을 통하여 고찰하여 보고 이의 달성을 위한 향후 추진방향을 모색하였다. 그 결과 ICT에 기반을 둔 데이터 서비스통합형의 개방된 플랫폼 전자정부 구축이 향후 한국 다문화사회에 있어서의 바람직한 미래상으로 제시되었다.

본 연구는 비도시지역 디지털 지리정보구축 추진을 위한 중장기 기본계획안에 대한 연구를 수행하여 도출된 제도적 기반 확립을 통해, 비도시지역을 중심으로 한 디지털 지리정보구축을 토대로 전국토가 세계화 개방화 정보화 시대에 대응할 수 있도록 기초자치단체의 정보화를 강화하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 중장기 계획안은 1/1,000 수치지도와 영상지도, 수치표고모형을 동시에 제작함으로써 1단계에서 디지털 지리정보 구축 및 유지관리 조직 구성, 비도시지역 공간정보인프라 구축, 관련법규 정비 및 지역협의회 구성의 기반정보를 구축하고, 2단계에서는 디지털 지리정보 구축확산, 지리정보유통 활성화, 공간데이터웨어하우스 구축, 도시계획종합관리시스템 구축 및 3차원공간정보시스템 구축의 정보화 확산 및 3단계에서는 지리정보 현행화 및 유지관리, 부가가치정보 생산, 행정업무의 고도화 및 대민서비스 극대화를 통한 정보 고도화를 실현함으로써 시군구/시도/중앙정부의 통합지리정보의 기반이 되는 지리정보를 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

정부에서는 국민을 상대로 편리한 인터넷 기반 행정서비스 제공하고 있다. 정부의 주된 관심사 중 하나는 전자정부 서비스에 대해 국민들의 지속적 이용을 증대하는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 전자정부 웹사이트의 웹사이트 운영 및 개발은 중요한 이슈이다. 특히, 웹사이트에서 이용자들이 보다 전자정부 서비스를 신뢰하고 만족감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 방안은 중요하다. 이를 위해 고려해야 할 중요한 요인이 웹사이트 디자인이다. 전자정부 웹사이트에서의 디자인 혁신에 대한 연구는 전자정부 서비스 수용 확산을 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 전자정부 웹사이트의 디자인 요인, 신뢰, 만족의 관계에 대해 탐색해 보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 전자정부 서비스의 지속적 이용 확산 전략 수립에 유용한 시사점을 제시해 줄 것이다.

그동안 정부는 R&D투자의 성과 제고를 위해 R&D 시스템 내의 구조와 프로세스를 개선하는데 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 그러나 대내외 기술 환경이 급변하고 투자규모가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라, 정부 R&D 또한 다양한 외부자원의 활용을 통해서 규모의 수확을 이룰 수 있는 혁신적인 접근방법이 필요한 상황이다. 이러한 관점에서 '개방형 혁신'은 외부자원에 대한 흡수능력 (absorptive capacity)을 향상시키고, 다양한 혁신주체 간 협력과 참여를 제고시킬 수 있다는 점에서 '정부실패'의 가능성을 최소화 시킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 정부 R&D투자의 성과에 관한 선행연구와 정부정책을 평가하고, 개방형 혁신이 정부 R&D투자의 성과 제고에 기여할 수 있는 연계성을 보여주고 있다.

본 연구에서는 군사정권 이후의 문민정부, 국민의 정부, 참여정부, 실용정부의 교육정책을 돌아보고, 역대 정부의 일관된 교육혁신정책인 교육의 신자유주의적 속성과 그에 따라 파생하는 교육정책상의 문제점들을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 현 정부에 요구되는 국가의 교육정책이 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 미래교육의 패러다임으로서 '인본주의 교육논리'를 제시하고 있다. 이는 기존의 수월성과 평등성이 분리된 교육정책이 아닌 양자가 조화롭게 균형을 이루는 인본주의(人本主義) 위주의 교육정책을 의미한다.
