  • Channel of distribution of contents of digitalised multimedia contents is changing in form passed directly to consumer from manufacturer through digital network of high speed. Together, diffusion of various digital equipment that do is changing Past multimedia consumption structure with the wonderful speed so that can consume easily digital contents. Specially, Multimedia Personal Computer and fast diffusion of a digital television are acting role such as catalyst that promote easy purchase and consumption of multimedia contents of good qualify. However, this system is no method that can sell digital contents and express right that original owner for the contents can insist nothing but consume. Because consumer can distribute to another person copying contents that buy because of and user can distribute producing ashes again according to necessary field by oneself as well as, can lose meaning for original contents. In this paper, Text editing system for XrML (extensible Rights Markup Language) that describe about integrity of message and entity authentication in addition to necessary rights, fees, condition etc. and this to do fetters XML (eXtensible Markup Language) for copyright protection for digital contents in treatise that see hereupon and use digital contents design and embody.

  • As the innovative internet technologies and multimedia are being rapidly developed, digital content is a remarkable new growth industry and supplied by various channel. For example, domestic sales volume in digital contents marked an annual increase of 14.7% since 2003. Against the merits of digital content distribution, Information reengineering aspects are getting more serious issues in these days such as infringement of copyright, flood of inappropriate content, invasion and infringement of privacy, etc. In this paper, we are making a suggestion of the TDCDA-Trusted Digital Content Distribution Architecture in order to solve above problems. TDCDA is provided to how well-define and design the trusted path in digital contents distribution in internet environments using a secure distribution mechanism, digital content integrity and copyright protection. Finally, we also proposed the TDCDA algorithm and applicable guidelines for feasible approach in real computing environment.

  • Several studies have shown that the trust is a significant barrier for realizing the potential of e-commerce. Trust is not only a short-term issue but also the most significant long-term barrier for realizing the potentials of e-commerce. Because digital contents which have been used in e-commerce are easy to be duplicated, the enforcement of digital copyright protection is an important issue. Watermarking is a technique for labeling digital pictures by hiding secret information in the image. In this paper, a discrete wavelet transform(DWT) based technique for embedding digital watermark into image is proposed. The performance of the proposed watermarking is robust to a variety of signal distortions, such as JPEG and image processing operations.

  • Research on the development of key technologies of social work protection and content mashup tools has been carried out as an R&D project granted by the Korea Copyright Commission from 2013. The research aims to provide efficiency of the production environment of the secondary work of the digital contents as well as a systematic solution to the regulation-related problems. The essential features of the distribution management system for cooperative works developed though this study are the decision of the selling prices reflecting various license fee factors and the transparent distribution of the license fees. This paper represents a model which can automatically calculate the amount of the license fee in each derivative stage, independently of the license fee policies on each of the subsidiary contents when N-th works are producted on the basis of a previously approved first work.

  • This paper proposes a new approach for digital watermarking and secure copyright protection of video. the principal aim being to discourage illicit copying and distribution of copyrighted material. The method presented here is based on the three dimensional discrete wavelet transform of video scene. The watermark is a copyright information encoded in the form of a spread spectrum signal to ensure the system security and is embedded in the 3D DWT magnitude of video chunks. The performance of the presented technique is evaluated experimentally.

  • With the rapid interest in Geographic Information System (GIS) contents, a large volume of valuable GIS dataset has been distributed illegally by pirates, hackers, or unauthorized users. Therefore the problem focus on how to protect the copyright of GIS vector map data for storage and transmission. At this point, GIS security techniques focusing on secure network and data encryption have been studied and developed to solve the copyright protection and illegal copy prevention for GIS digital map. But GIS vector map data is very large and current data encryption techniques often encrypt all components of data. That means we have encrypted large amount of data lead to the long encrypting time and high complexity computation. This paper presents a novel selective encryption scheme for GIS vector map data protection to store, transmit or distribute to authorized users using K-means algorithm. The proposed algorithm only encrypts a small part of data based on properties of polylines and polygons in GIS vector map but it can change whole data of GIS vector map. Experimental results verified the proposed algorithm effectively and error in decryption is approximately zero.

  • 최근 들어 디지털 워터마킹(watermarking) 기법이 디지털 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 저작권 보호를 위한 새로운 해결로 제시되고 있으며, 국내외에서 이와 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 최근 들어 많은 관심을 끌고있는 디지털 오디오의 저작권 보호를 위한 워터마킹 삽입방법을 소개한다. 개발된 오오 워터마킹 기술은 원본 오디오에 비해 오디오의 품질이 떨어지지 않을 뿐 아니라 워터마크를 제거하고자 해지는 다양한 공격에도 워터마크가 제거되지 않는 특징을 가지고 있다.

  • 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통도 확산되었다. 그러나 디지털 컨텐츠들은 쉽게 원본과 똑같은 품질로 복제할 수 있으며, 인터넷을 통해 빠르게 이동이 가능하고 사용자들은 얼마든지 불법으로 이용할 수 있다는 것이다. 최근 국내·외에서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 디지털 컨텐츠들을 보호하고 관리할 수 있는 DRM 기술이 활발히 연구 중이다. DRM 기술은 암호화 기술을 이용하여 허가되지 않은 사용자로부터 디지털 콘텐츠를 안전하게 보호하고 디지털 컨텐츠 저작권 관련 당사자의 권리 및 이익을 지속적으로 보호 및 관리 할 수 있는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 저작권 보호를 위해 안전한 DRM 메커니즘을 제안한다.

  • 디지털 데이터의 저작권 보호를 위하여 최근 디지털 워터 마킹에 관하여 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 디지털 워터마킹이란 인간의 시각이나 청각이 인지할 수 없는 범위내에서 디지털 데이터의 값을 약간 변경함에 따라 워터마크라고 하는 저작권 정보를 몰래 삽입하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 주변 화소와의 차가 정해진 임계값을 넘는 화소에 워터마크를 집어 놓은 후, 유사성을 측정하여 워터마크를 검출하는 공간 영역 기반(spatial domain based) 워터마킹을 제안한다.
