  • 본 논문에서는 DRM관련 기술에 대하여 소개하고 이러닝 기술에서 정보보호 기술의 위치를 살펴보고 교육용 디지털콘텐츠의 특성을 분석하여 교육콘텐츠의 DRM을 활용사례 중심으로 기존의 Commerce DRM과 Enterprise DRM과 비교하여 제시하였다.

디지털 문화콘텐츠 인력양성 방안에 관한 연구: 충남지역을 중심으로 (A Study on Nurturing Human Resources for Digital Cultural Contents: in the Case of Chung-Nam Province)

  • The objectives of this study are to provide advices and methods for cultivating labor in the digital cultural contents industry in the Chung-Nam Province. For the purpose of this study, review of theoretical and practical literature, identifying the present status of affairs, and three times FGI and surveys were executed. The results of research show a lack of professional labor in the digital cultural contents industry; even so most of laborers want to get a job in or around the Seoul region. To activate digital cultural contents in the local area, a development model for the Chung-Nam digital cultural contents industry was introduced and four strategies were also suggested. The nurture of a professional skilled labor force through a strategically designed joint relationship between university and companies in the digital cultural contents industry was found to be quite necessary. In this way, the need for specialized training and education in the university classroom can be supported.

데스크톱 가상화에 따른 디지털콘텐츠 통제방안: 가상폴더방식의 구현사례 (Digital Contents Control for Desktop Virtualization: A Case of Virtual Folder Based Implementation)

  • Recently, with the enlargement of cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure(VDI) can be an alternative of the existing personal computer based information environment. For the case of partially introduced VDI coexisting with personal computer environment, we suggest a virtual folder based approach to control the overall digital contents within an organization with a case of implementation. Although a centralizing device was used for storage and sharing of organization's digital contents, it was not easy to accomplish centralizing digital contents completely. It is tried to prevent users from utilizing their own storage in their personal computers or virtual machines and to use virtual folder which transfer and store digital contents to and in EDMS. The virtual folder system of this paper looks like a real folder in a personal computer, but it is another virtual device for outer storage devices including EDMS. It can be an alternative and reference of digital contents control for future applications of cloud computing.

  • The best value proposition for the customers of satellite-DMB (hereinafter referred to as the "S-DMB") business in an environment of fierce competition shall be securing the best killer contents and distribute them in reasonable price as a mobile contents platform provider. In an era of merging the broadcasting with the communication, although many new players tapping into the market with state-of-the-art media such as digital convergence, the key to success in the market is dependent on whether the respective digital contents providers retain competitive digital contents which suit the taste of customers. Considering such market conditions, the purpose of this study is to look over the management examples of Korean S-DMB providers which is carrying out business in digital multi-media market and opening up the market, and to analyze the management strategies of domestic S-DMB companies to be the champion in the market.

  • 컴퓨터 보급의 증가와 인터넷의 발전으로 다양한 종류와 다량의 디지털 데이터들이 제작, 유포되고 있다. 디지털 컨텐츠는 기존의 아날로그 컨텐츠와 비교할 때 생성, 가공, 유통, 분배 등의 측면에서 많은 장점을 갖는 반면, 원본과 동일한 복사본을 쉽게 생성할 수 있는 특징 때문에 디지털 창작물에 대한 저작권 보호가 중요한 문제로 대두된다. 최근 디지털 컨텐츠 보호의 기술로 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이 사용되고 있으나 컨텐츠 유통 시 키 관리에서 취약성을 띄고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 디지털 컨텐츠 보호 기술인 DRM을 분석하고 컨텐츠 유통의 키 관리 문제에 대한 개선책으로 $\ast$CDMS(CEK Distributed Management System)를 설계하여 이를 이용한 보다 안전한 키 관리 체계를 연구한다.

  • The amount of digital content grows exponentially by the development of the internet and the change of computing environments and the target also is getting wider. The industry using this digital content has been growing greatly. However, the distribution of pirated digital content is increasing using internet because digital content is easy to store and transmit and the damage is growing. In this paper, we propose safety trading system which can conceal the author's information safely in digital content in order to block illegal distribution of digital content. ARIA encryption algorithm is used to protect the concealed information of author in digital content and it is a help to track the illegal traders by doing fingerprinting of buyer information to digital content and managing the transaction information. The technical support for copyright dispute is to allow by providing the capability to verify illegal edit to original digital contents.

디지털 콘텐츠 산업에서의 계약 속성, 성과 및 파트너십 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Contract Attributes, Firm's Performance and Partnership Intention in the Digital Contents Service Industry)

  • Although digital contents markets grow very rapidly and are known as a higher value added industry, there is also potential risk in producing digital contents. Thus, many firms have begun to produce a firm's digital contents by outsourcing from other companies in order to catch-up new technologies and to make stable profits. However, since contracts are decided mostly based on bidding price and also standard contract are not available, there is a limit on the benefit from the contents outsourcing. Thus, this study argues that if both contract factors such as contract concreteness and flexibility are well managed, the on-line digital contents will increase the performance of a firm. This study deals with the influence on the firm's performance by the outsourcing in contract factors based on the empirical analysis. Using regression analysis with these two dependent variables, the findings showed that the contract concreteness had positive effects on both cost improvement performance and efficiency improvement performance, but the contract feasibility only had positive effect on efficiency improvement performance. In addition, the result of the study showed that the contract performance of outsourcing the digital contents have a positive impact on the partnership intention.

웹툰의 아카이빙 방안 연구 (A Study on the Archiving of Webtoon)

  • The environment of using digital devices has been developed day by day, as mobile communication network has been fast and smart phone and tablet PC have been spread. When the environment changing, the contents consumers prefer have been changing too. The Webtoon became the representative contents of 'Snack culture'. The webtoon has led the growth of cartoon market for years recently instead of the slow comics growth. And it places its elf as contents on a firm basis, as it has been adapted to another genre such as Pay, Flm, TV Drama. Now it's expected to be an extgeneration contents that will lead Han-ryu(Korean wave). Though the webtoon has important and strong presence, there is no digital archive for collecting and preserving the webtoon, Korean Cartoon Contents Agency started making 'webtoon archive', but the groundwork and the study on the webtoon that represents digital culture contents are not enough a lot. In this study, the cases on digital archiving of culture contents in Korea are researched, and the direction on webtoon archiving that has just started is also discussed. The Archiving of webtoon that can't be seperated from digital contents is connected with archiving of digital culture contents in direction where they should be headed to.

This paper's goal that these study finding leads as digital contents industry discusses individual enterprise's success and failure as field of business in quickening period yet but domestic digital contents industry field will be roared and may can have competitive power by enterprises which wish to already started business or inaugurate an enterprise enter in field with successful beginning and direction and develop continuously.

  • 본 연구에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 가치를 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 시스템의 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 가치 평가 시스템에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 가치를 기획 단계, 개발 단계, 사업화 단계로 나누어서 정성적 평가와 경제적 평가 할 수 있다. 또한 디지털 콘텐츠의 기획, 개발, 사업화에 관련되어 있는 구성원들의 이견을 조정할 수 있다. 이 같은 평가 시스템을 활용함으로써 디지털 콘텐츠를 사업화하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 관리할 수 있기 때문에 합리적인 투자의사결정을 수행할 수 있다.
