본 논문은 현재 전자거래에서 폭넓게 활용되고 있는 디지털인증 기술에 대하여 초점을 집중하고 있다. 즉, 현재 다양하게 활용되고 있는 디지털인증 기술들을 체계적으로 분류하기 위한 프레임워크의 개발과 적용 그리고 시사점에 대하여 고찰하였다. 먼저, 본 연구에서는 디지털 인증의 상황적인 흐름을 제공자에서부터 사용자까지 소프트웨어, 하드웨어, 네트워크 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 이어서, 디지털인증의 다섯 가지 구성요소와 주요 요소기술 클래스 그리고 인증유형과 수준에 근거하여 디지털인증 분류 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 디지털인증 분류 프레임워크를 베리사인의 디지털 인증 메커니즘에 적용하여 그 유용성을 검증하였다. 실제 사례에 본 연구에서 개발한 디지털인증 분류 프레임워크를 적용한 결과 디지털 인증 기술의 세부적인 분류와 응용을 이해하는데 유효하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 강점과 약점 그리고 시사점 및 향후 연구 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

전자서명법에 따라 발급되고 있는 공인인증서는 비대면 거래에서의 필수 기능을 제공하기 때문에 전자금융거래, 전자민원 등 다양한 분야에 이용되고 있다. 하지만 공인인증서는 파일로 저장할 경우 해커로 인한 유출이 가능하며 이용 시 별도 프로그램 설치가 필요하기 때문에 안전성, 편리성 양 측면에서 비판을 받고 있다. 최근 패스워드 기반 인증의 문제점과 인증수단 간 부족한 상호 운용성을 해결하려는 시도로 등장한 FIDO가 생체기술 기반 인증에서 이용되고 있으며, 하드웨어 기반 보안 운영환경인 안전영역이 안전한 스마트폰 이용을 위해 활용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 공인인증서의 문제를 해결하기 위해 FIDO를 이용하여 생체기술 인증을 수행하고 공인인증서는 안전영역에 저장하도록 하는 새로운 형태의 공인인증서 이용 방식을 제시하였다. 제시된 방식은 기존 방식에 비해 안전성과 편리성을 향상시켰을 뿐 아니라 최신 스마트폰에 기본 탑재된 생체정보 인식기능과 안전영역을 이용하였기 때문에 서비스의 적용이 용이하다는 장점이 있다. 이 방식으로 공인인증서 이용이 더 안전하고 편리해지리라 기대해 본다.

최근 COVID-19 팬데믹으로 인하여 많은 국가에서 감염병 예방 디지털 증명서를 위한 시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있지만, 이에 대한 국제표준이 없어 국가 간 호환성 있는 증명서 사용의 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 QR 코드 방식의 증명서 제출과 무선 근거리 통신 방식의 증명서 제출 방식을 비교하고 보다 개선된 무선 근거리 통신 방식의 디지털 증명서 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 분산ID 기반의 증명서 검증 정보를 블록체인에 저장하여 국가별로 상이한 증명서의 상호 운용 체계를 구축하는 감염병 예방 디지털 증명서 시스템이다. 블록체인 기반의 신뢰앵커는 증명서 위·변조 문제를 해결하고 증명서 발행자와 제출자의 신원을 보증하여 보안성을 향상 시킬 것이다. 아울러 제안 시스템은 한 번의 증명서 제출로 다수 증명서(백신 접종증명서, 회복증명서, 검사 증명서, 신분증 등)를 일괄 검증토록 하여 이용자 편의성을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper, we present a certificate management platform for performance assessment during recruitment using blockchain. Applicants are awarded certificates according to a predetermined level of progress based on their performances. All certificates are stored on a recruitment management platform that serves as an environment for storing and presenting all awarded certificates. The hashed information of all the certificates are stored in the blockchain, and once stored, the contents cannot be tampered with. Therefore, anyone can check the validity of the certificates using this blockchain. Our proposed platform will be useful for recruitment and application management, career management, and personal history maintenance.

This study is suggest the test system for BIM(Building Information Modeling) qualification. And this study is the field-based BIM educational program with the acquisition of the qualifying certificates. Since field-based BIM and Curriculum(of University and Junior College) are highly linked to the actual practical affairs, the learning connected to the practical affairs out of the teaching focused on BIM modeling would satisfy students, and it would make the acquisition of the certificates which determinate the capability of the practical affairs. Thus teachers should guide students to get the certificates thoroughly, make them understand the importance of the acquisition of the certificates.

전자서명법에 근간을 두고 있는 공인인증서는 경제활동 인구의 95%이상이 사용함에 따라 일상생활과 밀접한 관계가 되었고 최근 보안강도 256bit 수준의 암호체계 고도화로 인해 안전성과 신뢰성에 큰 향상이 기대된다. 공개키 기반구조(PKI)를 바탕으로 하는 공인인증서는 보안성에서 큰 문제가 없는 것으로 알려져 왔지만 공인인증서 유출 시 비밀번호 검출 공격에 대한 위협이 존재한다. 기존 연구에서 이러한 취약점을 보완하기 위하여 비밀번호 대체수단 제공, 공인인증서 저장 매체 확대, 복수 인증방식 등과 같은 다양한 해결방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 방법은 공인인증서의 사용에 대한 보완적 기능을 수행하지만, 비밀번호의 안정성을 보장해주지는 못하는 한계점을 가진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비밀번호의 안전성을 높이기 위한 방법으로 비밀번호의 보안강도를 증가시키는 방안을 제시한다. 이에 따라 공인인증서의 관리 보안성과 사용 편리성의 향상이 가능하다. 이 연구는 공인인증서의 보안성 향상과 활용에 관한 기술 개발 및 향후 연구에 활용될 수 있다.

An educational institution issued a degree certificate to those students who have successfully completed all studies included in different levels of the degree program. The degree certificate presented by the University is of major significance in the person's life but the fabrication and circulation of fake certificates is inexpensive because a paper document can easily be forged with the availability of advance printing and copying technologies. So, there is a need to adopt a centralized authentication process that can verify and ensure the authenticity of a document. In order to prevent the spread of fake degree certificates a method is proposed where the integrity of the contents with in the certificate can be verified with the use of and Smart Phone Application. A Quick Response (QR) Code will contain a digital signature over the data such as degree holder's name, major program, Grade Point Average (GPA) obtained etc. Which will be signed by university authorities after the registration in central system and deployed in university. In order to verify the digital signature a person need to use a specific smart phone application which will scan and authenticate the certificate without gaining access to a user's security credentials such as password.

본 연구는 국내 커피산업의 발전과 성장을 위하여 커피관련 민간자격증 취득의 만족도와 효용가치를 알아보기 위한 자료이다. 국내에서 실시하고 있는 커피바리스타 민간자격증이 NCS에서 지정한 직업기초능력의 어떤 부분을 개발시켜주는 지를 알아보고, 나아가 이것이 직무수행 만족도 및 활용 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 사전설문을 통해 커피 바리스타 민간자격증과 NCS의 직업 기초 능력 개발의 연관성을 알아본 결과를 토대로, 본 설문을 실시하여 직무수행의 만족도와 활용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 기술능력, 자기개발능력, 문제해결능력은 전반적으로 직무수행 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으나 활용의도에는 부분적으로만 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었고, 직업기초능력이 주는 직무수행 만족도는 활용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 본 연구를 통해 커피바리스타 민간자격증은 직업기초능력의 개발에 영향을 주고 있으며 직무수행의 만족도를 향상시키고 채용 및 구직을 위한 능력척도의 자료로써 활용되고 있음을 알게 되었다.

After the COVID-19 outbreak in 2019, the spread of COVID-19 has not been easily caught despite preventive measures in each country. The spread of COVID-19 has hit the world, especially in the economic and tourism sectors. Countries around the world are easing restrictions on the movement of vaccinated people in preparation for the post-corona era. Under the name of "Vaccine Passport," "Vaccination Certificate," and "Digital Health Pass," vaccination measures are being implemented to allow vaccination recipients to use multi-use facilities. However, there is no international agreement on the movement of countries, and each country has its own immigration policy. In order to return to pre-corona daily life, global agreements must be reached from the movement of vaccinated people between countries, and standards and implementation methods must be determined. This study focuses on the implementation and utilization of vaccination certificates suitable for the COVID-19 era. We will look at the spread of COVID-19 and its international response policies. In the case of COVID-19, we will investigate why vaccination certificate installation should be standardized and how far the current standardization has been discussed, and discuss the characteristics of vaccination certificate installation and considerations. In order for the immunization certificate discussed in the previous chapter to be recognized internationally, institutional and technical considerations are identified and security factors that may occur in each implementation are also presented. Finally, the international recognition case of vaccination certificate is discussed, and the method of installation and utilization of vaccination certificate is proposed. This paper can be used as a policy because of its timeliness in studying the standards of vaccination certificates and considerations for international recognition to restore movement between countries in the spread of COVID-19. In addition, if other infectious diseases occur in the future or similar cases where movement between countries is restricted, it can be used as a reference to support the movement of verified people.

본 연구는 디지털 기술로 인해 독서의 전반적인 패러다임이 변화함에 따라 디지털 환경 기반에서 효과적인 독서지도를 수행할 수 있는 독서지도 민간자격의 교육과정을 새롭게 마련하고자 추진되었다. 이를 위해 디지털 환경으로 변화된 독서 패러다임에 대한 고찰을 통해 시사점을 도출하고, 독서지도 전문가 양성을 위한 국내 외 주요 교육과정 사례에 대한 심층적 검토와 분석을 통해 특장점을 모색한 후, 독서지도 분야 전문가들에 대한 델파이 조사를 통해 의견수렴과 검증 작업을 거쳐 독서지도 민간자격의 디지털 환경 기반 교육과정을 설계하여 제시하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 교육과정은 디지털 환경으로 변화된 독서지도의 주요 기능 및 목적을 달성하고 이를 독서지도 현장에서 제대로 적용시킬 수 있도록 6가지의 교육영역, 21가지의 교과목, 82가지의 교과내용으로 각각 구성되어 설정되었다.
