This study examined traditional dance programs in cultural and arts education in local children's centers. We aimed to contribute to the voluntary and active participation of children in cultural and arts education through differentiated cultural and arts educational programs. Interviews were conducted from March 2016- June, 2016 at A Regional Children's Center in Chungnam. Once a week, a 50-minute were held 16 Session as "learning traditional joyful dance". After completing the program, 25 children who participated in the program were asked about the good points and disappointments regarding the program. The interviews used open, structured questions that have been primarily used in phenomenological research. The list of questions was prepared in advance according to the research purpose. The results of the study are as follows: The evaluation of the first program was generally positive. By experiencing activities through cultural and arts education through traditional dance programs for children, children learned to be polite. It also changed positively in conversation. Children who showed negative attitudes toward traditional dance programs gradually participated in activities. Second, I examined the evaluation of lecturers who teach traditional dance. The children's response to the program was positive, with sincere and responsible lecture preparation and progress. The instructor prepared the class in advance, welcomed the children and ran the class in good faith. Instructors who taught traditional dances were proficient in dance, majored in dance and teaching children. The learning effect was high by the instruction of the good dance movement. Rich in lecture experience, he is proficient in dealing with children in class. Material was delivered according to the child's dance level.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the subjective opinions of first-generation Korean-Americans about survival. Methods: The Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. The 34 selected Q-statements from each of 38 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL/WIN program. Results: Four types of survival attitudes from 38 first-generation Korean-Americans were identified. Type I was a satisfaction type based on belief, Type II was an effort type based on purpose, Type III was an isolation type based on ethnicity, and Type IV was a compromise type based on adaptation. Results of this study indicate that approaches to a minority's survival strategies need to be differentiated taking this typology and various subject characteristics into account. Conclusion: This information may provide a basic understanding for healthcare providers who work with first-generation Korean-Americans.

The results showed that the male teachers' have higher expectations of the free learning semester compared to the female teachers'. Furthermore, the teachers who had experienced the free learning semester felt less job burdens than the teachers who did not. In addition, the subject teachers showed higher expectations of the free learning semester than the general teachers or the homeroom teachers. Therefore, in order to establish a stable system of free learning semester, it should be preceded by development of differentiated program of special education, free learning semester, strengthening of advance training, establishment of the system for participating in the whole school and the simplification of administration.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between R&D investment and growth rate of manufacturing firms in Incheon. Methods: The balanced panel data of 246 firms which have existed for the period 2001-2012 are constructed. As a method of analysis, fixed effects panel data model is used. Results: There is a one year lag in the relationship between R&D intensity and the subsequent sales growth of firms and its relation depends on the firms' characteristics. Conclusion: We suggest the emphasis on R&D investment for firms' growth and the differentiated R&D program based on firm size. This article has the limitation that various types of R&D investment cannot be included in this analysis.

Photodynamic diagnosis is a modern method for the fluorescence imaging of cancer. 5-ALA induced protoporphyrin IX fluorescence benefits the tumour selective accumulation of protoporphyrin ; therefore, tumours can be differentiated from healthy tissue. This paper develops Photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) system about ALA that apply tissue absorption coefficient. About other photosensitizer, application capacitate. In this paper, we will expect effective result by working PDD with PDT (photodynamic therapy) system that is a therapy device of cancer.

Marketing can assist libraries in determining their future and identifying quality products - services, programs and materials. Marketing provides a theoretical framework addressing the specific library and information science questions facing public, school, special and academic libraries in both the public and private sectors. The purpose of this paper is to analyse information marketing. For this purpose, characteristics of information, concept of marketing are to be studied, and then the process of information marketing program is analysed by market segmentation, marketing audit, marketing mix(products, pricing, place, promotion) and marketing system development. As a result, traditionally having focused on the undifferentiated and concentrated marketing strategies in the market segmentation, now they have to develope differentiated strategies in order to compete with other information centers.

Activation of the apoptosis program by an increased production of beta-amyloid peptides (A${\beta}$) has been implicated in the neuronal cell death of Alzheimer's disease. Bcl-2 is a well demonstrated anti-apoptotic protein, however, the mechanism of anti-apoptotic action of Bcl-2 in A${\beta}$-induced apoptosis of neuronal cells is not fully understood. (omitted)

This study is to find out vitalization plan of rural village festival through field survey and in-depth interview. Festival vitalization plans were suggested for each of four steps. The results are as follows: (1) preparing stage : disambiguation of supporting festival, adjustment of selecting times & improvement of selecting index in supporting festival, support of planning & managing ability, and systematization of festival consulting team. (2) planning stage : supporting differentiated festival program development, and public relations of rural village festival. (3) operating stage : flexible utilization of supporting budget and systematization of festival supporters operation. (4) ending stage : holding a workshop to share successful festival cases.

The German Guidelines for stainless steel in buildings (Z.30.3-6) issued by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) categorizevarious stainless steel grades into five corrosion resistance classes (CRCs). Only 21 frequently used grades are approved and assigned to these CRCs. To assign new or less commonly used materials, a large program of outdoor exposure tests and laboratory tests is required. The present paper shows theresults of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) tests that can distinguish between different CRCs. Slow strain rate tests (SSRT) were performedin various media and at different temperatures. CRC IV could be distinguished from CRC II and CRC III with a 31.3 % $Cl^-$ as $MgCl_2$ solutionat $140^{\circ}C$. CRC II and CRC III could be differentiated by testing in a 30% $Cl^-$ as $MgCl_2$ solutionat $100^{\circ}C$.

In recent, the marketing competitions that stimulates the emotions of consumers are intensifying in the domestic construction industry due to the increase of unsold new apartments. However, there is a need for brand identity establishment through which more differentiated information can be delivered to the consumers, as each brand is focusing only on idealistic image advertisements of dream, future and happiness. Accordingly in this study, the top five brand apartments according to the national brand value evaluation index (BSTI, BrandStock Top Index) were selected and analyzed their TV advertisement characteristics, and its purpose is in evaluating the brand images perceived by the consumers of their TV advertisements. The significance of the results from this study is in presenting the basic information for establishing effective communication between the corporations and consumers. The survey research of this study was conducted for the students of D University, and SPSS 14.0 program was used for the statistical data analysis.
