  • In this study, the self-propulsion tests are performed in INHA towing tank. And the effective wake characteristics of the KVLCC2 and the KCS models are compared by the experimental results. The form factor is independent of Reynolds number. To estimate the hydrodynamic performance of a full scale ship, the form factor is determined to consider attendant on Reynolds number. In this research, the power predictions are carried out considering the form factor difference of model and full scale ship. The results of this research could be used as one of the fundamental data to the powering performance prediction.

  • YAKCHIM is a clinical research of korean O.M.D's in the 1960's, and it was activated by experimental research and organization of the association after 1980. YAKCHIM in Korea is a new technical therapy that used the efficacy of traditional herb and the stimulation of meridian at points by needles. In order to search the original form of YAKCHIM and the significance of development in therapeutic methodology, reger to various documents. The results were obtained as follow : 1. The form of injection in YAKCHIM is a developed form of a aspirator which trace the cupping therapy(附缸) to its origin. 2. The injection techniques that used extracts of oriental herb can be found out original methodology in Bee-acupuncture(蜂針) and snake teeth etc. that have been used in far-eastern area from long time ago. 3. YAKCHIM in Korea is a developed form of techniques which was combined with the meridian theory, in consequence, it is difference with an injection syringe which only used to injection in modern medicine.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of three different retention forms on the bond strength when complete denture repaired. Total 75 samples were divided into 3 groups(Dove-tail form, bevel form, rabbit form). The completed resin samples were compressed in Instron Testing Machine until gross fracture occurred to examine the effect on the bond strength of resin base. The results of the experiment were as follows : 1. The difference of bond strength according to three retention forms were not statistically significant(P>0.05). 2. Dove-tail form was strongest to bond strength among the three retention forms.

  • In this study, the experimental study on Thermal Performance of Insulated Forms with Different Insulating Methods at Low Temperature. For this study, placing insulated plywood based form between two constant temperature chamber that maintaining 10℃, decrease temperature of one chamber to -10℃ and -20℃. Each of steps, maintaining period of temperature was 1 hour. After placing the form, measure temperature of opposite side of the insulated form. As a result of experiment, temperature difference of rigid urethane was lowest.

  • It is an important issue in cost management to contract with the standard of cost estimate by the reasonable way in public construction projects. For the standard of cost estimate based on the Standard Estimating System, there is a difference of labor inputs between Standard Estimating System and actual quantities in construction projects. The duration of form work in multi-family housing depends on the manpower compared with other work, which is the critical path on the schedule management to be decided quality, and is the important to the cost management of construction projects. This study presented a simulation model of the productivity analysis for selecting the standard work type of form work in Multi-family housing construction projects.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of correctness accounting information with the two alternative forms of presenting information outputs. Specifically two different methods of presenting accounting information, the table form and the graphical form were employed to test the level of correctness of the accounting information user's decision making. Using college students as a surrogate decision maker, this research have found that there is no statistically significant difference in the correctness of decision making between the two groups, one group using the table form of accounting information and another group using the graphical form of accounting information.

  • The Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region to from the most of Eastern turkistan is located at North-wetern part of China, and it is the center to form the famous silk-road historically. In th exinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region there are 47 nationalities. In this study, the researcher studied the historical background, and the traditional culture about dress sand ornaments of 4 nationalities (that is Uighur, Kazakh, Kirgiz and Tajik). The results of the present study are as follows : In the basic structure of traditional costume by races, there is not big difference. Then , in men , the trousers and the shirts of funic type become the basis with the style which is convenient to act. And , to wear vest , or jacket , or chanban, over it makes a little difference . In women also, same structure shows with the form to wear vest or outerwear, on the basis of one piece. But , in a small hat, heat wear, color contrast, and decoration element etc. , strict difference is showing. After all, they show very similar clothing life culture basically in natural environment, religion , and life habit etc. But, the discrimination is made in the detailed side. So , it can be said that they show the conservative nature of nationalities, and have preserved the unigue identity of their own culture.

  • The dissolution kinetics for polymorphs of sulpiride, the effect of polyethylene glycol 4000 on the dissolution kinetics of sulpiride polymorphs and the dissolution rate difference between the tablets of polymorph form I and form II were investigated. The results could be summerized as followings: 1. The dissolution rates of two polymorphs of sulpiride were significantly different and the thermodynamic parameters calculated from dissolution kinetics were as follows; transition temperature $98^{\circ}C$, enthalpy change, -2.108 kcal/mole, free energy change, -783 cal/mole $(31.0^{\circ}C)$. 2. The dissolution rates of the two polymorphs of sulpiride containing polyethylene glycol 4000 were significantly diefferent in 0.01N HCl but the effect of polyethylene glycol on the dissolution rates of two polymorphs was not significant at low concentration of polyethylene glycol 4000. The study on the effect by stirring speed showed that at lower stirring speed the promotion rate of dissolution of polymorph form I is greater than that of form II. 3. In the case of tablets the dissolution rates of polymorph form I of sulpiride was two fold as compared with the results obtained from form II.

  • As one way to describe the behavior of a vibrating string, analogies to a transmission line have been made based on the fact that they have oppositely travelling waves on each of them. In such analogies, a rigid end to the string has been represented as an open circuit, and the displacement of the string as the current on the transmission line. However it turns out that the rigid end corresponds to a short circuit, the displacement to the voltage by the theory of the transmission line, and it is confirmed by experiments with circuit simulations. Based on these discoveries, a transmission line based plucked string model comprising a transmission line, two piecewise linear current sources, and switches is proposed. The proposed model is validated by showing that the voltage at the arbitrarily chosen location, and the voltage calculated over an infinitesimal portion at the end of the transmission line are consistent with the displacement at the corresponding location and the force on the rigid end of the string from the well known difference form of a wave equation governing the behavior of the string with its fundamental frequency tuned to that for the proposed model, respectively. Moreover, the applicability of the proposed model to modeling string and wind instruments is presented.
