This study is basic experiment for estimating influence of strength by curing temperature of concrete's heat of hydration and estimate relationship of compressive strength development by initial curing temperature factor, and then asume temperature factor which influence compressive strength development and for showing basic document of quality control. According to the result of managerial test pieces by the curing temperature factor high-curing temperature shows high strength on 3 day compare with low curing-temperature, shows higher strength than the piece of high curing temperature.

Ryff's(1989) psychological well-being measure is used to assess and sometimes compare Korean and American adults, however, there is no information regarding whether its dimensions are psychometrically invariant across, whether its items provide sufficient information for, and whether each item measures identical trait levels in, the two nations. Confirmatory factor analysis on response 1,696 Korean and 3,669 American adults, gave to the measure revealed lack of fit and absence of factorial invariance across the two nations. Item response theory revealed significant variance for items on each factor across two countries that most items yielded limited psychometric information. And that each item measure different trait levels, suggesting that in its present form, the measure might lead to misleading results for, and across the two nations.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze empirically the relationship between market structure, measured by Herfindahl-Hershmann Index(HHI), and financial factors, and innovation in Korean industry panel datasets for 2000-2006. Results show that debt ratio and scale of the firm has a consistent positive effect on the investment in research and development. As more scale of the firm is getting bigger, the investment in R&D decrease. Also, as more debt ratio of firm rise, the investment for innovation increase. Concentration ratio, the HHI and the classification factor of High-tech industry and Low-tech industry has a consistent positive effect on the innovation. Factors affecting the investment in research and development include market structure and characteristics of industry as well as the internal affairs of the firm.

Driving simulators are used effectively for human factor study, vehicle system development and other purposes by enabling to reproduce actural driving conditions in a safe and tightly controlled enviornment. Interactive simulation requries appropriate sensory and stimulus cuing to the driver . Sensory and stimulus feedback can include visual , auditory, motion, and proprioceptive cues. A fixed-base driving simulator has been developed in this study for vehicle system developmnet and human factor study . The simulator consists of improved and synergistic subsystems (a real-time vehicle simulation system, a visual/audio system and a control force loading system) based on the motion -base simulator, KMU DS-Ⅰ developed for design and evaluation of a full-scale driving simulator and for driver-vehicle interaction.

T cell receptor (TCR) signaling plays a critical role in T cell development, survival and differentiation. In the thymus, quantitative and/or qualitative differences in TCR signaling determine the fate of developing thymocytes and lead to positive and negative selection. Recently, it has been suggested that self-reactive T cells, escape from negative selection, should be suppressed in the periphery by regulatory T cells (Tregs) expressing Foxp3 transcription factor. Foxp3 is a master factor that is critical for not only development and survival but also suppressive activity of Treg. However, signals that determine Treg fate are not completely understood. The availability of mutant mice which harbor mutations in TCR signaling mediators will certainly allow to delineate signaling events that control intrathymic (natural) Treg (nTreg) development. Thus, we summarize the recent progress on the role of TCR signaling cascade components in nTreg development from the studies with murine model.

The aim of this paper is to examine the importance of skills development in the process of employee performance. As part of this research, we will seek to determine the nature and extent of skills development impact in improving employee performance. This research project is one of the new themes that some researchers have started in recent years. The novelty of this theme is the inclusion of the skill development factor. This factor is likely to have a positive impact on employee motivation and performance. Some of the factors already known to have an impact on employee performance, such as motivation, career development, training, and experience, will be adopted. It is assumed that the results of this research will have a positive impact on employee performance and employee retention.

This study investigates the effects of financial development on the foreign direct investment (FDI) flow in host countries. Using bilateral FDI data from 34 OECD source countries to 146 host countries, we performed panel data analysis based on a gravity FDI equation. We hypothesized that the financial development would increase the volume of FDI flows. The results suggest that the well-functioning finance market of source countries as well as a better accessable financial market of host countries contribute to the increase in FDI of OECD in their partner countries. We found also that the financial development effects of source countries are larger than those of host countries. This result shows that the financial development can play a crucial role to impact the FDI inflows as push factor in source country than as a pull factor in host countries.

The purpose of this study was to develop satisfaction scale of school toilet that was completed repair work and examine its validity. In order to develop general and scientific satisfaction scale, the data was collected and analyzed targeting 3,694 participants from seventy schools which were elementary, middle, and high schools participating in improvement projects of school toilet in 2015 and 2016. Satisfaction scale of seventeen items was developed by using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Total Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of seventeen items resulted in .950. Factor loading indicated over 0.6. Factor explanation of each item showed that was relatively high. This scale can be used to research unit school satisfaction and utilized for further research. The implication of this study was a reliable and valid instrument for measuring the satisfaction of school toilet.

This research indicates to controversial point that store equipments were not applying correct development factor in the each apartment house by that change rate by scale and uniformity of form and inefficiency, effect of discount store is increasing in apartment house and progressed research. The result are as follows; First, interior main point of store of that influence greatly to change rate number of store be. Second, being lot area in jar in outside factor of store. Third, discount store separation appeared by leading person who influence greatly to change rate in middle who is contiguity market singleness residential quarter and contiguity existence of commercial district and nonexistence and discount store separation of only outside right near at hand. Construction of commerce equipment may have to consist in practical apartment house after examine various kinds factor such as store indoor, store outside and only outside while plan practical use of systematic and efficient commerce equipment focusing more in efficient utilization of commerce institution that consist after plan that is not planed commerce equipment focusing in development in plan of commerce equipment in apartment house hereafter accordingly.

This study is intended to suggest an ideal direction of the information systems policy for the local small business firms. In an effort to accomplish this objective, this paper tried to identify the current states of the information systems and measure the level of the information systems of local small business firms based on the maturity stage and the development level. The study then explored the evidence how the maturity stage and the development level affect the business performance of the local small business firms. The research found out that the organizational factor such as the support of CEO and the financial factor such as IS investment took major roles to improve the business performance. Based on the research findings of this study, the paper suggested the desirable solution of the information system policy to deal with the problems the local small business firms need to overcome.
