The purpose of this preliminary study was to test the validity and reliability Sexual Development Assessment Scale for Adolescents. Subjects were 579 middle school and 504 high school students in Seoul and Gyeonggido. Statistical analyses were by factor analyses, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $x^2$ value and Cramer's V. Construct validity was composed with 10 factors on sexual Development Assessment Scale for middle school students and 12 factors for high school students. Reliability of each subscale was high and the item discrimination, $x^2$ value and Cramer's V were also meaningful.

This study shows that the SWOT is efficient to select a factor which is valuable as worth consideration when a decision making is necessary. Such processing of information is able to present the policy for the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province, and create the pragmatic value and effect in carrying out the policy. The object of this study is to survey present conditions, to analyze the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province by the decision making method of the SWOT model, to suggest a plan for the prospect of continued development field and the location of industry, and to extract fundamental data for establishment of annual action and investment plan which can develop bio-industry.

uftraspirocle (usa) gene product (Uspl is a member of the superfamilv of steroid hormone receptors in Drosophila melonogaster which mediate the hormone action by heteromerization with ecdvsone receptor (EcR). Based on the genetic and molecular characterization of usp, it has been proposed that Usp funtions in at least three significant developmental pathway: embrvogenesis, eve morphogenesis, and female reproduction. In this study, the expression patterns of Usp were investigated by immunohistochemistrv in individual tissues from diHernt developmental stases of Drosophila. Usp is localized in the nucleus with ubiquitous distribution throughout development. Usp expression is detected throughout embrvogenesis. Usp is expressed in imaginal and lanral tissues from late third instar 18nra. The expression pattern of Usp is overlapped by those of EcR. Also Usp is expressed in differentiating adult reproductive organs. This result suggests that Usp is not a transcriptional regulatory factor modulating hormonal response during development, but also play some roles in female and male reproduction of Drosophila.

In a competitive environment, selecting and effectively pursing the right information system investments can be a key factor in sustaining corporate viability and prosperity. This study applies quality function deployment(QFD) to the determination of information system development priority. The intent of QFD is to incorporate the needs of a customer through the various stages of product planning and manufacturing into a final product. The basic idea of our study is to translate the core competence and the competitive environment into the business strategy, and the critical success factors, and subsequently into information system development priority. Our method is applied to a motor company for the determination of the information system development priority. The company case is illustrated step by step with real data of the company and motor market.

Because of the congestion problems, the high-strength reinforcements are expected to be used in nuclear power plant structures in the near future. According to ACI 349-13, it is permitted to use the high-strength(550MPa) straight bars in design of development length, but there is no special equation for high-strength bars. In order to reflect the anchorage capacity and behavior properties of high-strength straight bars with large-diameter(43 & 57mm), it is necessary to find the modified factor or develop the new development length equation for large-size and high-strength bars.

The two major theoretical frameworks that have informed research on symbolic play and cognitive development were reviewed. Piaget and Vygotsky had different views of the role of symbolic play in children's development. For Piaget, play is primarily an assimilative activity; that is, in play, children modify reality to fit their existent cognitive schema and desires. In his view, play does not facilitate development, but it is used to consolidate existent concepts. For Vygotsky, play is a precursor to symbolization and is a leading factor in development. Particularly the lack of a sociocultural dimension in Piaget's theory brought about the influence of Vygotsky, for whom this dimension is central. However, the research yielded so far has not fully investigated the wider sociocultural elements that define and inform the play context. This article concludes by suggesting an approach to children's play that is directed by a proper estimation of the interaction between its cognitive, emotional, and sociocultural dimensions.

Purpose: To investigate the rate of questionable development in infants born prematurely and explore factors affecting developmental delays. Method: The participants were 46 infants born prematurely being seen in one of two urban health centers. A questionnaire and the HOME checklist were used to collect data, and the Korean Denver II developmental screening test was administered. Results: Of the participants 21.7% were classified as having questionable development. The only variable with a significant difference between the two groups was acceptance　in the HOME checklist. Psychosocial factors such as mothers' burden, depression, family functioning, and social support were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: An early developmental screening test for prematurely born infants is needed. Also, the childrearing environment was identified as a significant factor in infants' development. These findings suggest that HOME score might be useful for identifying infants at risk for developmental delays and interventions for these infants will probably be more effective if their mothers can provide a more appropriate social environment. Further studies are suggested with larger samples.

In 2006~2010, leaf spot symptoms, that is, small, yellow spots that turned into dark brown-to-black lesions surrounded by a yellow halo, were observed on Cymbidium spp. in Gongju, Taean, and Gapyeong in Korea. A Fusarium species was continuously isolated from symptomatic leaves; in pathogenicity testing, isolates caused leaf spot symptoms consisting of sunken, dark brown lesions similar to the original ones. The causal pathogen was identified as Fusarium subglutinans based on morphological and translation elongation factor 1-alpha sequence analyses. This is the first report of F. subglutinans as the cause of leaf spot disease in Cymbidium spp. in Korea.

The Agile methodology is a new trend in software development. Nowadays enterprises have been adopting the agile methodology in an effort to deal effectively with rapidly changing user requirements. In most cases, much improvement was accomplished in the software development. Some studies have mentioned that the motivation of software developers is a contributing factor on the improvement. However, it is not known yet what aspects of the agile methodology get them to be motivated. The aims of this study are the comparison between the traditional methodologies and agile methodology and look into potential motivation of software developer and their jobcharacteristics. For the empirical analyzing, research data were collected by 77 developers of 4 domestic IT companies. The analysis shows that there is significant differences on developer's potential motivation according to what kind of methodology is used. Agile developers to be more motivated than others methodologies developers. It also shows in detail that what kinds of job characteristics of developer are different among them depending on methodologies.

In order to answer the challenge that development gave to environment, Chinese cities are making up and putting into effect the green space system planning. The planning main keys are: set down standards and scope of green space; bring the characteristics of every types of green space in to full play and made into basic units of the system; formed powerful links of the system; make full use of the natural system of city, constituted the urban and countryside as a organic whole green space system, therefore give full play their function and ecological effect. In fact, this green space system is a complex system. It is the main body of city ecological system, a main container of the citizen activities of leisure and recreation and a leading factor for making characteristic city landscape. Therefore it is a system carrying city's environment sustainable development.
