Logistics is by no means a new subject area. The concept of logistics goes way become more complex as technology advances, and logistics requirements have increased accordingly. In 1964, when ILS philosophy formally came into being, ILS was defined in general terms and did not describe what actions an ILS program should accomplish. ILS philosophy have been developed from 1964 through 1980. In 1982, United States Department of Defense formulated a new concept, CALS. CALS is the strategy that the US defense development to management the transition to integration and automated interchange in defense system engineering, manufacturing, and logistic support. Its goal is to use the inherent features of digitized data to revolutionize the function of data -gathering, data storage and data - transfer techologies associared with the development of defense systems. The Result will be systems that are cheaper, more reliable, and easier to maintain. To define CALS's character, the purpose of this papers compare two concepts - CALS and ILS. The elements of CALS consist of standads and EDI. The elements of ILS include LCC(Life Cycle Cost), LSA(Logistics Support Analysis), LSAR(Logistics Support Analysis Rcord), Aquisition Cycle.

Recently, in platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, virtual characters resembling human life become the main characters, produce various contents, breathe with the public, and create the era of virtual humans. For example, existing game characters appear as virtual characters with unique AUs, or AI characters created by reflecting the public's preferences are actively communicating with the public through advertisements and SNS activities. As the consumption of video content through smart devices increases significantly in the post-corona era, virtual influencers are being used as all-round entertainers because there is little risk of personality controversy or production cost. there is a trend In this study, we investigated the characteristics of the case of being active as an influencer among the activities of a virtual character, and how the interactive aspect of the influencer appears by identifying the current situation through major cases. Combining this, based on the analysis of the influence of virtual influencers, the parts that producers should recognize are derived, and the differentiated characteristics of interactive virtual influencers are summarized. In addition, the difficulties of virtual influencers were investigated and problems were identified, and for the development of the content industry, a more favorable method for interaction was presented and suggestions were made to secure inner sincerity.

Moreover, the formative character of educare can be recognised in the German concept Bildung, which focuses on human beings in their wholeness, on their attitude within society and their worldview. What shape has been given in the Netherlands to these different aspects of education over the centuries? Without creating the impression that a linear development in thinking about - and acting in - education has taken place throughout history, and without the ambition to be comprehensive, we look at what took place between adults and children in previous centuries in the Netherlands. Will our investigation yield historical constants or differences? We let ourselves be surprised.

Recently deep interests and attractions have been paid on the generation of ozone with environment polisy. Especially, which is widely used to remove bad smell and to clear water. This paper presents control and performance of a voltage source IGBT inverter developed for silent corona discharge type ozonizer. And proposed addition circuit for maintain discharge the center of in the airgap. In this paper, schemed equivalent electric circuit of the discharge electrode for simulation. Finally, the effectiveness of this discharge tube character of ozonizer is investigated in the simulation and experimental results.

A suspected intergeneric hybrid cross between Pungtungia herzi and Pseudopungtungia nigra was collected at the Ungcheon River. Overall hybrid index did not show the hybrid connection clearly, but the most striking key character between two genus, pigmentation on the all fins except pectoral, the shape and position of the mouth part appeared to show the intermediary. So this specimen was thought to be an intergeneric natural hybrid which merits further study.

In this paper, We have developed the Internet web browser for the blind and visually impaired person. The Internet Web browser system consists of personal computer connected to Internet, braille display, voice synthesis devices for character information, tactile display for the representation of web image and braille printer for web page printing. We convert character in the web page to braille and print it to braille display. The image in the web page is printed with tactile display actuated by solenoid. The blind can acess the Internet web site with this web browser system and understand the Internet information.

Recently, it Is required to develop OCR(Optical Character Reader) along with the progress of the information processing system for Hangeul. Characters have to be recognized clearly so that OCR can be applied, Structure analysis method and lump method are used for the recognition of characters, and OCR is now available for the recognition of printed characters and handwritten alphanumeric characters having simple structure by them However, It is known that there should be much more study on the development of handwritten Hangout's OCR. This paper proposed a new method for the handwritten Hangout character recognition. The units of Initial consonant of Hangout are separated and then recognized from the utilization of the position- Information of Hangeul's units from the normalized patterns using the regression line theory. It is carried out for the extraction of the block which exists in the virtual Initial consonant region from the normalized input patterns and the calculation on maximum value (${\beta}$) of likelihood after comparing the features of separated subpattern with the initial consonant dictionary.

PC, Notebook, PDA, Cellular telephone, Smart phone 등 많은 형식의 인터넷 단말기가 사용되고 있지만, 인터넷 상에 존재하는 많은 그래픽 요소들은 이러한 단말기의 형식에 많은 제약을 받고 있다. 또한 사용자가 원하는 형태로 직접 변형하는 것이 어렵고, 그래픽 부분 요소의 재사용이 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 마크업 언어로 각광받고 있는 XML(Extensible Markup Language)의 그래픽 표준인 SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic)를 이용하여 어떤 단말기에서도 같은 형식으로 디스플레이 되고 사용자가 원하는 형태로 이미지의 수정 및 부분 요소의 재사용성을 놀인 웹 캐릭터 빌더(Builder)를 설계 및 구현하였다. 연구 결과를 이용하면 에이전트 상의 웹 캐릭터 혹은 웹 상에서 일어날 수 있는 어떠한 컨텐츠에도 사용할 수 있는 기술을 구현한 수 있을 것이다.

Game program manufacture had been classed by 3D or on-line game etc. simply. But, atomized game programmer's kind now. So, Artificial Intelligence game programmer's role is important. This paper used reinforcement learning algorithm for Jul_Gonu board characters to learn, and so they can move intelligently. To compare a learned character to an random one, a board game was created, and then they fought against each other. As a result, learned character‘s ability was far more improved.

A device driver is the core construction providing connectable rules between a hardware and an operating system in Embedded softwares. It provides consistent interface for the control and mutual interactions so that an application program can use hardware's functionalities. However, the device driver is suffered to develop as it is related to both hardware and software and it is also wasted to newly develop whenever hardware platform changed. Therefore, this paper researches the method to provide high portability in heterogenous hardware and finally suggests efficient device driver development.
