This paper is to study the development background of casual Korean clothes through the consideration of the style change of traditional clothes. The purpose of this study is to present the method for the settlement of casual Koran clothes as everyday clothes and to present the direction which casual Koran clothes follow in the future. The development. The development backgrounds of casual Korean clothes are as followings. 1) the self-awakening for the importance of national culture. 2) practical aspects 3) the change of life style accompanied with economic growth 4) the development of mass media Casual Korean clothes in the future should be studied and developed in following aspects. 1) practical aspects by developing design for easy activity 2) environmental aspects by natural dyeing which is harmless to human body and the nature 3) emotional aspects by regarding traditional beauty as importance 4) color sense aspects according to scarcity of as form change of the Korean clothes 5) production aspects by mass production of ready-made clothes not order clothes 6) diplomatic aspects as folk costume which is corresponding with international trend 7) scientific aspects by developing many patterns according to various bodies 8) economic aspects by low price through the mass cultivation of natural materials 9) fashionable aspects by subdividing traditional clothes to ceremonial clothes, everyday clothes, working clothes.

The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) becomes more important and is applied to various systems. Recently, the Galileo navigation system is being developed in Europe. Also, other countries like China, Japan and India are developing the global/regional navigation satellite system. As various global/regional navigation satellite systems are used, the navigation ground system gets more important for using the navigation system reasonably and efficiently. According to this trend, the technology of GNSS Ground Station (GGS) is developing in many fields. The one of purposes for this study is to develop the high precision receiver for GNSS sensor station and to provide ground infrastructure for better performance services on navigation system. In this study, we consider the configuration of GNSS Ground Station and analyze function of Monitoring and Control subsystem which is a part of GNSS Ground Station. We propose Monitoring and Control subsystem which contains the navigation software for GNSS Ground System to monitor and control equipments in GNSS Ground Station, to spread the applied field of navigation system, and to provide improved navigation information to user.

외환위기 이후 한국은 비교 대상국 가운데 가장 빠른 고용의 서비스화와 가장 큰 제조업과 서비스업 간의 생산성 격차가 나타났다. 생산성 분해를 통해 확인해 본 결과 이는 외환위기 전에 비해 생산성과 고용의 변동이 반대로 일어나는 부정적 구조변화의 경향이 심화되었기 때문이다. 그리고 제조업의 경우 고용 비중은 줄면서 자체의 생산성 향상 중심으로, 서비스업은 반대로 자체의 생산성 향상은 지지부진한 체 고용의 흡수를 통한 성장을 주로 해왔기 때문이기도 하다. 국제비교에서도 이러한 경향은 뚜렷이 드러난다. 그리고 한국의 서비스업은 제조업에 비해 부정적 구조변화의 경향이 외환위기 후 더 심해졌다.

인터넷 가상 현실을 기반으로 하는 각 분야에서의 활동은 너무도 왕성하다. 교육분야도 예외는 아니어서 원격 강의 형태로 그 활동이 단발적으로 나타나다가 이제 가상 대학의 설립이란 본격적인 단계로 진입했다. 건축 교육도 일부 그 대열에 합류하고 있지만 유독 건축 설계 교육에서는 그렇지 못했다. 물론 그것은 3차원인 공간이 2차원인 웹 상에서 구현되는 것에 제약이 많이 따랐기 때문이다. 그러나, 근자에 인터넷 기술의 발달로 이런 제약이 사라졌다. 따라서, 건축 설계 교육에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 원격 강의를 실현할 수 있게 되었다. 이번 연구는 인터넷 가상 현실의 장점을 활용하여 건축 설계 교육방법을 기존에서 진일보시킬 수 있는 기반이 되는 것을 목적으로 한다.

본 보고에서는 현재까지 연구된 청정 및 저독성 추진제 기술 자료를 정리하였다. 로켓 모터의 배기 가스 중의 염산량을 감소시킨 저산 청정 추진제는 스캐빈저와 중화 개념이 일부 완성된 기술이다. 실제 가장 선호하는 기술은 추진제 배기 가스 중의 염소가 완전히 제거된 무염소 기술이나 아직은 기술적으로 제한적이다. 또한 마그날륨(Mg-Al 합금)인 경우, 배출 가스 중의 염산 농도를 1/5 수준으로 감소시킨 결과도 보고되어 있다. 차세대 추진제로는 저독성(Green) 추진제가 연구 중이며, Al 또는 Mg 금속 미세 입자를 화학양론적 분위기에서 고온 수증기와 연소하는 연구가 진행 중이다.

Today, each country's cultural communications are carried briskly and Japan already showed a new trend of world fashion by accepting its own design with aesthetic sense to western Europe in 1970s and built the new area of Japanese fashion. This special traditional aesthetic sense, formed by social, cultural, geographic and religious conditions, is roughly divided into decorated and undecorated beauty; decorated one means splendidness, coquetry, exaggeration and was represented ornamental modification of nature object in dress pattern as ornamental expression means; undecorated one, based on Zen-thought, means simplicity, purity, ugliness and Japan gave rise to the new beauty by receiving and adapting continental culture to its culture openly and creating and developing its own beauty. This study aims to examine the aesthetic sense shown in Japanese traditional dress and understand how traditional beauty is used and applied to modern fashion and analyze the diversity of Japanese traditional aesthetic sense shown in modern fashion. For material analysis, total 220 were collected of photograph related to formative element existence according to aesthetic sense shown in Japanese traditional fashion design using literature research and visual data. The existences of Japanese image among them were confirmed by clothing and fashion department majors so that 7 pieces of which were selected as final analysis object. Likewise, the result suggests that Japanese traditional aesthetic sense creates global design based on folk element-used identity as well as new beauty by adapting continental culture to its culture openly and producing and developing its own creative beauty.

For the advancement of research in biological education in Korea, research trends shown in Journal of Biological Education(JBE)of England were analyzed by using a PC program(REFMENU). Papers Published in JBE between 1977 and 1987 were registered on the program with classifying keys of biological education and biology including names of authors, year, title, volume pages, and key words. Those input-date were analyzed by sorting depend-ing on either the classifying keys or the key words. Among the 361 papers 28.8% was dealing with the theory of science education. The rest dealt with biology and biological education, together. Of the six categories of biological education, the research on biological curriculum was 41 % of total and was the most. The major trends in this category was in developing the content of the curriculum. In the research of biological instruction, 37 papers dealt with the instruction theory and the rest 60 papers dealt with the tactics of Instruction. Of the 60 papers on materials in biological education, the research in developing the biological material was the most. Thus, the general research trend was far more practical aspect than the theoretical aspect of biological education. In the analysis of the papers depending on the biological categories, the one dealt with ecology was the most(26.8%). The rest papers showed almost even distribution in the 13 categories of biology. The results of this analysis was discussed by comparing with the research trends in Korea to suggest the possible future studies.

Our country's fur clothing industry has rapidly grown for a short time since it started with simple needlework of fur pieces, and now it is still developing as export industry that some enterprises besides general business firm export more than ten million dollars a year. However, it is true that fur clothing industry is still in unsatisfactory level in its size and system, compared with manufacturing or leather industry. Of course, we import crude material and processed fur on an entire base, and we have few wild fur on an entire base, and we have few wild fur animals because of our natural condition and it is hard to breed them. On the other hand, the world's fur industry shows that the demand of fur clothes is increasing as fur animal breeding is improved and developed and supply has become rather abundant with the help of fur clothing fashion since late 19th century : Also, there is a trend that some developed countries depend on importing rather than self-prodoction because of the character-istic of labor-concetntraled fur industry. Accordingly, considering this situation, we can expect fur clothing industry as promising export industry by analyzing the present situation of our country's fur clothing industry and suggesting its problems and solutions, and here are developing plans for growing fur clothing industry as promising export industry. First, smoothing delivery of crude material. Second, making high quality products and diversifying goods. Third, establishing effective competition system in fur clothing industry. Fourth, raising skilled man power. Lastly, there should be coopetation among the related fields in the aspect of policy including the support from the government.

최근에 정보기술 패러다임은 유비쿼터스 기술이 도입되면서 스마트 서비스 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 도로, 상하수도, 가스 등과 산업 시설물에 유비쿼터스 기술이 접목되어 비용 감소 및 사고 예방성 향상이 높아지면서 관련된 연구 및 기술이 가속화되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 공통환경 IT기술 위주로 개발되어 산업 도메인 특성이 고려되지 않았기 때문에 유비쿼터스 기술이 생활환경 및 산업시설에 활발하게 도입되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 도시가스 주요시설에 유비쿼터스 기술을 도입하기 위하여 현장지향형 무선 데이터 전송 인프라를 구축하고 효율적인 서비스를 제공하는 무선기반 도시가스 안전관리 시스템을 목적으로 한다.

Natural product drugs, or botanical drugs, are drugs composed of natural substances which have constituents with healthenhancing or medicinal activities. In Korea, government-led projects brought attention to botanical drugs invigorating domestic botanical drug industry. Foreign markets, as well, are growing bigger as the significance of botanical drugs stood out. To follow along with the tendency, Korea puts a lot of effort on developing botanical drugs suitable for global market. However, standards for approving drug sales vary by countries. And also, thorough standardization, certification, clinical studies and data of these will be required as well as data confirming safety and effectiveness. Meanwhile, as an international exchange in botanical drug market continues, the importance of plant resources was emphasized. Thus countries' ownership of domestic natural resources became vital. Not only establishing a systematic method to secure domestic plant resources, but also cooperation with other countries on sharing natural resources is essential to procure natural resources effectively. Korea started to show visible results with botanical drugs, and asthma/COPD treatment made out of speedwell is one example. Sufficient investment and government's active support for basic infrastructure for global botanical drugs will bring Korea to much higher level of botanical drug development.
