The hydraulic hybrid vehicle(HHV) is an application of hydrostatic transmission technology to improve vehicle fuel economy and emissions. A relatively lower energy density of hydraulic accumulator and complicated coordinating operations between two power sources require a special energy management strategy to maximize the fuel saving potential. This paper presents a new type of configuration for parallel HHV to minimize the disadvantages of the hydraulic accumulator, as well as a methodology for developing an energy management strategy tailored specially for PHHV. Based on an analysis of the optimal energy distribution between two power sources over a representative urban driving cycle with a Dynamic Programming(DP) algorithm, a fuzzy-based optimal torque management strategy is designed and developed to control the torque distribution. Simulation results demonstrates that the optimal torque management strategy maximizes the advantages of this hybrid type of configuration, and the high power density characteristics of hydraulic technology effectively improve the robustness of the energy management strategy and fuel economy of the PHHV.

Deliberate for plan of private capital for harmonious to develop a territory of station therefore it raises an emblem of DAEGU city and activates an economy of the city according to the new trend of the condition of transportation integrated administration of a large regionand new development of DONGDAEGU station.

Nigeria like many other developing countries' eagerness to accelerate socio-economic development has prompted her to adopt several approaches over the years since independence. These have ranged from the import substitution scheme, the indigenisation policy, and structural adjustment programme to the national economic empowerment development strategy. Nigeria has sought to widen her economic base by engaging in increased cross-border trade and investment activities. This is with a view to spurring the process of industrialization and ultimately lowering the level of poverty in the country. This has led to the formulation of various industrial policies and processes, all geared towards integration into the world economy. Using secondary sources, this paper seeks to analyze Nigeria's journey towards industrial development especially within the context of globalization. It concludes by explaining the impact of the new economic paradigm on the country's quest to industrialize and recommends alternative path towards development and growth.

Currently the automobile market is developing eco-friendly vehicles in order to cope with fuel efficiency regulations. Many studies have been conducted to improve travel performance and fuel economy of the environment-friendly vehicles, and vehicle manufacturers study how to manufacture light-weight vehicles for improving fuel economy for both existing vehicles and environment-friendly vehicles. Exemplary light-weight vehicle technologies include optimal design of vehicle body structure which is a light-weight vehicle method by changing component shapes or layout to optimize the vehicle body structure and the new process technology for using new light-weight and very strong materials Various studies.

This paper examines the changing roles of ownership in the economic growth by using a panel data set of 30 provinces in China for the period (1999-2010). With the use of absolute and relative presence variables, this study shows that private enterprises have emerged as the engine of economic growth in China in the later period (2005-2010). The growing size and number of private enterprises are positively linked to growth. However, though foreign-invested enterprises have been acclaimed as the main contributors to economic growth in China, they have minimal effect on the economic growth in the later period. State-owned enterprises have a significant and negative effect on the economic growth in the later period. The results can be interpreted that the engine of growth in China has been changed over time from other ownerships to private ownership. Private companies have developed a lot in every respect and started to lead the economy for long-run growth. China initiated its economic growth by adopting foreign capital and it is still the top destination for foreign direct investment among developing countries. However, to sustain the growth over a long period, private sector should be of great importance and perform a key role in the view of catch-up economics.

The article identifies areas for effective management of innovative development. The competitiveness of the economy in the context of European integration and economic security is assessed. The level of innovative economy of some countries of the world is analyzed. The issue of attracting foreign investors to stimulate innovative production in Ukraine is raised. It is identified the need for the formation of an updated state policy capable of providing innovative development and improving the competitive position of the state in international rankings. Emphasis is placed on the need to form a critical mass of managers-civil servants capable of developing, implementing and monitoring the policy of innovative development of entrepreneurship.

Globalization and the development of technology have turned creativity into a necessity. Numerous countries consider creativity to be the major model of economic development. In this era of the knowledge-based economy, creativity is becoming a catalyst for the development of millions of people around the world. Irina Bokova, the former Director General of UNESCO, has stated that the cultural and creative industries have a capital of 2 250 billion US dollars, almost 30 million jobs worldwide in the economies of advanced countries and developing countries (Cultural Times, 2015). Purpose - Multiple stakeholders-including politicians, investors, and the wider public-have questioned the value of investing in port infrastructure improvements and the contributions they can make to economic performance. Design/methodology - This paper presents an empirical study of 56 countries with seaports from the year 2006 to 2019 to determine how the quality of port infrastructure affects its contribution in terms of trade openness and economic growth. To this end, this study applies hierarchical multiple regression analysis with panel data to empirically examine the economic impact of port infrastructure quality on the relationship between trade openness and economic growth. After the 56 selected countries were categorized as developed or developing, a multi-group panel data analysis was conducted. Findings - The results of this study show that trade openness has a significant positive effect on the national economy. The findings also indicate that, although developing countries should expect greater economic growth after investing in port infrastructure, this relationship weakens as developing countries become richer. Originality/value - The findings of this study not only elucidate the relationship between trade openness and national economic growth, but they also emphasize the importance of trade openness and port infrastructure in national economic growth, particularly among developing countries.

본 연구는 서비스R&D 전략을 현대경제사회의 본질 관점에서 연구하였다. 현대는 산업간 경계가 해체되는 시대다. 제조업과 서비스업의 구분이 없어지고, 고객을 중심으로 하나의 산업 환경에서 경쟁하고 있다. 고객의 욕구는 서비스로 구현되므로, 서비스R&D는 현대 기업과 국가들의 중심주제가 되었다. 그런데, 서비스R&D는 정의도 다양하고 각 정의에 따라 범위 차이가 커서 정책 당국자들 사이에서도 이견이 많다. 본 연구는 현대 경제사회의 특징과 서비스의 본질에 집중하여 서비스R&D의 바람직한 정책방향과 전략을 논의한다. 산업간 경계가 해체되는 현대경제의 특징을 반영하여 서비스R&D 전략을 도출하였다. 또한 서비스의 관계성, 쌍방향성, 수평성, 조화성 본질과 서비스의 무형성, 비분리성, 비일관성, 무재고성 특성을 반영하여 서비스R&D전략을 도출해내는 연구를 수행하였다. 제조업은 서비스화R&D를, 서비스업은 제조업화 R&D를 강화하는 전략, 서비스본질을 반영하는 전략, 서비스의 특성을 활용하는 전략을 도출하여 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 개별 기업의 서비스R&D전략수립, 서비스산업의 발전과 전체 서비스산업의 발전, 그리고 제조업을 포함한 전체 산업의 발전 전략 수립에 공통적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
