The Agile methodology is a new trend in software development. Nowadays enterprises have been adopting the agile methodology in an effort to deal effectively with rapidly changing user requirements. In most cases, much improvement was accomplished in the software development. Some studies have mentioned that the motivation of software developers is a contributing factor on the improvement. However, it is not known yet what aspects of the agile methodology get them to be motivated. The aims of this study are the comparison between the traditional methodologies and agile methodology and look into potential motivation of software developer and their jobcharacteristics. For the empirical analyzing, research data were collected by 77 developers of 4 domestic IT companies. The analysis shows that there is significant differences on developer's potential motivation according to what kind of methodology is used. Agile developers to be more motivated than others methodologies developers. It also shows in detail that what kinds of job characteristics of developer are different among them depending on methodologies.

We study a mathematical modeling for development of film negative and concentrate the bulk reaction problem. We prove nonnegativeness of developer, coupler and dye function in two dimensional case. Also we prove stability of our numerical scheme. Finally, we discuss numerical example which have specified constants.

In the first step of the LIGA process a resist layer, typically PMMA(polymethylmethacrylate), is pattered by deep X-ray lithography. Then the exposed parts are dissolved by an organic developer. To describe the developer. To describe the development course the parameters influencing the development process was investigated. The developed depth is proportional to the square root of the development time which suggests that the development rate increases with increasing dose value and temperature. So the development course can be described by a phenomenological equation.

Developer roller of laser printer cartridge made with magnetic substance and density of magnetic flux was decreased with the elapse of a year. Owing to this reason, quality of printing was decreased with decreasing of magnetic flux. This study investigated about the elapse of a year of magnetic substance and possible about usage of recycling production.
