Highly competitive environment has been forcing e-commerce industries to seek strategies to achieve competitive advantages. Mobile payment is a kind of service that allows mobile phone user to easily and conveniently initiate payments and transfer funds using their mobile phone anytime, and anywhere. This study is designed to identify factors that affect the intention of continued use of mobile payment services between users in Korea and Laos. As a result, first, in the case of Korean consumers, system quality, information quality and service quality were shown to have a positive effect on trust and satisfaction. In addition, trust and satisfaction were shown to have a positive effect on continuance intention. Second, in the case of Laotian consumers, system quality and service quality were shown to have a positive effect on trust, and system quality and information quality were shown to have a positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, trust and satisfaction were shown to have a positive effect on continuance intention. The study has its implications by analyzing factors affecting the continuance intention with the comparison of the customers from a developed nation and a developing nation, providing a direction of development for developing competitive advantages for those in development. For the developed, the study provides a guideline of what to modify and supplement in cases of entering the markets of developing nations.

As computation technologies has developed, the analysis using load transfer is mainly performed. But most of the functions used in the above program has been developed in foreign countries. Also in our nation, lots of studies concerning load transfer are being researched. The investigation of suitability about the piles installed in our grounds, however, is required as functions acquired experientially, basing on the piles installed in foreign grounds. In this background, the load transfer curve required to use load transfer method on its design through the analysis of field tests inside our nation intends to be made, on which this research focuses.

The Water, Energy, and Food (WEF) nexus is an emerging concept for sustainable resources planning and management. The three valuable resources are inevitably interconnected, that is, it takes water to produce energy; it takes energy to extract, treat, and distribute water; and both water and energy are required to produce food. Although it is challenging to fully understand the complicated interdependency, a few studies have been devoted to interpret the concept and develop the assessment tools. The tools were mainly developed for nation-wide simulations without considering inter-basin or inter-state resources trade. This study tries to present an idea to develop and implement the WEF nexus simulation model in regional scale by advancing the existing nation-wide model with additional capability to simulate the inter-basin trade. This simulation could help local planners and engineers to determine optimal policies and infrastructure solutions to reach and ensure local demand satisfaction. The simulation model is implemented in hypothetical areas with different conditions of WEF demands and supplies. Although the inter-basin trade scenarios are simulated manually, it shows that the inter-basin resources trade could enhance the resources security for a longer time period. In future, an optimization model might be developed to provide the automatic calculation to reach optimum amount of WEF for the trade, which can be a helpful tool in decision making process.

본 연구의 목적은 오늘날 우리나라에서 가장 역동적인 변화를 경험하고 있는 인천광역시를 대상으로 지역경제의 교역구조와 산업연관구조 등 주변지역과의 상호의존관계를 구체적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국은행 인천본부에서 실제조사를 바탕으로 작성한 "2003년 인천지역 산업연관표"를 적용하였다. 인천경제의 지역간 교역구조는 재화의 지역간 이출 입 규모를 통해 분석하였고, 지역간 산업연관구조는 생산유발의존도와 생산유발률, 전 후방연관성을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인천경제는 서울 경기지역과 매우 밀접하게 연계되어 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인천지역의 생산액은 서울 경기지역의 최종수요에 크게 의존하고, 인천지역의 최종수요는 기타지역의 생산액을 더 많이 유발하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 인천지역은 재화를 생산하는 과정에서 서울 경기지역보다 기타지역으로부터 중간재를 더 많이 구입하고, 생산한 재화는 기타지역보다 서울 경기지역으로 더 많이 판매하는 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Opening government data has been one of the main goals of nations building their e-government structures. Nonetheless, more than publishing government data for public viewing, the bigger concern right now is promoting the use change to "and proving the usefulness of available public data". In order to do this, governments must be able to, not only publicize data but more so, publish the kind of data usable to infomediaries and developers in order to create new products and services for citizens. This research investigates 30 open data use cases of South Korea as listed in Data.go.kr. This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of open datasets utilization in a technologically-advanced and well-developed nation and hopefully provide some useful insights on how open data is currently being used, how it is opening up new business, and more importantly, how it is contributing to the civic society by providing services to the public.

The railway has been developed largely by the characteristic factors of the railway through change of the society and culture. The railway trends has been changing from instinctive methods to settle the mass transport of the early days, to sensitive methods to pursue the railway culture centering around human being. As dividing by period according to the changes of railway trends into the external nation, there are to analyze the development history of the railway design. Accordingly each nation (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan) and the style's change, to confirm the changes into the design applied in society and culture needs, and to analyze by a year in changes of the environment and the railway history from the 1800's to 2005, so there contribute in the development of railway design to present the paradigm of the future railway by analyzing the trend according to the changes of railway design and the life environment in this paper.

Korea has been officially classified as a non Annex-I country under the Kyoto Protocol, however, international community is used to considering it as if it were an Annex-I country. Korea has been under great pressure from the international community, especially from the EU and the US, to get included as an Annex-I country or to accept a legally-binding emissions reduction target like other developed nations. Korean Government declared its national target of emissions reduction in 2020 before the Copenhagen meeting, and also pronounced "Low-Carbon Green-Growth" as a new national paradigm to drive the entire nation toward a low carbon society and develop a new growth momentum. The 'green Act', which was passed by the National Assembly in 2009, is a comprehensive and fundamental law providing legal grounds to all of the national policies and measures that are needed to transform the nation into a low-carbon society. Korean government announced to begin Carbon Emissions Trading from 2015, instead of the originally scheduled year of 2013, considering global trends and industrial competitiveness in a flexible manner. The Carbon Emission Trading would reduce carbon emissions by 30 percent from the expected 2020 level, or 4 percent below its emissions in 2005.

Domestic hospital architectures were developed with the nation's industrialization after 1960s. Particularly, with the rapidly growing healthcare demands according to The National Health Insurance Plan which was introduced in 1977 and expanded to entire nation in 1989, the number of healthcare facility is also increasing according to the expansion of the existing facilities and construction of new buildings. Now, twenty to thirty years were past since that growing period of healthcare architecture. Many hospitals are facing on the phase of restructuring and modernization for their resources. J university hospital is a representative case of hospital development which the growth of facility was stopped by insufficient site area. This study, analysing its past statistics and drawing data of that hospital, presents the characteristics of the changes and basic data of the master planning for the future hospital development.

A nation-wide water-energy-food (WEF) nexus simulation model has been developed by the authors and successfully applied to South Korea to predict the sustainability of those three resources in the next 30 years. The model was also capable of simulating future scenarios of resources allocation based on priority rules aiming to maximize resources sustainability. However, the process was still relying on several assumptions and trial-and-error approach, which sometimes resulted in non-optimal solutions of resources allocation. In this study, an optimization module was introduced to enhance the model in generating optimal resources management rules. The objective of the optimization was to maximize the reliability index of resources by determining the resources' allocation and/or priority rules for each demand type that accordingly reflect the resources management policies. Implementation of the optimization module would result in balanced allocation and management of limited resources and assist the stakeholders in deciding resources' management plans, either by fulfilling the domestic production or by global trading.
