SID Java Component Builder: An Integrated Development Environment for Java Component for SID Simulator (SID 자바 컴포넌트 빌더: SID 시뮬레이터를 위한 자바 컴포넌트 통합 개발환경)

  • Embedded system developers use design and testing tools to make their product faster. Previously developed a virtual development environment for embedded software (VDEES) using open source software, mainly the SID simulation framework for a simulator engine and the Eclipse platform for a development platform. VDEES enables developers to develop SID Component in C++. A bridge module for developing SID Component in Java has been developed and available. However, using this module, developers have to build their SID Java component from scratch. In this work, we developed SID Java Component Builder Plug-in as an additional features to VDEES. This tools enables developers to build SID Component in Java faster and easier.

  • 본 논문에서는 Microsoft Visual Studio의 Bot Builder SDK Template, Bot Emulator, KaKao Map 서비스를 활용하여 제주도 여행지를 추천하는 챗봇을 구현한다. 이 챗봇은 제주도 여행을 계획하고 있는 사용자에게 적절한 서비스를 제공하는 챗봇이다. 사용자에게 여행지 관련 테마를 제시하고, 사용자는 챗봇이 제시한 선택지 중 자신이 가장 선호하는 선택지를 선택한다. 사용자가 선택지를 결정하면 이를 바탕으로 챗봇 데이터베이스에 있는 적절한 여행지를 추천한다. 사용자가 테마를 고르지 않고 모든 데이터를 보고자 하는 경우 목록보기를 선택하여 챗봇이 가진 모든 여행지 목록을 볼 수 있다. 이 과정을 통해 사용자는 자신이 원하는 분야의 제주도의 적절한 여행지를 추천받을 수 있다.

  • 최근 제품을 주문하거나 상품을 조회하는 등의 간단한 상담을 챗봇을 이용하여 자동화하는 온라인 쇼핑몰들이 늘어나고 있다. 이는 고객을 상담하는 상담원의 업무를 줄여줄 뿐 아니라 고객 상담을 즉각적이고 효율적으로 진행할 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 입장에서 챗봇은 처음 이용하는 사람도 사용하기가 쉽고, 상담원과의 연결까지 기다리지 않고 사용자가 원하는 시간에 커뮤니케이션이 가능하고, 기업 측면에서는 인건비가 감소되고 고객관리가 용이해진다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 챗봇은 주어진 질문에만 대답할 수 있고, 처음 메뉴를 파악하기 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 카카오톡 오픈빌더를 사용하여 질문의도를 파악하는 intent와 entity를 추출한 뒤 딥러닝을 통해 체계적으로 학습을 진행한다. 이를 통해 주어지지 않은 질문들을 파악한다. 또한, 오픈빌더의 시나리오 선택 기능을 활용하여 초기에 선택할 수 있는 메뉴를 파악하기 쉽도록 구현하였다. 사용자는 본 논문에서 제안하는 챗봇을 통해 사용자는 상담에 필요한 도움을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Recently, Linux operating system is used for web server environment, but to build web server applications need to be operated many related softwares, such as installing web server, web and database system integration and programming for script language. Most of schools in korea do not have computer specialist for building web server or cyber school. In this paper, we describe design and implementation of an automated building system(AnyBuilder) for cyber school. AnyBuilder build web-based cyber school system, just clicking a few of button and some commands. Especially, it has two phases to build cyber school, one is to generate empty web-based cyber school and the other is to upload contents of lecture.

Thermal Performance Evaluation of Movable Insulation System in Apartments (공동주택 발코니창에 설치된 가동단열 시스템의 열성능 평가)

  • The aim of this study was to analysis the Heating/cooling performance of movable insulation system built in apartments. The process of this study is as follows: 1) Test-cells of movable insulation are designed through the investigation of previous paper and work. The type of the movable insulation used in test-cell is low emissivity(5%) insulation, measured for heating season and the thermal effects are analyzed. 2) The simulation program(Design Builder) was used in energy performance analysis. the reference model of simulation was made up to analysis energy performance on movable insulation system. 3) Selected reference model(Floors:15, Area of Unit:115.5$m^2$) for heating/cooling energy analysis, Energy performance simulation with various variants, such as slate angle of movable insulation(5$^{\circ}$, 30$^{\circ}$, 50$^{\circ}$) and position of movable insulation. Consequently, When movable insulation system is equipped with balcony window of Apartment, Annual heating energy of reference model was cut down at the average of 5.4kWh/$m^2$ or 4.6% of heating/cooling energy.

  • In order to design the large complex structures like VLFS (Very Large Floating Structures), it is essential the cooperation between the experts in various fields; structural engineering expert, fluid mechanics expert, mooring system engineer, and so on. This paper describes the development of an integrated system to support the cooperative design between various experts and project manager. This integrated system is designed to be operated in Web environment and it contains the support of design DB and 3D graphical tool, negotiation tool for task allocation, and various engineering supporting tools for each design step. The user group of this system can be classified as Project Manager, Engineering Expert, DB Builder, and System Administrator. All of the engineering data is saved after and during the process of the design projects and all participants can be connected by Internet without the limit of time or space constraints.

A Study on the Heating and Cooling Energy Load Analysis of the KNU Plant Factory (KNU 식물공장의 냉난방 에너지 부하 해석에 관한 연구)

  • The heating and cooling energy load of the KNU plant factory was analyzed using the DesignBuilder. Indoor temperature set-point, LED supplemental lighting schedule, LED heat gain, and type of double skin window were selected as simulation parameters. For the cases without LED supplemental lighting, the proper growth temperature of lettuce $20^{\circ}C$ was selected as indoor temperature set-point together with $15^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$. The annual heating and cooling loads which are required to maintain a constant indoor temperature were calculated for all the given temperatures. The cooling load was highest for $15^{\circ}C$ and heating load was highest for $25^{\circ}C$. For the cases with LED supplemental lighting, the heating load was decreased and the cooling load was 6 times higher than the case without LED. In addition, night time lighting schedule gave better result as compared to day time lighting schedule. To investigate the effect of window type on annual energy load, 5 different double skin window types were selected. As the U-value of double skin window decreases, the heating load decreases and the cooling load increases. To optimize the total energy consumption in the plant factory, it is required to set a proper indoor temperature for the selected plantation crop, to select a suitable window type depending on LED heat gain, and to apply passive and active energy saving technology.

  • The application of UWB not only complies with the requirements of remote sensors system(ECG), it also contributes to the effectiveness of the implementations through its unique qualities such as ultra low transmission power - an important factor when dealing with biomedical equipment. In this paper, the aim is to replace the wired ECG sensors with a wireless link and design wireless UWB communication system. The various pulse shapes are presented that satisfies the FCC spectral mask and FCC part 15 rule. It is shown that UWB can be a high rate transmission over short ranges using Rake receiver, with the capability for reliably transmitting 100Mbps over distance at about 10 meters.

  • In this paper, we designed a B-WLL MAC(Media Access Control) protocol and validated its operation for implementation of high-speed subscriber networks. Our MAC protocol was designed by SDL using the DAVIC specifications based upon the variable contention/reserved time slot allocation algorithm. For validation of our MAC protocol, Syntax and semantic error check were performed by the Simulation Builder of ObjectGeode and the MAC(Message Sequence Chart) respectively. The validation results showed that our B-WLL MAC protocol is working correctly and may successfully support B-WLL services.
