중소기업의 기술혁신역량과 혁신성과의 관계: 성장단계별 차이 (A Relationship between Innovation Capability and Performance: Differences in Firm Development Stages)

  • 중소기업들은 기술혁신과 기술혁신역량 확보를 통해 불리한 자원규모나 경쟁여건을 극복하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 노력한다. 기존 연구들은 총체적인 기술혁신역량이나 특정 기술혁신역량 차원들에 초점을 두고 각 혁신역량과 성과간의 관계를 살펴보고 있다. 반면 성장단계별 기술혁신역량의 상대적 중요성이나 성과 영향의 차이와 같은 동태적 특성에 대한 관심은 미흡했다. 본 연구는 중소기업 기술혁신역량과 성과간의 성장단계별 차이를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 국내 중소제조기업들에 대한 설문조사 분석결과, 중소기업 기술혁신역량의 모든 세부 차원들은 혁신성과에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 성장단계별로는 기술혁신역량의 세부 차원별로 혁신성과에 상이한 영향관계를 보여준다. 기획역량은 성장기와 성숙기에서 혁신성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 제조역량은 성숙기에서 혁신성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 신제품개발역량과 사업화 역량은 모든 성장단계에서 혁신성과를 높이는데 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중소기업들의 성장단계에 따라 실무적 기술혁신역량 강화를 위한 가이드라인을 제시한다. 또한 성장단계별 정책적 지원프로그램 설계와 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 연구한계 및 향후 연구과제들을 제시했다.

웹마이닝을 활용한 사이클웨어 소비자 인식 분석 (Analysis of Consumer Awareness of Cycling Wear Using Web Mining)

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터 분석방법 중 하나인 웹마이닝을 이용하여 사이클웨어의 요구성능 및 착용 현황 및 소비자 감성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 네이버 카페인 '자전거로 출퇴근하는 사람들'을 대상으로 2006년~2017년 기간 동안 사이클웨어와 관련 있는 게시글과 댓글을 R 패키지를 사용하여 크롤링하였다. 수집된 데이터는 데이터 전처리 과정을 거쳐 선별된 15,321건의 문서를 데이터를 분석에 사용하였다. 추출된 데이터에서 텍스트는 한국어형태소분석기(KoNLP)를 사용하여 키워드를 추출한 후 TDM(Term Document Matrix)과 co-occurrence matrix로 변환하여 키워드별 출현 빈도수와 키워드 간 관계를 계산하였다. 사이클웨어에서 가장 출현빈도수가 높았던 키워드는 '타이츠'로 전문적인 사이클웨어에 대한 높은 관심을 나타내었으나 몸에 달라붙어 착용 시 민망하다는 의견이 많았다. 사이클웨어 '구매'와 관련하여 '가격', '사이즈', '브랜드' 등과 관련이 많았으며 '가격'과 관련하여 '저가'와 '가성비'에 대한 출현빈도수가 높았다. 이것은 최근 고가의 브랜드보다는 가격대비 성능을 만족시키는 실용적인 제품들이 선호되는 경향을 나타내주었다. 사이클웨어에서 소재의 흡한속건성이나 패드의 기능성, 불편함 등에 대한 소재나 디자인 등에 대한 개선이 요구되었다. 이처럼 웹마이닝을 이용하여 사이클웨어에 대한 소비자의 의견을 분석할 수 있었으며 기존의 설문조사와도 유사한 결과를 보여주었다. 그러므로 웹마이닝을 이용하여 소비자의 의견이나 요구사항을 실시간으로 분석하여 제품개발에 반영할 수 있는 객관적 지표로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

질회음 근육운동이 기혼여성의 성기능에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Circumvaginal Muscle Exercise on Sexual Function in Married Women)

  • The effect of circumvaginal muscle(CVM) exercises to improve sexual function in married women has not been investigated by currently acceptable research methods, nor have appropriate instruments and techniques to carry out such investigation been available. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of CVM exercise on sexual function, and of measuring CVM function after CVM exercises. The research tools used were a modified Derogates Sexual Function Inventory questionnaire and a pressure sensitive intravaginal balloon device. This research was conducted in Kwangju-city and Chonnam province, Korea from July, 1994 to July, 1995. The research used a non-equivalent control pre-post test quasi-experimental design. Forty-five healthy married female volunteers, aged 30-58, and were randomly assigned by age using the matching fixed-length blocks to two groups. The experimental group consisted of 21 women who were assigned a 25-minute per day CVM home exercise program for six weeks. The control group of 24 women did not do the CVM home exercises. The CVM home exercise was developed by Dougherty(1989a) and adopted to Korea by Lee (1993). Data were analyzed by $x^{2-}$test, Paired t-test, Spearman product-moment correlation using SAS /P $C^+. The results are summarized as follows : 1. There were no significant differences in the characteristics of the subjects between the experimental and control groups before the CVM home exercises. 2. Hypothesis 1 that married women who participated in CVM home exercises would have higher mean scores on the sexual function(SF) than in those who did not participate in home exercise was supported. 3. Hypothesis 2 that married women who participated in CVM home exercises would have higher vaginal pressure on SF than in those who did not participate in home exercises was supported (mean maximum pressure, t=-7.338, P<.0001, peak maximum pressure, t=-11.164, P<.0001). 4. Hypothesis 3 that the more often(number of days) and the more frequent (numbers of time per day) that married women do CVM home exercise, the higher their mean scores on SF and vaginal pressures was supported(r=0.233, P<.01 ; r=0.352, P<.05). A six week CVM home exercise program using a tape recording showed that SF can be improved. Results of this study showed that married women who exercise on a regular basis for six weeks improve their sexual function and increase the mean vaginal pressure and peak maximum pressure (tested by electronic monitor). In conclusion, CVM exercise is effective in increasing SF.SF.

Effects of High Dietary Levels of Selenium-Enriched Yeast and Sodium Selenite on Macro and Micro Mineral Metabolism in Grower-Finisher Swine

  • Thirty six barrows with an initial body weight of 28 kg were used to determine the effect of two dietary Se sources and a wide range of Se levels encompassing 0.3, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0, and 10.0 mg/kg Se. The organic Se form was a Se-enriched yeast product, whereas the inorganic Se source was sodium selenite. The experiment was a $2{\times}6$ RCB design conducted in three replicates. Each barrow was placed in an individual metabolism crate and provided their dietary treatment and water on an ad libitum basis for a minimum 2 wk period, whereupon feed intake was adjusted to a constant intake within replicate at approximately 90% of intake for a 4 d adjustment period. Urine and feces were subsequently collected for a 7 d period and analyzed for Se and minerals. The results demonstrated that urinary Se was approximately 25% higher when pigs were fed sodium selenite (p<0.01), whereas fecal Se was lower by 25% (p<0.01). Se retention tended to be higher when organic Se was provided (p>0.15). Urinary Se increased as dietary Se level increased for both Se sources but increased more and at a high rate when sodium selenite was fed resulting in an interaction response (p<0.01). Fecal Se increased linearly as the dietary level of both Se sources increased, but the fecal Se from organic Se increased at a faster rate resulting in an interaction response (p<0.01). Se retention increased linearly (p<0.01) as dietary Se increased for both Se sources. The apparent digestibility of Se increased by Se level when pigs were fed sodium selenite, but not when the organic Se source was provided resulting in an interaction response (p<0.05). Retention of consumed Ca, Zn increased when pigs were fed organic Se (p<0.05) whereas P and Na retention were higher when the inorganic Se was provided. Mineral retention was not affected by dietary Se level except P. These results suggest that Se excretion by urine was the main route of excretion when pigs were fed sodium selenite but the fecal route when Se-enriched yeast was provided. The excretion of Fe, Zn, Mn, and Cu via urine and feces was not affected by high dietary Se level or dietary Se sources.

스마트폰 이용고객의 소비가치가 관계적 요인과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumption Value of Smartphone Users on Relational Factors and Repurchase Intention)

  • Purpose - As the smart-phone market adds new technologies and introduces new marketing trends, competition among companies is getting fierce. Now, smart-phone companies need to pay attention not only to attaining new customers but also to retaining customers, which means managing relationships to prevent customer defection. Therefore, how to satisfy customer needs and maintain long-term relations are both important to make consistent progress in the rapidly changing smart-phone market. To illustrate this point, the study focuses on analyzing the effects of consumption value on relational factors and buying intentions among smart-phone users. First, consumption value was divided into functional, economic, and emotional values. After that, the effects of these values on satisfaction and brand trust were confirmed. Additionally, effects of satisfaction and brand trust on repurchase intention were analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - The data was collected in a self-administered survey among 270 undergraduate students, using smart-phones between June 4th-12th, 2012. A total of 257 questionnaires were collected and used for the data analysis. A path analysis based on Lisrel 8.54 was used for the hypothesis test. Consumption value was divided into functional, economic, and emotional values. Subsequently, the effects of these values on satisfaction and trust in the brand were confirmed. Additionally, the effects of satisfaction and trust in the brand on repurchase intention were analyzed. Results - First, functional value, economic value, and emotional value - especially emotional value - were revealed to have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, emotional value was shown to have positive effects on brand trust, while functional and economic values did not. Third, satisfaction had positive effects on brand trust. In considering the relative influence on brand trust, satisfaction was the most crucial factor. It is clear that in the evaluation of the direct experience, using the product or the service plays an important role in building brand trust. Fourth, satisfaction and brand trust positively influenced repurchase intention. This indicates that both factors must be achieved to induce the repurchase Intention among customers. Conclusions - One can see that the enjoyable emotions consumers feel while using smart-phones is the most important factor in increasing levels of satisfaction. Moreover, this indicates that consumers pursue economic desires along with convenient functions in order to reduce opportunity costs. Additionally, consumers are affected by psychological and emotional messages in building trust, rather than practical and rational ones. Thus, in order to appeal to young clients as an attractive brand in the smart-phone market, approaching customers with an emotional value is recommended. In addition, in order for the brand to gain trust, the overall experience the consumer feels while using smart phones should be maximized. After all, one must fulfill the consumers' desire for a new experience and show a willingness to faithfully accomplish the responsibility of the brand to strengthen relationships with customers in the smart-phone market.

유연포장재료(柔軟包裝材料)를 이용(利用)한 고추 포장(包裝)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Studies on Packaging of Chillies (Capsicum annum) in Flexible Films, and Their Laminates)

  • 현재(現在) 식품공업(食品工業)에 널리 이용(利用)되고 있는 포장재료(包裝材料)를 가지고 건조(乾燥)통고추와 고추분말(紛末)을 포장(包裝)하여 여러 조건(條件)에 저장(貯藏)하면서 포장재료(包裝材料)와 시료(試料)의 물리적(物理的) 및 화학적(化學的) 변화(變化)에 관(關)하여 연구검토(硏究檢討) 한바 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 고추의 저장조건중(貯藏條件中), 상대습도(相對濕度) 55% 이상(以上)에서는 수분흡수(水分吸收)가 현저(顯著)하게 상승(上昇)하였으며, 10%에서는 곰장이가 발생(發生)하였는데 이때의 평형수분(平衡水分) 함량(含量)은 15%로써 고추의 저장수분(貯藏水分) 함량(含量)의 임계점(臨界點)에 도달(到達)하였다. 시료(試料)의 수분함량(水分含量)을 달리하여 저장(貯藏)하였을 때 색소(色素) Capsanthin함량(含量)은 저장온도(貯藏溫度)가 높을수록, 수분함량(水分含量)이 많아질수록 감소(減少)하였으며, 천일하(天日下)에 방치(放置)할때도 Capsanthin함량(含量)은 크게 변화(變化)하였다. 여러 포장재료중(包裝材料中) Aluminium foil packet이 장기저장시(長期貯藏時) 고추 성분(成分)의 변화(變化)를 줄이는데 가장 효과적(效果的)이였으며 단기저장시(短期貯藏時)에는 착색(着色) Polyethylene, L.D.P.E., Saran/cello, /Saran/P.E., 순서(順序)였다.

국내 의류봉제 산업의 글로벌소싱 의향 고려요인 연구: 여성니트복종(women's knit wear) 생산을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study of the Determinants of Global Sourcing Intention in Korean Clothing Sewing Industry: Focusing on Women's Knit Wear Production)

  • Purpose - This study seeks to investigate the determinants of global sourcing intention in clothing sewing industry, in particular with its focus on women's knit wear production. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected a unique set of qualitative data through 31 in-depth interviews with fashion brands, promotion agencies, and sewing factories between July 2023 and October 2023. In addition, it analyzed the dataset using the MAXQDA to complement the research findings. Findings - We have two findings. First, the interviewees commonly mentioned the following factors as reasons for considering global sourcing: the human factors(aging of skilled technicians and labor shortages), the financial factors(gap in production unit prices at home and abroad), the relational factors(lack of novelty), and the physical factors(loss of production infrastructure and network), while the human factors(skilled workforce), the production factors(delivery date and product quality), and the relational factors(timely communication and mutual trust) as reasons for continuing domestic sourcing. Additional code analysis of interview also supports this finding. On the other hand, there was also a subtle difference between buyers(brands) and suppliers(promotion agencies and processing plants), and buyers consider the exact delivery date critical so that they could see trend-sensitive women's knit wear on time, and suppliers took production costs, labor costs, and labor shortages, which are financial factors, more seriously. Research implications or Originality - This study provides a richer and more balanced view of existing literature, which has generally tended to introduce global sourcing across the clothing industry despite the existence of various diversity within the industry. In addition, through qualitative research, we introduce that the sewing industry is carried out according to complex factors, and by revealing and categorizing the determinants of global sourcing, we supplement the existing research on the clothing sewing industry centered on survey. On a practical note, this study introduces that there is a difference in view of domestic sourcing and global sourcing between buyers(brands) and suppliers(promotion agencies and sewing factories), suggesting practical implications for revitalizing networks and deriving win-win cooperation network models among members in the future.

가변길이 고속 RSA 암호시스템의 설계 및 하드웨어 구현 (Design and Hardware Implementation of High-Speed Variable-Length RSA Cryptosystem)

  • 본 논문에서는 RSA 암호 알고리즘의 연산속도 문제에 초점을 맞추어 동작속도를 향상시키고 가변길이 암호화가 가능하도록 하는 새로운 구조의 1024-비트 RSA 암호시스템을 제안하고 이를 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 제안한 암호시스템은 크게 모듈러 지수승 연산 부분과 모듈러 곱셈 연산 부분으로 구성되었다. 모듈러 지수승 연산은 제곱 연산과 단순 곱셈 연산을 병렬적으로 처리할 수 있는 RL-이진 방법을 개선하여 적용하였다. 그리고 모듈러 곱셈 연산은 가변길이 연산과 부분 곱의 수를 감소하기 위해서 Montgomery 알고리즘에 4 단계 CSA 구조와 기수-4Booth 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 제안한 RSA 암호시스템은 하이닉스 0.35$\mu\textrm{m}$ Phantom Cell Library를 사용하여 하드웨어로 구현하였고 최대 1024-비트까지 가변길이 연산이 가능하였다. 또한 소프트웨어로 RSA 암호시스템을 구현하여 하드웨어 시스템의 검증에 사용하였다. 구현된 하드웨어 RSA 암호시스템은 약 190K의 게이트 수를 나타내었으며, 동작 클록 주기는 150MHz이었다. 모듈러스 수의 가변길이를 고려했을 때, 데이터 출력률은 기존 방법의 약 1.5배에 해당한다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 가변길이 고속 RSA 암호시스템은 고속 처리를 요구하는 각종 정보보호 시스템에서의 사용 가능성을 보여주었다.

T-11형 및 T-12형 파렛트 간 공용포장규격 미적용으로 인해 물류비에 미칠 수 있는 영향 (The Effect on Logistics Cost of Incompatible Packaging Sizes in T-11 and T-12 pallet systems)

  • Purpose - This is a case study aimed at finding a solution for improving the pallet loading efficiency in the process of delivering products through a transshipment using the T-11 and T-12 pallet systems. The study proposes a solution by demonstrating the case of a certain manufacturer A, who aims to reduce the logistics cost by using packaging sizes that are commonly applicable and can improve the compatibility between the T-11 pallet system, designated as the standard pallet in Korea, and the T-12 pallet system, which is commonly used in other foreign countries. The use of common sizes increases compatibility among the two systems and reduces both logistics and environmental costs. Thus, this case study calculates the quantitative benefits of applying common packaging sizes to improve the compatibility between the T-11 and T-12 pallet systems. These systems are considered to be the most important and widely used transportation systems in the global logistics industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examined manufacturer A's representative product and delivery system and assessed how manufacturer A was affected by the use of incompatible packaging sizes in the T-11 (1100 mm×1100 mm) and T-12 (1200mm×1000 mm) pallet systems, which were specified in the KS T 1002 standard. In addition, this study analyzed the impact of these packaging sizes on A's logistics cost. The TOPS program (Total Packaging System) was used to simulate pallet loading efficiency,and the main parameter studied was volume, as calculated from length, width, and height. Results - When the sizes of secondary packaging were not compatible across the T-11 and T-12 pallet systems, a reduction in loading efficiency was observed, leading to an increase in logistics cost during transshipment. Such low loading efficiencies led to a further loss of efficiency in transportation, storage and unloading. This may have a possible environmental impact with high social expenses, such as increased CO2 emissions. Hence, this study proposed that the KS T 1002 standard be amended to include 21 packaging sizes, including 7 sizes of the 600 mm×500 mm category, which are compatible with both the T-11 and T-12 pallet systems. Conclusions - This study found that the 69 standard sizes under the T-11 pallet system and the 40 standard sizes under the T-12 system in the KS T 1002 standard can be simplified and reduced to 21 mutually compatible packaging sizes, enabling logistics standardization and reducing national-level logistics costs. If the government pays attention to this study and considers the standardization of common sizes for the T-11 and T-12 pallet systems and amends the KS T 1002 standard, this study will deliver practical value to the global logistics industry, apart from being of academic significance.

Eye-Tracking Method를 이용한 메뉴구조 설계 및 평가 (Information Architecture Design Using Eye-tracking Method)

  • 디지털 컨버전스 제품은 복잡한 정보 구조로 인한 인지적 과부하로 메뉴로 부터 효과적인 정보 인출의 방해를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 인지적 과부하를 완화하기 위해서 현재까지 크게 두 가지 방법(메뉴의 폭과 깊이에 관련된 물리적 방법과 메뉴 타이틀에 관련된 어의적 방법)을 사용하여 효과적인 메뉴구조를 만들기 위하여 노력하여 왔다. 본 연구는 visual search에 수반되는 Fixation과 Fixation Duration을 사용한 또 다른 어의적 방법론을 제안하여 메뉴구조 설계 방법으로서의 효능을 입증하고자 한다. 특히, Fixation은 인간의 인지 모델에 따라 자동적으로 이루어지기 때문에 Fixation을 통해 정보 구조와 인지 모델간의 일치 여부를 파악할 수 있으므로 인지적으로 잘 설계된 메뉴 구조는 Fixation 수와 Duration이 잘못 설계된 메뉴구조보다 적다는 가설이 성립된다. 이러한 가설의 검정을 위하여 본 연구에서는 Eye-Tracking 장비를 사용하여 메뉴 수정 전 후의 Fixation 수와 Duration을 측정하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 수정 후의 Fixation 수와 Duration이 유의하게 감소됨으로서 수정 후의 메뉴구조가 수정 전보다 효과적인 메뉴구조임을 알 수 있다. 다시 말해서 본 연구에서 제안한 visual search에 수반되는 Fixation과 Fixation Duration을 사용한 메뉴구조 설계 방법론이 효과적인 방법이라는 것이 증명되었다.
