The cooperation with other work types and designing procedure in plant industry and engineering showed clear differences from general construction industries. Current problems are that design's consistency is reduced because of the false system of interface and it ultimately causes frequency changes of design and delayed submission of final book. To solve the problems, the improvements of designing procedure were studied by focusing on the field of architectural designing and the range was limited from power plant construction industry to engineering designing field. If combining GA with the field of architectural designing and receiving data previously, it's possible to conduct expectable designing on small changes in the future, so it's expected to improve greatly cooperation with interface among the work types of power plant engineering received previously from the aspect of consistency. For the application of designing tool, a checklist, interim check will be conducted if progressed by list's division in the designing procedure, not book's completing period. In the interface among the designing work types, direct confirmation and revision must be conducted. In case of 3D modeling, the reflection of input data must be conducted from the basic designing so as to solve interferences intensively.

디자인은 이미 우리 삶속에 없어서는 안 될 요소로 많은 영역에 다양한 형태로 존재한다. 다양한 디자인이 생성되면서 디자인의 가치 정립(아이덴티티)의 더욱 중요해졌고, 개발된 디자인을 바르게 사용하고 배포 관리하여 일관성을 유지하는 것도 개발만큼 중요한 일이 되었다. 국가적 차원에서 유치하여 치러진 2018 평창 동계올림픽대회 및 동계패럴림픽대회는 다양한 콘텐츠를 생성하고 운영하여 전 세계에 대한민국을 알리는 중요한 역할을 하였다. 한국적 특성을 잘 반영 할 수 있는 '한글'을 모티브로 개발된 엠블럼과 대회 룩, 대회의 정체성을 잘 드러낸 마스코트 등을 만들었다. 생성된 콘텐츠들은 사용자(후원사, 언론, 유관기관 등)의 편의성을 고려하여 디자인 가이드로 만들어져 디자인 배포 시스템(DDS)을 통하여 관리되었다. 본 연구자는 POCOG의 DDS를 운영하여 얻어진 결과를 토대로 디자인 배포 및 관리 시스템의 효용성과 가치를 판단하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 표본조사에서 흔히 말하여지는 ‘표본의 대표성’과 추정의 ‘일치성’, ‘비편향성’, ‘효율성’의 개념을 알아보았다. 표본의 대표성은 표집에 연관된 개념으로 조사모집단의 포함률 및 기초조사의 응답률, 표본섭외 과정의 승락률과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 그리고 추정의 일치성, 비편향성 및 효율성은 표집설계 및 추정량에 동시에 연관된 개념이다. 일치성 및 비편향성은 표본의 대표성을 전제로 한 개념인 반면, 효율성은 표본의 대표성을 전제로 하지 않는다. 표본의 대표성은 포함률, 응답률, 승낙률 등을 제고함으로써 높일 수 있다. 일치성은 관심변수의 일치성과 보조변수의 일치성으로 구분할 수 있으며, 잘 알려진 래킹비 가중법은 모집단 크기를 일치시키는 방법으로 보조변수의 일치성을 높이고자 하는 방법이다. 효율성은 표본의 대표성과는 직접적인 관련이 없으며, 층화표집에서 비례배정과 네이만 배정같은 표본배정, 그리고 사후층화 등은 모두 표본의 대표성이 만족된다는 전제 아래 추정의 효율성을 높이고자 하는 방법들이다.

Purpose This paper attempts to identify items for improving the usage of PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) systems and suggests ways to prioritize improvement items on the basis of importance. It also tries to find out differences in the importance of improvement items due to the company size, the industry, the job, or the PLM solution. Design/methodology/approach Through a survey from participants to a PLM System Conference, data were collected from a sample of 181 users who had the previous experience in using a PLM system. In order to figure out the differences in the importance among user groups, the F-test with the Scheffe test as a post-hoc analysis was used in case of equal variances and the Welch test with the Dunnett T3 test was used in case of unequal variances. Findings This study sorted out 25 improvement ideas according to their importance assessed by the PLM system users. The top five ideas are improving data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, and business process improvement. The support group puts higher importance than the general user group in data consistency, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, continuous support from management, hardware performance upgrade, output linkage to other systems, and shortening problem solving duration. The largest company group attaches significantly higher weights than the smallest company group to data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, security with proper access management, output linkage to other systems, and better user interface.

분석 및 설계단계의 산출물을 작성할 때는 대부분 정형화와 표준화를 따른다. 그러나 실제 시스템 개발현장에서는 단계별 산출물들의 개별적인 특성으로 인하여 모든 산출물간에는 연속적이며 자동화된 과정을 통해 산출물들이 작성될 수는 없다. 그 결과 작성된 개발 산출물간의 일관성이 유지되지 못하는 관계로 최종 산출물에서 여러 가지 문제가 야기됨을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 객체지향 방법론에 따라 개발되는 시스템에 대해 분석 및 설계단계의 산출물간 일관성을 유지하기 위한 방안을 제시하고, 이를 지원하기 위한 도구를 개발한다.

본 연구에서는 도로의 평면선형 설계일관성을 평가하기 위한 지표 및 모형을 개발하였다. 도로선형 설계 일관성은 운전자의 기대와 도로 기하구조의 일치성에 달려 있기 때문에 일관성 평가지표는 운전자의 행태특성을 잘 반영할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 고려한 새로운 평가지표의 개발과 도로 선형조건에 따른 평가지표들이 어떻게 변하는지를 파악하여 안전성을 평가하는 방안을 강구하였다. 본 연구에서는 차량간격과 속도편차를 새로운 평가지표로 제안하였다. 제안된 평가지표는 신설도로뿐만 아니라 기존도로의 선형일관성 평가로 도로의 안전성을 향상시킬 것으로 판단된다.

Many large scale discount stores try to enter the market in newly developed city areas. In order to sucessfully increase the market share, it is essential for them to understand customers' needs. In doing so, various forms of survey methods are often used and survey forms can influence respondents' decision. The main objective of this paper is to check consistency of different survey methods in terms of deriving the expected market share. In this paper, we a, pp.y two survey forms for both AHP and conjoint analyses using a randomized complete block design. Using AHP, we compare Kim's club, Carf, E-mart and Macro in terms of the following four customer attributes: parking facility, size of store, business hours, and special pricing policy. In conjoint analysis, we estimate the part-worth of each level of the customer's attribute so that one can design the best store which would optimizethe customer's attribute so that one can design the best store which would optimize the customer's utility. Empirical comparison results indicate very low consistency between the two methods. It implies the importance of verification methods of survey. We also analyze the impact of special pricing policy using a meta analysis. It turns out that older customers are a, pp.rently more sensitive to pricing policy.

Current design code states that the strength reduction factor shall be permitted to be increased linearly from that for axial compression to that for flexure as the design axial load strength $\Phi$cPn decrease from 0.1fckAg to zero. Since this empirically adopted axial load level of $\Phi$cPn=0.1fckAg considers only sectional area and concrete strength, the other variables such as steel ratio, steel yielding strength, and steel arrangement can not be considered. This research is performed to investigate the consistency and the rationality of the code requirement for determination of column design strength. A nonlinear axial force-moment-curvature analysis was conducted in order to investigate the ductility of reinforced concrete column sections. As the result of ductility analysis, it was found that the ductility at the axial force of $\Phi$cPn=0.1fckAg represented a lock of consistency for the various variable contained sections. Therefore, a more reasonable application method of strength reduction factor is proposed, that is based on the strain ductility index.

Recently, the mandate on utilizing BIM implemented by public institutions of many countries has great impact on the significantly increasing practices of BIM. The improvement of work efficiency and productivity, which is occurred by BIM adoption, depends on the consistency and accuracy of data. To maximize the benefit of BIM, the interests in BIM data quality have been enlarging all over the world. The BIM data quality pre-check, which is conducted by designer in the design phase, offers opportunities for quality improvement by continuously assessing BIM data. However, BIM quality pre-check is being conducted under arbitrary interpretation of users because of the absence of specific review factors and assessment methods for checking BIM quality. The purpose of this study is to establish an automated BIM quality pre-checking system to improve BIM design quality effectively and efficiently. It could be expected to meet the owner's requirements and to minimize the cost and time occurred additionally from revising and reproducing data by constructing consistency and accuracy of it.

전자출판 편집은 컴퓨터의 발달, 인쇄 프로세서의 단축에서 오는 편리성과 경제성, 디자인에 대해 소비자의 다양한 변화욕구 등 사회적 환경변화에 부응한 출판기술의 혁신으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 편리성과 경제성으로 인해 컴퓨터 편집은 빠른 속도로 활용되고 있으나, 정형화된 작업 환경으로 인해 독창성이나 창조성을 크게 구속시키고 있다. 특히 편리한 툴 환경은 생각하는 디자인보다는 쉽게 디자인 적 문제점을 해결하려는 사고로 일관되어 더더욱 창조적 영역을 제한시키고 있다. 연구의 결과 과거의 수 작업(手 作業)에 의한 편집디자인과의 비교에서 작업환경 및 진행과정은 빠른 속도로 진보되었다고 할 수 있으나 창조적인 독창성 면에서는 획일화를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 특히 컴퓨터 프로그램에 의한 우연의 창조는 유희적 창조성이라는 일과성으로 반복될 수 있어 아이디어 발상(發想)의 폭을 더욱 좁게 만들고 있다. 따라서 컴퓨터 활용 전 디자인의 발상 관 전개 계획이 아이디어 스케치에 의해 충분히 검토되어야 하며, 편집 디자인이 미적 조형원리를 근저로 한다고 볼 때 컴퓨터 조작 능력뿐만 아니라 편집 디자인 기초 교육이 충분히 이루어져야 한다.
