가변안내깃 설치각이 다단 축류압축기 성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Variable Guide Vane Setting Angle on the Performance of Multi-Stage Axial Compressor)

  • 일반적으로 다단 축류압축기는 부분 부하 조건에서 충분한 운전영역을 확보하기 위해 가변안내깃을 이용한다. 본 연구에서의 해석대상인 다단 축류압축기는 입구에서의 안내깃과 함께 1단과 2단 정익을 가변안내깃으로 하여 운전영역을 확보한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정격회전수의 70%와 90% 회전수 조건에서의 가변안내깃의 설치각이 다단 축류압축기의 성능에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 다단 축류압축기의 성능은 3차원 정상상태 및 비정상상태 수치해석을 이용하여 확보하였다. 각 해석기법을 통해 확보한 결과를 비교하였으며 내부유동장의 특성을 파악하였다.

  • The IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is a power semiconductor device that has gained acceptance among circuit design engineers for motor drive and power converter applications. IGBT devices(International Rectifier, Proposed proposed model etc) have the best features of both power MOSFETs and power bipolar transistors, i.e., efficient voltage gate drive requirememts and high current density capability. When designing circuit and systems that utilize IGBTs or other power semiconductor devices, circuit simulations are needed to examine how the devices affect the behavior of the circuit. The interaction of the IGBT with the load circuit can be described using the device model and the state equation of the load circuit. The voltage rise rate at turn-off for inductive loads varies significantly for IGBTs with different base life times, and this rate of rise is important in determing the voltage overshoot for a given series resistor-inductor load circuit. Excessive voltage overshoot is potentially destructive, so a snubber protection circuit may be required. The protection circuit requirements are unique for the IGBT and can be examined using the model. The IGBT model in this paper is verified by comparing the results of the model with experimented results for various circuit operating conditions. The model performs well and describes experimented results accurately for the range of static and dynamic condition in which the device is intended to be operated.

블레이드 하중이 축류형 팬에서의 팁 누설 유동구조에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Blade Loading on the Structure of Tip Leakage Flow in a Forward-Swept Axial-Flow Fan)

  • An experimental analysis using three-dimensional laser Doppler velocimetry(LDV) measurement and computational analysis using the Reynolds stress model in FLUENT are conducted to give a clear understanding of the effect of blade loading on the structure of tip leakage flow in a forward-swept axial-flow fan operating at the maximum efficiency condition ($\Phi$=0.25) and two off-design conditions ($\Phi$=0.21 and 0.30). As the blade loading increases, the onset position of the rolling-up of tip leakage flow moves upstream and the trajectory of tip leakage vortex center is more inclined toward the circumferential direction. Because the casing boundary layer becomes thicker and the mixing between the through-flow and the leakage jet with the different flow direction is enforced, the streamwise vorticity decays more fast with the blade loading increasing. A distinct tip leakage vortex is observed downstream of the blade trailing edge at $\Phi$=0.30, but it is not observed at $\Phi$=0.21 and 0.25.

실리콘 나노 와이어 기반의 무접합 MOSFET의 최적 설계 및 기본적인 고주파 특성 분석 (Optimum Design of Junctionless MOSFET Based on Silicon Nanowire Structure and Analysis on Basic RF Characteristics)

  • 기존의 n-type metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor(NMOSFET)은 $n^+/p^{(+)}/n^+$ type의 이온 주입을 통하여 소스/채널/드레인 영역을 형성하게 된다. 30 nm 이하의 채널 길이를 갖는 초미세 소자를 제작함에 있어서 설계한 유효 채널 길이를 정확하게 얻기 위해서는 주입된 이온들을 완전히 activation하여 전류 수준을 향상시키면서도 diffusion을 최소화하기 위해 낮은 thermal budget을 갖도록 공정을 설계해야 한다. 실제 공정에서의 process margin을 완화할 수 있도록 오히려 p-type 채널을 형성하져 않으면서도 기존의 NMOSFET의 동작을 온전히 구현할 수 있는 junctionless(JL) MOSFET이 연구중이다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 소자 시뮬레이션을 통하여 silicon nanowire(SNW) 구조에 접목시킨 JL MOSFET을 최적 설계하고 그러한 조건의 소자에 대하여 conductance, maximum oscillation frequency($f_{max}$), current gain cut-off frequency($f_T$) 등의 기본적인 고주파 특성을 분석한다. 채널 길이는 30 nm이며 설계 변수는 채널 도핑 농도와 채널 SNW의 반지름이다. 최적 설계된 JL SNW NMOSFET에 대하여 동작 조건($V_{GS}$ = $V_{DS}$ = 1.0 V)에서 각각 367.5 GHz, 602.5 GHz의 $f_T$, $f_{max}$를 얻을 수 있었다.

하이브리드 전기추진시스템 구축을 위한 SEIG의 출력 특성 분석 (Behavior Analysis of a Self Excited Induction Generator with Various Loads for a Hybrid Electric Propulsion System)

  • This paper analyzes the output characteristics of a self excited induction generator with isolated mode according to change of its speeds and loads for building a hybrid electric propulsion system in special purpose ships by using power take off. The induction generators are being considered as an alternative choice to the well-developed generators because of their lower unit cost, inherent ruggedness, operational and maintenance simplicity. However, the generator working by stand alone has a few problems that the reactive power is required to establish the air gap magnetic flux, and the induced voltage and magnetizing current fluctuate when the load is varied. In spite of its advantages, basic design data of the capacitor bank and behaviors of the output characteristics of the generator are not sufficient for the system. Based on the operating condition(speed range of main engine) of the target boat, a reduced experimental equipment system was constructed to analyze the output characteristics of the SEIG. And a suitable capacitor bank of a stand-alone generator and its output characteristics under various loads was investigated in detail through these experiments. According to the experimental result, it was confirmed that the capacitor bank should be $70{\mu}F{\sim}100{\mu}F$, and the proper SEIG induced voltage should be DC 80 V ~ 250 V in order to storage electrical energy into a battery.

압축기 정익, 터빈 노즐 가변 메카니즘 및 제어기법 연구 (Study on Variable Systems for Compressor and Turbine and its Control Scheme)

  • 아음속에서 초음속까지 운용되어야 하는 초음속 터빈엔진의 경우, 엔진 운용 공기량이 범위가 넓고 추력 및 연료소모율 등의 엔진 성능에 대해 요구조건이 높으므로 가변시스템 및 이를 제어하기 위한 최적의 제어로직 개발이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 압축기 가변 시스템이 적용된 가스터빈 성능해석 모델 및 제어기법을 개발하였다. 그리고 터빈 노즐 가변에 따른 엔진 운용 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 가변 시스템을 구동하는 액추에이터에 대한 개념 설계를 수행 하였다. 저바이패스비 혼합흐름 터보팬 엔진에 대한 탈설계점에서의 성능해석을 수행하였으며, 제어기법을 적용하여 탈설계점에서의 서지마진을 확보할 수 있었다.

FMOLS 모형을 이용한 상업은행 수익성에 대한 연구 : 금리 시장화의 시각에서 (A Study on the Profitability of the Commercial Bank in Terms of Interest Rate Marketization : Based on FMOLS Model)

  • Purpose - As an important participant in the financial markets, the commercial bank will be impacted by the interest rate marketization. Owing to the special condition of China, this paper tries to explore the impact of operating mechanisms between interest rate marketization and the profitability of the commercial Bank. Research design, data and methodology - This paper applies time series data from 2005 to 2016. Due to the short period of time series, autocorrelation often occurs. Therefore, the fully modified least squares(FMOLS) will be used to conduct an empirical analysis. The reason is that it can move off the autocorrelation between variables and disturbance term. And FMOLS also can make estimated cointegrating parameters closed to normal distribution. More importantly, in order to avoid spurious regressions, the Augmented Dickey-Fuller Test will be used to verify the stationarity of all variables. The total return of asset is treated as the profitability of commercial bank. The net interest spread is treated as a measurement of interest rate marketization. Both are regarded as dependent variables. The non-interest income or gross revenues and impaired loans or gross loans are treated as independent variables. The sixteen representative listed commercial banks are divided into three categories (state-owned, share-holding and city-owned) to conduct an estimation. Results - Via empirical analysis, the findings show that the net interest spread has a positive effect on the profitability of the commercial bank. More specifically, 1% increase in the net interest spread will lead 0.157% increase in the profitability of state-owned commercial bank, 0.269% increase in the profitability of share-holding commercial bank and 0.263% increase in the profitability of city-owned commercial bank. If regarding the sixteen listed commercial city as a whole, 1% increase in the net interest spread will lead 0.267% increase in the profitability of the commercial bank. Conclusions - As the interest rate marketization, the importance of interest rate on the profitability of commercial bank has become more and more significant. The empirical evidences also prove that the net interest spread can bring about the change of the commercial bank's profitability. Therefore, policy-makers of commercial banks should fully understand the operating mechanism between them.
