STEAM 교육을 위한 기초 회로 시스템 설계와 제어 방법 (Design and Control of a Basic Circuit System for STEAM Education)

  • STEAM 과학예술융합교육에서 가장 중요한 것은 과학기술에 대한 학생들의 흥미와 이해를 높이는 일이다. 본 논문에서는 STEAM 융합 교육에 적용할 수 있는 기초 회로 시스템 설계와 제어 방법을 제안한다. 브레드 보드를 이용한 회로 시스템 설계 실습은 국내 교육과정의 고등학교 및 대학교 수준의 해당 학과에서 필수 교육과정으로 지정하고 있다. 하지만 실제 실습에는 회로 시스템 설계와 제어 방법을 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 STEAM 융합 형태의 구현 예제가 부족하다. 따라서, 미디어 아트 형태의 회로 시스템을 구현하고 제어하는 방법을 제안하고 시험하였다.

신문 활용을 통한(NIE) 환경교육이 간호대학생의 환경의식과 환경실천행위에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of an Environmental Education with Newspaper in Education(NIE) on the Environmental Concern and Practice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an environmental education program using newspaper articles in education (NIE) and to evaluate changes in concern and practice for environmental protection after NIE. Methods: The design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants were university students in nursing, of which 31 were assigned to the experimental group and 43 to the control group. The education was carried out for 2 hr, once a week for 7 weeks. Data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 14 program, and included $x^2$ test, independent t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA. Results: NIE showed significant differences in the changes of attitude toward environment (F=4.461, p=.036). Conclusion: Findings suggest that this NIE in environmental education was effective in changing students' attitudes toward the environment. Therefore this NIE is recommended for inclusion in education for university students in nursing.

보건학 전공 대학생 대상 금연교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of Smoking Cessation Education Program for University Students Majoring in Health Sciences)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop a smoking cessation education program and to provide basic data for evaluating program for university students majoring in health sciences. Methods: The education program was developed based on the instructional system design model(ADDIE), that was based on literature review, brainstorming, and interviews of related experts. Education program was implemented for 2 sessions of 3 hours to the 82 university students majoring in health science. Knowledge, competency, and self-efficacy for performance of smoking cessation were analyzed. One group pre- & post-test design was used for evaluation of this program. Results: In the analysis stage, a total of 5 duties, 16 tasks, and 55 task elements were derived. In the design and development stage, based on job analysis, education program contents were composed of understanding tobacco, planning and implementation of smoking cessation program, smoking cessation counseling and drug treatment. After this education program, students achieved remarkable improvement in increasing knowledge, competency, and self-efficacy for smoking cessation counselling and program. Conclusions: It is needed to be included the smoking cessation education in department related to health science regular course.

초등수학교육 연구동향 - 최근 5년간 게재된 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로 - (Research Trends in Elementary Mathematics Education: Focused on the Papers Published in Domestic Journals During the Recent 5 Years)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of elementary mathematics education with regard to the topics, methods, subjects, and mathematical contents of such research. For this purpose, the papers published in domestic journals during the recent 5 years (2004-2009) were analyzed. A total of 383 papers from 8 professional journals were analyzed with the 4 criteria. First, the frequent research topics included instructional design and methods, learners' perspectives and abilities, and analysis of curriculum and textbooks in order. Second, qualitative research methodology was used twice as many as quantitative one. Whereas a survey was the most frequent quantitative research method, content analysis and case study were for qualitative methods. Third, research subjects included mainly typical students, specifically fifth and sixth graders. Papers dealing with lower graders or low-achievers as well as pre-service teachers were rare. Lastly, whereas the research on geometry as well as number and operations was active, that of measurement as well as probability and statistics was not. On the basis of these results, this paper includes several implications for the future research direction in elementary mathematics education.

BIM도구를 이용한 건축설계 교육방법 연구 (The Study of Architectural Design Education method on BIM tools)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose an integrated curriculum for architectural studio in university to implement BIM process. There have been several BIM education methods occurred in school, but most of them are not successive courses but independent events. To integrate BIM into architectural curriculum successfully, it needs continuous and gradual approach. This study is proceeded by the research of precedent and analysis of key factors in foreign school program. Also fundamental objectives of the current domestic architectural curriculum are categorized to match the BIM process and functionality. As a result of this study, the new architectural design education process integrated with milestone of BIM tool is proposed.

의료시스템과학에서의 시스템사고 교육을 위한 교수설계 (Instructional Design for Systems Thinking Education in Health Systems Science)

  • Systems thinking, a linking domain of health systems science (HSS), is an approach that investigates specific problems from a holistic perspective. It supports improving patients' health, fulfilling their health needs, and anticipating issues that threaten patient safety within the healthcare system. It also helps solve problems through critical thinking and ref lection. This study aimed to develop an curriculum on systems thinking, explore the effectiveness of the course, and investigate the applicability of HSS education at individual universities. In this study, the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model was utilized to design, develop, implement, and evaluate an elective course on systems thinking. In the design process, learning outcomes and goals were developed, and educational content, teaching-learning methods, and student evaluation methods were linked. In the development process, class materials and evaluation materials were prepared. In the implementation process, the course was implemented, and the evaluation process analyzed the results of learning performance and curriculum assessments. The evaluation found the following results. First, the students in the study realized the importance of systems thinking and experienced the need for systems thinking through non-medical and medical situations. Second, the students were very satisfied with the learning activities in the course (mean=4.84), and the results of the self-competence evaluation, conducted before and after the course, also showed a significant improvement. This study confirmed the effectiveness of the elective course, and its results can serve as a reference for developing an HSS curriculum.

이해중심 교육과정과 맞춤형 수업의 적용을 통한 초등학교 통합학급의 음악과 수업 방안 연구 (Teaching Methods of Inclusive Music Classes at Elementary Schools Based on Application of Understanding by Design and Differentiated Instruction)

  • 본 연구는 이해중심 교육과정과 맞춤형 수업을 적용하여 초등학교 통합학급에서의 음악과 수업 방안을 제시하고, 통합교육의 실현 가능성을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 백워드 설계 템플릿 2.0 버전을 바탕으로 초등학교 3·4학년 통합학급의 음악과 단원을 개발하였고, 지적장애 학생을 대상으로 한 맞춤형 수업의 예시를 제시하였다. '바라는 결과 확인하기', '수용 가능한 증거 결정하기', '학습 경험 계획하기'의 3단계로 구성하였으며, 각 단계별로 특수교육대상학생을 고려한 맞춤형 수업의 요소를 제시하였다. 1단계에서는 교육과정의 성취기준을 분석하여 목표와 본질적 질문을 제시하였다. 2단계에서는 GRASPS 기법을 활용하여 수행과제를 개발하고, 그에 따른 루브릭과 다른 증거 자료를 제시하였다. 학생의 준비도, 흥미, 학습 유형에 따른 다양한 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 3단계에서는 WHERETO 모형을 활용하여 7차시의 학습을 계획하였다. 또한 교실의 요소를 유연하게 사용하여 지적장애 학생을 위한 맞춤형 수업의 예시를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 모든 학생의 이해를 강조하는 이해중심 교육과정과 학생의 다양성을 배려하는 맞춤형 수업을 상호보완적으로 연계하여 통합교육의 방법으로 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합교육의 실현을 위한 음악교육 설계 및 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어져야 한다.

성인소비자 대상의 온라인 소비자교육프로그램 개발 및 평가 -소비자주의영역을 중심으로- (A Development and Evaluation of an On-line Consumer Education Program for Adults in Consumerism - Focused on consumerism -)

  • Most consumers have experienced unexpected consumer problems in the new consumption environment. Accordingly consumer education is very important to prevent consumer problems in advance. Adult consumers don't have many chances to take consumer education with various reasons though they are in a core position in the economy. This study developed an on-line consumer education program for adults in consumerism in the website, www.bestmaker.com/cw. The contents of consumerism were divided into five subfields such as consumer rights, responsibility and roles; consumer law; consumer participation; consumer protection; on-line survey. The on-line consumer education program was given to 164 adult consumers who could use internet, and the contents and the methods of the consumer education were evaluated by the same consumers with an on-line survey. The results of the survey show that those in 30's through 40's and with higher education are more satisfied with the contents and the methods of the on-line consumer education. This study implies that the contents, the methods, and the design of an on-line consumer education need to be consistent each other and well organized altogether.

BIM을 이용한 건축디자인 교육의 실험연구 (The Experiment of Architectural Design Education by means of BIM)

  • Results of experiments conducted in university-based design studio suggests that Building information Modeling invites the adoption of a dramatically different design process, traditional design process and BIM-aided design process. Experiment method is used the actual experiment by students. In contrast to traditional design process rooted in successive refinement of abstractions and dependence on tacit knowledge, the studio BIM-aided design process depends on a complete and comprehensive date base and alterative solutions by complete analysis for helping choice of finial result. BIM viewed as provocateur of design education provides great potential for the critical analysis of how architectural design is taught. The results reflect new ways of teaching and addressing BIM methods and process in the design studio project.

  • 21세기는 정보화 사회가 지향하는 전문 산업인력 양성에 대비하기 위하여 정보통신의 목적에 기반을 둔 반도체 설계 교육시스템의 개발이 필수적이다. 이를 위한 전자, 정보통신 분야의 전문기술 습득을 위하여, 마이크로로봇을 적용한 전공 모듈식 창업교육 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 개발된 교육 시스템은 마이크로 로봇과 관련되 세부전공 모듈식 수업으로부터 마이크로 로봇에 적용한 정보통신 교육시스템에 이르기까지 셀제현장에서 적용할 수 있는 현장감 있는 시스템 설계능력을 배양 할 수 있다. 또한 사회에서 필요로 하는 산업체 주문형 기술인력을 양성하고, 산업현장에서 적용되는 시스템을 해석하고 설계에 이르는 반도체 설계의 창업교육 과정까지 이해할 수 있는 산업체 주문형 중견기술의 양성을 위한 새로운 교육프로그램의 개발로 확대되리라 기대한다.
