직관적 및 체계적 자유연상기법이 개념설계과정에서 고등학생 집단의 창의성 향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Intuitive Free Association and Systematic Free Association on the Creativity of High School Students Group in the Conceptual Design Process)

  • 본 연구는 직관적 자유연상기법과 체계적 자유연상기법이 개념설계과정에서 고등학생 집단의 창의성에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것으로서, 첫 번째는 직관적 자유연상기법이 개념설계과정에서 고등학생 집단의 창의성에 미치는 효과를 구명하는 것이고 두 번째는 체계적 자유연상기법이 개념설계과정에서 고등학생 집단의 창의성에 미치는 효과를 구명하는 것이며 세 번째는 직관적 자유연상기법과 체계적 자유연상기법이 개념설계과정에서 고등학생 집단의 창의성에 미치는 효과의 차이를 비교하여 창의성 증진에 각 기법이 미치는 효과의 차이를 통계적으로 비교 구명하는 것이다. 실험설계는 이질통제집단 사전 사후검사 설계로서 인천광역시의 OO고등학교 1학년 6개 학급 172명을 대상으로 실험집단A, 실험집단B를 구성하였다. 이 연구에 사용된 '개념설계 문제' 와 '창의성 표현 검사지 A', '창의성 표현 검사지 B', 그리고 '창의성 평가 척도' 는 다양한 문헌과 전문가의 타당성을 거쳐 연구자가 개발한 것으로 평가자간 상관계수를 통하여 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직관적 자유연상기법이 고등학생 집단의 '창의성'과 하위요인인 '독창성', '유용성', '정교성', '유창성'을 증진시키는 매우 효과적인 기법임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 체계적 자유연상기법이 고등학생 집단의 '창의성'과 하위요인인 '독창성', '유용성', '정교성', '유창성'을 증진시키는 매우 효과적인 기법임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 고등학생 집단의 개념설계에 있어서 창의성의 하위요인인 '유용성'의 증진에 있어서는 체계적 자유연상기법이 직관적 자유연상기법보다 더 효과적인 기법임이 증명되었다.

A Study on the Moderating Effect that Value Congruence Influences Organizational Performance

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between individual creativity and its related variables to observe how individual creativity contributes to organizational performance. In addition, this study strived to explore how to maximize the utilization of individual creativity and innovate the structure of the organization itself so that teams and organizations can respond more effectively to new rising trends. this study aimed to examine whether the value congruence between individuals and organizations (propensity congruence, goal congruence has a significant impact on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior as dependent variables by exerting individual creativity and synergy as independent variables. Research design, data and methodology - SPSS 24.0 program were used to analyze the data. Descriptive Statistics and correlation analysis were performed, and the reliability factor (Cronbach's α) was calculated. Afterwards, we analyzed the moderating effects of structural equation model analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The number of samples used in the study were 309 copies. Results - First, Individual creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that decision-making processes fused with individual creativity could create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and transform the organization. Second, value congruence adjusted the influence of individual creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value and secure the pool of creative talents who will be a potential future basic source of organizational success and competitive advantage. Second, managers should be able to identify those with creative talents and expertise, and use them to increase their knowledge sharing performance, while also developing emotional and motivational creativity. Third, in order improve knowledge sharing performance, managers should pay attention to the emotional aspect of creativity. Fourth, managers should strive to create an environment that is beneficial for the reinforcement of individual self-management capabilities. Fifth, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative thinking, opinions, or solutions. Sixth, managers should promote the dissemination and integration of new knowledge based on the creative views and attitudes of team members.

디지털 시대의 창조성 개발과 디자인 (Creativity Development and Design in Digital Era)

  • 창의와 창조는 그 용례를 볼 때 큰 의미 구분 없이 사용되는 것이 일반적인 경향이다. 하지만 창의는 발상을, 창조는 과정을 의미하는 것으로서, 창의는 직관적인 것을 중시하는 반면 창조는 논리와 직관이 모두 중요한 요소이다. 직관은 그 과정을 알기 어렵고 직관이 일어나기 쉬운 조건을 형성하는 것으로 알려져 있는 반면 논리는 명확하다. 그로부터 창조를 제대로 알 수 없는 미지의 것으로 취급하고, 자신과 거리를 두는 일반적인 관행에서 벗어날 수 있는 근거를 발견할 수 있다. 창조의 과정은 일반적인 문제해결과정과 같은 개념으로 볼 수 있으며 그 핵심에 디자인이 존재한다. 디자이너는 문제해결과정을 학습하고 많은 프로젝트를 통하여 그 실행방법을 체득하기 때문에 디자이너를 창조자라 불러도 무방할 것이다. 현재 일반인은 물론 디자이너들까지 디자인을 형상 만들기로 보는 디자인 인식은 소프트웨어라는 강력한 도구가 등장하고 복제가 자연스러운 것이 되어버린 디지털 시대에서 더 이상 의미를 가지지 못한다. 이제 디자인은 디자인 본연의 '개념화', '촉매작용', '시각화'의 3가지 능력을 바탕으로 '창조의 방법론'으로 자리잡아야 한다.

The Effects of Job Characteristics on the Team Creativity of Distribution Companies: Moderating Effects of Transformational Leadership

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between job characteristics and creativity. The role of transformational leadership is also examined. To identify the relationship between core team job characteristics and transformational leadership, an empirical survey was conducted through surveys of domestic distribution companies. Among the collected questionnaires, missing and insincere responses were excluded and 636 individuals of 107 teams were used for the SPSS 18 analysis. It was found that job meaningfulness was positively related to team creativity and transformational leadership also had a significant effect. Task feedback was shown to be an important factor on the motivation to perform tasks successfully. In the case of transformational leadership, this leadership style helped individuals overcome fear by providing support, sympathy, and consideration to create novel ideas. But, its effects were different on team creativity when it interacted with core job characteristics. Departments where creativity is highly emphasized within an organization are able to design job characteristics which fit the task at hand. Moreover, transformational leadership brings about different effects on team creativity when it interacts with job characteristics. The findings of this study suggest that organizations should consider characteristics of tasks and individuals as well when conducting education and training.

예비 창업자의 정서지능이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향: 개인창의성 매개 효과 (Effect of Prospective Entrepreneur's Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship: Mediating Effect of Personal Creativity)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study analyzes the effect of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurship mediated by personal creativity, and an effective. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was administered to approximately 141 students. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS statistical package. Findings - First, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on personal creativity. Second, Personal creativity was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Specifically, personal creativity mediated the relationship between emotional expression intelligence and entrepreneurship, but did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship and the facilitation of cognitive intelligence. Lastly, prospective entrepreneur's emotional intelligence is seen to have a positive effect on entrepreneurship, and personal creativity plays a role in mediating between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Therefore, supplementary measures are needed to place more importance on emotional intelligence in entrepreneurship education related to starting a business, which had not been appropriately addressed until now. Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that policies are needed to develop entrepreneurship skills in those who are interested in starting a business, and that follow-up studies on entrepreneurship are needed.

뉴로피드백 훈련이 간호대학생의 창의성 증진에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Neurofeedback Training on Developing Creativity in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a neurofeedback training on developing creativity in nursing students. Method : A nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design was used. A convenience sample of 36 students from the Department of Nursing, at D University were assigned to experimental(n=18) and control(n=18) groups. The intervention program was Neurofeedback training for 6 weeks, 3 times a week. Outcome variables were fluency, flexibility, originality, and creativity overall. Result : Neurofeedback training was effective in enhancing flexibility and creativity overall, but was not effective in enhancing fluency and originality. Conclusion : Neurofeedback training may be a useful intervention to promote creativity of nursing students.

Transformational Leadership and Consequences: The Role of Organizational Identification

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is to test the impact of transformational leadership on subordinates' performance (job performance and creativity) in Chinese companies. In addition, it intends to verify the mediating effect of subordinates' organizational identification on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To this end, a survey was conducted on the members of Chinese companies. Out of 400 returned responses to the final questionnaire, 349 were used for analysis after excluding invalid responses. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24. Result - The analysis results are as follows. First, transformational leadership has a direct effect on subordinates' job performance and creativity. Second, transformational leadership was found to increase subordinates' organizational identification. Third, the mediating effect of organizational identification was verified in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance (job performance and creativity). Conclusion -This study analyzed the effect of the transformational leadership on subordinate's job performance and creativity amid the deepening of China's market economy policies after economic opening. The study expands the related studies.

건설 설계VE의 효율적 문제해결 아이디어 도출을 위한 비즈니스 창의성 코드(BCC) 활용방안 (Efficient Problem-Solving Idea Generation in the Design Phase VE of Construction Projects using Business Creativity Codes(BCC))

  • 변화와 혁신의 가속화로 산업과 비즈니스에 대한 창의적 접근에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으나 공공의 영향을 받는 건설산업은 상대적으로 이러한 창의적 접근에 대한 연구가 미비하다. 설계VE 역시 효율성 증대를 위한 창의적 접근에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 기법제안에 그친 경우가 많아, 실무적용 가능성에 대한 실증적 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 새로운 아이디어 창출 방법으로 BCC(Business Creativity Codes)사고체계를 소개하고, 이를 반영한 개선된 설계VE 아이디어 창출 프로세스를 제시하였다. 또한, 실무 종사자를 대상으로 BCC의 11가지 창의코드를 활용한 VE모델 분류실습과 설문 및 집단면접 등을 통해 BCC사고 체계의 유용성과 활용 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • This study is aimed to be helpful a developing process for Apparel design and to investigate Idea abduction for Apparel Design which applied to the Morphological Method one of the Methods of Creativity which the creative technologists studied. The result of this study were as follows : 1. The Morphological Method which is one of the Methods of Creativity could be applied to Idea abduction for Apparel Design by CAD system. 2. This study developed a program for CAD system which could use the design process for Apparel Design applied to the Morphological Method 3. In the consequence of the program which could use the design developing process of Morphological Method, and trying to test with the selection of the essential variables about Jacket, Skirt, One-piece, Blouse, it is found that many design for Apparel Design could be producted in a short time, so that the conclusion have been made as a result that the Method could be a great help to design a variable sillouette for Apparel Design.

1990년대 후반 패션디자인에 반영된 예술의상의 창의성 (The Creativity of Art to Wear reflected on fashion Design in the late 1990s)

  • The purpose of the present study was to improve the artistic qualities in the future fashion design by investigating how the art to wear was applied to the inspiration in the modern fashion design in the late 1990s. For this purpose the present paper examined characteristics in art to wear and their impact on modern fashion design in the late 1990s. Distinguished from the traditional costume, art to wear disregarded a fixed concept on design elements such as the socio-cultural images, materials, and forms. The artists in art to wear freely expressed their "selves" and their individuality to their works in a variety of ways. In fashion design in the late 1990s the creative characteristics of art to wear were reflected in four ways: (1) eco-look, (2) humor, (3) deformation, (4) materials. The present study suggests that the creativity of the art to wear can establish the potentials and possibility in modern fashion design, and art to wear can be a crucial mediator in opening art into the real world.
