The purpose of this study is to inquire into the necessity and problem of the study on beauty aesthetics, and the direction and method of its study theoretically by applying the concept of aesthetics to the beauty art as an attempt to build up aesthetic concepts of beauty art. As results of inquiry, the study on beauty aesthetics is essential for the adaptation to demands for the creativity of beauty art. As for problem of study on beauty aesthetics, it is necessary to conduct an aggregate study at various angles since the aesthetic value of beauty art (hairstyle) is realized by interaction of the social cultural value or practical value and pure artistic value, and the unique cosmetic beauty of any era or nation group individual is created on the basis of hair designers and individual spirit, emotion and taste, etc. and its perceptual aesthetic enjoyment is accomplished variously. As for the direction and method of study on beauty aesthetics, the quest with abstract speculative self-examination into the beauty having its subjective meaning must be accomplished. This thesis would like to contribute to the building up of beauty industry field as beauty arts based on the aesthetics by successive coming forward of personnel for beauty who combine the aesthetic abilities meeting the diversified requirements of modern society and by improving the recognition of persons recognizing the beauty industry field as a technical field only.

The purpose of this project is to greatly elevate the image of a high-technology wireless communication company by improving its office space environment through remodeling techniques. In order to accomplish this goal, the design concept was established in the direction of harmonious beauty with maximized functionality and aesthetics. Specifically, an efficient traffic line was planned in consideration of the connectivity between mutual spaces, and smooth yet strong formal aesthetics was given to such things as planes, frontal surfaces, and ceiling design, so as to do away with the existing authoritarian atmosphere and create an image of a futuristic company.

산업화와 동반한 환경문제가 세계적으로 대두되면서 특히 우리나라에서는 태양에너지와 풍력에너지가 실용화 단계에 접어들었다. 또한 태양전지를 활용한 심미성 향상에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지는 가운데 BIPV, CIGS등 투과가 가능한 태양전지 개발, 유연성과 색감을 가지고 있는 태양전지 개발이 그 예시이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 태양전지 개발 및 태양전지 기반의 공공시설물 설치 상승세에 발맞춰 심미성 향상을 위한 CIGS 태양전지를 활용한 공공시설물 디자인 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 태양전지에 관한 문헌조사와 태양전지를 활용한 공공시설물 사례조사를 통해 태양전지 적용의 적합성을 높이기 위한 구성요소를 도출했다. 그 다음 공공시설물 가이드라인 선행연구를 통해 평가원칙 정립과 디자인 가이드라인 초안을 작성했다. 이를 전문가 집단을 대상으로 3차례의 델파이조사를 실시하여 타당성을 검증했으며 최종적으로 공공디자인 심미성 향상을 위한 태양전지 적용 방안 디자인 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 향후 태양전지를 활용한 공공시설물의 접근성 및 인지성, 사용성, 형태 및 심미성, 지속가능성 및 에너지효율성, 도시경관과의 연속성 개선을 통한 심미성 향상의 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

A desire to lightness of architecture has continued from the past to today. As Paul Virilio mentioned "The aesthetics of disappearance starts from a desire", the desire of architecture to lightness assumes the connection to hidden dimension of everything over the freedom of materials when it is related to the aesthetics of disappearance. This study assumes that the lightness of an architecture today can be interpreted by means of the aesthetics of disappearance. The lightness of an architecture is a concept for the potential possibility of an architecture. Therefore, it is to analyze the relationship by connecting the features of the lightness which is obtained from the examples of the Cartier foundation of Jean Nouvel and Seattle central library of Rem Koolhaas to the aesthetics of disappearance, that is, the disappearance of the materials, disappearance of the subjects, disappearance of the meaning and disappearance of physical. Based on these, it is also to prove the influence of the aesthetic of disappearance on the architecture as a social phenomenon of technology today.

본 연구의 목적은 앞으로 지속될 전통도구의 미적 체험에 관한 새로운 인식을 체계화하는데 있다. 아름다움의 이상을 실현하기 위한 노력은 시대와 사회를 막론하고 끊임없이 다양한 형태로 표출되었다. 서로 다른 문화권에서 각기 다른 언어가 사용되듯이 도구 또한 고유한 형태언어를 갖는다. 시각적 의사소통을 전제하는 도구의 형태언어 또한 고유한 어휘와 문법을 갖는다. 우리는 종종 언어의 코드가 일치하지 않는 상황에서 타 문화권의 사고방식과 행동특성을 충분히 이해하는데 어려움을 느끼는 것 처럼 이해의 상황이 준비되지 않고는 진실한 미적 체험에 도달할 수 없다. 도구형태의 미적 가치를 올바로 인식하기 위해서는 도구의 탄생과 진화를 추진해 온 상황과의 역학관계를 인식하여야 한다. 어느 문화권이나 시대를 막론하고 그들이 설정한 에토스에 가장 진실하게 접근하고 그것을 가장 진실하게 표출해 온 도구들은 오랫동안 우리에게 사랑을 받고 보존되어 왔다. 그것은 아름다움을 추구하는 여성의 의복이나 장신구와 같은 미적 대상 뿐 아니라 언어와 같이 그들의 공동체의식을 가장 잘 표현하고 전달할 수 있는 것이라면 시대와 정신이 바뀌어도 변함없는 가치를 발휘할 것이다.

Sensitivity has become more important in relation to design in a changing social environment and atmosphere. In the West, the concept of aesthetics has long been established but in the East, only in the seventeenth and eighteenth century China the discussion had begun. In Korea where the first scholarly discussion on aesthetics had begun around 1929, more and more rigorous and theoretical discussions emerge nowadays. Korean beauty consists of unplanned Beauty and unplanned planned Beauty. Japanese beauty consists of the beauty of half-articulation and the beauty of articulation. While both Korea and Japan base their sense of beauty on nature, Korea emphasizes the nature as it is and Japan values the artful decorative elements. In modern Korean fashion, the characteristic Korean aesthetics of unplanned Beauty appears in the various expressive techniques such as the movement with natural gathering, the use of natural materials like cotton, the harmonization of black and white, and simplified silhouette. Also, there are plays on balance and proportion using straight and curves lines and variegated colors and creative printing, intentional asymmetry, and destrution.

The purpose of this study was to investigate trend of articles on men's fashion in Korea as seen through clothing-related academic journals from 1990 to 2009. For a total of 478 research papers on men's fashion published in 18 clothing-specialized learned society journals, which are KCI-cited journals or candidates thereof The results were as follows: First, With respect to the number of papers on men's fashion from 1990 to 2009, that of the 2000s rapidly increased to 5.2 times that of the 1990s. Second, The number of each area research was ranked aw follows: social psychology marketing 34.1%(163), clothing construction 32.2%(154), design aesthetics 19.7%(94), beauty 7.7%(37), history of clothing 4.8%(23), textile science 1.5%(7.7). Third, Studies on the aesthetics in men's fashion showed a steady increase from 1995, resulting in the number of papers in the 2000s being 12 times that of the 1990s. And, in the 2000s, the subjects explored in the 1990s, such as feminization of men's clothes, gender images, men's suit, etc. were deepened and expanded.

There has been current trend running through each generation. All the leading areas in the fashion, art, architect industries etc. are absorbing the needs of the mass users and getting popular and high attentions from the society. One of recent trends are the interior design utilizing the aged style of materials such as bricks, antique and vintage objets. It is applied not only for the cafeteria, movie theater, museum but the cultural space. It reflects the brand-new and Utopian interpretation of design longings for the nostalgia and the old ages. This goes back to the picturesque aesthetics in the 1980s. The term "picturesque" means "picture-like". And it originated from the Utopian vision taken from the landscape paintings of English aristocrat's trip to Europe. it mainly reflects people's longing for the nostalgia and their the happy days in the past. In recent days of bad economies, it has been found in various areas from people's desire for the prosperity in the last days. The objective of this study is to examine the up-current trend of picturesque aesthetics and see its characteristics and how it can be applied to the interior design. And the feasibility study for the necessity of the picturesque aesthetics, any spatioperceptual elements and capable space for human beings to be made for an eclectic space in the desolate modern day life.

A vocabulary for a understanding bridge has a different scope. There are the urban setting, landscape, lightness, from minimum to maximum, continuity, material, erection, motion and dynamic. Aesthetics criteria of footbridge design are movement and grace, space and experiment, symbolism, iconic, sculpture, innovation, spectacle, lighting, gemetry and wonder. New structural concepts of pedestrian bridges are presented on examples of recently built structures. The main characteristics of described structures are appropriateness, humanity, structural efficiency and aesthetics.
