효율적 치과 PACS 수가신청을 위한 업무 프로세스 개선 (Work process improvement for effective request of Denta PACS fee)

  • Recently, dental PACS construction in dental hospital is fairly general. For this reason, inspection request works of dental PACS fee with Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service are more important for the financial stability in hospital and from now on status. But several departments in dental hospital, enforce a incoherent order system so inspection request situation is full of mistakes and omissions. As a result, financial stability in hospital rapidly change for the worse, as the case stands establishment of proper order system and match system is essential to resolve the issue. Consequently, we plan to establish the proposed idealized scheme.

한국 치과기공사의 양성(養成) 및 취업실태에 관한 조사연구 (Survey of the Training and Employment Status of Dental Technicians in Korea)

  • In order to ascertain the aspects of the dental technicians training system which require improvement, and also to provide important data for use in setting up dental technicians manpower planning, our country's dental technicians training and employment status has been studied and analyzed. The objects of the survey are 1896896 dental and Social Affairs from 1965 to 1982. The results were as follows; 1. Education organs for dental technicians are education system such as health junior college and service training systems. About 965 dental technicians have come from the service training systems and 931 technicians have come from health junior college in our country. 2. Total number of employment of dental technicians employed in our country are 820, and 292 of them are engaged in Seoul, So unbalanced employment of dental technicians will be troubled in a future. 3. All registrated to government are 1,896 till 1982 and 820 of them engaged are that is, we can suppose about employment of dental technicians in a future, 3,746 dental technicians will registrate to Health and Social Administration an 1992, and 1,482 of them will be able to take their job in Korea.

일부 고등학생의 치과치료공포감 및 치과의사불신감 관련 요인 분석 (The Related Factors of Fear of Dental Treatment and Distrust for Dentists in High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors related to high school students' fear of dental treatment and distrust for dentists, analyze the relation between these factors and dental health services utilization, and then apply basis data for providing individualized dental health service. The period of the data collection was from November 1st to November 22th 2013, and the subjects were 300 of the first-year high school students in Daugu, and the final analysis data were total 280. using frequency, T-test, correlation and multiple regression analysis, the results of this study were as follows. The higher the distrust for dentist(${\beta}=0.322$) and the burden of dental visit(${\beta}=0.161$), fear of Dental treatment was increased. The larger the fear of Dental treatment and Past experienced pain level, distrust for dentist was increased. therefore, In order to decrease patients' distrust for dentists, good communication between patients and doctors, and efficient treat plans were needed. As a result, patients should have positive attitude on treat. Through early detection and early treatment of oral disease, effective dental health care services with decreasing the fear of dental care system should be provided.

지역 보건소 구강보건실 활성화를 위한 치과위생사 역할 정립에 관한 연구 (A study on the role of dental Hygienist for revitalization of Dental Health class in Community Health Center)

  • The purpose of study was to offer devices to activate the dental health class of community health center and to evaluate the present programs and to propose adequate guidelines for future public dental health program of dental health care in health center. For this study, the mail quastionnaire survey was carried out from the 116 dental hygienists who are working in community health center. Present condition and direction of public dental health service are as follows: dentist's office was 90% by area and work department. Dental health department was equipped in 91.7% of 'public health center', but 'health branch office' was 57.9%. Dental hygienist education condition of Public health center was the most frequency in 'At large city'. 'Have no entirely' of dental health education number of times was 35.8% in 3 years. That is 44.5% in supplement insturction. Most Dental hygienist's business was most 'teeth-sealant' and 'Old man false teeth prosthetic dentistry business'. Therefor, The Obstacle factors of dental health service activity were 'manpower tribe(average 3.92)', and next 'lack of understanding and support insufficiency of law(average 3.47)'. Curriculum for educational practice should be also designed for brightening the dental health service business. The most important thing for dental health service is 'expanding and improving the facilities Legal system' and next 'Opportunity enlargement and activation that can take dental hygienist's residency'.

SERVQUAL 모형으로 측정한 일부 치과의원의 서비스 질과 재이용의도 (Service Quality of Dental Institutes Measured by SERVQUAL Model and Intention to Re-visit)

  • 본 연구는 치과 의료기관에서 인구사회학적특성에 따른 치과이용목적과 6개영역간의 서비스품질을 비교하고, 의료서비스 질과 환자만족도, 재이용의도간의 상관관계를 분석하여, 재이용의도에 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 광주지역 중 남구과 북구에 소재 한 치과의원 5곳을 선정하여 해당 치과의원에서 1회 이상 진료를 받은 경험이 있는 내원환자를 대상으로 2009년 6월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 1. 대상자의 특성 중 서비스품질, 만족도, 재이용의도와의 관련이 있는 변수는 연령, 수입, 학력수준 등이었다. 2. 의료서비스에 대한 품질, 서비스 만족도, 재이용의도 간의 관련성을 살펴본 결과 6개 영역의 서비스 질을 비롯한 서비스 품질은 만족도, 재이용의도와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 3. 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 서비스질만을 포함했을 경우는 재이용의도에 서비스 질 영역 중 접근성이 유의하게 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질 영역과 만족도를 독립변수로 하여 재이용의도와의 관련성을 알아 본 결과 서비스품질의 접근성과 만족도가 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 이외에도 연령이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 치과이용 환자가 평가하는 서비스 질은 이들의 재이용의도와 관련이 있으며, 특히 접근성에 대한 서비스 품질이 유의하게 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었고, 이에 각 치과 의원의 접근성은 구강건강에 대한 전화상담, 의료정보제공, 병원 내외부의 의료전달정도가 환자만족을 높이고 재이용의도에 영향을 미친다고 의미한다. 또한 일차의료기관인 치과의원의 경쟁이 치열해지고, 선택 가능한 의료기관이 증가함에 따라 고객의 특성에 기초한 고객과 관련된 여러 자료 등을 DB화하여 관리가 필요하고, 고객의 요구사항 및 고객을 제대로 이해하고 다양한 채널을 통한 접점 의사소통을 함으로써 고객과의 관계를 설정하고 유지해 나감으로써 단골고객이 아닌 평생고객으로의 유도가 가능할 것이다.

서비스본질기반 조직의 직무만족 및 몰입에 관한 연구 : 치과병원에서 노사관계와 참여적 작업조직의 매개를 중심으로 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Commitment of Service Nature Based Organizations: Centering on Labor Relations and Mediation of High-Involvement Work Organizations in Dental Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관인 치과병원의 서비스본질이 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 최근 치과 병원이 의료에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하면서 신설과 확장을 통해 다양한 경쟁상황에 직면하고 있어 치과병원의 직무만족과 직무몰입의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있는 실정이다. 치과병원의 서비스본질은 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 이 두 요인은 치과 병원의 생존과 발전을 위해 요구되는 병원 본연의 기능뿐만 아니라 치과 병원의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 핵심 요인으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치과 병원의 서비스본질에 영향을 주는 조직만족과 조직몰입에 관한 요인들에 대하여 노사관계와 참여적 작업조직을 매개변수로 효과 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 서비스본질기반 조직에서는 직무만족이 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 과정에서 노사관계와 참여적 작업조직 없이는 성립되지 않는 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인센티브나 외적 보상에만 집중하여 직원들의 직무만족을 높이려는 기존연구 결과와 달리, 본 연구에서는 서비스본질 요소들이 반영된 내적 지원체계를 강화할 필요가 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 투입된 변수인 직무만족과 직무몰입은 치과병원의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 기초가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 향후 본 연구를 중소 치과병원이나 치과 의원들을 대상으로 범위를 확장할 필요가 있다. 또한 관계성이나 쌍방향성과 같은 서비스본질을 조직차원에서 강화하는 것이 서비스조직의 경쟁력을 강화하는 효과적인 방법임에 대해 다양한 조직을 대상으로 입증하는 연구가 필요하다.

모바일환경에서의 치과환자 구강영상 관리체계 개발 (Development of Dental Image Management System based on Mobile Computing)

  • 본 연구는 최근 들어 급속히 보급이 확산된 스마트폰을 이용하여 이를 치료실과 기공소간의 정보공유체계와 연계 활용하는 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 최근 모바일 플랫폼 기반의 개발환경을 소개하고 안드로이드 기반의 환자정보 공유체계의 주요 기능을 정의하여 이를 사용자 인터페이스의 설계를 통해 구현 하였다. 이를 실무에 적용한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 스마트폰 등 현재 이슈가 되고 있는 정보화 기반기술을 치기공계에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 2. 환자의 구강에 대한 영상촬영 시 카메라와 PC를 연결하여 전송하는 프로세스를 개선함으로서 치료 실내의 정보 활용성이 개선되었다. 3. 환자의 구강정보는 촬영 즉시 서버로 전송되므로 영상화일의 오류를 저감할 수 있었다. 4. 임상에서의 보철물 제작 시 스마트폰에 보철물 이미지를 표출한 상태로 작업함으로서 작업의 효율성이 개선되었다.

치과의료기관 내원환자의 부정적 입소문 전파에 관한 연구 (A study on the effect of negative word-of-mouth of dental clinic patients)

  • This study was done to investigate the negative word-of-mouth style and effect of communication with negative word-of-mouth from dental clinic patients. Data were collected from 223 dental clinic patients living in Seoul and GyeongGi-Do. The study was collected from October 15th to October 29th, 2007 with self-recording questionnaires. The results of this study were as follows. First of all, in the characteristic of relationships category, subject who were negative word-of-mouth was more 'persuader person' than others. The results showed that the general characteristics of subjects was effective factor of word-of-mouth. Secondly, the behavior scale which was based of negative word-of-mouth was not suitable of the satisfaction of dental clinic service. This results meant the low satisfaction of dental services haven't relation with negative word-of-mouth. Thirdly, 33% of people who have complaints spread negative word-of-mouth. Finally, the main reason of dissatisfaction was long-waiting time for dental clinic service. The results showed the adjustment of dental clinic system and staffs service will prevent negative word-of-mouth spread.

치과자동차보험 보철수가제도에 관한 치과 의료공급자의 인식도 및 적정성 방안에 관한 연구 (Recognition and adequacy of dental service providers regarding dental prosthesis covered by dental auto insurance system)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate recognition and adequacy of dental service providers regarding dental prosthodontic treatment covered by dental auto insurance system. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 320 dentists and dental hygienists in Seoul, Gyeonggido, and Incheon from February 22 to March 21, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of recognition and needs of auto insurance (4 items), and recognition of prosthodontic treatment covered by dental auto insurance system. Likert five point scale was used in the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. Cronbach's alpha was 0.856 in the study. Results: The average of recognition was 2.62 and that of adequacy of auto insurance coverage was 1.98. The reasonable price of crown treatment was from 400,000 to 500,000 Korean Won in 67.9 percent of the dentists. But 49.8 percent of the dental hygienists answered that the reasonable price of crown was 300,000 to 400,000 Korean Won. The dentists preferred to treatment fee covered by dental auto insurance. The dental hygienists had a preference to combination of dental auto insurance and medical insurance fee. Conclusions: The opinion of the dental care providers should be considered and the adequate coverage of insurance would improve the dental health care.

대학정보공시를 이용한 치위생과 주요 지표 분석 (Analysis of major indicators of department of dental hygiene in college through the university information disclosure system)

  • Objectives: This study tried to use information from the university information disclosure system as basic data to understand dental hygiene departments and search for development directions by analyzing major indicators through information disclosure data collection. Methods: Based on the information released from 2019 to 2021, 53 three-year universities with dental hygiene departments nationwide were analyzed based on data from the last three years of university alerts. Results: The indicators that the colleges with dental hygiene departments had higher averages than the overall junior colleges were: rate of levy with enrolled students within the quota, rate of faculty in full service, rate of lectures conducted by faculty in full service, employment rate, and annual scholarships per person. In the dental hygiene departments, acceptance rates of new students were 1.46-30.53 (average 10.24), admission quota was 27-160 (average 70), the number of continuing students was 39-515 (average 209), number of scholarships was 1,368,348.50 won-4,581,073.13 won (average 3,515,647.32 won) and the employment rate ranged from 57.6% to 98.9% (average 82.8%). Conclusions: In order for the departments of dental hygiene to be competitive, it is necessary for colleges to find ways to increase pride in, and satisfaction with their departments. After graduation, if the professional dental hygienist system is established and the legal role as a dental hygienist is expanded, it will be possible to move forward as a competitive department.
