학교 용수 원단위 산정 및 용수 사용량 추정 방법에 관한 연구 (Estimation of water unit factor and water demand of educational institutions)

  • The objective of this research is to provide more reliable and accurate unit factor of water amount by investigating of informations related to various educational institutions such as elementary, middle, high schools and university. In order to estimate the water demand of educational institutions, first of all, the informations such as building area, site area, total school population, and water amount of various educational institutions are investigated to estimate the water unit factor. In this research, we used the total population of students and teachers to estimate the water demand of educational institutions. The results of unit factors of this research are as follows: 1) The elementary school is $0.027983m^3/person{\cdot}day$, 2) middle school: $0.024106m^3/person{\cdot}day$, 3) high school: $0.041415m^3/person{\cdot}day$, 4) specialized high school (science high school and foreign language high school): $0.156938m^3/person{\cdot}day$ and 5) university: $0.033766m^3/person{\cdot}day$. Finally, these water amounts calculated by unit factors were compared with real water amount of educational institutions.

수요감소 요인 외생변수를 갖는 SARIMAX 모형을 이용한 관광수요 예측 (Forecasting Foreign Visitors using SARIMAX Models with the Exogenous Variable of Demand Decrease)

  • In this study, we consider the problem of forecasting the number of inbound foreigners visiting Korea. Forecasting tourism demand is an essential decision to plan related facilities and staffs, thus many studies have been carried out, mainly focusing on the number of inbound or outbound tourists. In order to forecast tourism demand, we use a seasonal ARIMA (SARIMA) model, as well as a SARIMAX model which additionally comprises an exogenous variable affecting the dependent variable, i.e., tourism demand. For constructing the forecasting model, we use a search procedure that can be used to determine the values of the orders of the SARIMA and SARIMAX. For the exogenous variable, we introduce factors that could cause the tourism demand reduction, such as the 9/11 attack, the SARS and MERS epidemic, and the deployment of THAAD. In this study, we propose a procedure, called Measuring Impact on Demand (MID), where the impact of each factor on tourism demand is measured and the value of the exogenous variable corresponding to the factor is determined based on the measurement. To show the performance of the proposed forecasting method, an empirical analysis was conducted where the monthly number of foreign visitors in 2019 were forecasted. It was shown that the proposed method can find more accurate forecasts than other benchmarks in terms of the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE).

단감의 생산요소 수요구조분석 (A Study on the Factor Demand Structure of Sweet Persimmon)

  • 본 연구는 단감농가의 생산비절감방안 모색을 위해 생산요소 수요구조를 분석했다. 2001~2013년간 농산물소득조사 원자료를 이용해 초월대수 비용함수를 추정하고 노동, 자본, 중간투입재간 가격 및 대체탄력성을 계측했다. 분석결과 생산요소 모두 가격변화에 따른 수요변화가 크지 않고 특히 비용부담이 가장 큰 노동의 가격상승에 따른 타 생산요소의 대체성이 낮아 구조적으로 단기간에 노동 수요를 줄이기는 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 이는, 생산비절감을 위해서는 노동에 비해 수요가 탄력적인 중간투입재, 특히 탄력성이 큰 비료와 기타재료비를 중심으로 비용절감이 이뤄져야함을 시사한다.

공급사슬에서 계절적 수요를 고려한 채찍효과 측도의 개발 (Quantifying the Bullwhip Effect in a Supply Chain Considering Seasonal Demand)

  • The bullwhip effect refers to the phenomenon where demand variability is amplified when one moves upward a supply chain. In this paper, we exactly quantify the bullwhip effect for cases of seasonal demand processes in a two-echelon supply chain with a single retailer and a single supplier. In most of the previous research, some measures of performance for the bullwhip effect are developed for cases of non-seasonal demand processes. The retailer performs demand forecast with a multiplicative seasonal mixed model by using the minimum mean square error forecasting technique and employs a base stock policy. With the developed bullwhip effect measure, we investigate the impact of seasonal factor on the bullwhip effect. Then, we prove that seasonal factor plays an important role on the occurrence of the bullwhip effect.

  • 계속되는 경제 성장과 고도 정보화 사회의 진전으로 전기에너지의 소비는 급격히 증가하고 있다. 특히 업무용 빌딩과 같은 전력다소비 건물에서는 전력의 효율적 이용에 의한 에너지절감은 물론 설계 단계에서의 합리적인 전기설비 설계가 요청되고 있다. 현재 우리나라의 기후 특성과 전력소비 특성을 고려한 합리적인 전기설비 설계를 위한 기초 자료가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 업무용 빌딩의 전력소비특성을 조사하여 변전시설용량의 합리적 설계를 위한 수용률/부등률 적용 기준을 제시하고, 합리적 전기설비 설계를 유도하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 서울 및 수도권 거주자를 중심으로 산림방문수요를 분석하여 산림방문수요증진을 위한 정책적 시사점 도출을 목적으로 수행되었다. 산림선택속성의 요인분석을 통하여 도출된 총 6개의 요인, 인구통계적 특성, 산림 이용과 관련된 일반적 사항 등의 독립변수를 이용하여 종속변수인 지난 1년간 산림 방문횟수에 대한 결정요인을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 산림방문수요에 정(正)의 영향을 미치는 변수는 산림선택속성 중에서 관광자원요인, 인구통계적 변수들 중에서는 남성, 서울 거주자일수록, 산림이용과 관련된 변수들 중에서는 대중교통을 이용하는 경우인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 산림방문수요에 부(負)의 영향을 미치는 변수는 산림선택속성요인 중에서 산림외적요인, 인구통계적 특성 중 화이트컬러 직업군 종사자, 대졸이상 학력자인 경우로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 산림방문 수요 확대를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • It is increased electrical energy consumption with the development of intelligence society in the office buildings and thus an energy conservation through efficient use of electricity became more important. This paper shows a reasonable design demand factor in office buildings, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electric equipment capacity, peak power consumption, demand factor, etc., for 54 office buildings and 34 electrical design offices. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyse the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried linear and nonlinear regression analysis.

새로운 전력 부하모형 (New Electricity Load Model)

  • In a competitive electricity power market, the price of electricity changes instantly, that of conventional market is predetermined and hardly changes. In such a new environment, customers' behaviors change instantly according to the changing electricity prices. If we develop a electricity load model that well describes the behavior of electricity consumers, we can utilize that model in forecasting the amount of future load, solving the load flow problem and finding the weak point of the system. In this paper new electricity model that considers the price of electricity and power factor of the load is presented. While conventional load model, which is demand function of electricity, uses the price of real and reactive power as the independent variable of the demand function. this new load model uses price of real power and penalty factor according to the power factor for the calculation of amount of electricity demand.

  • In this paper, the reasonable design standard of Demand Factor for large office buildings is introduced that was made by the statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electrical equipment capacity, electrical power consumption, etc. The results are as follows. 1) It is shown that th saving of electrical equipment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decrease of electrical power rates can be contributed by the application of the design standard. 2) The effect of reduction is showed to confirm the practical use of the proposed reference Demand Factor, and also, it is believed that this proposed reference Demand Factor will be useful in electrical equipment operation and planning.

아파트의 동력변압기 용량 최적화 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Power Transformer in Apartment Housing)

  • 본 연구에서는 아파트에 시설되어 있는 동력설비들의 운전실태를 측정하고 분석하여 동력변압기 최적용량산출을 위한 동력부하의 종합수용률을 제시하였다. 측정결과 설비별 수용률은 급수동력부하는 47[%]로 분석되었으며 변압기를 효율적으로 운전하기 위해서는 동력부하의 종합 수용률을 현재의 52[%]에서 42[%]로 변경하는것이 적절한 것으로 분석되었다.
