호당 수용률 조정을 통한 동력용 배전 변압기 최대부하 예측 개선 방안 (Improvement Method of Peak Load Forecasting for Mortor-use Distribution Transformer by Readjustment of Demand Factor)

  • The contracted electric power and the demand factor of customers are used to predict the peak load in distribution transformers. The conventional demand factor was determined more than ten years ago. The contracted electric power and power demand have been increased. Therefore, we need to prepare the novel demand factor that appropriates at present. In this paper, we modify the demand factor to improve the peak load prediction of distribution transformers. To modify the demand factor, we utilize the 169 data acquisition devices for sample distribution transformers in winter, spring summer. And, the peak load currents were measured by the case studies using the actual load data, through which we verified that the proposed demand factors were correct than the conventional factors. A newly demand factor will be used to predict the peak load of distribution transformers.

Demand response modification factor for the investigation of inelastic response of base isolated structures

  • In this study, the effect of flexibility of superstructures and nonlinear characteristics of LRB (Lead Rubber Bearing) isolator on inelastic response of base isolated structures is investigated. To demonstrate the intensity of damage in superstructures, demand response modification factor without the consideration of damping reduction factor, demand RI, is used and the N2 method is applied to compute this factor. To evaluate the influence of superstructure flexibility on inelastic response of base isolated structures, different steel intermediate moment resisting frames with different heights have been investigated. In lead rubber bearing, the rubber provides flexibility and the lead is the source of damping; variations of aforementioned characteristics are also investigated on inelastic response of superstructures. It is observed that an increase in height of superstructure leads to higher value of demand RI till 4-story frame but afterward this factor remains constant; in other words, an increase in height until 4-story frame causes more damage in the superstructure but after that superstructure's damage is equal to the 4-story frame's. The results demonstrate that the low value of second stiffness (rubber stiffness in LRBs) tends to show a significant decrease in demand RI. Increase in value of characteristic strength (yield strength of the lead in LRBs) leads to decrease in the demand RI.

  • 우리나라 정보관련 학과의 교육과정 결정요인은 인력수요자요인, 학과구성원 인식요인, 모방요인, 교육수요자요인이며, 교육과목 구성영역에 있어서는 전산분야, 정보시스템분야, 인터넷분야가 교육과정에 포함되어야 할 요인으로 생각된다. 또한, 교육과정 결정요인과 교육과목 구성영역과의 관계는 상호 밀접한 관련이 있고 교육과정 결정에는 인력수요자와 학과구성원의 인식이 중요하며, 교육과정 과목 구성에는 정보시스템 분야와 전산분야의 과목 중심으로 편성되어야한다.

  • Recently, the power load is growing larger and because of the environmental limitation of generation, the expansion of generation facilities are becoming more difficult. For that reason the importance of the demand-side resources come to be higher. One method of the demand-side resource, the DLC Program, has executed, and moreover, the loads which are available to be controlled are increasing. It should be considered of some kinds of power system components such as DLCs, because the fact that using the demand resources will be an important part of the power system. This paper considers the power factor of the load-bus which is shedded in the direct load control program. and then analyze the power system using flow sensitivity and voltage sensitivity. In this paper, we assumed two scenarios through the rank of the load power factor at each bus and to compare and evaluate each case, we used Power World for the simulation.

  • In this paper, we proposed the reasonable design standard and countermeasures of Demand Factor for large office buildings, that was made by the statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investicated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc. So as to save electric equipment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decrease of electric rates, we can be contributed by the application of the design standard. The result of saving effect is showed to confirm the practical use of the proposed Demand Factor, and also, it is believed that this proposed Demand Factor will be useful in electric equipment operation and planning.

소방력에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 소방예산의 기본변수분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on Factors Influencing Fire Service Power - An Analysis of the Fundamental Variable for Fire Service Budget -)

  • 최근 다른 행정조직에 비하여 연구가 부족했던 소방행정분야에 체계적인 변화가 나타나고 있다. 특히, 소방수요가 증가하고 형태가 다양화되고 있는데, 가장 시급한 일은 소방수요에 맞게 소방력을 확보하는 일이다. 이러한 소방력의 배치는 주민들의 사회적 후생의 만족으로 이어질 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 소방력의 결정요인을 찾아보고 소방수요가사회 경제적 요인의 영향을 받는지 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 소방력, 소방수요, 사회 경제적 요인, 재정적 요인에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 그 다음, 이론적 배경과 과거연구를 근거로 4가지 가설을 설정하였다. 가설을 검증하기 위한 통계적 방법은 회귀방정식과 구조방정식분석이다. 본 연구 결과, 소방력은 소방수요와 재정적 요인에 의해서는 양(+)의 유의적인 영향을 받았으나, 사회 경제적인 요인에 의해서는 음(-)의 유의적인 영향을 받았다. 또한 소방수요는 경제적인 요인에 의해서는 양(+)의 영향을 받았으나, 사회적인 요인은 음(-)의 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

서울시 역세권의 TOD환경과 대중교통이용수요 관계분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Public Transportation Demand and TOD Design Factors in Seoul subway adjacent area)

  • 최근 대중교통지향형개발(TOD)이 활발해지며, 역세권의 환경 변화를 통하여 국내의 대중교통 이용 증진을 시키기 위해서는 TOD 통합계획요소를 종합적으로 고려한 역세권 유형과 이용수요에 관한 실증분석이 전제되어야 향후 계획수립시 활용이 가능 할 것이다. 본 연구는 서울시 역세권을 대상으로 다양한 TOD 영향요인을 파악하고, 대중교통 이용수요와 연관성을 규명하기 위한 실증분석을 진행하였다. TOD의 대표적 요소인 Density, Diversity, Accessibility에 대한 자료를 수집하고, 요인분석과 회귀모형을 구축하였다. 분석결과 (1) 요인분석을 토대로 7개 영향요인이 도출되었으며, Factor 1(Diversity/토지이용복합도 (LUM)), Factor 2(Density/개발밀도수준), Factor 3(Accessibility/대중교통시설공급수준), Factor 4(Design/가로설계수준), Factor 5(Green/연계교통시설(보행자, 자전거), Factor 6(Design/지하철시설규모), Factor 7(Accessibility/대중교통운영수준)로 유형화되었다. (2) 요인-회귀분석 결과를 토대로 역세권 승하차 인원에 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 Factor 1(Diversity : 토지이용복합도(LUM) 요인), Factor 3(Accessibility : 대중교통시설공급수준), Factor 2(Density : 개발밀도수준), Factor 5(Design/연계교통시설(보행자, 자전거), Factor 6(지하철시설규모)로 나타났다. 다음으로 역세권의 승하차 인원에 부정적(-) 영향은 Factor 7(Accessibility/대중교통운영수준)로 나타났으며, 가장 높은 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지하철과 버스의 배차간격이 증가할 경우 이용수요가 감소하기 때문이다.

한국의 지능형 전력동시부하율 저감시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Simultaneous Load Factor of Intelligent Electric Power Reduction System in Korea)

  • This study is designed to predict the overall electric power load, to apply the method of time sharing and to reduce simultaneous load factor of electric power when authorized by user entering demand plans and using schedules into the user's interface for a certain period of time. This is about smart grid, which reduces electric power load through simultaneous load factor of electric power reduction system supervision agent. Also, this study has the following characteristics. First, it is the user interface which enables authorized users to enter and send/receive such data as demand plan and using schedule for a certain period of time. Second, it is the database server, which collects, classifies, analyzes, saves and manages demand forecast data for a certain period of time. Third, is the simultaneous load factor of electric power control agent, which controls usage of electric power by getting control signal, which is intended to reduce the simultaneous load factor of electric power by the use of the time sharing control system, form the user interface, which also integrate and compare the data which were gained from the interface and the demand forecast data of the certain period of time.

사회-생태계 이론을 활용한 경기도 지역 생태계서비스 공급-수요관계 분석 (Identifying Supply-demand Relationships on Ecosystem Services Using Socio-ecological Approach in Gyeong-gi Province)

  • Ecosystem services play a role in promoting sustainable development by contributing to human welfare. For sustainable development, a balance between supply and demand for ecosystem services must be made. In this regard, in this study, factor analysis was performed using the results of measuring ecosystem services for the supply of ecosystem services and national statistical data representing socio-economic factors for demand for ecosystem services The results of analysis for Gyeong-gi Province are as follows. The service supply based on the result of ecosystem services was divided into the mixed service provisioning as factor1, the food provisioning as factor2, and the P retention service provisioning area as factor3. As for the demand for services based on socio-economic factors, factor1 is divided into urbanized areas, factor2 is forest development area, and factor3 is agricultural activity development area. Local governments that maintain balance were evaluated as Pocheon, Yangpyeong, Icheon, Pyeongtaek, Goyang, Suwon, Gwangmyeong, and Osan, and imbalanced local governments appeared in Gimpo, Uiwang, Anseong, and Yeoju. A management plan to maintain the balance between supply and demand of ecosystem services was suggested. The analysis method and results of this study are expected to be applicable to various local governments through regional expansion.
