Wound healing is a complex and dynamic process, making the accurate and timely assessment of skin wounds a crucial aspect of effective wound care management, especially for chronic wounds. Unlike conventional wound dressings that simply cover the wound area once some form of medicine is administered onto the wound, recent studies have introduced versatile approaches to smart wound dressings capable of interacting with wound fluids to monitor physicochemical and pathological parameters to determine the wound healing status. Such electrochemical wound dressings can be integrated with on-demand, closed-loop drug delivery or stimulation systems and ultimately expanded into an ideal technological platform for the prevention, treatment, and management of skin wounds or illnesses. This article briefly reviews the wound healing mechanism and recent strategies for effective wound care management. Specifically, this review discusses the following aspects of smart wound dressings: sensor-integrated smart bandages to detect wound biomarkers, smart bandages developed to accelerate wound healing, and wireless, closed-loop automatic (on-demand) wound healing systems. This review concludes by providing future perspectives on effective wound care management.

This study introduces an effective marketing strategy for fashion SMEs and small designer brands utilizing Instagram as a social networking platform. The research compared the impact of two information delivery types (native advertisements vs. live streaming after native ads) and two types of promotional messages (scarcity vs. price discount) on SNS consumption value, and product attitude toward fashion designer brands. The study involved surveying 251 Korean women aged 25-55 with experience in buying designer products and using SNS. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro v3.5. Results indicated that both native advertisements and live streaming enhance economic and social values in SNS consumption. Live streaming with price discount messages generates higher perceived SNS consumption values compared to scarcity messages. Consumers showed a more favorable attitude toward designer brand products when watching the live streaming of price discount messages rather than scarcity messages. The findings emphasize that the broadcast host actively induced participation to reveal viewers' social presence through comments or emphasized discount messages such as ultra-special prices during live streaming on Instagram.

The trend of satisfying consumer needs (payment for mobile communication, music services, cab ordering, banking products, and food delivery) on a unified online platform has shaped a digital ecosystem, an instrument creating a unified space of economic interaction. Representatives of e-commerce are major stakeholders in the development of such tools. In particular, subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) allow users to create their own ecosystems based on their personal preferences. The rate of subscription service use is growing around the world, yet understanding of the peculiarities of development of this e-commerce sphere is limited due to insufficient research.The study aims to determine the motives and barriers to the use of subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) by consumers and their relationship with consumer characteristics.Proceeding from an online survey of 200 users, the study determines the relationship between the gender and income of consumers and their use of subscription services, motives and motivators for using subscription services, and barriers to the choice of a particular subscription service. The obtained results may serve as a basis for managerial decisions in e-commerce and for improving the effectiveness of marketing solutions.
Consumer demand for e-commerce services has skyrocketed due to the introduction of social distancing standards and lockdown measures that countries have taken to combat the pandemic. There has been a notable surge in the popularity of on-demand delivery services, with a significant influx of new users turning to the e-platform for assistance. This research paper tries to identify the enablers of E-commerce Utility and Service Quality and establish a connection using total interpretive structural modelling (TISM). Enablers are the building blocks for providing customers with an enhanced and more consistent service experience contributing to service quality. The enablers and the linkages thus established hold valuable insights for e-commerce marketers, aiding them in effectively reaching their customers, and achieving desired growth outcomes. The TISM- based model and the MICMAC analysis identified two barriers; website design and personalization as the decisive attributes of e-commerce service quality, possessing strong driving power and weak dependence. Furthermore, the factors of reliability, responsiveness, information, and ease of use form the linkage zone, indicating that any action taken on these factors would not only influence other factors but also have a reciprocal effect on them.

This study evaluates the efficacy of a decellularized intestine tissue-derived extracellular matrix (Intestine ECM) as a scaffold for culturing colorectal cancer (CRC) organoids and establishing cell-derived xenograft (CDX) models, comparing its performance to traditional Matrigel. Intestine ECM demonstrates comparable support for organoid formation and cellular function, highlighting its potential as a more physiologically relevant and reproducible platform. Our findings suggest that Intestine ECM enhances the mimetic environment for colon epithelium, supporting comparable growth and improved differentiation compared to Matrigel. Moreover, when used as a delivery carrier, Intestine ECM significantly increases the growth rate of CDX models using patient-derived primary colorectal cancer cells. This enhancement demonstrates Intestine ECM's role not only as a scaffold but also as a vital component of the tumor microenvironment, facilitating more robust tumorigenesis. These findings advocate for the broader application of Intestine ECM in cancer model systems, potentially leading to more accurate preclinical evaluations and the development of targeted cancer therapies.

Traditional safety training methods in construction, such as toolbox meetings and classroom sessions, fall short of addressing the challenges faced by workers, especially migrant workers hindered by barriers. The compliance-driven nature of safety management practices is identified as a core issue, often disconnected from the realities of the jobsite. To tackle these limitations, we propose iSAFE-Education, an approach harnessing Industry 4.0 technologies. By integrating Virtual Reality (VR) and Metaverse environments into safety training, this platform immerses workers in authentic jobsite contexts using 360-degree panorama images. Our method provides virtual walkthroughs, enabling workers to familiarize themselves with site-specific features and safety protocols. Additionally, iSAFE-Education facilitates site assessment and safety information sharing among project participants within the immersive jobsite environment. This paper highlights the importance of hazard information delivery and positions this solution as an answer for enhancing jobsite safety in contemporary construction settings.
With the development and proliferation of three-dimensional(3D) printers, consumers in modern society can now print products of what they want three-dimensionally at home. However, consumers themselves would have to produce digital design maps that are compatible with 3D printers and to set up the optimum printing quality and temperature, as well as to pay for maintenance and repair of 3D printers and to respond to any possible lawsuits related to intellectual property right about designs in order to make possible consumer-tailored manufacturing through 3D printing. However, in reality, since it is very difficult for consumers to respond to these issues, it is necessary to develop services that perform 3D printing on behalf of consumers in the desired direction. Motivated by this objective, this study investigated user experiences on Shapeways(www.shapeways.com), which is a global online 3D printing product and sales companies, from many viewpoints in order to obtain insight into 3D printing services and modes which were preferred by consumers. The study result showed that quantitative evaluations on usability, search process, price adequacy, re-visit intention, diversity of design, and satisfaction of design was scored low overall. Furthermore, this study acquired insight about consumer-tailored 3D printing services through constructive suggestions on multi-language support, openness of manufacturing process, simultaneous operation of online and offline sites, design-oriented consumer-tailored manufacturing service, services that ensure delivery safety and product durability, and surface finishing services. This study is expected to provide a wide range of opinions not only on 3D printing service platform development but also on related industry and research.
The purpose of this study is to use K-MOOC, which has limitations in utilization because it is centered on theory delivery, to derive tasks to activate the teaching methods of instructors, and to implement the derived tasks using the metaverse platform. to develop a prototype. According to the purpose of the study, the study was conducted as follows. First, from October 4 to November 15, 2022, a Delphi survey was conducted on 21 experts with experience of consulting, research, class development, and operation related to the K-MOOC project. Second, in order to realize the tasks in the teaching method field derived from the Delphi survey, matching with the teaching method class model elements to result of Delphi survey was applied was carried out. Finally, based on the results of expert Delphi and the elements of the class model applicable to the metaverse platform, a teaching method was developed. Through the process of the study, a total of 16 detailed items were derived for the teaching method-related tasks for the activation of K-MOOC: support strategic tasks, teaching method competency, aspect of class design, evaluation and sharing of learning outcomes. By applying the metaverse, the teaching model elements for K-MOOC revitalization were derived from four categories: self-directed repetition, individualized problem solving, practice opportunity expansion, and immediate feedback, and matched with the first 16 detailed items. A four-step teaching model was completed: course attendance (step 1), mission analysis by individual level (step 2), sharing of mission solutions (step 3), and mission evaluation and feedback (step 4). Through the results of this study, the possibility of using the metaverse as a teaching practice platform was confirmed even in terms of the introduction and development of specialized techniques.
Statement of problem: Repeated delivery and removal of abutment cause some changes such as wear, scratch or defect of hexagonal structure. It may increase the value of rotational freedom(RF) between hexagonal structures. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate surface changes and rotational freedom between the external hexagon of the implant fixture and internal hexagon of abutment after repeated delivery and removal under SEM and toolmaker's microscope. Materials and methods: Implant systems used for this study were 3i and Avana. Seven pail's of implant fixture, abutment and abutment screws for each system were selected and all fixtures were perpendicularly mounted in liquid unsaturated polyesther with dental surveyor. Each one was embedded beneath the platform of fixture. Surfaces of hexagonal structure before repeated closing and opening of abutment were observed using SEM and rotational freedom was measured by using toolmaker's microscope. Each abutment was secured to the implant future by each abutment screw with recommended torque value using a digital torque controller and was repeatedly delivered and removed by 20 times respectively. After experiment, evaluation for the change of hexagonal structures and measurement of rotational freedom were performed. Result : The results were as follows; 1. Wear of contact area between implant fixture and abutment was considerable in both 3i and Avana system. Scratches and defects were frequently observed at the line-angle of hexagonal structures of implant fixture and abutment. 2. In the SEM view of the external hexagon of implant fixture, the point-angle areas at the corner edge of hexagon were severely worn out in both systems. It was more notable in the case of 3i systems than in that of Avana systems. 3. In the SEM view of the internal hexagon of abutment, Gingi-Hue abutment of 3i systems showed severe wear in micro-stop contacts that were machined into the corners to prevent rotation and cemented abutment of Avana systems showed wear in both surface area adjacent to the corner mating with external hexagon of implant fixture. 4 The mean values of rotational freedom between the external hexagon of the implant fixture and internal hexagon of abutment were 0.48$\pm$0.04$^{\circ}$ in pre-tested 3i systems and 1.18$\pm$0.25$^{\circ}$ after test, and 1.80$\pm$0.04$^{\circ}$ in pre-tested Avana systems and 2.61$\pm$0.16$^{\circ}$ after test. 5. Changes of rotational freedom after test shouted statistical)y a significant increase in both 3i and Avana systems(P<0.05, paired t-test). 6. Statistically, there was no significant difference between amount of increase in the rotational freedom of 3i systems and amount of increase in that of Avana ones(P>0.05, unpaired t-test). Conclusion: Conclusively, it was considered that repeated delivery and remove of abutment by 20 times would not have influence on screw joint stability. However, it caused statistically the significant change of rotational freedom in tested systems. Therefore, it is suggested that repeated delivery and remove of abutment should be minimal as possible as it could be and be done carefully Additionally, it is suggested that the means or treatment to prevent the wear of mating components should be devised.
Recently a mobile service is changing into a system environment that offers the customer various contents service. Representative example of service is a Calling Identity Del ivory Service(CID). Such service has the problem in the case which the receiver cannot remember the phone number of the sender; it has a difficult problem that cannot easily confirm whose the phone number it is. Therefore, it is desirable to design and implement visual services that can enhance the recognition of users. In this paper, we propose the architecture that is similar to a Calling Identity Delivery Service. We propose the architecture for communication service and system that is able to visually display the information of the sender using 2D image data in mobile environment. After that we set the image information to represent the user and this method is able to visually display the information of the sender by transmitting an image data through channels from switch station or base station using the server. When the receiver receives a phone call from the sender, this method provides an efficient service by transmitting visual data with bell sound. That is, the image information of sender is appeared on liquid crystal display(LCD) of the receiver at the same time. We investigate the concepts for processing real-time transmission of image data and describe an example of the implementation result that is based on system. This technology has a potential influence on the marketing and presents an efficiency of this method.
