  • The technological development in the era of the 4th industrial revolution is changing the paradigm of various industries. Various technologies such as big data, cloud, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things are used, creating synergy effects with existing industries, creating radical development and value creation. Among them, the logistics sector has been greatly influenced by quantitative data from the past and has been continuously accumulating and managing data, so it is highly likely to be linked with big data analysis and has a high utilization effect. The modern advanced technology has developed together with the data mining technology to discover hidden patterns and new correlations in such big data, and through this, meaningful results are being derived. Therefore, data mining occupies an important part in big data analysis, and this study tried to analyze data mining techniques that can contribute to the logistics field and common logistics using these data mining technologies. Therefore, by using the AHP technique, it was attempted to derive priorities for each type of efficient data mining for logisticalization, and R program and R Studio were used as tools to analyze this. Criteria of AHP method set association analysis, cluster analysis, decision tree method, artificial neural network method, web mining, and opinion mining. For the alternatives, common transport and delivery, common logistics center, common logistics information system, and common logistics partnership were set as factors.

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate Korea's employment policy for people with disabilities by utilizing situational feasibility evaluation of Fisher's multi-dimensional policy evaluation methods (1995, 2003). A number of related studies conducted so far have been focused only on quantitative research methods. In other words, balanced and comprehensive evaluation studies were insufficient. Therefore, this study attempted a balanced policy evaluation through a qualitative or phenomenological approach that complements the limitations of the existing empirical methodology. In this study, the sub-topics for evaluation were divided into employment delivery system, employment program, and institutional employment environment for people with disabilities. Improvement measures and policy implications for each topic were presented. In order to improve employment services and jobs for people with disabiliyies, it was suggested that there is a need to strengthen linkages and cooperation between institutions, eliminate blind spots in employment services, improve quality, expand customized employment services, strengthen programs, improve policy and institutional environments, and strengthen individual psychological and emotional support.

  • When determining a meeting place, it is always a cumbersome problem to select an appropriate store with a short travel time for all participants. In this paper, to solve this problem, we propose an algorithm that recommends the best place and store based on the subway station and develop the system. This system provides a web-based store information registration function that allows self-employed people to register and promote their store, and provides an app-based function to recommend a meeting place to participants. The proposed algorithm reduces the travel time of all participants based on the subway map and improves fairness by using the standard deviation of the required time. In addition, this system presents a new way for self-employed people who have recently relied only on publicity through delivery apps.

  • Dystocia, a challenging condition in obstetrics, can arise from various causes, including fetal monsters with structural abnormalities. This case report presents a unique case of dystocia due to a fetal monster known as Perosomus Elumbis in a beetal breed goat from Pakistan. The 4-years-old pregnant doe presented with prolonged straining and failure to deliver the fetus after 8 hours of labor. Upon examination, the cervix was dilated, and only the forelimbs of the fetus were visible in the birth canal. The subsequent delivery involved the application of manual traction by using a dystocia kit, and the removal of edematous fluid from the legs. The monster fetus exhibited absence of hair growth, along with the absence of thoracic vertebrae. Two other fetuses were present, with one found dead and the other alive. Posttreatment involved fluid therapy, antibiotics, and supportive care for the doe. This case report sheds light on the occurrence of Perosomus Elumbis fetal monsters and their impact on dystocia in goat breeding. Understanding the underlying causes and implementing appropriate management strategies are crucial for successful outcomes in similar cases.

  • Exosomes are nano-sized membrane-bound extracellular vesicles containing various biological molecules, such as nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids, which can be used to modulate physiological processes. The exosomal molecules secreted by cells can be extensively used as tools for diagnosis and therapy. Exosomes carry specific molecules released by the cells they originate from, which can be transferred to surrounding cells or tissues by the exosome. For these reasons, exosomes can be exploited as biomarkers for diagnosis, carriers for drug delivery, as well as therapeutics. In stem cell technology, exosomes have been an attractive option because they can be used as safer therapeutic agents for stem cell-based cell-free therapy. Recently, studies have demonstrated the safety and efficacy of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in alleviating symptoms associated with coronavirus disease 2019 as they have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory potential. Performing multiple studies on exosomes would provide innovative next-generation options for clinical diagnostics and therapy. This review summarizes the use of exosomes focusing on their diverse roles. In addition, the potential of exosomes is illustrated with a focus on how exosomes can be exploited as powerful tools in the days to come.

  • For examining Web3.0 video streaming (VS) platforms in terms of the decentralized technology, tokenization and decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), we look at four platforms like DLive, DTube, Livepeer, and Theta Network (Theta). As a result, DLive which firstly partnered with Medianova for CDN and with Theta for peer to peer (P2P) network and migrates to Tron blockchain (BC), receives no commission from what creators earn, gives rewards to viewers by measuring engagement, and incentivizes participation by allowing 20% of donation & fees for funding development, 5% to BitTorrent Token (BTT) stakeholders (among these 5%, 20% to partners, 80% to other BTT stakeholders). DTube on its own lower-layer BC, Avalon, offers InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), gives 90% of the created value to creators or curators, and try to empower the community. Livepeer on Ethereum BC offers decentralized CDN, P2P, gives Livepeer Token (LPT) as incentive for network participants, and delegators can stake their LPT to orchestrators doing good. Theta on its native BC pulls streams from peering caching nodes, creates P2P network, gives Theta utility token, TFUEL for caching or relay nodes contributors, and allows Theta governance token, THETA as staking token. We contribute to the categorization of Web3.0 VS platforms: DLive and DTube reduce the risk of platform censorship, promote the diverse content, and allow the community to lead to more user-friendly environments. On the other hand, Livepeer and Theta provide new methods to stream content, but they have some differences. Whereas Livepeer focuses on the transcoding layer, Theta concentrates both on the video application layer and content delivery layer. It means, Theta tries to deliver value to all participants by enhancing network quality, reducing CDN cost, and rewarding users in utility tokens for the storage and bandwidth they provide.

  • It is now widely recognized that new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been changing the way tv which firms conduct their businesses. Examples are the application of enterprise resources planning (ERP) and business process reengineering (BPR) to increase the efficiency of internal resources management, adoption of Business-to-Business e-commerce (B2B e-com) to integrate supply chain, and invention of new marketing channels such as Business-to-Customer (B2C) e-com. These new ways of conducting businesses are believed to help firms to reduce transaction costs and increase productivity. As a result, new ICTs have played an important role in recent growth of many small firms into multi-functional and multi-product corporations and in their spatial expansion towards internationalization as well. This paper takes Haier in China as a case to study the role of new ICTs in the growth of firms and reveal how the new technologies have facilitated the expansion of Haier into a transnational corporation (TNC) by examining the internationalization process of the firm in relation to its adoption of new ICTs in the period from 1990 to 2002. The study reveals that the adoption of new Ins has helped Haier to integrate its functional units located in dozens of places across the world, which is essential to the internationalization of a firm, and to link closely together its worldwide suppliers and customers to achieve just-in-time (JIT) production and delivery. As such, the authors of the paper argue that, without the facilitation of new ICTS, Haier could not have developed into a TNC in less than ten years. It is now widely recognized that new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been changing the way tv which firms conduct their businesses. • Purpose: Although traditional and current treatment strategies may demonstrate success, persistence or recurrence of difficult-to-heal wounds remain significant problems. A novel product, Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ (Fidia Advanced Biopolymer, Abano Terme, Italy) is a bilayer of an benzyl esterified hyaluronan scaffold beneath a silicone membrane. The scaffold delivers hyaluronan to the wound, and the silicone membrane acts as a temporary epidermal barrier. We present the results obtained with Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ in the treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds. Methods: From November, 2008 to March, 2010, Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ has been used on total 10 patients with wounds that were expected difficult to heal with traditional and other current strategies. After average 37.4 days from development of wounds, Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ was applied after wound debridement. On the average, Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ application period was 17.6 days. After average 16.5 days from removal of Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$, skin grafts was performed. Results: In all cases, regeneration of fibrous granulation tissues and edge re-epithelization were present after the application of the Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$. And all of the previous inflammatory signs were reduced. After skin grafts, no adverse reactions were recorded in 9 cases. But in one case, postoperative wound infection occured due to a lack of efficient fibrous tissues. In this model, the Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ acts as a hyaluronan delivery system and a barrier from the external environments. In tissue repair processes, the hyaluronan performs to facilitate the entry of a large number of cells into the wounds, to orientate the deposition of extracellular matrix fibrous components and to change the microenvironment of difficult-to-heal wounds. Conclusion: Our study suggests that Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ could be a good and feasible approach for difficult-to-heal wounds. The Hyalomatrix$^{(R)}$ improves microenvironments of difficult-to-heal wounds, reduces infection rates and physical stimulus despite of aggravating factors.

  • A common method for treating oral mucosal diseases is taking medication by oral administration. The oral administration is the method of least resistance. Because large part of drugs is degraded by liver, it is necessary to take more drugs getting to appropriate level in blood stream. And there are so many side effects when patients take drugs by oral administration. In so many cases, the patients who suffer from oral mucosal problems have the other general diseases simultaneously. Willingly or not, some patients can't take the medicine by oral administration. Number of topical drugs for oral mucosal disease is less than that for skin diseases because the environment of oral mucosa prevents activity of medicine. In this paper, research on effects of topical type medication for treating oral mucosal diseases is conducted through investigating currently used medications and their effects. In addition, effects of dissolved oral medications with appropriate solvent are demonstrated if this medication is useful for patients clinically.
