미래의 기업은 B to B기반의 전자거래 형태로 실현된다. B to B모델의 기본 개념은 작업 프로세스, 구성원과 지원 환경으로 구성된다. 작업 프로세스는 정보 프로세스, 기술과 표준과 관련되며 작업 프로세스의 요소는 디지털 데이터 교환, 데이터 공유 및 협업 작업으로 이루어 진다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 B to 13 모델의 전자거래를 위한 구성요소인 작업 처리를 위한XML 기반 비즈니스 흐름관리기를 설계 및 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비즈니스 흐름관리기는 인터넷상에서 전자거래 시스템을 구축하기 위한 추매관리, 입찰관리 및 조달관리를 포함하는 전자입찰 시스템의 자동화를 실현시킨다. XML은 데이터의 공유 및 교환을 위한 표준화된 문서로써 사용 가능하며 독립적인 플랫폼을 제공한다.

The object of this research was to examine closely through the document about how much important location Sanhoopoong had and how it influences in the women's health. In addition to that, from the result of this research. I would like to contribute to korean nursing theory development and korean traditional nursing. Sanhoopoong is only the pain of women, come out to whom experienced delivery and abortion and especially it is an important cultural disease to Korean women. This is, once be taken ill, even reputed doctors cannot cure, so this make women suffer from pain, fall ill, decrease the quality of women's life, and it is appealed by women constantly, and is just made known by traditionally. The cause of Sanhoopoong has not been recognized medically The disease is not included in the disease classification. Thus, Sanhoopoong has no special pathological cause, and because it is the desease when be not taken care after childbirth, so this is able to be prevented and relieved sufficiently. But Sanhoopoong is the important health matter to dominate women's whole life's health. It has to be researched and lightened quikly. We have to help the women to get out of the difficulties from the pain of Sanhoopoong as soon as possible.

이 연구는 해외 공동보존서고의 자료이관지침과 자료제공지침을 분석하여 향후 국내 공동보존서고 운영에 참고할 수 있는 실질적인 데이터를 제공하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 해외 대학도서관을 중심으로 운영되고 있는 공동보존서고 7개관의 홈페이지와 관련 자료를 분석하였다. 자료이관지침은 이관자료의 유형과 수량, 자료유형별 이관기준, 자료의 소유권 처리, 자료의 폐기 등을 중심으로, 자료제공지침은 보존서고 관내이용과 자료대출/전송서비스 등 관외서비스 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 결과는 향후 국내 공동보존서고 운영지침 수립에 기초데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 효율적인 서지정보 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 여러 가지 방안들이 제시되었다. 대상 자료의 선정으로부터 입력 양식의 표준화 및 입력시스템의 활용 등에 이르기까지 다양한 요소들이 검토되었으며, 특히 대상 자료의 선정시에 고려하여야 할 부분을 중점적으로 다루었다. 입력 대상 자료의 우선 순위를 결정하기 위하여 이용자 정보요구의 파악이 비교적 용이한 원문복사 서비스 현황을 비교, 분석하였다. 이용현황에 대한 분석 결과 다양한 형태의 자료 가운데 가장 우선적으로 입력하여야 할 대상은 조사결과 Proceeding인 것으로 나타났으며, 학술지는 우선순위에서 그 다음을 차지하였다. 또한 학술지의 경우 학술지별 원문복사 신청 현황을 분석하여 SCI의 전체 인용빈도와 영향력 지수(Impact Factor)에 의한 순위와 비교ㆍ분석하였다.

저작권법은 저작자의 권리와 그 권리에 대한 제한을 통하여 문화의 향상발전에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 학교교육 목적을 위한 경우와 도서관에서의 이용에 대하여 저작권자의 일부 권리를 제한시키는 규정은 저작재산권 제한의 대표적인 예이다. 본 논문은 원격교육을 지원하는 도서관정보 서비스 과정에서 발생하는 저작권 문제를 고찰하고 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 원격교육과정에 참여하는 교육자와 피교육자에 의한 저작물 사용시 저작권 문제가 기존의 면대면 교육상황과 어떻게 다른지 고찰하였다. 또한 원격교육을 지원하는 도서관서비스 중 전자지정도서제 운영, 전자적 도서관상호대차 및 전자적 문헌전달서비스 과정에 있어서 저작권 문제를 고찰하고, 현행 저작권법에서 해당 법조항의 문제점과 개정방안을 제시하였다.

e-Book은 종이책에서 볼 수 없는 하이퍼링크, 멀티미디어 기능, 쌍방향성 등 여러 장점들을 가지고 있기 때문에, 사용자들이 손쉽게 터치 방식으로 시스템에 접근할 수 있다. XML은 하이퍼링크와 스타일 기능과 지식 전달과 표현에 적합한 구조를 가지고 있기 때문에, XML은 e-Book의 문서표준안으로 제정되었다. 본 논문에서는 서울 1000년 타임캡슐 문화 콘텐츠를 관광객들에게 홍보 및 안내할 수 있는 e-Book 형태로 개발하였다. 또한, e-Book 솔루션을 사용하여 발생된 XML코드의 수정과정을 거쳐 사용자 중심의 e-Book 기반 타임캡슐 안내시스템을 구축하였다.

The International Chamber of Commerce introduced in September 1999 its new publication Incoterms 2000(ICC Publication No 560). The ICC was building on the past experiences in its revision works. I have discussed and commented constructively some main features and problems of the new set of terms. Incoterms 2000 takes into account, like already its predecessor did, the possibility that the parties may decide to communicate electronically and replace a paper transport document by an equivalent electronic data interchange message. This possibility will certainly be much more used under the present set of terms. Incoterms 2000 is well recognised by the international legal community, taking into account also the endorsements by UNCITRAL to its predecessor in the early 90's. Incoterms 2000 does not have major competitors remaining. However, the ICC still faces a battle to convince more traders to refer to its terms and to teach traders to understand and to apply them correctly. Incoterms 2000 is a tool for international trade created by a global business organisation. Its members decide every day if and to what extent they make use of this tool. The members of the ICC have participated actively in the drafting and commenting of Incoterms 2000 and thereby shown again a great deal of dynamism in creating rules for their own everyday use. Under these circumstances, "ship's rail approach" related to delivery point, risks and costs should be replaced by "on board approach" under FOB, CFR and CIF terms.

이 논문은 학술지가 지니는 다양한 속성들(내부적인 요소, 외부적인 요소, 그리고 요구론적 요소)이 학술지의 이용 가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 실증적 사례분석을 목적으로 하였다. 이 사례연구의 방법은 웹 질문지법을 채택하였으며, K기관 원문서비스 이용자와 DDS 담당자들을 대상으로 수집된 총 383개의 유효한 데이터를 분석하였다. 학술지의 내부적인 요소(즉, IF, 학술지 가격, 사용언어)가 학술지 이용가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 학술지의 외부적인 요소와 요구론적 요소는 학술지 이용가치에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The seller has to deliver goods and hand over documents as required by the contract. It is very important that ownership of goods shall be transferred by the documents from the seller to the buyer. Where terms of payments is made under documentary payment such as negotiable order Bill of lading or any transport documents for symbolic delivery of goods shall be more important between the parties concerned. The buyer may withdraw or cancel the contract where the buyer accept the foul Bill of Lading and demand damages where the buyer accept the other documents which are not in accordance with requirements by the buyer. Withdraw or cancel of contract can be made where discrepancy of documents comes into fundamental breach of contract. In conclusion transport documents by the seller will be used to determine appropriation of transport document to the contract. Therefore the seller has to deliver the proper shipping documents to the buyer. Where the breach of the seller's obligations to deliver documents the buyer has the right of requiring performance, contract avoided, claiming damage to recover the contract under CISG. The significance of transport documents has been focused in this study and careful examination of documents shall be needed to prevent any dispute or differences between the parties.

최근 인터넷 웹을 이용하는 원격교육시스템 사용자가 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CGI를 이용한 계층적 WBI 문서 생성기가 고안되었고, 이를 수준별 영어회화학습을 위한 원격교육 시스템을 개발하는 데 적용하였다. 이는 많은 시간과 비용이 들어가는 기존의 개발방법의 문제점을 극복하였다. WBI 문서생성을 위해서 서버에 계층적 구조로 저장된 각 문서마다 키(key)를 부여하여 클라이언트에게 전달하고, 클라이언트는 다음 문서 요청 때 이 키를 서버에 전달함으로써, 서버는 클라이언트가 요구하는 문서가 무엇인지 알 수 있다. 인터넷 웹을 기반으로 하는 학습 프로그램인 WBI(Web Based Instruction) 문서를 생성해주는 생성기는 클라이언트에서 전달한 키를 판별하여 전송할 문서를 자동으로 생성하여 전달한다.
