공동주택관리법 하자담보책임 종료 확인 절차의 문제점 및 개선방안 (On the problem and improvements about 'End of Confirmation for Defect Liliability' on the Management of Apartment Houses Decree)

  • Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses. Article 36 (Liability for warranty Repair Defects), Article 37 (About Repair Defect, etc), and its implementing ordinances, Article 36 (Term of warranty liability) Article 37 (Defect criteria), Article 38 (procedure of Repair defect), Article 39 (type of warranty liability), Enforcement Rule Article 17 (Certifiation of warranty liability). On the basis of the upper Decree, In spite of Standard and forms of 'Completion of Repair Defect' was exist, it was hard to receive 'End of Confirmation' in practice. The purpose of this study is to propose basics in order that Practitioners can apply problems and improvements about Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses.

  • In TFT-LCD manufacturing process, various defects are generated by manufacturing machine trouble or particle. These defects can be repaired through the TFT-Laser repair process that only can't be automated in TFT-LCD manufacturing Process. In this Paper, we propose auto defect algorithm for TFT-LCD laser repair machine using image processing algorithm in order to automate process. Proposed algorithm can detect very small defects (< 2um) in 98% success ratio, and generated laser repair path guarantee highly precise position accuracy. Through proposed system, much of the work still done the old-fashioned way, by hand, can be automated and manufacturing company can be strengthed the competitiveness of cost.

관절와에 작은 골결손을 가진 외상성 전방 불안정 견관절의 관절경적 봉합 치료 (Arthroscopic Repair of Traumatic Anterior Shoulder Instability with Small Glenoid Bone Defect)

  • Purpose: To evaluate the results of arthroscopic repair of traumatic anterior shoulder instability with glenoid bone defect. Materials and Methods: Nineteen patients who had underwent arthroscopic repair for the shoulder with traumatic anterior instability and glenoid bone defect were retrospectively reviewed. Mean age was 24.6 years(range, 20 to 39) and mean follow-up was 23 months(range, 19 to 55). No glenoid bone defect was greater than 7mm in length and 20% of the glenoid. The results were evaluated according to stability, range of motion and function. Results: All patients obtained excellent-good results according to Rowe scoring system. Two patients(10.5%) had instability. The mean loss of external rotation was 15 degrees (range, 0 to 25). Functionally, 17 patients could participate in preinjured work or sports to the same level with or without mild discomfort. The remained 2 patients who had 25 degree loss of external rotation could not play sports. Conclusion: Though arthroscopic repair is a good treatment for traumatic anterior shoulder instability with small glenoid bone defect, it is possible to cause loss of external rotation

전투기 날개 수리를 위한 기계적 체결의 형상 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Shape Selection of Mechanical Fastening for the Repair of Fighter Wing)

  • A study on optimal shape selection of a mechanical fastening for the repair of crack defect of ROK Air Force F-5 fighter wing was conducted. The crack defect occurred in the spar of the wing, and the technical manual does not specify the repair method. However, ROK Air Force decided to develop a repair technology for this defect in consideration of various logistic conditions. Three repair shapes for the proper repair were devised and the finite element analysis was performed to examine the structural safety of these three connection members. As a result of the structural safety review, two connection members except one were structurally safe with safety margins over zero because the calculated stress values were at or below the yield strength level. Therefore, two connection members were determined to be able to use for repair under the condition that the aircraft operated within the design limit load. The results of this study would be very useful if the same defect occurs in long-term aircraft operated by the ROK Air Force.

공동주택 층간균열의 하자판정 및 보수공법 적용에 대한 개선방안 (Improvement Measures for the Defect Determination and the Application of Repair Method for Interlayer Cracks in Apartment Houses)

  • 공동주택의 하자소송 금액에서 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있는 균열하자는 하자판정 기준이 명확하지 않아 판결에 따라 하자에 관한 판단이 엇갈리고 있다. 균열하자 판결금액 대부분을 차지하는 층간균열은 균열의 폭이나 상태와 관계없이 모두 하자로 판정되는 추세이며, 보수공법 또한 대부분 일률적으로 정해지고 있다. 이는 균열하자 판정의 기준이 되는 국토교통부의 하자판정기준과 법원에서 기준을 삼는 건설감정실무의 기준이 일치하는 않는 문제에서 출발한다. 법령의 개정과 법원감정실무지침서의 개정 등을 통해 모든 이해관계자가 적용할 수 있는 하자판정 기준의 수립이 필요하다. 또한, 층간균열 보수공법 기준은 층간균열의 폭과 상태에 따라 공법을 적용할 필요성이 있다. 균열에 대한 하자판정과 보수공법적용을 합리화한다면 소송에만 의존하는 현재의 하자분쟁 추세를 바꿀 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • We have developed an automated circuit defect inspection and repair method that can be used to improve the yield ratio of TFT-LCD. The method focuses on correcting resist patterns after the development process to ensure shape regularity. We built a prototype system and confirmed that the method is valid.

부분 방실중격결손증의 외과적 치료 (Surgical Treatment of Partial Atrioventricular Septal Defect)

  • Fifty seven patients underwent repair of a partial atrioventricular septal defect from January 1980 to December 1986. The ostium primum atrial septal defect was closed with autologous or bovine pericardium. The cleft in the anterior mitral leaflet was present in 53 cases, absent in 4 cases. Of the 53 cases with a cleft in the anterior mitral leaflet, 48 received suture repair of the cleft, 3 received mitral valve replacement. There was no hospital death and all the patients were followed-up for a mean period of 26.4 months. Four required permanent pacemaker implantation due to complete heart block, and one of them died of sudden malfunction of pacemaker. Two received reoperation due to significant residual mitral insufficiency. Suture repair of the cleft in the anterior mitral leaflet resulted in significant decrease in degree of mitral regurgitation. During follow-up period 49 patients were in NYHA class I, 7 patients were in NYHA class II. This report suggests that excellent result can be achieved from repair of the partial atrioventricular septal defect by managing the left A-V valve as a bileaflet structure.

  • Memory의 공정기간은 2∼3개월 정도, 공정은 수백가지에 이를 정도로 많기에 defect은 존재할 수밖에 없다. 많은 defect이 있다면 어쩔 수 없겠지만 적은 defect이 발생한 경우에는 해당 die를 reject시키는 것보다는 repair해서 사용하는 것이 memory생산 업체 입장에서는 보다 효율적이고 원가 절감 차원에서 필수적이다. 이와 같은 이유로 laser repair라는 공정이 필요하고 laser repair공정의 정확한 target을 설정하기 위해 redundancy analysis가 필요하게 되었다. 지금까지 redundancy analysis는 장비 개발 업체에서 제공하는 경우가 대부분 이었고 각 장비 제조 업체별로 redundancy analysis algorithm을 개발하여 제공하여왔기에 동일한 defect 유형에 분석하는 redundancy analysis time이 각 장비 업체 별로 다른 경우가 대부분이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 redundancy analysis algorithm의 개념에서 벗어나 defect 유형별로 simulation한 후 redundancy analysis를 진행함으로써 redundancy analysis에 소요되는 시간을 절약함으로써 원가 경쟁력 강화를 하고 correlation 개념을 업무에 적용하는데 목적이 있다

In-line Automatic Defect Repair System for TFT-LCD Production

  • An automated circuit repair system was developed for enhancing the yield of nondefective liquid crystal panels, focusing on the resist patterns on the circuit material layer of thin-film transistor (TFT) substrates prior to etching. The developed system has an advantage over the parallel conventional system: In the former, the repair conditions depend on the type of resist whereas in the latter, the repair parameters must be fine-tuned for each circuit material. The developed system consists of a resist pattern defect inspection system and a pattern repair system for short and open defects. The repair system performs fine corrections of abnormal areas of the resist pattern. The open-repair system is equipped with a syringe to dispense resist. To maintain a stable resist diameter, a thermal insulator was installed in the syringe system. As a result, the diameter of the dispensed resist became much more stable than when no thermal insulator was used. The resist diameter was kept within the target of $400{\pm}100{\mu}m$. Furthermore, a prototype system was constructed, and using a dummy pattern, it was confirmed that the system worked automatically and correctly.

심장내막상결손증의 외과적 치료: 2예 보고 (Surgical Treatment of Incomplete Endocardial Cushion Defect: 2 Cases Report)

  • Repair of incomplete endocardial cushion defect was accomplished in two cases in September 1973 in this department. In each case a low atrial septal defect and a cleft of mitral septal cusp were found. Interrupted suture repair on the cleft mitral cusp and closure of the atrial septal defect with dacron patch were done successfully. Rigg-Kyvsgaard bubble oxygynator and Sigma motor were utilized for extracorporeal circulation. Follow up study, six months after discharge, revealed satisfactory results.
