Today's aesthetics and design orientations seem to be: flexibility, mobility, multi-functionality required front user's new needs. Our spaces have changed increasingly contain the needs of constant mobility and ability to adapt to a wide variety of situations. For efficient use, a modular system in furnishing can manage the spaces with components which are easy to assemble and disassemble. The function comes from spacial technological structure that is an 'union' formed by units to joint each other. The repeated module is tailored to unchanging environmental conditions. On the other hand, the structure defined by change reacts flexibility to a dynamic environment. In decision-making, it is flexible and able to adapt. Their ability to be positioned freely anywhere in the room allows individual tasks to be carried out by different people, and their almost endless variety of uses create distinctive spaces for living.

Mathematics develops the ability to solve a problem and the spirit of inquiry by logical thinking, and statistics develops the ability to making a decision scientifically or rationally by various data processing techniques. Even though mathematics is a compulsory subject in most of IT-related departments, the reality of Korean education is serious. This research studies on the necessity of mathematics/statistics education for a person studying IT and analyzes the contents of mathematics/statistics among IT-related subjects. And the research makes a plan for specializing IT-related departments by use of specialized education programs using mathematics/statistics and examines a development plan in the short or long term period for connectivity with mathematics/statistics fields. This connectivity between IT-related departments and mathematics/statistics in the 21st century would certainly contribute to creating more practical or technical knowledge.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect nursing students' clinical practice ability. Methods: The data were collected from 303 nursing students who had more than 500 hours of experience in clinical practicum at 4 universities in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The instruments consisted of 27 items of critical thinking, 19 items of professionalism, 40 items of self reported leadership, 20 items of communication evaluation tool, and 61 items of nursing practice performance evaluation. Results: For the clinical practicum, most difficult for nursing students were cardiopulmonary resuscitation, fecal enema, stoma care, and blood transfusion. Clinical practice abilities were positively correlated with nursing professionalism(r=.26, p<.001), leadership (r=.16, p=.007) and critical thinking(r=.12, p=.031). Professionalism(${\beta}=.32$, p=.001) was the most significant factor influencing the clinical practice ability of nursing students. Critical thinking was the second largest factor but not significant(${\beta}=.16$, p=.058). Conclusion: The findings suggest that the nursing curriculum should include nursing knowledge and nursing skills as well as various case-based or field-based decision making training programs to cultivate professionalism, critical thinking and other abilities for clinical practice.
By analyzing informed consent and the refusal of emergency medical treatment (called patient dumping) under the current Emergency Medical Service Act, this study suggests that an emergency medical professional is only liable for patient dumping if their duty to protect the patient's life takes precedence over the patient's right to self-determination. In emergency medical situations, as in general medical situations, medical treatment should be performed after the emergency medical professional informs the patient about the medical treatment, including its necessity and methods, and obtains consent from the patient. Refusing or evading the performance of emergency medical services on the excuse of the informed consent not considering a waiver or alteration of informed consent requirements without reasonable reasons violates the Emergency Medical Service Act and thus makes an emergency medical professional liable to administrative disposition or criminal penalty. In other words, depending on the existence of a waiver of alteration of the informed consent, patient dumping may be established. If the patient is a minor or has no decision-making ability, and their legal representative makes a decision against the patient's medical interests, the opinion of the legal representative is not unconditionally respected. A minor also has the right to decide over their body, and the decisions of their legal representatives should be in the patient's best interests. If the patient refuses treatment, in principle, the obligation of life protection of emergency medical professionals is the top priority. However, making these decisions in the aforementioned situations in the emergency medical field is difficult because of the absence of explicit regulations regarding these exceptional problems. This study aims to organize the following precedents of the Supreme Court of Korea. The court states that, when balancing the conflicting interests between the duty to provide emergency medical service and the duty to inform is unavoidable for emergency medical professionals, they should put the duty to protect the patient's life ahead of the duty to inform if the patient's life matters. Exceptionally, when a patient has seriously considered whether they should receive treatment before the emergency medical situation, their right to self-determination can be considered equal to the obligation of emergency medical professionals to provide emergency medical treatment. This research also suggests that an amendment of the Emergency Medical Service Act should include the following. First, the criteria for determining the decision-making ability of emergency patients should consist of medical content. Second, additional consent from a medical professional is unnecessary for first-aid treatment. Finally, new provisions for emergency medical obligations for minors, new provisions for the decision standard when there are conflicting opinions about the treatment of a patient, and new penalty provisions for professionals who suspend emergency medical examinations and treatments need to be established.

The precise analysis of exercise data for designing an effective rehabilitation system is very important as a feedback for planing the next exercising step. Many subjective and reliable research outcomes that were obtained by analysis and evaluation for the human motor ability by various methods of biomechanical experiments have been introduced. Most of them include quantitative analysis based on basic statistical methods, which are not practical enough for application to real clinical problems. In this situation, data mining technology can be a promising approach for clinical decision support system by discovering meaningful hidden rules and patterns from large volume of data obtained from the problem domain. In this research, in order to find relational rules between posture training type and muscle activation pattern, we investigated an application of the WAR(Weishted Association Rule) to the biomechanical data obtained mainly for evaluation of postural control ability. The discovered rules can be used as a quantitative prior knowledge for expert's decision making for rehabilitation plan. The discovered rules can be used as a more qualitative and useful priori knowledge for the rehabilitation and clinical expert's decision-making, and as a index for planning an optimal rehabilitation exercise model for a patient.
This study aimed at the analysis, from the perspective of rationality, of policy making process in the separation of prescribing and dispensing. This study is to identify the characteristics and problems of the policy process to introduce the new durg-prescription system, and make policy recommendations. In terms of separation of prescribing and dispensing, the development of policy making process can be divided into two periods; periods before and after the inauguration of the govemment of people. In the period before the govermment of poeple, one of the major characteristics of policy decision on the new system was the poweful influence of interset groups. At that time, the ministry lacked the problem-solving ability and commitment on the policy. Consequently, during the former period, the policy making process had been driven by interest groups. Therefore, the original purpose of the policy to secure the pulic health was lost. During the latter period, there was also the strong influence of interst groups, complexity of interest, the ministry's inability of problem solving. However, in this period, it is notable that this has drawn nation-wide attention, severl civic grouos have participated in the policy making process, and that the number and voice of these groups have remarkably increased. With regards to rationality, incrementalish model is highly sutable to explain the policy making process in the former period. But in the latter period when the new drugperscripition system became a national issue and civic groups began to participte in this matter more actively, rational model is more explanatory that incrementalism to understand the process. During the latter period, the original goal of this policy was not distored by a few interest groups thanks to the rapid development of civil movement and therebly a big influence of civic groups on the policy making. For that reson, a jigh level of rationality is found in the policy-making process of the latter period. Some suggestions to achieve the rationality in the policy making process based on the results of this study are as follows; Frist, the public's participation should be enered in the policy making process. Second, the govermment should make contiuns efforts to enhance its ability of long-term planning and policy implementation, and increase rationality of policy making process. Third, balance among interset groups should take place in the process of policy making. Forth, sound, constructive, and logical activity of interest groups is necessary to express and promote their interests.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the job of the security and secretary, to offer useful basic data throughout human resources management by withdrawing the ability required from the security and secretary based on the analyzed results. In this regard, this study intended to look into the job of the security and secretary, the necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary. To achieve the research goals, the study selected the research participants, composed of 5 secretaries for security with more than 5-year careers after graduating from a security and secretarial service department in a college and conducted an in-depth interview with them concerning their jobs. In recent years, the need for social ventures that aim to grow while solving social problems through the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial organizations in the market has increased, while there is a limit to how much the government and the public can do to solve social problems. Against this background, the number of social venture startups is increasing in the domestic startup ecosystem, and interest in impact investors, which are investors in social ventures, is also increasing. Therefore, this research utilized judgment analysis technology to objectively analyze the validity and weight of judgment information based on the cognitive process and decision-making environment in the investment decision-making of impact investors. We proceeded with the research by constructing three classifications; first, investment priorities at the initial investment stage for financial benefit and return on investment as an investor, second, the political skills of the entrepreneurs (teams) for the social impact and ripple power, and social venture coexistence and solidarity, third, the social mission of a social venture that meets the purpose of an impact investment fund. As a result of this research, first of all, the investment decision-making priorities of impact investors are the expertise of the entrepreneur (team), the potential rate of return when the entrepreneur (team) succeeds, and the social mission of the entrepreneur (team). Second, impact investors do not have a uniform understanding of the investment decision-making factors, and the factors that determine investment decisions are different, and there are differences in the degree of the weighting. Third, among the various investment decision-making factors of impact investment, "entrepreneur's (team's) networking ability", "entrepreneur's (team's) social insight", "entrepreneur's (team's) interpersonal influence" was relatively lower than the other four factors. The practical contribution through this research is to help social ventures understand the investment determinant factors of impact investors in the process of financing, and impact investors can be expected to improve the quality of investment decision-making by referring to the judgment cases and analysis of impact investors. The academic contribution is that it empirically investigated the investment priorities and weighting differences of impact investors.
